Maybe. I have a feeling it would require the use of some kind of force because they aren't just going to get up and run away when facing charges of treason.
I agree. This is a really big deal. In all honesty, this is the kind of shit that triggers civil wars. This could explain why Nancy Pants has been going out of her way to call the Supremes "Extremists".
Civil war is what "they" want. Somehow "they" are arranging this to be on their terms. Imagine if we didn't play their game but still removed these corrupt bastards from power.
A revolutionary war can mean fighting a foreign power that took over your country. See American, French, and Irish revolutions. But it can also mean a civil war, see Russian revolution. A civil war can only mean against your own country. So there is a difference but I admit it's a little blurry.
If a civil war pops off I'll take any opportunity I get to take out anyone that held any political office before it started, no matter what side they claim to be on.
Look at the Russian revolution with the reds and whites, the whites still recognized aristocratic titles and put those people in positions of power to their own detriment, and the reds won. 100% of the democrats and 95%+ of the republicans are worthless incompetents and the only way forward is without them.
And they all get off scot free for Covid tyranny, border failures, $30T debt, destruction of our precious environment by permitting long lasting toxins to be grandfathered in, child trafficking, purposeful destruction of our food plants, the utter failures of fiat banking, massive voter fraud, Blackrock, the J6 detainee atrocities, and destruction of black families and communities. Are we really going to allow ourselves to go to a war They Want to cover up for their endless failures? No! We must Not go to war - civil or revolutionary. We must continue to expose their crimes to the World, for future generations to see. Play them on loop on every channel TV or internet.
Remember also we said, Never Forget: 9-11, Waco, OK bombing, LasVegas Sandy Hook, Uvdale, et al., and all other domestic terror acts perpetrated on the American People.
Thus: NO WAR. IT'S WHAT THEY WANT. INSTEAD: TAKE BACK THE MEDIA AND EXPOSE. EXPOSE.
EXPOSE.
Give this country a chance to rise up Real Leaders, not just the Puppets They will install on a post-war traumatized America. Wake Up! My God, people, You must wake.up! We must end this cycle of communist subversion once and for all. jmo
Not quite sure what you are thinking this will do. These scumbags only understand one thing. That's why they want our 2A so bad.
The media will never let the exposing info to get out. So, then what?
I agree that war should be our last resort but right now, I don't see many other options. Midterms and deep investigations would be great but I don't trust anyone to do them anymore. Our DOJ is corrupt to it's core. FBI is even worse. I can't imagine the CIA is any better.
We need to find a way to take back our Federal Government and then end all these depts and agencies. Then, we must remove all corruption and how do you think that happens? They just turn themselves in? They go in willingly?
No, unless we go the NATIONAL DIVORCE route, it's gonna be bloody.
How many more decades do we try and take back things the right way that were stolen?
You old people don't get it. When you are playing chess with someone and you clearly see them cheating. Cheating to the point they don't even try to hide it anymore. You don't keep playing by the rules.
You flip the fucking chessboard over and punch them in the face.
And this assumes Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Barrett don't stab us in the back like with the Kung Flu mandates for medical workers. I'm super hyped about Roe v Wade and the 2nd Amendment decisions, but I won't be convinced they will rule correctly on this until I see the ruling.
I still wonder, why did they fearlessly come together and give us these landmark victories despite an unprecedented leak and enormous pressure, far greater than what they had during the Texas Lawsuit.
I have been wondering this also and you are the first I have seen comment that.Is there actually something going on in the background because as you say,a lot of pressure as the regime installed in the Whitehouse wants the opposite of the SC decisions..who knows
Exactly, things are turning so fast that I have thought the same. Why are they doing the "right thing" all of a sudden? Pay attention pedes! Something big may be coming! Oh, don't forget your windage and elevation!
Yup, super hyped about recent decisions, but realistic outlook regarding past decisions so saying I'll wait for the actual decision to come down. Super doomy. Total doom and gloom. No hope boohoo. Total doomfaggotry.
Nobody is going to get treason charges if this goes the way we want, can we stop with the Great Awakening silly bullshit?
And, it won't require "force", because it's a change of policy and authority. It just happens. It puts responsibility back into the hands of Congress. The agencies will still exist, but they will have no power, and greatly reduced budgets, because Congress will have to specifically fund them.
Put more effort into understanding what this actually is, and will play out, than Great Awakening masturbatory fantasies.
Literally rulers mean measures that give and take away value. That's why the banks, MBAs and lawyers are important in our society. I refuse to be ruled
Don't forget the IRS! If true a SCOTUS ruling that strikes down the authority of 3 letter agencies is a gigantic green light for citizens to tell the IRS to go fuck themselves and the federal collapse will begin.
Ya the 16th amendment set the income tax in stone, which is EXACTLY why we must repeal it. There's NO WAY AROUND THAT if we expect to have a free country again.
You cannot have a free society where the government has claim of ownership over people's labor. It's that simple. It's a form of SLAVERY.
It doesn't say or do that, at all. It just means Congress can only make/change laws and policies the agencies follow and has to be be transparent about funding.
