The sad fact is that codified infanticide will still be the law in many states. This ruling is a return to state’s rights, not a ban on abortion.
It is a glorious blow to federalism. Each state will be allowed their versions of law and indeed, their own versions of extremism.
Could be. Satanists practice this evil stuff in their religion. I wonder if it has to do with some defective line of DNA thousands of years ago: https://patriots.win/p/15HIhWzTCT/
Do you think that because it is a state issue now it stops you funding them? You pay federal taxes right? Where do you think your tax dollars end up during reconciliation (i.e., transfer) payments?
Democrats got greedy. just like they always do because they want to push the slippery slope and strap a rocket power jet to it
it went from "we just want to be able to do our own thing in the privacy of our own bedroom" too "we want children to strip at our drag shows"
it went from "we just want to marry whoever we want" to "men should be competing in women's sports"
and it went from "abortions are just a last-ditch should be for extreme cases and should be safe legal and rare"" to "we're going to get pregnant on purpose just to have abortions! and we should have post-birth abortions!"
if Democrats hadn't gotten greedy with it like they always do they would have still had their little abortions..
but honestly it's good that they did get a greedy. I mean we know that it's not so much a slippery slope as much as it's a rocket-powered slide and that was always the intention.
they never wanted safe legal and rare they wanted abortions to be the main form of birth control replacing condoms and pills
it was never about gay marriage it was about raping your kids..
they have a goal at the bottom of the slippery slope and they want to get to it.. so it's good that they got greedy
Yes, and given the chance, they will do the same for all your rights. Their push for "common sense gun laws" started with background checks and gun-free zones. We're now at red flag laws which deny your due process.
It's amazing how many liberals -- and just people in general -- think RvW overturned means abortion is banned. Instead of, you know, taking the decision from the fed and giving it to the states where it belongs.
I've even said to some, they should be happy with the ruling; RvW gave the fed absolute power, which means some monarch could have actually banned abortion in all 50 states if they wanted to. Now, since it's a state by state decision, it provides more protection from federal control. And obviously, case law should follow that.
Then their heads explode in liberal rage because that's all they are programmed to do.
The idiots screaming on social media are hopeless to get through to. The politicians and media people upset are specifically trying to blur this fact as their objective is to centralize power.
It's not about them saying "hey, sucks but abortion is only banned in states we don't control anyways, not a big deal."
This is a big blow to their overall plan which does involve forcing all of us to live under their decree. Them winning inside of the rule book makes all of this easy for them. Now they will be forced to play dirty and there's only so many times you can color outside the lines before people start to notice.
This either sets them back for years/decades or like what happened with Trump, they freak out, overreact and show their hand exposing themselves to many people who were happy to stay asleep.
Just look around and see how many people are paying attention to politics now because of the left's insanity in reaction to Trump. Even if covid wasn't manufactured from the beginning, the reaction and policies in response to covid were all to fuck over Trump and that has red pilled millions to the nature of the government and the left.
How does the powers leading the left also keep a mob they've turned into maniacs stop them from going ape shit with this news? Which will also make them look bad.
This is a bigger win than most of us can possibly realize right now. Just on it's face it's amazing but I get the feeling everything that will result will be huge for the right.
They think it is a total ban because the media and many of the Democrat politicians implied that it would equal a total ban. This was on purpose to get their followers to “motivate” the right-leaning justices to change their vote on overturning Roe v. Wade after the leak.
Now that it is gone anyway Pelosi admitted that Roe being gone doesn’t ban abortions but she suggested in her first post-repeal speech that allowing the GOP to retake Congress and the WH will result in them passing a nationwide abortion ban. They’re going to use this to try to save the midterms in places where Dominion isn’t a factor.
They're also pushing a whole "slippery slope" narrative (including from Brandon himself) after ragging on the right as using it fallaciously for years. Hypocrisy is not unexpected, of course.
It is all pre-programmed emotion with the left. How liberalism has morphed into a stance that supports and demands non-local control is quite an act of hocus-pocus. They (almost?) don't deserve what the Founders created.
I had to talk a few liberals off the cliff this week.
