Liberals think everything is a fucking college campus. This is the direct result of the insanity rolling through colleges.

192
NullifyAndSecede 192 points ago +193 / -1

The colleges have become an extension of government.

They don’t have to provide a valuable product when the feds are committed to making sure everyone can afford college.

The problem is, in a normal competitive environment, other companies would step in and outperform these woke companies operationally.

But because the same jackasses on the boards are the ones installed there by the ESG major fund managers, there is no need to fear stock price declines, or change of management.

The reason all of this is possible is because these same jackasses also print the money we use - and cycle it back into the asset management industry.

Money is the root of all evil - especially money that is worthless and can be printed and distributed on demand.

Remember, in a world where you can't print this nonsense, people would be forced to return to sensibilities.

35
BoberFett 35 points ago +35 / -0

Don't forget the ability to start a competitor will be strangled. Banks, payment processors, insurance companies, etc will all deny you claiming you're too risky because you don't meet their ESG requirements. The entire system has now been set up to support the narrative, and everything else is a roadblock to be smashed.

Defeating the globalists is going to require separation from all legacy systems and start from scratch.

14
AerialRush 14 points ago +14 / -0

And if you start your own country, after trying to start every other aforementioned thing with no avail because you keep getting blocked, censored or shunned. Then they'll want war too.

4
doodaddy 4 points ago +4 / -0

Defeating the globalists is going to require separation from all legacy systems and start from scratch.

They've got systems in place to avoid that too. In some countries, starting a business is right out if you are of the correct caste, not by naming the caste, but by making the regulation requirements absolutely impossible and self-invalidating.

15
American-Patriot 15 points ago +27 / -12

Money IS NOT the root of all evil. I am always sick and tired of hearing people repeat that asinine quote as if they are some high-IQ enlightened individual.

SATAN is the root of all evil. Last I checked, money has NOTHING to do with child rape, bestiality, homosexuality, debauchery, torturing and child sacrifices, etc.

23
MawaDeBlanco1 23 points ago +23 / -0

it's the pursuit of money. people always get it wrong.

9
HikingPatriot 9 points ago +9 / -0

or love. I always tell people the more accurate phrase is "the love of money is the root of all evil". Having money is fine. Wanting to live a comfortable life is fine. It's when acquiring wealth is the most important thing to you, when you love the money, that's when evil grows.

1 Timothy 6:10 (NIV) For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

6
Star_Rover73 6 points ago +6 / -0

People always get it wrong. It’s the love of money. Money in and of itself isn’t inherently evil. The love of it, well, that’s something entirely different.

3
ceremony_ 3 points ago +5 / -2

Ok, let me rephrase.

Money is the root of all evil in the material sense.

Satan is the root of all evil in the spiritual sense.

3

"The LOVE of money is the root of all evil." 1st Timothy 6:10

5

Yep.

4
blmJizz4RetarDs 4 points ago +6 / -2

No.

You’re INCREDIBLY naive if you think the reason we’re seeing all this is because “it’s cheaper than maternity leave”.

Jesus Christ dude. Open your eyes.

3
Diotima 3 points ago +3 / -0

Also it’s purely defensive.

Woke preggo: what do you mean you aren’t going to affirm my gender or provide me with a abortion stipend? That is hateful and I’m going to sue you.

Corps are inherently risk adverse so there is no downside to claiming they’ll provide time and money to the wokists.

8
TimeTestedTits 8 points ago +9 / -1

This is societal collapse if you've ever wondered what societal collapse looked like when reading about it in history books.

There's a reason wokeness is not in history books. Anyone who ever went woke has collapsed into irrelevance and it looks like we'll just be another society in the ash heap of history.

7
exarch 7 points ago +7 / -0

wokeness is not in history books

I disagree with that. There are substantial parallels between wokeness and the actions of communists during revolutions.

Remember the Yale professor being attacked? Remember the evergreen students?

Those are struggle sessions.

Antifa are the red guards.

We are literally in a communist revolution right now! They are using the same language, but they've replaced "class" with "race"

I'm sure I don't have to link to you videos of antifa carrying communist flags.