It doesn't strike down the authority of an agency, like the ability to collect taxes. That power is set by law, by the Congress, and this decision doesn't touch it, at all. It strikes down the agencies ability to self-govern and set policy and regulation without Congressional oversight.
This doesn't remove agencies, or change their mission, which is set by law - the DEA will not lose it's powers, like being able to arrest, but they cannot change or go beyond that without Congress specifically crafting legislation over it, like they can now. The Congress is already broken, so throwing all of the decisions of policy and authority back to Congress will break them, because they'll be in session 365 days a year, as the article says, and they're already glacial. And this will GUT funding, like Biden's massive cash grab to fund thousands of new IRS agents that's in the bad gun safety legislation. Dems won't be able to create slush funds through agency programs. That's YUGE right there.
And, like the article says, this opens the door for massive, groundbreaking lawsuits for past actions by three letter agencies overstepping their bounds. The EPA would be tied up in court for hundreds if not thousands of years from the flood of lawsuits from people and entities they've abused.
A lot of what is coming out of the White House and Congress is the same "throw it to the agencies and open the money floodgates" bullshit Obama did - because he's behind it. And this decision, if they favor Virginia, stops all of it in it's tracks.
Over 240 agencies and departments. Each and every single authority reg or mandate. Would have to be debated and voted on for congressional approval. That's why it's never gonna happen imo . Nobody just gives up that much power
That becomes the "ok, enforce it" situation. The supreme court could rule that those agencies need to be dissolved, but without someone to enforce that it's toothless. The feds aren't going to just police themselves.
Wouldn’t that make it easier for the average American to sue against these agencies easily? Or your state legislature could refuse to allow the operations of these agencies within their borders.
I don’t think either of these would happen but idk
Ok, say you sue them. How does the court in your state enforce that judgement provided you win? It's the exact same thing. The only group that could do something impactful are the states themselves, and that depends on how forceful they want to be considering they're risking a heavy chunk of their budget because of things like federal education funding.
That's the whole problem and why the founding fathers didn't want the government to balloon ridiculously like it has.
I completely agree that this wouldn’t do much at a high level, I do believe that some (few I would guess) extremely based states would limit or remove some of these agencies from their borders though. Or that state politicians could run on that premise and see a lot of success down the line.
At the very least it would give a new focus to our local MAGA movements, limiting or removing these influences would go so far for our cause and be a good step at saving this national.
States will just ignore their rules. The agencies will have to enforce it, but won't be able to because no one will back them other than people from other agencies, who will also be on the ignore list.
The court is not ruling that the agencies be dissolved. They're ruling that they don't have the unlimited power they claim now. Read the article. Read the suit. Nowhere is the phrase "dissolve agencies" mentioned, and SCOTUS doesn't have that kind of power.
Maybe this is the real reason the left is trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court over Roe v. Wade being overturned right now. Elites will always have the ability to get an abortion for their side pieces no matter how illegal the country makes them (even if you disregard it still being legal in blue states) but those agencies being neutered would strip them of a lot of power.
Why is it that all executive orders made by Obama “stuck”? Any that President Trump made were either overturned or ignored. Even when Biden is overruled by the courts and made to enforce Trump’s executive orders, he ignores them. Hoping the Supreme Court rules in our favor.
Because activist judges, and decades of government positions being filled by activists and activist sympathetic drones. Remember the Project Veritas videos from early Trump administration of govt workers talking about gumming up the works from the inside? Productive, positive people don't gravitate to govt jobs. There needs to be a cleaning out of upper ranks and replacing with bosses that will take a flame thrower to the lower ranks.
One of my good friends used to work for CFPB. He said that in the days after Trump won there were grown men excusing themselves to go into the stairwells to cry. Support group formed. People brought “support animals” to the office. These people are children.
Hence the reason why they go for the maximum job security and lowered expectations that come with sucking on Uncle Sam's tit! Civil service lost its dignity somewhere along the way, I don't think that our grandpas and grandmas working in the 1960s bureaucracy were ignoble and selfish like the PoS we have today.
Because fighting them can cost millions of dollars to get a case to the SCOTUS, like Virginia has done here. They sued specifically for one of his "programs" that bypassed Congress. Most people negatively impacted by Obama's orders had to sue to overturn them, or like Trump, use his Presidential power to order the IRS to ignore the Obamacare tax penalty.
As much as this would be amazing and awesome to get a ruling against the agencies over, not getting a ruling will be significantly more devastating, because the three letter agencies will triple down, now that SCOTUS has ruled that their fiat power is legit. Which is why I think SCOTUS will favor Virginia. The executive branch is usurping state power and bypassing Congressional oversight and jurisdiction. Congress has been passing the buck for decades, and SCOTUS is the only power that can really change that.
It's a crucial case. Very crucial. If we win - big changes for the better. If we lose, the country sinks several thousand meters deeper into the swamp.
It's a children's Christmas movie/show from 1964 about Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. It used stop motion animation (look it up if you're still confused, zoomer).
The "Bumble" was the Abominable Snowman in said movie/show. Cornelius had a battle with the Bumble and hilarity ensued.... If you want an example of it watch the below clip... It's only a minute long.
