Give me the 80s, because fuck the internet, and give me some 80s music + 8 bit action.

Even if they're all real accounts, they're just twitter retards. They aren't coming to your show anyway, and most of them probably don't even live nearby. All it takes is one local retard to quote tweet it and all their retard tranny friends and friends of friends can join in, from all around the world.

Yup! And so long as we were home for dinner or called mom on the phone to say we were eating at Doug's house, and back before dark, all was well. Nobody dared to mess with kids... ahhh, those were the days.

1

Sure, the point is there's a ton of garbage that isn't Floyd that didn't survive the "great filter" of pop culture. 70s weren't a terribly amazing time for music, for every classic there's a pile of cheese. We just forget the awful shit.

Both the 60s and 80s were more innovative.

9
Elencher 9 points ago +9 / -0

Bush 1 makes Romney look like Pinoche. Both Bush and Clinton were lined up to sign NAFTA, Perot was looking to stop it, and he had a legit chance pre-dropping out when the CIA threatened his family.

6
Sylvester1212 6 points ago +6 / -0

You voted for the originator of the Deep State. Clinton was just hedging his bets. He'd been in business with Bill for a decade or more. Still asleep.

2
NutPsaki 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, bush would've been soooooo much better, right?

0
Bubbahax 0 points ago +1 / -1

Than Hillary? Are you being serious? Bush was a dog with fleas but we've been dealing with the Clintons as power brokers for 30 years. We had the chance to eliminate them before they got started, but 'muh purity'. Perot was a freaking lunatic and everyone knew it.

2
TheDTOMDon 2 points ago +2 / -0

Perot was trying to warn us about globalist assholes in the early nineties. It’s too bad people didn’t listen.

Bush and his kid were buttfucking faggots.

0
Bubbahax 0 points ago +1 / -1

Perot had one objective. He was butthurt because Bush screwed him on a proposed rescue mission and he wanted to make sure he got revenge. He got what he wanted and we got the Clinton crime family.

9
CisSiberianOrchestra 9 points ago +11 / -2

I remember that old joke.

"Bill Clinton is the first black president: he smoked pot, he plays the saxophone, and he has a thing for chubby white girls."

20
Elencher 20 points ago +20 / -0

I've come to the conclusion that the racial harmony of the 90s was an illusion. The resentment was always there, the crime was always there as well, it was just kept under control since we actually had a functional government for the most part. Our multicultural society wasn't some calm pastoral vision, is was Vesuvius before the volcano went off, we were all living on a ticking time bomb.

18
Tejas_Pepe 18 points ago +18 / -0

The media has been pushing this shit and are 99% responsible.

10
MAGA_Toaster 10 points ago +10 / -0

This was verified by my experiences as a teenager in the 90s.

8
stratocaster_patriot 8 points ago +8 / -0

All I saw happening is white people trying to act and talk black starting in the 90's. We called them whiggers. Being black became the coolest thing on the planet. Now we are told they are being silenced and oppressed and yet we see them everywhere even compared to the 90's. They've completely infested our culture is more like it.

There will never be racial harmony but blacks have never even tried it. MLK just asked whites to be in harmony. Blacks refuse. Just look at 50/60's Detroit. They don't want to mix in and get along. Even if they do someone can easily convince them they don't in about 10 minutes.

6
commiedestroyer 6 points ago +6 / -0

it’s not feasible. multiculturalism is cancer to a nation.

6
Jan6Insurrectionist 6 points ago +6 / -0

Correct. It still wasn't safe to be the only White kid in a "diverse" area. Look at the footage from the 1992 LA riots, they were contained at that time but no different than 2020.

7
stratocaster_patriot 7 points ago +7 / -0

The racists I knew growing up were generally originally from CA. They were like this because in CA they were constantly beat down by black kids because they were white. Then those white kids got called the racists for hating the people who tortured them daily.

Even today I have nieces and nephews that are harassed and threatened at school simply for being white. And those kids don't blame the black kids. Hard to believe. In one case a nephew is half black and the blacks still don't like him because he speaks perfect English and is a bit nerdy.

6
Jan6Insurrectionist 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'll never forget the poor White boy who wore a US flag to school on "Cinco de Mayo," got attacked by latrinos and he got the suspension.

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
4
Jan6Insurrectionist 4 points ago +4 / -0

1
RedditSuxAss 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't forget about Al Sharfman

5
ColonelTravis 5 points ago +5 / -0

I’ve received much flak for saying this, before, but Michael Jackson and Michael Jordan were bandaids for race relations, in the 80’s and 90’s. Because two exceptionally talented black men, who didn’t represent violent ghetto thug culture, were thrust to the cultural forefront, all of the problems that were bubbling up underneath, were hidden from view.