These companies are willing to pay for abortions because it's cheaper for them to pay a woman to miss one day of work to kill her baby than it is to pay her for months of maternity leave, paying someone else to do her job, and having the potential of her leaving the job entirely to raise a family.

Abortion money is chump change to them.

canttouchdis 60 points ago +60 / -0

there's a reason that corporate HR standards used to be that they wouldn't even hire people with green hair or crazy tattoos or nose rings.

it's because this is the kind of person that that is.

people who revolt against your company for not pushing their political bullshit. people who need paid time off for their little breakdowns because politics didn't go their way

I mean even the hippies of like the 1960s who were also very political weren't like that. they didn't need to take time off to cry in a corner because things didn't go their way.

and it's not the entire generation but there's a reason that hiring standards used to rule out people with green hair or blue hair and nose rings and fucking crazy tattoos that you could easily see. it's because those things were all red flags in an employee.. and now you're seeing those red flags and exactly what that turns into..

Yeah, I have 2 half sleeves. I purposefully never went much past the elbow so that I could still wear a button down with sleeves rolled up and not show any ink.

Removed my industrial ear piercing years and years ago, but the hole in my frontal cartilage won't ever close, the rear cartilage did because it's closer to blood circulation and has a bit of flesh on it vs the front. Ear lobe piercing sealed up fine, too. There will likely be a swing back to anti-ink so I'm going to stick to my policy of "always leave yourself an out" and not go much below the elbow although at this point, what's done is done.

2
canttouchdis 2 points ago +2 / -0

and that's the point. that's why you can get hired and it's fine. because you're still stable enough to realize that those are the things are all red flags and that you shouldn't have them if you want to get a job. so yeah you might have a full back tattoo of some crazy shit. but just the mere fact that you were aware enough not to get it on your face put you well above the rest of these liberals..

These dipshits think that just because they have a minimum wage job in an Amazon warehouse, they have a say in the company's dealings.

9
TheThreeSeashells 9 points ago +9 / -0

My favorite part is "expand remote work options." Not realizing, as you said, that a fucking warehouse job or delivery job can't be done remotely.

4
fazaman 4 points ago +4 / -0

Amazon's cloud system is a huge part of their business, and a lot of that can be done remotely, simply because of the nature of the work. Tech, especially California tech, tends to have the types to make stupid demands like this.

1
TheThreeSeashells 1 point ago +1 / -0

Those aren't the people these morons are talking about. Most of the mouth-breathers Amazon uses and abuses for their physical labor can barely operate a computer, never mind do anything related to their AWS end of the business. They're essentially demanding more opportunities are magically made out of thin air in the area of the company that can't just be filled by saying, "OK...you've been here a long time. Here's a promotion."

Plus, it's likely many of those jobs are already done remotely and probably done in foreign countries. They demand Amazon "expand remote work options." That essentially means they want other positions in the company be open to remote working and that's probably not likely. Anyone who agrees with the bullshit in this letter is from the slave-class branch of Amazon who will never qualify for anything different because they don't want to every commit to working hard to increase their value as a worker.

4
Wrexxis780 4 points ago +4 / -0

14
adawk91 14 points ago +14 / -0

there was an article that was circulated by financial literate types that said their "burn and churn" operating model was in danger of churning through the entire US labor force in the near future. and nobody will voluntarily work in an exploitative environment once that word is out. everyone is "replaceable", sure, until you've "replaced" literally everybody in the country.

7
TommyJarvis 7 points ago +7 / -0

I just lost a software Eng to AWS. I fucking warned her about them. She’s going to be so miserable, trying to deal with her two little babies at home and having to keep her laptop on at all hours.

But she didn’t listen to me, so it’s all on her!