Abortion is a bad comparison, because right now, a shitload of states now ban the practice, while many blue states carry on with business as usual in that department - exactly as intended by SCOTUS' decision.
Not too many doctors in these red states are stupid enough to risk being tossed into PMITA prison over muh Roe! - instead they'll move to a blue state like WA or NY to continue plying their bloody trade.
The reason being is the pentagon is a federal agency. State law doesn't trump federal. Since there is no federal abortion law anymore, they need a directive to follow on federal property.
Well, at least it will give individuals and companies with balls, the ability to not comply with the illegitimate orders. The law will be on individuals/businesses side (if we get a judge to uphold it). But this takes courage, which unfortunately has been proven to be in low supply.
Killing the federal alphabet agencies returns power back to the states. Not so much as when under the articles of confederation. But, certainly a considerable amount more than we are under Biden or were under Barry.
Put another way, the unelected bureaucrats in DC run this country by executive fiat. Their power has been usurped from the states. Any power not given to the federal government in the constitution is a states power. There are no bureaus listed in the constitution. no EPA, ATF, FDA ETC ETC. States would have to legislate and control these things if they saw fit.
If the supremes in fact go through with this today. It with be one of the most transformational moments in our history.
It does nothing to stop EOs. Just stop. It takes decision making powers from the agencies and puts it back into the hands of Congress.
Biden will still be able to issue EOs he signs that Barry writes for him, but the power of the EO to create programs and get funded automatically without Congressional legislation will be removed.
Please don’t cuck out… knowing the EPA can’t touch my racecar and the ATF can’t touch my hole punchers would make this bullshit presidency slightly more bearable
Wouldn't end it (or any other agency) per-se, but it would potentially limit it so they can't arbitrarily do things like, say, change the definition of an SBR or redefine what a machine gun is.
I know that a lot of people think the Fed is the worst thing ever, but the fact is, the vast majority of our problems stem from the Department of Education indoctrinating kids from birth.
definitely had this thought many times. Eliminate DOE, and teach our kids marketable and common sense skills. Show them civics and the uniqueness and fragility of our form of government. That right there would shoot America to the moon on many levels.
I have high hopes for this, based on what we've seen so far. I'm not opposed to EVs and solar. They have their place. What I'm opposed to is the way leftists think it is somehow a good idea to completely replace existing technology with something that is just not practical for everyone.
I live in Georgia. You better believe when I buy a house, it's going to have solar panels to power the A/C on hot summer days. But I also know that I'm going to have electricity from the grid for when the sun isn't out. And for where I live and work and travel, an EV would be a good fit for me. That is, if I didn't have a company vehicle and gas card provided as part of my compensation, and I was willing to pay for an EV. (I hate spending money, so not gonna happen)
That said, what I would never do, is tell my neighbor that since I do it, he has to as well, and there will be no debate.
I think the issue is that you can’t just put the entire world on “renewables” by fiat. It’s going to take market forces and organic development to make the switch.
Exactly. And the internal combustion engine is going to have advantages over electric for a long time to come. I'm just not going to follow the hive mind in rejecting EVs and solar outright.
You mean like the hundreds of photos of them spontaneously lighting on fire?
I don’t think that’s propaganda to keep us from buying EVs. I just really think they aren’t at a point yet where they practically outweigh a gas vehicle.
Solar is always good to have though. Why be dependent on the grid?
I’ve never seen an anti-EV meme. Only countless pictures of EVs on fire, posted by real people trying to raise awareness about the obvious pitfalls of the globalists agenda.
Surely as a car mechanic you have the common sense to know that the globalists are pushing for a “green” society where they can control the power grid and keep people from driving gas powered vehicles? There is zero reason to think an anti-EV stance is the product of “hive mind” mentality and every reason to question the mainstream narrative.
Similar boat minus the EV. I switched all of my 2 cycle yard tools to Dewalt cordless models and almost all of my pneumatic tools as well — the thing is I did it for my own convenience. Same reason I’m putting solar panels on my garage — it suits my needs to have a building with power regardless of what is going on with the grid and in a pinch I can pull my main and back feed my house to keep the boiler and freezers going without having to fire up my generator. I drive hybrids because it’s convenient to go 5-600 miles on a tank of gas, not because I am trying to lower my “carbon footprint”.
Since I did, several of my neighbors have done likewise — most because they’re impressed by how quiet they are and because they are sick of fiddling with fuel filters and gummed up carbs.
Build compelling products and develop attractive technologies and let them compete in the free market — if they’re truly better, they’ll find adopters in the markets in which they’re practical.
TBF most compact mowers, weedwackers and the like should really be torn down every 10-20 hours to clean them out. Most of the crap I see in carbs isn't just ethanol. 2 strokes are by nature very dirty and its not like they burn super well or have super duper air filters. It's just how it is. Luckily you can spend a saturday rebuilding all of your 2 strokes and still have time to BBQ.
Coming from a mechanic, I love my old carb'd vehicles, but there's nothing so sweet as that nice balance between. Late 80's to early 2000's of fuel injected, no complex computers, just a multimeter will do. Super reliable and doesnt require the constant tune ups.
