It is against the law to try any political crime in DC with a 95% Dem 5% RINO jury. If there isn't a change of venue to some place like Iowa or Kansas then it isn't legitimate or lawful.

35
Ballind 35 points ago +35 / -0

If we had the balls the left did, we would arbitrarily declare that DC isn't a state so double Jeopardy doesn't apply ahead of a fake trial in a gulag.

Arbitrarily?

It isn’t a state tho

Nothing says trials can only take place in states. There are courts in Puerto Rico too.

Honestly if we did what the left does then the covid thing wouldn't have happened because people would have physically resisted it. But people trust the courts or any institution for some reason.

2

This is accurate. We never fight back. The Left plays dirty pool, plays to win. I think they're all cock-sucking scumbags and wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire, but you gotta admit they play to win.

Honestly, as bad as it is... with the stolen White House, the House in firm control and the stolen Senate. I'm shocked they haven't done MORE to destroy the country in the last 18 months.

Did you know that DC is the only place listed in the context of the current tax system?

26 USC 7701 (a)(9,10) specifically only include District of Columbia

And, if "50 States" is supposedly implicitly included, then why is it specifically included in places like 26 USC 4611 (a)(4)(A)?

. . . and so forth . . . the devil is in the details/definitions . . .

For example, the definition of "employee" in Subtitle C . . .

And "items", 26 USC 71-91 & 26 USC 101-140 . . .

And "sources", 26 USC 861-1000 . . .

I look at the 17th Century for inspiration.

The Government under the control of lying Stuarts trying to impose a foreign sect and absolute monarchy on Britain. It took a century, with only Cromwell as a short period to minimize the damage, before Britons took back their own Government. And Cromwell almost didn't come to pass, because he seriously thought of emigrating with the Pilgrims to Massachusetts.

We will win, but it calls for Winter Patriots and unending stubbornness and the secret education of the youth in spite of the Government. That, and the Blessing of the Divine.

The senate was corrupt as hell, and continued to corrupt itself and the empire. Which is why it ended up cycling in the system of emperors. The (good) Emperors were able to fix all the shit the senate was unable/unwilling/too incompetent to do. And the Empire was far better and stronger and at it's peak after emperor Trajan (and the rest of the good emperors). It only truly declined after it was put back in the senate's arrogant and incompetent hands. After which the senate would then fuck it up after several decades and another Emperor had to come in and clean up the mess the senate caused. Part of the struggle the founding fathers saw themselves with was how to create a republic that would be implement the Emperor system on a mini-scale as to keep the republic from cycling into it's system of decay and strength. The checks and balances were meant to fix the system, and give a rotation of power to slow decay. But still decay, greed, corruption and the banking cartel pushed in the bureaucracy that has undermined the checks and balances. Rendering the republic a bloated shell of incompetent trash and subject to the same fate as the Romans... The Romans realized that a dictator was necessary to fix a broken government. In the US it's the citizens duty to overthrow a tyrannical government. But they have been brainwashed and lived a life in an ivory tower and would much rather deal with madness than an inconvenience of having to fix a broken system.

Then you're just turning staffers and lobbyists into the oligarchs. They'll install random family members and any patsy they can to the suddenly extremely undesirable positions. They'll make it so that "only congress can stay an execution for breaking it", a congress they're now going to be in full control of, and anyone that doesn't play ball will have a "generous donation" they can't stop put into their accounts putting them over the edge and getting them executed.

Truth.

In WW2, people knew who the enemy was.

Most have no idea there is even an enemy about, and many think it’s Russia.

Confusion is their weapon

The demons are actually physically weak (personally and institutionally) — if people were rational and informed enough that we could actually mobilize a force against the demons, there would be no need to mobilize the force.

At least with the Nazis, you knew where you stood. If they didn't like you, they fought openly and tenaciously against you. If they did like you, they'd fight openly and tenaciously for you.

With Marxists, they constantly undermine and subvert. It takes a lot longer, but it is pretty damn effective. Unfortunately, it leads to societal decay, and then the most murderous form of totalitarianism ever seen on planet Earth.

Granted, I'm not advocating for Nazism. I despise every form of authoritarianism personally, but I'm so damn tired of seeing the enemy when so many others don't. It's exhausting.

