The whole point of them never providing any definitions and always weaseling their way around such questions isn't because of stupidity (arguably) it's so that they can keep things as nebulous as possible. They can't tell you what a woman is, but they just know when they see one. They can feel it's true and so it is.

The rules they live by are designed to be so malleable that they can they can twist it to include or exclude whoever or whatever they need to at will. If random men say they're women, they're women and it's literal violence to say otherwise. If Trump says he's a woman, he's lying and being transphobic and oppressive.