2
sobriquet 2 points ago +2 / -0

2
JihadiJustinTurdoh 2 points ago +2 / -0

We had that problem at my previous company. New management had no regard for employees, made life miserable and terminated people that had been there since it opened. Burned through the entire local workforce, so they started bussing in illegals and foriegn students to work illegally. I left shortly after that started and last I heard they had to completely rip apart the cafeteria because some east Indians brought cockroaches and bed bugs in their lunch bag from their shithole apartment, they caught a group of men circle jerking on the workfloor, some guy was storing bags of urine at his work station, and they caught a bunch of them gangbanging in the recycling room. I'm sure the Japanese shareholders meeting was a rousing success for upper management that year.

You never met Jack. I had to deal with Jack every single godforsaken day he worked. He used to goose the cashiers and follow around after people doing actual work explaining which days he ate cornbread.

Jack would get very upset and begin asking, "Why?" interminably if his favorite, disgusting single-serve frozen microwave BBQ rib sandwiches were not in stock. He needed them to go with the cornbread, you see, or else the whole week would be irrecoverably sullied.

In fairness, though, that was a union job, and he was far from uniquely obnoxious in that miserable place.

Anyway, just be glad you met decent, friendly people, and not Jack. Jack can get left by himself on a wooded hillside somewhere for all I care, just the ticks and maybe a hungry cougar to keep him company.

Amazon corporate has a fiduciary duty to conduct business in such a way that grows the company. Refusing to do business with half the country strikes me as a stupid move. Honestly I say let them go for it and give me a excuse to stop using Amazon devices and finally cancel my prime sub.

Resulting in layoff of 10s of thousands of workers and closure of warehouses and flex facilities.

6
sgt_richard 6 points ago +6 / -0

4
TheThreeSeashells 4 points ago +4 / -0

Originally, I thought it was because from what I've heard it's a shitty company to work for. However, I'm starting to change my thinking on that. I think they're hiring too many assholes like the people who put together this screed who don't understand what working actually means. Think about it...this letter comes across as "we low level assholes who are being paid minimum wage and have no skill other than being able to pull something off a shelf and put it in a box for 12 hours are now going to dictate how you should run your company AND spend your money." Fucking entitled assholes.

So, when I hear some dipshit complaining about how shitty it was/is to work for Amazon, I now immediately assume it's because the dipshit was just angry that they were/are expected to actually work. They probably thought it was some futuristic warehouse like Spacely Sprockets where all they had to do was sit at a desk and push a button all day while robots did everything.

Not that I don't believe Amazon takes advantage of its workers. I guarantee they do. But most large companies are going to take advantage of low-skill, low-IQ workers to some degree. Amazon just happens to have more opportunities for those positions.

3
Femprep 3 points ago +3 / -0

They take advantage of the low IQ and burn those who would ordinarily progress upwards in the company structure. Both end up quitting citing working conditions, only one has real cause.

Also, from what I understand, their shift management is the worst.

2
semsem 2 points ago +2 / -0

Welcome to warehouse work. It's pretty uniformly awful. If you're going to do it, you try to find one that's close and pays better, and you start looking for something better almost immediately, just as a proactive measure. Pay your expenses and save up what you can in the meantime.

That's not unique to Amazon. Amazon gets mentioned endlessly by agitators and activist press because it's big and the whole country knows the brand by name because of direct interaction with that brand as consumers. Same reason Walmart got similar treatment in days past. I can assure you, warehouse, inventory, stocking and shipping/receiving work is also miserable crap across all the other big box retailers, grocery and food supply, a great deal of agricultural, automotive and/or trailer parts supply and distribution, etc.

Speaking from experience. (I haven't dealt with Amazon myself. Of what I've seen and done, Best Buy was memorably the worst. YMMV.)

2
Pleasebeunique 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don’t have ties with Amazon, and their convenience has declined since covid. The quality of their sellers is increasingly going downhill.

I’m happy to drive to the pet store for my dog food and hardware store for my AC filters, both are starting to arrive constantly late, and I won’t let my dog go hungry.

EDIT: And my local Ace Hardware store has stepped up their fucking game. Add my brand of dog food and it’s a one stop shop next to the local butcher. Convenient almost won, but time and service will always matter more.

Hundreds, out of how many?

You aren't as popular as you think you are, hoes.