Yes. Fascism was a form of socialism that tied state (legal, police, army) and corporate power (jobs and media) together in an incestuous fashion. The party in control of the state would make it favorable for companies loyal to them, and those companies would fund the party that controlled the state. Enemies of the state would be driven out by both the government and government loyal corporations. A culture or harassment and assault was created to target the opposition and any group that party deemed unworthy, the oppressed were robbed and disarmed, and ultimately purged.

Communism is very similar, but does have the difference that it doesn't work with corporations. It seizes control of everything and puts the former owners to the sword as their ideological scapegoat. This then leads to mass starvation, which in turn causes the commies to readjust and start partnering with state loyal companies. Modern China basically became a fascist nation.

3
VoidWanderer 3 points ago +4 / -1

This is what so many people that glorify the nazi's miss. Both the nazi's and the soviet union were leftwing meaning WW2 ended up just being a spat between two wings of the same faction played against each other by the same people pulling the strings today to see which aspects worked and which didn't. Fascism has always been leftist in nature because mussolini was a socialist that saw the flaws in what that group was doing and figured out a way to correct those flaws.

1
Briand2 1 point ago +2 / -1

A very good and brief summarization. these three words get thrown a little to often and out of context.

0
IWanttotalknow 0 points ago +3 / -3

"Basically, National-Socialism and Marxism are the same." -Hitler's speech, November 1941.

"We are socialists. We are enemies of today's capitalistic system for the exploitation of the economically weak, with its unfair salaries, with its unseemly evaluation of a human being according to wealth and property instead of responsibility and performance, and we are determined to destroy this system under all conditions." -Hitler's speech on Labor's Day, May 1, 1927.

"I have learned a great deal from Marxism as I do not hesitate to admit... The difference between Marxists and myself is that I have really put into practice what these peddlers and pen-pushers have timidly begun. The whole of National Soocialism is based on it (Marxism). Look at the worker's sports clubs, the industrial cells, the mass demonstrations, the propaganda leaflets written specially for the comprehension of the masses: all these new methods of political struggle are essentially Marxist in origin. All I had to do is take over these methods and adapt them to our purpose." -Hermann Rauschining, The Voice of Destruction: Conversations with Hitler, 1940.

Yep, there are differences between the ideologies - but at most levels, they're near identical. James Lindsay nailed what's going on pretty well, so I'll quote his tweets:

Big, big picture: Globalists in the West turned China into what it is today, a hybrid I call Communofascism (Communism with fascistic characteristics). We did it on purpose so that it would become a behemoth necessitating system change to fight it when it matured, which is now.

To fight this beast, we have to become like it, but in that this is all Hegelian dialectical crackpot religion, we'll do it upside-down (with American, instead of Chinese/CCP characteristics): a Fasciocommunism ("public-private partnership" technocracy utilizing equity).

The long-term goal of these two programs is not actually to beat the Chinese threat but to dialectically (synthetically) merge with it into one world government. To fuse Communism and Capitalism (done wrong as Fascism) into the thing Marcuse articulates in An Essay on Liberation.

This is all dialectical alchemy to get to a perfectly "Sustainable" world government (ultimately Hegelian-Marxian wet dream, using modern lingo). A dialectical fusion of Communism and Fascism beside one of Fascism and Communism. So poetic. Exactly the kind of shit they love.

...and ensuring sure corporations remain uncorrupt,

This is an error. The market will take care of their corruption. Cheat their customers is an opportunity for Toyota Corrolla to outrun Ford Pinto. But they are not living & they don't get a vote or purchasing power over the "representatives" of the people. If a corporation needs something it should have to convince it's living customers of it's needs/wants then customers who then lobby their reps for that.

-3
IWanttotalknow -3 points ago +1 / -4

Let's just quote a Nazi directly.

"What we were taught in biology seemed so satisfying because it was based on proven scientific fact and not on opinions. Here, I believed, everything was observable and nothing was ambiguous. I was sure that a progressive, realistic, healthy policy would emerge from a world view that was based on natural laws and scientific facts.

Equipped with the blinkers of this credulous, optimistic attitude, I then also promptly swallowed the most fantastic nonsense. I swallowed it, although at times I laughed at it — for example, the glorification of a type of man who had certain distinctive physical characteristics and who was credited with the particular virtues of the hero. This was the ‘Master Race’. But for this racial mystique, the scientific orientation of National Socialism would certainly not have impressed me. For how else, ultimately, could the ‘inwardness’ of the Germans have created its essential dose of intoxicating poison?