Can we once and for all have them confirm that no Executive Order can EVER be treated like a law ever again?
no EO for vaccine mandates, no EO to protect illegals, no "oh we couldn't pass a law through Congress? Well I'll get my phone and pen out and sign an EO instead".
Forever negate the power of a President to just "sign his own orders" into law because his agenda didn't pass Congress.
A decision that puts Congress in charge would stall environmental rules intended to replace fossil fuels with renewable energy. Legislators, back in the driver’s seat, would have to debate and go public with the consequences – and costs -- of regulations that are now adopted with little buy-in from the public.
Can we please stop calling it "renewable" energy? The technology for wind and solar are wasteful, expensive (and no it doesn't 'pay for itself' eventually, solar panels for instance are only 'affordable' to most because of government incentives and subsidies), and cannot power a country as big as ours (land are and population). Can Denmark survive on wind? Sure, ok, because near the seas there's enough regular wind to keep it going. But if the wind stops, you're fucked. Same with solar. No sun, no power. Want storage batteries? they'll take up your whole basement and cost half as much as your house. If they ever fail or leak, have fun replacing them and getting rid of the bad ones. Bet your local dump won't take them. You'll have to call some EPA regulated service like for Freon at your expense and it'll be costly.
What we need are more nukes, and even better if we can ever figure out how to do fusion without needing a Sun. We can supplement in smaller applications with solar and wind, but stop thinking powering even half this country's needs is possible without maybe every square foot of open land being covered with solar panels or fields of windmills that chop up birds, and whose parts can't even be recycled when damaged and in need or replacement.
The main problem with windmills and EV's especially, is they have to function perfectly, for decades, just to break even on their carbon footprint from their creation. Most of them don't. Right now they are worse for the environment than gas cars and coal fired power plants.
Electric cars have to get up to 400k miles before they break even on the carbon utilized to built it. And they get 60% of their battery charge from coal fired electricity.
THIS. THIS is the one, guys. This could be the game changer of all game changers.
This is more massive than RvW. This would end the EPA. This would remove the fed's claws from local school systems. This is the one decision that could wound the beast and weaken it terribly.
THIS is the one that needs the most fervent prayer.
Almost nothing from SCOTUS in years, not anything major like abortion or gun rights at least, and now rapid succession of major rulings in our favor? That's great, I'm happy about it, but why now? There's always something else going on we don't see yet...
The line is very, very clear in this case. If they rule in favor of unelected bureaucrats there will be no legitimate argument they can use to explain themselves
I know people are stoked about Roe but THIS will have much more far reaching implications. This will be the biggest win for freedom loving Americans in 100 years. Its importance and significance cannot be overstated.
I'm like a kid waiting on Christmas. PLEASE LET THIS HAPPEN.
Also, I've been saying, pay attention to the shifts happening right now. You owe it to yourself because these are exciting times and the energy people have put into sharing their truth and shinging their light on darkness is paying off.
All the hard work people put into this is making a difference. Even if this doesn't go through, just the idea that it's a possibility at this time in exciting. Don't do yourself a disservice and tune out now. There's a lot more on the horizon.
Students for fair admission vs Harvard case will be taken up by Supreme Court either later this year or next, that has potential to kill affirmative action.
CIA, although it would likely go to DOD like the NSA. DHS and ATF could also go to the DOD. Maybe even FBI. Just repeal posse comitatus, and put those responsibilities on the National Guard. That way it would be State run unless the President calls the guard up to quell a rebellion. No more calling them up to supplement Active Duty (other than the 2 weeks a year of active duty).
Each service department already has their version of Federal Agents - NCIS, CID, OSI, and they are generally a good and competent bunch of agents. I worked with all of those agencies (plus other non-mil agencies) when I was doing computer security work at the Pentagon years ago. Those agencies weren't compromised by politics because they were subject to the UCMJ - not the DOJ.
The way I understand it, they won’t end, but it takes their teeth. Their policing powers will be gone, they won’t be able to make laws and enforce them.
The premise being that lawmaking is for legislatures and not bureaucrats
Agreed. There are legitimate agencies but for every legitimate agency or function there are ten that exist solely for subversion and are funding shit like “disparate impact of detention on inner city youth.”
Out of context, but reminds me of a Jesus quote: “what is easier to say, ‘you are saved from your sins’, or to say, ‘rise and walk again.” If I misquoted, apologies.
yes it should......their is no good damn reason our newest nuclear plant was built before I was born. All this muh electric shit but no nuclear power is a damn disaster.
The problem is the fundamental way we administer our politics.
There is nothing wrong with having specialist agencies that do research and make policy, HOWEVER, every single piece of that needs to go through the legislative branch and be voted on. These stupid, lazy mother fuckers in Congress can't wipe their own ass it seems, so I don't expect them to understand nuances of quantum physics.
This is a force multiplier and devolution of illegitimate power enhancer...Red states patriots and like minded citizens join together and take advantage, pass laws to ban and drive out the traitorous globalists in your towns, cities, communities
I wonder how many of these bloated Fed Gov't dept and agency employees will be given a pink slip?