They thought the supreme court decision allowed guns for anybody without a license. They thought RvW decision outlawed abortion. They though the school decision had the state paying for schools that only studied the Bible.
They were relieved and disappointed at the same time. Relieved that the rulings were not as bad as advertised, but they were also disappointed that they no longer could convince the room with their rage.
Ackchyually, federalism does not mean that the federal government has exclusive power over a population. Federalism means that powers are delegated to the states and limited powers are granted to the federal government.
Yep and some of those Blue States will enact even more draconian abortion laws. This ruling will be the moment that leads to the breakup of the United States. People in Red States can't live with those in Blue States. They see the corruption in the election system and realize this will not be fixed. The only peaceful option is a national divorce. Over time, the old United States will be a few blue states and parts of Blue States (LA and San Fran will be separated from the rest of California and the rest of CA will join the Red States. It will take time. I hope Texas takes the lead and Florida joins in quickly.
Indeed, the potential for a schism in the United States is greater than than at any point since the civil war. Sadly, that would be exactly what ascendant global super-powers want.
A return to state's rights is the closest thing to a peaceful divorce as any system of government can muster. The individuals and masses can vote with their feet. Moving has never been easier in the history of mankind. Many have already chosen to do so. If people know that the system is working reliably, they can live with each other.
The most orthodox religious people in the world live next door to the most degenerate people in the world in every major city in the country. It can be done if people respect each other's boundaries. It isn't fun all the time, but it is possible.
Indeed, the potential for a schism in the United States is greater than than at any point since the civil war. Sadly, that would be exactly what ascendant global super-powers want.
I wish more people understood this. The balkanization of the US is a globalist endgame goal, and we have dipshit "patriots" demanding that it happens.
You're confusing individuals with individuals with power. At a base level we can all just chill at the bar and be best friends. Which is how your average everyday motherfucker lives, but once you introduce power into the dynamic it doesn't work. It only works, because the people who have been in power live by a set of rules. Those who are trying to and have taken power don't live by those rules.
What you want is to live in a dream world that never existed. Those people you think lived in peace lived in fear, but, the veil has been lifted by every other group in the world, and you haven't realized the illusion of peace was built by force by your great grandfathers and no one's been at the helm for over a century.
The rest of the world is invading the United States to take it over. They're not here for peace. They're here to replace you by whatever means necessary.
I see the distinction. It is difficult to join you in your bleak conclusion. Immigrants have always been the lifeblood of the United States. Demographics and Economics are harsh masters. The U.S. needs energetic, hard-working, disciplined and hungry young people to do what must be done next. American children have been softened or neglected in many ways. Many can't handle what comes next. The Army has even waived the requirement for a high school degree. Perhaps that is to accommodate our new immigrants as well. The United States is going to have to build manufacturing up again, as well as have an army to fight China when and if it is necessary. We can't do that alone.
and the horrors will become even more apparent. they tried to keep this shit under wraps. they openly admitted they want post-birth "abortion" and they got exposed selling baby bodies as "medical waste". these people are fucking evil and they will only look worse now.
The rational behind a lot of the up to 9 month places is also on very thin ice.
A lot of these say "up to 9 months but only when it is a danger to the health of the mother" but then go on to classify depression as "danger to health of the mother."
You can treat depression without murdering a baby...
"all" for them keeps changing as they gain ground. If they got full 9 mo abortions, then they'd want more- post birth abortions "we didn't know the baby was deformed and I just lost my job". On and on until you are legalized to murder whomever you want with no questions. Mostly just white people though.
A lot of people who are "pro-choice" imagined that the discussion was around abortion before 8 weeks or something, so this push for really late term abortions had opened a lot of people's eyes to what's really going on.
I use to be pro choice until the leftists started demanding more and more for abortions. Fuck these people. I hope each and everyone of them stay in their state or move back to where they came from.
Doubling down over and over for decades, then picking up steam and doubling down harder in the last few years has consequences. This is definitely one of them. Lots more self inflected wounds, which is why so many people are leaving the Left, switching to right, or independent or just unaffiliated. Same reason they lost that district they used to hold by 40 points to who was it, Flores?