Huh, what's that? Hey look, it's the Nazi version of "Trust the science", healthy progressive policy (remember, according to Nazi science, Jews spread typhus among other things). An optimistic attitude based on an insane ideology? Oh where have I seen that before.

Nazism is what you get when the Woke convince MAGA to join them. That's where you get the basis of protecting the family joined with 'progressive' ideology.

But hey, it's OK. I know there are lots of dildo brains like yourself out there. Let's not forget the raging and rampant sexual degeneracy of the hardcore Nazis, especially the early ones. Back to Stormfront with you.

0
whataboob 0 points ago +1 / -1

Ehh, I hear you, but that’s only tangentially relevant.

We actually had pretty much the same enemies we do now, but at least people could unite around the enemy that is the Nazis.

At most people were united in the belief against one enemy.

Today? ...

It could have worked, and the alternative was this nightmare hellscape.

Allow him to expend himself chasing false resistance expanding to territory he can not hold . Giving him false victory. While seeking to attack his weakness giving yourself real progress. Attacking not his anger , fury and strength but allowing him to exhaust all three . Rope a dope if you prefer.

Sorry in the modern warfare . He built a dam to drain the swamp and now the naked creatures are eating each other and being picked off one by one.

The martyrs still being held for protesting at the Capitol are for our motivation and like the The Boston Massacre that was a "deadly riot" that occurred on March 5, 1770, on King Street in Boston. Should not be forgotten .

6
CantStumpTheTrump 6 points ago +12 / -6

Yeah; I know when I have and predict the exact thing that happens I also don't put anything in place to stop, prevent or catch it.... its unreal that he could predict to the hour that voting would shutdown and then he would all of a sudden be losing, yet nothing was in place to catch, expose, and punish it.

1
angryrhino83 1 point ago +1 / -0

Trump was told how it was all going to play out by people like Richard Baris but his advice was ignored. Trump or his inner circle or both simply rely too much on establishment politicos for many decisions

1

This doesn't make sense.

Yes; I wish there was something in place that would have caught exposed and punished those carrying out the exact thing the president said would happen.

That was clear enough in my comments.

What incorrect assumption are you making?

This right here is the technically that resulted in the Not Guilty finding.

Not that he didn't lie, but that he lied on a different day than was being charged with.

32

If you read about this jury, it's obvious what was going to happen.

One jury member's child played on the same baseball team as Sussman's child. A few claimed they despised Donald Trump. A few donated to the Hillary Clinton campaign.

The judge let them all claim that they could be impartial.

25
sun_wolf 25 points ago +25 / -0

One juror actually said she didn’t think she would be able to provide an unbiased verdict because she hated Trump so much. Prosecution asked to have her removed for bias. Judge said, “I think she can be unbiased.”

In fairness to the juror with the daughter on the sports team, she realized the conflict of interest and brought it to the court's attention. The Durham prosecutors tried to get her removed, but the Obama judge who is married to Lisa Page's lawyer blocked them.

3
ChicoDusty 3 points ago +3 / -0

So the FBI, represented by James Baker, overseen by Comey, with investigators Paige, Strozk, Ohr, etc were just given bad info (Durham's claim) and weren't in on the whole hoax? THE FBI IS A COCONSPIRATOR NOT AN INNOCENT INSTITUTION WORKING ON BAD INFO FROM SUSSMAN AND STEELE. Durham's case was flawed from the start by implying the FBI was acting in good faith and were just by happenstance deceived by Sussman

1
KekistaniMemeLord 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't recall this being what was shown. I believe that was indeed demonstrated from the evidence? Did his case imply they were acting in good faith?

2
XDingoX83 2 points ago +5 / -3

Lmao Durham is the swamp you twat. He only existed to make it look like the FBI wasn’t complicit in this who scheme which he has done. Now he will pack away his little investigation and go off into retirement. This trial wasn’t about truth it was about protecting the FBI.

2
ChicoDusty 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're correct.

-1
KekistaniMemeLord -1 points ago +1 / -2

Lmao sure he was, which is why he methodically proved that sussman was lying and that their was conspiracy. Do some of you even listen to yourselves sometimes? Lol

DC still a cesspit though. It all needs to burn.

