OK, NOW ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT PROFESSIONALS - IN BOTH THE ENGINEERING AND PROCESS SIDES OF THINGS ARE GOING TO 'DO THEIR JOB' WITHOUT GETTING A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHY BY SPEAKING TO THE "SCIENTISTS" INVOLVED?

BECAUSE IF YOU ARE, OR THAT IS HOW YOU/YOUR PEOPLE OPERATE THEN ALL I CAN SAY IS YOUR STANDARDS ARE EXTREMELY LOW, AND YOUR PROFESSIONALISM ISN'T VERY AT ALL.

WE'RE NOT TALKING DESIGNING A DOUGHNUT MAKING CONVEYOR BELT WITH A SPECIAL CREAM FILLING NOZZLE.

WE'RE TALKING PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE INJECTABLES.

IF AN ENGINEER CAME TO ME AND SAID, 'OH YEAH, I DON'T NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ALL THAT SCIENCEY BLAH BLAH STUFF' HE'D BE OUT OF THE DOOR QUICKSMART.

Like I said, you don't really understand the process or job descriptions of the people involved.