Both the Right and Left are showing cracks, huge cracks. On the right, it's like something is pushing through, full of energy and vitality. It's America First, and disaffected liberals, politically awakened right-wingers, but also the milquetoast Conservatism of Ben Shapiro, it's the Salty Cracker types, and more. And yeah, for real, there is a far-right - but they're super small still, and you have to watch out so they don't fuck things up like the far-left did for the left.
On the Left though? It's energy is deepleted. it's like crumbling in on itself. It hobbled together a coalition through fear and intimidation of it's largest base, the 'normal' leftists and stitched them together with black racial supremacists, a gender ideology cult, fucking Antifa, people who think fat people who are oppressed and every other lunatic they could get their hands on - and all those groups have MAJOR problems with each other, attack each other all the time while more and more flee their "intersectional" big tent.
Btw, if the right "wins" then you owe major kudos to Ben Shapiro - he's converted more lefties (-1 for the other side +1 to you) than the vast majority of people in media or activism today. Idc if he's "not right wing" enough for you, or blah blah israel blah blah wife is a doctor. That's childish dumb shit unless you prefer Lefties to Ben Shapiro dragging a whole bunch of them to the right and waking up milquetoast Conservatives who weren't political.
I guess we should rewind to the time before the MASSIVE influx of new people on the right and the pendulum swinging away from the left.
Glad you support the radical left because you can't stand a basic Conservative hahahaha. I keep forgetting how many people on the right purity test just as hard as the Woke.
I wasn't talking about hands maid tail, and I don't consider the far-right to be the reason for the country in the first place.
I mean the GOPe. The GOP establishment. They're single handedly responsible for fucking over their voters very often but not losing on the major issues. They're the ones who hand the left victories for no reason. They're not just "corrupt", they're their own political group within the right with their own agenda and it's not overly clear to me.
Lol. Never seen milquetoast actually written down. Only spoken. No idea it wasn’t milk toast 😂. So learned something new today. Well written and spot on.
I have the opposite problem, I've seen that word written but never pronounced, so I was over here assuming it was "milky toast" or with a hard "kuh" sound.
Sorta like "hyperbole" vs "hyperbolic", which still throws me off.
This is what I've been saying. There was an uncomfortable balance for the longest time and the pendulum never moved from dead center. They pushed it too hard left and it swung back and re-balanced itself further right than it's been in my lifetime.
It's the same thing for ALL their issues. Gay rights? Most people were perfectly fine with the "we just want to get married" groups. They started pushing all this crazy shit and pro-pedophile stuff and the pendulum is starting to swing back hard.
And they'll keep doing it for everything they believe in.
The shitty thing is that we will push back the pendulum too far right and it will swing back even harder.
If SCOTUS revokes the interpretation that there is a constitutional right to same-sex marriage, that will not cause the cultural shift we need. Instead, it will only inspire them to be even more in our faces. It won't stop them from being gay, but it will give them a justification to "express their pride," something they've kind of lacked lately if you actually asked.
Yes both of these landmark cases have something in common: read the constitution and give rights/powers to the entities who should have them according to the constitution.
The federal government does not have the power to regulate abortion granted to it explicitly by the constitution, therefore that power is retained by the states, or the people.
The 14th tells states they cannot violate the constitution, which says SHALL NOT BE FUCKING INFRINGED HOW GOD DAMN HARD IS THAT?!? …or something along those lines. So, scotus ruled that the right to keep AND bear arms is retained by the people, as written in the constitution.
There is nothing in the constitution about marriage or buttsex, scotus and feds should (and will) stay out of it.
I agree on the gay marriage thing. That will just galvanize the left without any real benefits for us. Fags are going to keep "marrying" each other anyways.
Gov Northam saying they would deliver an infant in labor and have a conversation about killing it between mother and physician was probably a turning point. Most people saw the left really was killing babies.
You can have all sorts of opinions about abortion, but you can't logically claim that "aborting" an eight-month-old fetus is morally different from killing a one-month-old infant. "Fetal viability" is such a ridiculous argument.
I went to school with a girl who was born 3 months early. This birth happened in the late 1980s...so viability outside the womb is much earlier than the pro-abortionists would tell you.