FROM GOOGLE;
DOE = approximately 14,000 federal employees
Overview. The Department of Energy (DOE) enterprise is comprised of approximately 14,000 federal employees and over 95,000 management and operating contractor and other contractor employees at the Department's headquarters in Washington, D.C. and 83 field locations.
FCC = 1,482 federal employees
The FCC is funded entirely by regulatory fees. It has an estimated fiscal-2022 budget of US $388 million. It has 1,482 federal employees as of July 2020.
EPA = 15,000 People also ask How many staff does EPA have?
We are 15,000+ individuals from diverse backgrounds in a full range of career fields and positions…Feb 22, 2022
The EPA is China's business sourcing arm. The EPA kills business here and makes doing business impossible so that it is sent to China. It is a horribly corrupt and stupid entity. No one here will argue that the FDA and CDC also need abolished due to what we've seen the last 2 years. No one here will argue that the CIA and FBI need abolished. SEC, FCC, IRS, all of 'em. Anything FDR started needs torn down. Then after the administrative state is gone ELLIMINATE THE FED! If anyone attempts to get rid of the fed assassinations will start, but it's a struggle worth undergoing for freedom.
If anyone attempts to get rid of the fed assassinations will start
These demons asssassinate for breathing the wrong way.
If anything passes that appears to take power away from the government, it will be deliberate and intentional. For what ends exactly will remain to be seen but I think it’s for a full scale civil war.
Just in time to kick off the leftist summer of rage. Let's see if they bring the same energy they did in the 2020 summer of love and mostly peaceful protests.
The good news for us is that the Communists/RINOs/Democrats cannot don't seem to understand that these S.C. rulings go far beyond the individual cases where they are decided.
GE has been sucking the PowerTaxCredit for yesrs. I grew so uncomfortable working there I left. Screw all of these agencies that payroll activites that are bankrolled on our backs. I didnt vote for any of these criminals. Defund them all.

We are ruled by the unelected and unaccountable.
This would end that.
In other words, I think it's almost go time.
Civil war is what "they" want. Somehow "they" are arranging this to be on their terms. Imagine if we didn't play their game but still removed these corrupt bastards from power.
They want a civil war to avoid a revolutionary war.
They want a civil war so they can call in the UN and the CCP - But woe be to them if they show up.
We will defeat them all and then follow them home and grind their countries into dust.
Don’t forget the Vatican. That place is a festering den of evil.
Hot shit
100%
That is an exceptional comment. +2
I could only give +1. I even right clicked....
A Revolutionary War is just a Civil War won by the party not currently in power.
A revolutionary war can mean fighting a foreign power that took over your country. See American, French, and Irish revolutions. But it can also mean a civil war, see Russian revolution. A civil war can only mean against your own country. So there is a difference but I admit it's a little blurry.
The civil war needs to happen first. Sorry, but there's no rebuilding the country with leftists.
I don't think this right here is on their terms.
That 2a ruling was a kick in the balls to the establishment class/deep state crowd.
This will be a stranglehold if that was a kick in the nuts. If this happens, the supreme court is giving the country back to us.
This ruling could repeal the NFA.
guns, babies, the church- they need more balls to kick
If a civil war pops off I'll take any opportunity I get to take out anyone that held any political office before it started, no matter what side they claim to be on.
Look at the Russian revolution with the reds and whites, the whites still recognized aristocratic titles and put those people in positions of power to their own detriment, and the reds won. 100% of the democrats and 95%+ of the republicans are worthless incompetents and the only way forward is without them.
Great call. Next, do the news media.
The media are nothing but puppets. Cut off the head of the snake and they will collapse and flee. Let none escape!
Oh, don't worry. I've got those sick fucks in my sights.
Here's to: A Promise made, A Promise kept.
Good luck. These people have massive resources and will field their own small armies.
I'm not saying don't do it. Just that it won't be easy and you will need a lot of help.
there is almost no alternative at this point
Specifically, foreign nations know that the only chance they'll have against America is if it's also fighting against itself.
Oh they know this? How do they know this?
Because American citizens have more guns than the rest of the world's militaries combined.
And they all get off scot free for Covid tyranny, border failures, $30T debt, destruction of our precious environment by permitting long lasting toxins to be grandfathered in, child trafficking, purposeful destruction of our food plants, the utter failures of fiat banking, massive voter fraud, Blackrock, the J6 detainee atrocities, and destruction of black families and communities. it Was go time when they started attacking churches
It was go time a million times over within the last two years alone.
So when will you start "going"?

Never forget we got handed "NO STANDING" at every turn when trying to expose election fraud.
Standing and latches and moot, oh my!
Is it a bad thing I heard the voice of George Takei after re-reading your comment.
Well the courts were exceptionally faggy during that time!
They were moo cases. Like a cow's opinion. It doesn't matter.

I still think Paxton should sue the SC.
oh give this shit up
I'm just trying to say we shouldn't have unreasonable expectations when it comes to SCOTUS.