26
Trumpdup4prez 26 points ago +26 / -0

.0000001% of Amazon employees write a letter to virtue signal.

Fixed the headline.

12
thisisatestof2 12 points ago +12 / -0

Best estimates I found online are about 1.1 MILLION employees in the US.

7
SPEDMan64 7 points ago +7 / -0

If I was to be generous and say it was ten hundreds of employees, i.e., 1000 employees, that signed the letter then based on that number that would only be about 0.09 percent of Amazon's workforce.

If it was me I would toss the letter in the trash after reading it and go on about my day.

LazySusan 1 point ago +1 / -0

They're really not. The BLM/Antifa crowd in the nearest city here tried to get a riot going this past weekend. Very few attended. No crowd = no riot. Hoes mad, but very few hoes are that mad.

Go ahead Amazon, stop doing business in states that won't allow The Killing of Unborn Babies. Do you have any idea what that would do to your Bottom Line? You would lose Billions upon Billions of Dollars. So go ahead. Make my day.

goldkeyboardwarrior 19 points ago +19 / -0

Bezos may be woke but he isn’t stupid.

If he’s still doing business in countries that execute people for being LGBTQ there’s no way he’s going to stop doing business in states that aren’t as abortion friendly as Washington and California.

4
BigMikesSwingingCock 4 points ago +4 / -0

Cutting business ties with states who trade with Amazon will never happen. Bezos won't lose money to shitlib screeching, and the shareholders most definitely won't. It's the equivalent of shooting yourself in the foot with a cannon. These looney lefties don't have the power they think they do.

These companies ESG scores are more important to them than profit, especially as the Great Reset accelerates

3
x79q3pb 3 points ago +3 / -0

Fuck I hate that term. Noped out of a contract negotiation the moment they started rambling about their ESG bullshit. No way to I want to work with these type of "people".

5
Woodchipper 5 points ago +5 / -0

ESG means extra super gay, right?

Walmart would be happy and would fill that void the next day. Walmart has been nipping at Amazons heels for a while now.

3
Cuetardian 3 points ago +3 / -0

There's no way Amazon could do this even if they wanted to. Amazon has server farms for its Amazon Web Services (AWS) where they host all kinds of sites, including Facebook.

Some of those AWS server farms are in places like Texas.

There are plenty of self-employed people in the USA making a living by selling stuff on Amazon. It would be impossible to separate out "anti-abortion" states and simply not allow people living there to buy products. How do you think the USA sellers might react?

As someone else here pointed out, Amazon sells products in plenty of countries where abortion is illegal.

I need popcorn for this particular show. Wow.

3
walls4america 3 points ago +3 / -0

And don’t forget if someone buys something from Amazon with a billing address in an abortion state and has it shipped to an address in a non-abortion state, whether sent as a gift or to a second seasonal residence. How would that be separated?

2
Landslide_2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

I am not saying that it will happen. In fact, I am pretty sure that it would never happen. Butt I would love to see it happen. I mean could you just see the talking heads🤡🌍 exploding when Amazon Stock is down to, oh I don't know, let's just exaggerate a little, so we'll say, 25 bucks a share. 🤯🤯

1
Donald4thewin 1 point ago +1 / -0

Imagine what it would do for those local economies. Truly a blessing.

half the women screeching are barren womb post-wall cat herders.

26

Note that they managed to omit the words "female" and "woman".

10
TheThreeSeashells 10 points ago +10 / -0

No, no. It's there. You missed the part where they demand they pay for people looking to "expand abortion access to women and pregnant people in impacted states."

Holy shit it's amazing how moronic these assholes are. "Pregnant people." What. The. Fuck?

19
honkdeezee 19 points ago +19 / -0

Such poor excuses for grown ass adults.

12
perma-maga 12 points ago +12 / -0

they're spoiled adolescents

18

We just need a war. There is no other solution at this point. These people are just a waste of resources.

7
AnPrim 7 points ago +7 / -0

It has already started

2
TheThreeSeashells 2 points ago +2 / -0

Think about how easily we'll win. Once the first report of a massive lost battle on their side comes in, they'll ask that we suspend the war for a few days while they run off to their safe spaces to recover.