It's only going to be pushed earlier and earlier too. Even an early miscarriage can be distressing or even devastating to a mother who wants the child. The incentive is there.
Being for or against elective baby-slaughter is one issue.
Roe v Wade is another: it was a horrible, egregious, legislating-from-the-bench decision that should never have existed. The Burger Court issued an illegal and unconstitutional order that vastly exceeded their authority, and the issue has finally and correctly been returned to the states to decide individually.
Yeah, this isn't talked about enough. The whole Dobbs thing, as I understand, was about them wanting to kill kids between the ages of 15 weeks and 25 weeks old.
As I understand and could be wrong. RvW ruled that states allow women up to 25 weeks to kill their kids. The state, Mississippi, I believe. Ruled that abortions couldn't proceed after the 15th week of pregnancy. So some asshat baby killer got sand in their crotch and took it to the Supreme Court to argue for an additional 10 weeks to kill babies. The Supreme Court when challenged with this case, basically reflected upon itself and decided it wasn't up to them to decide how long before people couldn't kill their kids. So they overturned RvW.
He is referencing the Dems Clinton era doctrine of "safe and rare". Most Americans only want abortions early, but there is a lot of debate about what that means. 15 weeks? 26 weeks? Only rape and incest? Enough people could see their views as the vague "safe and rare" phrase it polled well when Bill Clinton said it. Being pro-Late-term abortion is rare. It is also a small group that will say no to an abortion when a 13-year-old girl is raped. Joe Biden said he supports abortion ‘under any circumstance' Cernovitch is saying that doctrine lost the majority of Americans.
Yep. Dobbs v Jackson was what... last year? 61 million abortions since Roe v Wade. It was never rare. It was the opposite of rare. It happened 61 million times before they decided they wanted late term abortion.
Well, they also based it on a privacy protection, which is about 20th on the list of concerns when going down the list of issues associated with killing a fetus/baby, and a really stupid way to try and force the states into legalizing abortion. It would be like legalizing marijuana on a federal level because humans have the right to burn plants for cooking/heat.
This is exactly what I have said. Originally, I used to be on the pro-choice side with abortion was basically a medical necessity or early on in the pregnancy, say the first trimester. Then, the Democrats kept suing demanding late term abortions even nine months into the pregnancy, not because it was the save the mother‘s life, but just because the mother decided one day she didn’t want baby.
That is when I moved to the pro life side. I still have no issue with an abortion after a rape or a absolute medical necessity and probably could be convinced that would be acceptable sometime within the first trimester. However, the Democrats refused to even entertain things like that.
That’s how they lost. Actually they lost for 2 reasons.
As time has progressed since RvW, the arguments on the pro-life side have gotten better and better with more and more evidence to back them up. They started to rely less on religious moral arguments and instead looked at the wording of the constitution and the words of our own government institutions (NASA declaring that a single bacteria cell is proof of LIFE on a foreign planet being one example). Also technology has proven many of the Pro-Life camp’s arguments true. Fetus’s can feel pain.
In the face of this, the democrats decided to not only REFUSE to compromise, but to try and push the bar even further to outright advocating for post-birth infanticide. And of course to support their stance they relied on the same tired rhetoric that was used in the 1970s case (Clump of cells).
I am a born again Christian. But if you can shove your love of the german dictator right up your ass.
I’ve been with this community way longer than you have stormfag. I was here lurking back in 2015 when r/The_Donald only had a couple hundred subscribers.
And the gays better wake the fuck up and disavow the pedos, trannies, and pride BS before the pendulum knocks them on their ass swinging on its way back to the right. No one cares you like to suck dick until you start shoving it in everyone’s face. Everyone else is fed the fuck up with it.
Them circling the bandwagons to protect trans and pedos is gonna backfire on them horrendously.
I would advice the gay people of America to do a couple of things that will ensure their acceptance into American culture.
Actively denounce and attack pedophiles both gay and straight. If you suspect a gay man or woman of sexually abusing children, then call the police and get the kids away from their. You can’t sit this out, you must actively show America that you do not want to fuck children.
Stop trying to force Christians to cater to you. Or at the very least, stop harassing Christian organizations and churches to support your decision. All it does is make you look petty and anti-Christian.