🤦♂️
Same here. This is the one that matters most.
this would eliminate the authority of the HHS and thus could remove the medical worker mandates
doomers gotta doom
Yup, super hyped about recent decisions, but realistic outlook regarding past decisions so saying I'll wait for the actual decision to come down. Super doomy. Total doom and gloom. No hope boohoo. Total doomfaggotry.
why do you think they kept this buried til the end, after the libs were all riled up about guns and baby killing?
the moron libtards have no clue what is at stake here
Nobody is going to get treason charges if this goes the way we want, can we stop with the Great Awakening silly bullshit?
And, it won't require "force", because it's a change of policy and authority. It just happens. It puts responsibility back into the hands of Congress. The agencies will still exist, but they will have no power, and greatly reduced budgets, because Congress will have to specifically fund them.
Put more effort into understanding what this actually is, and will play out, than Great Awakening masturbatory fantasies.
Funny how I'm getting piled on about Great Awakening when I have nothing to do with it.
Maybe because you post idiotic crap like they do? Hmmm?
Tell it to them. GA masturbatory fantasies aren't my specialties but I am learning. 🙄
They'll go home when they stop getting paid to show up at the office.
Partially. This is Washington DC we're talking about....a swamp-like place where the loophole's loopholes have loopholes.
“This is not the end. It is not the beginning of the end. It is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”
What's hilarious is all the leftists lately suddenly saying that exact same sort of thing about SCOTUS.
"RREEEE THE JUSTICES WERE NEVER FAIRLY AND SECURELY AND ROBUSTLY AND FORTIFIEDLY ELECTED ITS NOT FAIR REEEEEE"
KAVANAUGH LIKES BEER!
Literally rulers mean measures that give and take away value. That's why the banks, MBAs and lawyers are important in our society. I refuse to be ruled
And unelectable.
The ATF will not like this one bit.
Hide your dogs.
Okay, dog has been disassembled and buried in the backyard in Sch80 PCV pipes, now what?
Don't forget the IRS! If true a SCOTUS ruling that strikes down the authority of 3 letter agencies is a gigantic green light for citizens to tell the IRS to go fuck themselves and the federal collapse will begin.
And that's why if the ruling is in our favor it will be limited in scope.
Unfortunately, congress did pass laws for tax
Ya the 16th amendment set the income tax in stone, which is EXACTLY why we must repeal it. There's NO WAY AROUND THAT if we expect to have a free country again.
You cannot have a free society where the government has claim of ownership over people's labor. It's that simple. It's a form of SLAVERY.
I would compromise with the abolishment of all residential property tax
Dammit.
This begs the question: which agencies are exempt from this and where do those responsibilities fall when the agencies dissolve?
The old Andrew Jackson.... "The Supreme Court Has Ruled... Now Let Them Enforce It"
You don't have to enforce it.
Nowhere is the phrase "dissolve agencies" mentioned, and SCOTUS doesn't have that kind of power.
the agencies involved are basically those run by the various cabinet departments
they will continue as they are with the exception that all of their rules and mandates must be voted on by congress
we will have to see what happens to existing regulations
Our corrupt congress would try to pass 1 sweeping bill to approve all prior rules if possible.
Hoes mad
not a legit agency to begin with.
Please let this happen
It will. This is the kind of thing even Roberts indicates he wants to rein in. I predict a 6-3 decision.
I expect 9-0 with Jeb as the only judge
Nine headed all-knowing Jeb is going to be a villain in my next D&D campaign. Thanks.
Holy shit I just commented on another post about DnD that’s wild lol
Also epic boss
It’s been more than four hours, time to call the Doc!
But then, wouldn't deepstate be able to usher in their global version of these agencies?
…Build back better?
Civil service lost its dignity somewhere along the way, I don't think that our grandpas and grandmas working in the 1960s bureaucracy were ignoble and selfish like the PoS we have today.
there was never dignity in paying yourself with stolen money
Obama also made a lot of his senior-ranking appointees into actual civil service employees. Those fuckers are unfireable.
you didn't learn your lesson
Not all of Trump's orders were thrown out.
One example https://www.businessinsider.com/remain-in-mexico-court-ruling-trump-appointed-judge-matthew-kacsmaryk-2021-8?op=1
because there is only one team
The ones Obama did either stuck (like DACA) or were just reinstated after being struck down. They're lawless
This ruling will be equivalent to Herbie removing all the teeth of the Bumble!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
But they bounce too... :(
Calm down there Cornelius! Here, have some silver and gold.
sniff sniff lick "Nuthin'."
Fun fact - he was actually looking for peppermint - in the original telecast, he finds a peppermint candy mine near the North Pole.
confused
Both Bullet and I were referencing the old stop motion Rudolph movie.
motion that stops?
sorry, i guess i am just uninformed
It's a children's Christmas movie/show from 1964 about Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. It used stop motion animation (look it up if you're still confused, zoomer).
The "Bumble" was the Abominable Snowman in said movie/show. Cornelius had a battle with the Bumble and hilarity ensued.... If you want an example of it watch the below clip... It's only a minute long.

Thanks for the laugh. damn. haha.
We all feel like Clarice - every once in a while - trapped in the Bumbles' cave... ... even if we don't admit it.
;)
They'll just ignore the court like they're doing with abortion!
True. But at least the mask will be off.