5
Elencher 5 points ago +5 / -0

So were BIll Cosby and Carl Windslow.

7
stratocaster_patriot 7 points ago +7 / -0

And who did the blacks turn on? Only Cosby because he told them they were all acting like jackasses.

10
MAGA_Toaster 10 points ago +10 / -0

As a 90s teenager in So Cal, it never was that way. I was already being told I was rayciss for being white and conservative by the establishment and we came very close to race riots at school twice. This was at a school in a mixed but majority-white neighborhood. I'll grant you that we did have the freedom to joke with each other about it though.

8
Elencher 8 points ago +8 / -0

Exactly, the 90s were Stage 1 wokeism, they just hadn't spread all over the country.

I mean, Chapelle is kind of a faggot himself these days.

40
Americansupremacist0 40 points ago +44 / -4

I don’t think he’s changed much. At least politically speaking. He’s always been a liberal, always held some contempt for “whitey”. Doesn’t change the fact he’s one of the greatest comedians ever, if not number 1.

19
EDDIT_IS_CUCKED 19 points ago +36 / -17

Ok, I'm gonna have to ask you to climb down off of his dick now. Chapelle has some funny skits, but the man is nowhere near the greatest.

31
cm0286 31 points ago +31 / -0

"I'd like to see LeBron James come out as a woman, and go to the WNBA where he will score 834 points per game. See, if women were equal to men, you'd just play in the NBA with us."

Yes, Chappelle is a funny motherfucker, and is one of the best to ever do stand-up.

12
EDDIT_IS_CUCKED 12 points ago +21 / -9

That's not actually funny though. All of Chapelle's good material comes from 25 years ago when he didn't cuck for hollywood harder than you're cucking for him now. Cucking and bending over doesn't make you great. It makes you a faggot shill.

0
cm0286 0 points ago +1 / -1

Well my entire identity isn't politics, I like to have fun every once in a while and listen to stuff and watch stuff that distracts me from it. I'm not going to make my entire identity something that is mostly out of my control. There's a life to live out there besides being pissy about politicians all day, spend time with your wife and kids, hang out with your friends, enjoy time with your family, and watch Chappelle because he is funny. Being a Trump supporter doesn't mean you have to make it a religion to where every time somebody does something "secular" then they're a filthy sinner.

Chappelle is best when he's telling funny stories, not going on basic bitch political rants that are about as nuanced and informed as the average football player.

People that go to Henry Rollins want that kinda trash, but if I went to see Chappelle again and it was just a partisan rant I'd leave. When I saw him in like 2013 he smoked cigs and told stories for like 2 hours and it was great.

7

They don't care if it's true.

No they are absolutely correct. In Ukraine the tranny's can't leave, they have to stay and fight.

2
stratocaster_patriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

"specific historical moment in which those actual people’s actual lives are in actual danger"

Only because they started pushing their insane lifestyle on us and our kids. Not sure what else the "specific" historical moment is. Isn't every second of every day a specific historical moment?

So "actual danger" sounds like a lie and so I guess so is the "actual people with actual lives part". No reason to state something that would be obvious if it were true.

2
FireannDireach 2 points ago +2 / -0

Because it's a manufactured crisis. They tried "don't be a bigot against men in dresses, because their feelings will be hurt", and everyone laughed at them. So they slammed the lever into "THEY'RE LITERALLY DYING" to force that agenda on us.

Good accelerate...

I have a love/hate opinion on Chapelle. His early work with comedy central is pure genius... some of his more recent work exudes black supremacy and victimhood.

But folks like him who DGAF may be the ones to red pill the masses when their pushed hard enough. I doubt he'll cave in to the woke mob. When they tried to make him wear the dress he just quit the biz altogether... that's pretty based.

Eh I find it funny when the left eats their own. Fuck this anti white faggot

1
Fidget 1 point ago +1 / -0

Made most of his money from whites, too.

He's a spoiled brat that's kinda funny, is all.

1
Elencher 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think that's what led to his breakdown. He was always a racist, but in his comedy he touched on some of the uncomforatable truths about blacks that others wouldn't touch. He couldnt' handle the cognative dissonance.

Remember Andrew Dice Clay?

He seems to be flying in under the radar and his tickets are 67 bucks a pop at most venues.

No he doesn't. None of them do anymore, not even South Park. I can find no jokes about Biden, Harris, Pelosi. Has them from Trump and Pence though.

4
FormerGraveheart 4 points ago +4 / -0

South Park cucked long ago, back when they were lobbing softballs to Hillary Clinton, the devil incarnate. They were dead to me back then. I don't know why anyone would even watch them still.