Stop supporting the trans movement. Trannies are not like you in the slightest. They have a legit mental illness and need to be treated as such.
He's right. Honestly, if the left had simply allowed Roe's language, that there be no abortions past viability, that is 20 weeks and not allowed "except for the health of the mother" to be interpreted as financial, emotional, social etc and allowed common sense abortion control, it would have not been necessary to overturn Roe V Wade.
If the left continued to say abortion should be safe, legal and rare instead of organizing women to shout their abortions and pushing and pushing for partial birth abortion and after birth abortions, they'd still probably have their precious Roe.
The left though, can't help but do dumb things to throw their crap in ordinary Americans' faces in some sort of weird hate filled taunting. It's what the left always does. Ya give them an inch and they try to take a mile. They so hate the right, Christianity and ordinary Americans, they always got to go super radical on everything.
That being said, I am very, very pro-life. I am truly grateful to God, Trump and the SCOTUS for overturning Roe V Wade. It was an untenable decision which was clear the moment the court decided it and it was never ever going to be a unifying decision and it was never ever going to be "settled". Like Dredd Scott and Plessy V Ferguson, the court tried to settle issues that were always out of their purview and they had no place arrogating to themselves.
Proves they never stop chipping away. Democrats just have to have it all. That's why red flag laws are so wrong. It's Deep State's foot in the door to taking away our guns and installing them permanently in D.C. against us.
We need to start pushing back. Being on the defensive means compromise is always between how things are and what they want. Possibly we could start with reform/repeal of the NFA.
If they just kept a common sense time limit maybe it would have stood.
But soooooooo many pro abortion people are competely ignorant about the details. They propably have no idea that Roe was being used to argue for 9 month abortions.
That's just the price for the parts afterwards, and doesn't count all the billions of dollars in funding supporting the infrastructure to make it happen
I love using gun control arguments for abortions. Remember to phrase things as a question like a passive aggressive little bitch.
Do you think people are trying to stop ALL abortions? What's wrong with common sense abortion reform? Why do you need an abortion? They didn't have modern abortion methods in the days of the founding fathers, so how does the constitution still protect it? Are you part of a militia?
I'm actually pro-choice...15-week limit is what I feel appropriate as law, state level, not my personal belief, we're pro-life in my house barring any life saving issue. In no way did Roe make sense though, it was bad law. Even liberal justice during pre-"we'll cancel you and call you literally Hitler unless you agree with me 100%" day admitted its standing was very shaky at best, but that it wasn't challenged on a serious case. Funny thing though, all of those liberals who yelled at me to move to a state with shall-issue and didn't prohib 99% of AR-15s, well now I can return that logic/sentiment, and yell at them to move to a state that allows whatever baby-killing measures they agree with! To boot, with Thursday's ruling against the unconstitutional NY CC laws, I won't be denied again for a CC license due to not having reasons greater than protecting the lives on me and my family, as if those aren't good enough reasons! Of course, my home state is MD, so they don't actually have any real concerns here.
Whenever a society goes Pagan child sacrifice is inevitable.
So it was never going to be restrained.
People can't choose where on the slippery slope they stop.....that's why it's called the SLIPPERY slope!
Btw as an aside, a tip for everyone I got from the YouTube channel "answers in Genesis" (highly recommended) is call abortion activists what they are. They are pro death, not pro choice. It is a pro death movement.
The biggest problem is, we let talking heads define a very narrow range of terms we could use, which all inevitably favor the left. Pro life vs pro choice is a losing argument.
I'm not a pacifist, I'm not a saint, I'm not an idiot. If someone breaks into my house late at night and starts shooting at me, I'm not all about the sanctity of their human life in that moment. But by letting the left define us as "pro life" they then get to turn around and say "oh but pro guns and anti universal healthcare" like they've scored a zinger on us. Same thing with pro choice, it has never BEEN about choices, but about the removal of choice, the exercise of power over other people's lives. Nowhere in any enumerated list of rights does it say that your "choices" do not have consequences, especially when they impact others.