I mean, I wouldn't say "a shit load of states"
Correct
The reason being is the pentagon is a federal agency. State law doesn't trump federal. Since there is no federal abortion law anymore, they need a directive to follow on federal property.
Well, at least it will give individuals and companies with balls, the ability to not comply with the illegitimate orders. The law will be on individuals/businesses side (if we get a judge to uphold it). But this takes courage, which unfortunately has been proven to be in low supply.
You guys know the word confederation? If not, you are about to.
Explain. We all know what confederation means, what is your implication?
Killing the federal alphabet agencies returns power back to the states. Not so much as when under the articles of confederation. But, certainly a considerable amount more than we are under Biden or were under Barry.
Put another way, the unelected bureaucrats in DC run this country by executive fiat. Their power has been usurped from the states. Any power not given to the federal government in the constitution is a states power. There are no bureaus listed in the constitution. no EPA, ATF, FDA ETC ETC. States would have to legislate and control these things if they saw fit.
If the supremes in fact go through with this today. It with be one of the most transformational moments in our history.
state's rights is what the court has been reestablishing with these decisions
I know.
You basically repeated what I'd already posted. And I didn't call you any names, so go fuck yourself.
Your chapped ass is your problem, not mine.
Weren't you supposed to be fucking yourself, anyway?
Please don’t cuck out… knowing the EPA can’t touch my racecar and the ATF can’t touch my hole punchers would make this bullshit presidency slightly more bearable
Now you just need to worry about the IRS punching holes in your race car because you’re transphobic lol
Heh... hole punchers.
Epa been after race cars and big trucks hard lately if you haven't noticed
Oh yeah I’m aware. I’ve had words with my crappy representatives staffers about the RPM act.. own a pre emissions Peterbilt and drag/street car
sorry but the FBI will remove your garage door pull so you can't get to your race car
Drill baby drill
my wife tells me that when we have sex
Lmao
The green new deal is the Ukraine aid. Sorry to burst your bubble.
blue + yellow =
I just realized this when you said it !
Ruling or no, they'll find an excuse to keep all the moochers around.
Though a several-decade hiring freeze would fix that....
Sadly I tend to agree. Still, it would help all future lawsuits.
DOJ already ignoring Scotus.
Would this end the ATF as well?
They would be reduced to enforcing the law as written, instead of issuing their own interpretations.
That's been my hope.
Wouldn't end it (or any other agency) per-se, but it would potentially limit it so they can't arbitrarily do things like, say, change the definition of an SBR or redefine what a machine gun is.
nope
they are part of the DOJ
I wish.
The hivemind is apeshit over EVs and solar. I think you meant “by rejecting”.
No I mean the hivemind on our side that outright rejects EVs based on memes.
As an automotive technician (L1 Master Tech) I don't go by pictures and memes for information.
There is zero reason to think an anti-EV stance is the product of “hive mind” mentality and every reason to question the mainstream narrative.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=S1E8SQde5rk
EV is complete bullshit and most necessary elements for the batteries come from China.
Gummed up carbs are caused by the ethanol again due to government
That’s why I run E0 gasoline in my remaining equipment (all four stroke other than my big chainsaw) lol
Expensive but I need it on hand for my generator anyway
Opinion day tomorrow.
SCOTUS is done until October I thought?
Can we once and for all have them confirm that no Executive Order can EVER be treated like a law ever again?
no EO for vaccine mandates, no EO to protect illegals, no "oh we couldn't pass a law through Congress? Well I'll get my phone and pen out and sign an EO instead".
Forever negate the power of a President to just "sign his own orders" into law because his agenda didn't pass Congress.
How are they worse exactly? ELI5?
I believe you… just not educated on this topic .
Electric cars have to get up to 400k miles before they break even on the carbon utilized to built it. And they get 60% of their battery charge from coal fired electricity.
https://youtu.be/S1E8SQde5rk
If you are really curious, here's another one explaining the problem with renewables like wind and solar
https://www.ted.com/talks/michael_shellenberger_why_renewables_can_t_save_the_planet?language=en
See the topic of this post...
taking nukes from the DOE and EPA will do a lot for developing nuclear power
Would also kick out the tranny bathroom rules for schools… huge.
ban the ATF!
THIS. THIS is the one, guys. This could be the game changer of all game changers.
This is more massive than RvW. This would end the EPA. This would remove the fed's claws from local school systems. This is the one decision that could wound the beast and weaken it terribly.
THIS is the one that needs the most fervent prayer.
Dear Lord. PLEASE let them get this right.
🙏 Amen
Didn't the DOJ claim the court is invalid or something.
If so, they're about to get hit with an uno reverse card.
How is the court going to enforce it's ruling? That's what the executive branch does.
PLEASE GOD
🙏
Dear God, let this include the IRS and ATF.
sorry and sorry
Almost nothing from SCOTUS in years, not anything major like abortion or gun rights at least, and now rapid succession of major rulings in our favor? That's great, I'm happy about it, but why now? There's always something else going on we don't see yet...
Donald J Trump is going on
Yep. They're trying to buy us off with semi-decent rulings in hopes that we can be persuaded that Trump's "not necessary" for our nation's survival.