Nick DiPaulo, Legions of Skanks.. There are a few, not too many indeed.

2
happycamperval2 2 points ago +2 / -0

He said “don’t worry I’ll get to everyone” in a show once…..and he did. And when he got to my stereotype I was tickled to be so understood.

His comedy is a gift.

The left idea of comedy now is what you see on late night TV where you only talk about/make jokes about things that match the political view of the audience.

9
ParticleCannon 9 points ago +9 / -0

Colbert et al perverted comedy into political indoctrination.

4
__I_dindu__nufin_ 4 points ago +4 / -0

He didn't do it, he's just the megaphone. The people who are doing aren't the ones in front of the cameras. The people on camera obey orders.

5
Neophilus 5 points ago +5 / -0

The show sold out, for like three nights I think. They just moved the show to another venue that will make big money, while this venue virtue signals its profits away.

3
TheKillerStove 3 points ago +3 / -0

I saw on Twitter that the staff all said they'd refuse to work the show earlier that day, and that the venue was forced to give the show to another venue as a result.

5
Aoikaze2000 5 points ago +5 / -0

We should spam them with accusations of being racists for canceling a black man.

3
Crucial8GB 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think the people who are otherwise losers in life feel empowered that they can cancel others who enjoy success that they'll never gain.

3
AuPhalanx 3 points ago +3 / -0

Guy! We need to work harder to get the 40% up to 90+%. We can do it!

3
j2daeww 3 points ago +3 / -0

I disagree. This means comedy is alive. Let them protest, let them disagree, let them fail. Chappell and comedy doesn’t need a woke venue in Minnesota.

1
DixMcCoy 1 point ago +1 / -0

venue in Minnesota.

Oh.

3
RobinNet 3 points ago +3 / -0

First Avenue is a night club where Prince filmed Purple Rain and doesn't hold half as many people as the Varsity in Dinkytown. Forced Attitude (what we used to call it in the '80s) is in shithole downtown with roving gangs of psychotic joggers; Varsity is on U of M campus that has roving gangs of raping joggers.

white libs are the worst

2
Filthy_MALE 2 points ago +2 / -0

Limbaugh used to be so brutal to libs in the 90s. When he went national, he had to tone it down around the 00s.

In the Matrix, remember when Morpheus said civilization “peaked” at the end of the 20th century? I think he was right

I’m in my late 20s and can only recall the good times being 15-20 years ago.

5
Elencher 5 points ago +5 / -0

9/11, the infinite Afganistan war, the f'ed up redirect to Iraq followed up by 8 years of the Kenyan faggot was a huge blow to us as a civilization. Clearly we're nowhere near the path to recovery even yet. But man is it depressing to think of the 90s and how awesome we were. Even with Bill Clinton where are biggest mistake was siding with the muslims in the Balkans, things we still pretty good.

But it's violence against the trans. What Violence? You mean suicide? I got news for you, chopping off your own dick is a violent act, I can understand why the suicide, but it's not from Chappelle

2
halfstep 2 points ago +2 / -0

Don't be surprised when event has been replaced with a child drag show

1
I_Got_Hairy_Legs 1 point ago +1 / -0

Until Chappelle stops voting for and promoting the same people that are trying relentlessly to cancel him he won’t be seeing much sympathy

1
45DRAGONDENERGY 1 point ago +1 / -0

How can they cancel a Black man?

1
SeawolfEmeralds 1 point ago +1 / -0

First Avenue Minneapolis Minnesota. The chappelle show was canceled hours before it was set to begin and then redirected to another venue that the group owns.

1
stratocaster_patriot 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is the venue that once had Prince fucking the ground in front of everyone claiming there is a need to be decent and moral. I have no problem with Prince but this is unbelievable. This is a rock and roll venue (formerly punk rock and prince) claiming r&r is not about morality and decency. These people aren't even good rockers lol.

Next week theater closes down, reason unknown

1
jdog 1 point ago +1 / -0

The Comedians need to boycott the comedy club.

1
Vengefully_yours 1 point ago +1 / -0

This was more than likely a marketing ploy.

1st Ave owns Varsity theater which is bigger and they can sell more tickets for, plus they got to fake virtue signal.

1
Bax101 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's alive in SWFL. Some major acts have been here and people like JP Sears, Jim Bruer, and Rob Snyder have all mentioned during their acts about the issues with some jokes they've used in lib states have caused problems afterwards or even during. They always say how it's a nice breath of fresh air to do comedy down here as it should be.

1
nautilus 1 point ago +1 / -0

Imagine you're some two-bit theater in the middle of nowhere, teetering on bankruptcy because of the forced closures, and the most famous comedian in the world wants to give a show there and you say "no" because some local school kids have mental illness.