I'm anti-slaughtering innocents. It doesn't roll off the tongue as effortlessly, but it does allow me to say "yes, carry a gun so you can disable or destroy criminals who mean you harm" AND "don't start killing babies just because you made a stupid decision and are now in denial" in the same breath. Plus, now that Roe vs Wade has finally been overturned, I can shorten it to the easier to remember "anti-murder" slogan.
Arms and legs that will be ripped off and out one by one, before crushing the skull and extracting that, only to finally put all of it back into some semblance of a fetus...just to make sure no pieces of it were left in. That is the horrific, barbaric procedure necessary in the second trimester.
This is a terrible take and precisely what is wrong with those pretending to be righteous. You can’t say abortion is murder and then selectively target late term abortions as to why your opponent lost.
So much this. While I agree completely with this perspective, we on the Right have to consider this same policy/political challenge. We know murder is murder, but if we say murder begins at the moment of conception, that position will be hard to sustain politically, regardless of whether it is moral/correct or not, and we may find ourselves in the position the left does today.
"...safe and legal..."? Safe for whom?? Listen up. Terminating a Human Life Cycle at ANY Stage ( see Double Homocide, Murder of a Pregnant Woman) without a Just Cause ( Inconvenient is not a Just Cause) is Murder. UNLESS you can somehow Prove Life does NOT Begin at Conception. I'll be waiting for ANYONE who wants to Argue the Genesis of Human Life or Just Cause....Takers? 🐸🇺🇲
I have a slightly different perspective. The phrasing used is often "human life" as if it was a dispassionate, objective thing. I prefer to look at it as a subjective thing. If you think of it in terms of the thread of a man's life, it clearly runs through from conception to wherever it ends. When we consider murder, it's not the violence inflicted upon the individual that's the issue (though that may be considered as a separate thing) but the life he's robbed of. Thus the "clump of cells argument" falls short. The life thread of a human being has been cut short and because I have empathy and can see others as alike to me, I think that's something worthy of protection.
And this is where the lgbtq+ thing is headed. It's gone from we just want to be able to get married, to we want to fuck your kids. I think most people are done with this degeneracy.
This is correct. They wanted all or nothing and now they have nothing. I’m good with that!
The sad fact is that codified infanticide will still be the law in many states. This ruling is a return to state’s rights, not a ban on abortion.
It is a glorious blow to federalism. Each state will be allowed their versions of law and indeed, their own versions of extremism.
Yes but it also means funding them can be off my conscience.
All day this
the democrats hurt themselves in there confusion!
It’s super effective!
They also had their attack stat boosted by a friendly swagger. That's gonna leave a mark.
But how will the baby part chop shop abortionists afford their Lamborghinis?
(reference: https://www.centerformedicalprogress.org/2017/04/2027/ )
Chimpanzees practice infanticide. The overwhelming need for libs to kill babies is an expression of a strain of Monkey DNA which runs deep in them.
Could be. Satanists practice this evil stuff in their religion. I wonder if it has to do with some defective line of DNA thousands of years ago:
https://patriots.win/p/15HIhWzTCT/
So do hamsters. Found that out the hard way as a child.
A lot of times that is in response to stress or lack of sufficient food.
Leftists do it for the lulz.
From CA, NY and other woke cesspools
Do you really expect evil to not be greedy?
and homicidal. Evil always thinks it's doing just this one little thing and eventually leads to wholesale slaughter of the innocent.
Well..that heimie cernovich does pal around with the another heimie Epstein islander, dersowitz.
Can you elaborate?
I imagine that planned parenthood will be less visible in the pro-life states as well, unless it is to act as conduit.
Don't be naive
It's amazing how many liberals -- and just people in general -- think RvW overturned means abortion is banned. Instead of, you know, taking the decision from the fed and giving it to the states where it belongs.
I've even said to some, they should be happy with the ruling; RvW gave the fed absolute power, which means some monarch could have actually banned abortion in all 50 states if they wanted to. Now, since it's a state by state decision, it provides more protection from federal control. And obviously, case law should follow that.
Then their heads explode in liberal rage because that's all they are programmed to do.
The programming is thorough. It is also crystal clear how thoroughly captive the entire educational system is to federal overreach.
