She was wrong on no standing that the TX case to overturn a federal election that was unlawfully managed in many states, did not impact all states. She was wrong and she punted to Pence and the states to resolve it. It’s not a trust thing, her judgement was definitely influenced by the implications of SCOTUS taking that case. And she had no fucking clue Biden would unleash hell on earth.
She is not Thomas for sure but still she did the right thing and saved millions of babies. Until yesterday, I was convinced that she would give in to pressure and vote against it. I'll take that.