3
XDingoX83 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yup and at the same time made sure to show the FBI was the widdle victim in all this and they were duped by the big bad lawyer. The FBI knew it was BS they investigated trump for 2 years and kept the lie going all at the behest of the DNC and got illegal wiretaps but Durham did his job he made the FBI look like the victim in all this. He didn’t get a conviction and that doesn’t matter he just needed to pin the blame some where else.

The bigger story is the FBI knew he was lying when he came to them. But they went after Trump anyway. No one is going to look into that. Durham is going to retire and the status quo will remain

1
publius1788 1 point ago +1 / -0

1
KekistaniMemeLord 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't recall getting fooled by anything. DC is a cesspit and justice is the last thing I'm expecting to come out of there.

Still the case was built methodically and for a very long period of time with no leaks. Normal deep state ops are leaky faucets.

Strange amount of effort and time for an administration that seems to have given up any and all pretenses in every other regard.

1
Maga2020Maga2020 1 point ago +2 / -1

Every other time it leads to a more authoritarian government.

Do you disagree? Even if I'm missing a few examples of it leading to a positive outcome, those are dwarfed by the number of times it led to a bad outcome.

2
RootinTootin 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think you're right. Reforms always seem to lead to a more centralized government. 1776 and the articles of confederation were quickly superceded by the constitution only a few years later. Early Christian church saw the same thing too. It seems like an insurmountable rule of human history.

If a swat team showed up to my door. At least one of us would not be leaving.

How many cops would have to die before they would turn on the government? 50? 100? Even if .1% of people decided to shoot the cops instead of bend over there would be thousands of dead cops.

The soviets and nazis were only allowed to die what they did because the people were to scared to stop them

Trump didn’t drain the swamp, they got rid of him and made themselves more powerful than ever.

This will be used against the deep state.

Flynn will use this in his lawsuit.

Any future attempt to use this tactic against someone will result in a not guilty or an easy appeals case.

If I was Durham I would investigate the jury now too. Bet someone they know got a boost in monetary value.

How? Elaborate.

Case law, his lawsuit is about this. So they said he lied, couldn't actually prove it convinced a jury to convict then a jury doesn't convit an obvious lie. Jury nullification is a double edge sword.

Now he can use it in his case as a reference for case law.

Someone else later down the line who goes to trial like this can also use this in their defense.

Fuel to the fire. Not surprising. So much for john "the punisher" durham. Anything else he's working on or is it "case closed"?

Was the jury pool drawn from the DC area? Because you'll never get a democrat convicted of anything before a DC jury.

If lying to FBI is ok, what's the official stance on shooting them ?

Tendiesandkekchup 3 points ago +3 / -0

Give it a go and let us know, I guess.

That’s probably the one false flag they wouldn’t commit.

These types of cases can't be tried in DC. Congress needs to pass a law that changes the jurisdiction to someplace more neutral. It was pretty obvious this was going to end up this way because of the makeup of the jury in DC.

Obviously because there was no clear evidence of wrongdoing, like eyewitness testimony, handwritten notes, emails, banking records etc he must be innocent of all charges.

Or do you mean to tell me that a bunch of Clinton donors in our nations capital would find Clinton & Co not guilty purely on partisan politics? Preposterous, absolutely ridiculous. /dripping w sarcasm

Fuck Durham.

leet23 11 points ago +16 / -5

How can we blame Durham for this, the prosecution showed evidence he lied yet the jury still acquitted him. He was always going to be found not guilty in that DC cesspool, however now a lot more people out there have learnt things through this trial like Clinton give the go ahead for the whole thing.

Durham stated that Sussman tricked the FBI when the FBI was in on it all along. The FBI was a major player in the fraud but Durham painted them as being deceived by Sussman when in reality they were a coconspirator in the hoax.

1
tom_of_rj_fame 1 point ago +1 / -0

To be honest here: It was a pretty good defense move by team Sussmann to basically paint the FBI as liars - they knew all along - and they are lying right to your face today. If you were on the jury and you came away from trial thinking the FBI is lying right to our face - they knew the entire time this was a Hillary operation and they were in on it - ergo, Sussmann could not have lied to the FBI, because they knew the entire time - would you convict Sussman?

That's very interesting.

The Alfa Bank allegations were proven to be false, Sussman lied to the FBI/CIA. How is he not found guilty. The USA is slowly eating itself. American won't be a superpower for much longer. The corruption is too deep. It's all over. Hell, you have a senile old fart with a crackhead son in power.