The idiots screaming on social media are hopeless to get through to. The politicians and media people upset are specifically trying to blur this fact as their objective is to centralize power.
It's not about them saying "hey, sucks but abortion is only banned in states we don't control anyways, not a big deal."

Shoulda just let them jump.
Just push them off and be done with it.
I have to be that guy.
Ackchyually, federalism does not mean that the federal government has exclusive power over a population. Federalism means that powers are delegated to the states and limited powers are granted to the federal government.
So this is a win for federalism.
Thank you, I was going to be that guy, but you took one for the team.
Valid point. In my haste to make my point I confused the true definition with my particular disdain for federal governmental overreach.
You beat me to making a similar post. 🤣
I wish more people understood this. The balkanization of the US is a globalist endgame goal, and we have dipshit "patriots" demanding that it happens.
Redpills are abundant to even the most willfully blind these days. Hopefully there is still a chance at course correction. It's a long road ahead.
Good points. I think sharing the word about states rights might be one of the most valuable things people could do right now.
LA and SanFran can secede, form the United Cities of Cackistan and be joined up by Musk's hyperloop paved with solar roadways.
and the horrors will become even more apparent. they tried to keep this shit under wraps. they openly admitted they want post-birth "abortion" and they got exposed selling baby bodies as "medical waste". these people are fucking evil and they will only look worse now.
I remember as a kid they were talking about 1st trimester only. They went too far.
Not necessarily... blue states can and will codify more aggressive abortion laws as a response to the ruling.
So true. I actually used to be pro choice. Not anymore.
Every person who wakes up to what's happening is a miracle. You're a miracle, and never forget it.
I went from pro-choice to pro-sterilizarion. The people that are okay having abortions should never be able to have kids, period.
Yep. That should be the cost of an abortion.
It would remove many idiots from the gene pool....
sterilizarions are cool tho
lmao laser eyes
Same, I tell my conservative friend that pre-Trump I was firmly pro-choice. Post-covid it feels criminal to support how far these monsters want to go.
Good times ahead, but stormy weather first.
Did you know that Ben Shapiro's wife is a doctor?
I know his sister has huge tits.
Khazar milkers.
So, essentially a ((()))
Cool story bro.
Sorry you're this dumb.
I guess we should rewind to the time before the MASSIVE influx of new people on the right and the pendulum swinging away from the left.
Glad you support the radical left because you can't stand a basic Conservative hahahaha. I keep forgetting how many people on the right purity test just as hard as the Woke.
Nothing on far right will mess things up. Handsmaid tale is a communist fantasy not a right one.
The far right is the reason for this country in the first place, the freedoms you love, a why America is the last best place on earth
but what about muh horseshoe theory?? and the six hundred and sixty-six million, therefor as long as they do it legally, we all bleed red my pede
Wasn't that book inspired by SHARIA law?
Hopefully SCOTUS does the right thing and recognizes that government has no right being involved in marriage in the first place.
He should be hanged by the neck until dead.
Wary about using any secluded parking garages.
"was probably a turning point"
Was for me.
They lack the capacity.
To them decency is a sin.
They worship degeneracy and hedonism.
This case you mean? Sort of out of the loop where this came from.
Rare?
How is Cernovitch defining that word?
Point is, it's anything but rare.
Yep. Dobbs v Jackson was what... last year? 61 million abortions since Roe v Wade. It was never rare. It was the opposite of rare. It happened 61 million times before they decided they wanted late term abortion.
Rare.
pffft.
Also, they wanted abortions that are far too close to infanticide.
It really is a death cult.
The word rare also carries the impression that it’s not a 100% good thing to do. Almost as if they admit it’s more than a “simple medical procedure”.
Was that the poi t of the case itself? Was it the pro death people saying the law was too restrictive?
Like the "rare" side effects to the experimental vaccines.
So rare must mean 10 million per year?
Well, they also based it on a privacy protection, which is about 20th on the list of concerns when going down the list of issues associated with killing a fetus/baby, and a really stupid way to try and force the states into legalizing abortion. It would be like legalizing marijuana on a federal level because humans have the right to burn plants for cooking/heat.