Seems like a good list to reference when reducing the workforce due to higher operating costs.

I stopped reading at "basic human rights". No one has a "basic human right" to take a life and it's certainly not enumerated in the constitution. Did these people pass high school?

4
WhitePowerRanger 4 points ago +4 / -0

No that’s why they work at Amazon

9
Apersonofinterest 9 points ago +9 / -0

Grab your piss bottle and get back to work!

8
sciencebeforegod 8 points ago +8 / -0

You mean people would have to buy local? Oh no, that sucks…

7
BigDaddyBigTrump 7 points ago +7 / -0

Or, get this, you're gonna wanna brace yourselves for this one... how about... are you ready? You close your fucking legs... start behaving like adult humans... and get the fuck back to work. Doesn't that sound great? Cool, let's do that. Thanks.

5
InsideMan 5 points ago +5 / -0

Ok. Haven't shopped on Amazon in several years. Support local business.

2
TheThreeSeashells 2 points ago +2 / -0

Oh, you mean you don't buy overpriced, Chinese shit that takes two months to be delivered? That was pretty much my last experience with Amazon. And before anyone chimes in with "Why did you buy something coming directly from China" it's because Amazon doesn't tell you that until after it's been shipped.

They won't even cease doing business with China still using slave labor.

5

Hundreds How many employees does Amazon have?

I'm so over these fags that rope in wine box leftists to do their bidding.

2
PrezElectHamsandwich 2 points ago +2 / -0

How many employees does Amazon have?

It was over 1.6 MILLION as of 2020.

5
Midgeba 5 points ago +5 / -0

How fucking soft do you have to be for this?

I need time off to grieve for something that doesn't even make it illegal, like it should???

Fucking roundheads.

4
johnqpublic864 4 points ago +4 / -0

Give them permanent time off

4
dres3 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sounds like open season for MAGA takeover and HR office to get fucked.

4
Bennythejoke 4 points ago +4 / -0

I love how they say it's a "Basic human right" but when the child is in the womb, they don't get that same basic Right.

4
alucard13mmfmj 4 points ago +4 / -0

If Amazon goes through with this (and they wont), they will lose a lot of money and i hope they fire those "hundreds of employees" lol.

4

LOL.

Gawd, Amazon really employs low level employees without any basic math on how supply and demand works.

3

They about to see how superficial that rainbow-logo is.

3

We’re about to see real capitalism when Bezos says “NO!” And cracks the whip

3
SaltyWife 3 points ago +3 / -0

Lol, I fully expect Amazon to lay-off some woke idiots. Bezo is a capitalist and he’s not stupid, he needs people to do a job. I won’t be surprised one but if TruthSocial will eventually have the same services as Amazon.

3
Big-E 3 points ago +3 / -0

What about the thousands that are ecstatic about it?

2
TheThreeSeashells 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's probably a safe bet the original draft included a demand that those people be fired.

3
WarioFan76 3 points ago +3 / -0

I applaud my courageous fellow Amazonians and demand every single one of them who signed this letter get an IMMEDIATE promotion... To customer

3
Darkheartisland 3 points ago +3 / -0

I guess they want time to grieve that the black population will increase.

3
Tcrussell 3 points ago +3 / -0

I wonder who is going to get replaced by a robot first

3
Antemalagon 3 points ago +3 / -0

Lol the only reason Amazon has gone woke is to take your woke ass money. They will not lose half thier customers because of some fag whiners

3
FTR22 3 points ago +3 / -0

Good thing employees don't make decisions for the company. They would lose how much business in 23 states? But hey, those idiots might make that decision

3
Beat_to_Quarters 3 points ago +3 / -0

Robots that are going to replace them won't request time off for political complaints.

2
Jpxx 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah I'm sure Amazon will shut down all those Fullfillment Center's in Texas.

2
Cuetardian 2 points ago +2 / -0

And their AWS server farms

2

Fire them all!