They don't understand that we aren't just wanting to close the Overton Window, we want to demolish the house into which it was built.
The line is very, very clear in this case. If they rule in favor of unelected bureaucrats there will be no legitimate argument they can use to explain themselves
ATF?
Please baby please..
Fuck the Deep State.
Opinions tomorrow at 10am. Hopefully a hump day for the ages.
I know people are stoked about Roe but THIS will have much more far reaching implications. This will be the biggest win for freedom loving Americans in 100 years. Its importance and significance cannot be overstated.
I'm like a kid waiting on Christmas. PLEASE LET THIS HAPPEN.
Are they also able to end affirmative action?
Also, I've been saying, pay attention to the shifts happening right now. You owe it to yourself because these are exciting times and the energy people have put into sharing their truth and shinging their light on darkness is paying off.
All the hard work people put into this is making a difference. Even if this doesn't go through, just the idea that it's a possibility at this time in exciting. Don't do yourself a disservice and tune out now. There's a lot more on the horizon.
Students for fair admission vs Harvard case will be taken up by Supreme Court either later this year or next, that has potential to kill affirmative action.
DHS FBI ATF CDC FDA BLM IRS... could get interesting
In it's original form, it's most closely what I expect a proper government to do.
BLM Riots? Round up the locals and protect the town.
http://www.mincedgarlic.org/on-rittenhouse.html
Holy cow!
Could this end all federal TLAs (Three Letter Agencies)?
The way I understand it, they won’t end, but it takes their teeth. Their policing powers will be gone, they won’t be able to make laws and enforce them.
The premise being that lawmaking is for legislatures and not bureaucrats
Make. They won't be able to "make". They can still enforce, which is fine, but they can't make decisions anymore.
ATF ATF ATF!
sorry they are DOJ
Ugh. They're doing the same shit though, could this would castrate their overreach?
DOE?
department of deer
i mean, energy
Sorry, I meant department of education.
Make it happen My Captain!
Capn Long Dong Thomas!
Let's hope ... Though I would rather have them get rid of the stupidence agencies.
one step at a time. this cuts them off at the knees. next would be the justification of why they even still need to exist if congress has to take over
This guy fucks politics.
that's the hidden beauty here
these agencies were created to take the burden off of congress
having to vote on every regulation would mean that congress would have to work
or just throw them in a slush pile
win win
agreed and that is why this outcome, if it goes as hoped for, is such a big deal for all americans.
The DOE shouldn't be eliminated. They do a TON of fundamental research on geology, fusion, nuclear, quantum, etc.
Someone else can.
Easier said than done LOL
Kamala Harris to be new energy czar, with the suction ability to power all of the power plants and windmills simultaneously.
yes it should......their is no good damn reason our newest nuclear plant was built before I was born. All this muh electric shit but no nuclear power is a damn disaster.
Let Elon Musk take that research over. We'll be living in Star Trek in 10 years.
A member of the WEF and supporter of transhumanism, NWO, the clotshot? Are you insane?
The problem is the fundamental way we administer our politics.
There is nothing wrong with having specialist agencies that do research and make policy, HOWEVER, every single piece of that needs to go through the legislative branch and be voted on. These stupid, lazy mother fuckers in Congress can't wipe their own ass it seems, so I don't expect them to understand nuances of quantum physics.
Haven't you learned anything about government?
Eliminating the ability of the executive to legislate through regulation would be the biggest and most impactful decision since Marbury v. Madison
This is a force multiplier and devolution of illegitimate power enhancer...Red states patriots and like minded citizens join together and take advantage, pass laws to ban and drive out the traitorous globalists in your towns, cities, communities
They won't do it. Roberts will side with libs and kavanaugh will try to tend his legacy.
I wonder how many of these bloated Fed Gov't dept and agency employees will be given a pink slip?
FROM GOOGLE;
DOE = approximately 14,000 federal employees Overview. The Department of Energy (DOE) enterprise is comprised of approximately 14,000 federal employees and over 95,000 management and operating contractor and other contractor employees at the Department's headquarters in Washington, D.C. and 83 field locations.
FCC = 1,482 federal employees The FCC is funded entirely by regulatory fees.
If anyone attempts to get rid of the fed assassinations will start, but it's a struggle worth undergoing for freedom.
businesses should not be allowed to go to Chyna
taxation is theft
bring back a strong tariff trade policy
These demons asssassinate for breathing the wrong way.
If anything passes that appears to take power away from the government, it will be deliberate and intentional. For what ends exactly will remain to be seen but I think it’s for a full scale civil war.
i would say the investigative and enforcement personnel
unless they retire them in place
less people = smaller budget
Full fucking mast
Just in time to kick off the leftist summer of rage. Let's see if they bring the same energy they did in the 2020 summer of love and mostly peaceful protests.
The good news for us is that the Communists/RINOs/Democrats cannot don't seem to understand that these S.C. rulings go far beyond the individual cases where they are decided.
GE has been sucking the PowerTaxCredit for yesrs. I grew so uncomfortable working there I left. Screw all of these agencies that payroll activites that are bankrolled on our backs. I didnt vote for any of these criminals. Defund them all.
Hopefully no more CDC.