It's also funny how there is no other aspect of "privacy protection" where it's ever been applied.
And with all the pushing of the "pride" shit, it's time to get rid of the federal standing on gay marriage so states can ban that too.
They're never satisfied
Your a neo-nazi edge lord.
That’s what I’m saying.
Also you’re a sad and petty little man.
Going through my comment history to downvote me. You’re pathetic.
It’s unfortunate that Dred Scott had to be reversed not through the SCOTUS, but through violence and war.
At least PvF and RvW were reversed with another Supreme Court decision.
It's inch-mile syndrome. It infects almost all toddlers and those with toddler mentalities.
How else were the drug companies going to get live infant kidneys to help them create the jab?
100% this, not religious but completely fucked
EXACTLY.
If they just kept a common sense time limit maybe it would have stood.
But soooooooo many pro abortion people are competely ignorant about the details. They propably have no idea that Roe was being used to argue for 9 month abortions.
It's all about the money dead fetus worth up towards $23,000 a piece
That's just the price for the parts afterwards, and doesn't count all the billions of dollars in funding supporting the infrastructure to make it happen
Safe and rare? People literally use it at birth control
It usually takes the SCOTUS 50 to 60 years to reverse an extremely bad decision.
Plessy v. Ferguson (1896)
Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka (1954)
Roe v. Wade (1973)
Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization (2022)
This post made me realize that I didn't really know what the case at hand was. Does anyone have a synopsis of the case being argued?
https://communities.win/p/15IXkjku1t/x/c/4OZqi4pD4Ft
Part of me thinks it's karmic retribution for their total reversal on "my body my choice" re: the vax.
...rare? This late term abortion shit was recent, and there have been 61 million abortions since Roe v Wade.
Proverbs says those that hate God, love death.
I think the event which sprang the normalcy spring was the POST-NATAL ABORTIONS.
Might wanna check those numbers again.
People protesting in Arizona cause it's not illegal after 15weeks. 15 weeks is plenty of time in my opinion, a baby has arms and legs by that point.
Arms and legs that will be ripped off and out one by one, before crushing the skull and extracting that, only to finally put all of it back into some semblance of a fetus...just to make sure no pieces of it were left in. That is the horrific, barbaric procedure necessary in the second trimester.
That's what I told family when they claimed this will haunt republicans at the polls.
It's like they had no idea about Virginia...
Still, fuck all murder of innocents.
same with Gay rights...if they didnt act like "In your face" degenerates at their parades ...they would have had more rights a decade ago
70 million babies my ordered doesn't seem all that rare of a procedure to me. Fuck planned murderers. May they rot in jail and hell
This is a terrible take and precisely what is wrong with those pretending to be righteous. You can’t say abortion is murder and then selectively target late term abortions as to why your opponent lost.
And super pacs would not exist if Hillary had not sued that guy that made the movie about her and Bill back in the 90s.
Democrats fuck up everything they touch.
Governor Whitehood Blackface hardest hit
Cerno is a trump hating bag of crap buy he's right this time
“Just kill the mother. If the fetus is going to die anyway then let it go down with the ship.”
Yep. They always have to push further, they always have to control everything.
Hillary would probably be President right now if they could have just left video games alone.
100%
Had a civil discussion with a lib this morning and I brought up this point, she couldn't argue.
She also didn't know they were doing up to the day of birth and 1 day after birth.
Yep, they relied on ignorance of the law and the situation.
Hell, they are doing it now by making it sound like abortions are being banned nation wide.
Yup.
It’s much more defendable than outright infanticide.
6 states and DC have no restrictions, you can abort 1 minute before birth... actual infanticide.
Quite Right, and well said Fren! And by the way, this also happens to be the Biblical perspective. Exodus 21:22 KJV..🐸🇺🇲
And this is where the lgbtq+ thing is headed. It's gone from we just want to be able to get married, to we want to fuck your kids. I think most people are done with this degeneracy.
Support for their cause is declining.
They have a bit more sympathy as they aren’t really hurting anyone but themselves.
That is, until they start raping kids, then it suddenly becomes a problem.
The “slippery slope” is a Law of Physics when it comes to leftists. It isn’t merely a theory.
