I mean, I think we need to have the same thing here. Even the "you have to interview at a job" things are abused, where people would rather stay on unemployment, do one interview a week, then keep cashing the checks.

If you accept public assistance, you need be in education, working, or be forced to do community service. I'm sure many of the deadbeats would rather turn off brain and stock shelves for minimum wage, then being forced to paint over graffiti in the sun or clean up homeless encampments for 40 hours a week.
