The real story is Breonna Taylor fired shots at the police first.

The boyfriend was in complete shock.

The way the dude told the story was straight outta a fucking movie. She thought she was fucking Scarface going down.

It makes 100% sense when you realize that big black women are fucking crazy.

Ok, so you say "COME ON MAN THE BOYFRIEND WAS LYINGGGG DUHHHHh"

Yeah i'm sure fucking minutes after his girlfriend is shot dead and he survived a shootout he's fucking making up stories off the top of his head like it's no big deal.

The black population is being used strategically like a rebel group in Ukraine or Syria or whatever country USA Democrat advisors have torn up the last 15 years.

This shit is DEEEP psychological warfare.

Why would some old white guys give a fuck about black criminals?!?!?

Mynewnamebutprivater 106 points ago +107 / -1

I had the report of the cops watching her n her friends for a few months for a few months before during that raid. Even the ex bfs transcripts where the current bf was described by him "he shoots first and asks questions later." Iirc he shot first, the cops fired back.

FightTheSWAMP 121 points ago +122 / -1

Yeah they have jailhouse conversations. She was on surveillance doing drops with her ex. She was recorded going along with hiding his money and drugs at her place. A car she rented in her name turned up with a fucking dead body in it. She was no longer an EMT because of her shady shit. They had every reason to be at her address and once she/her bd started shooting, they had every reason to shoot back. This wasn't even a no knock raid. They fucking knocked and announced themselves as police.

83
thegeeseisleese 83 points ago +84 / -1

Yeah, the “no knock” was quickly proven to be false. If I remember correctly the police knocked and whoever was inside shot at the door

47
FightTheSWAMP 47 points ago +48 / -1

100%. Granted, a particular subset of the population have been robbing stash houses by screaming police and faking a raid, but they definitely knocked and announced themselves.

12
thegeeseisleese 12 points ago +12 / -0

A certain subset would NEVER break the law

11
TheThreeSeashells 11 points ago +11 / -0

I'd say a majority of a certain 87% of the population.

21
Ghostof_PatrickHenry 21 points ago +21 / -0

If they didn’t knock. Then how did the occupants know to shoot the police through the walls?

19
JediDwag 19 points ago +20 / -1

Funny thing is if they had done it as a no knock like the other 2 places they hit at the same time, you never would've ever heard about it because Brianna Taylor would he in prison instead of dead.

8

She was no innocent.

There was a reason for her name on the warrant . Her exboyfriend was sending drugs to her house for months. She was trafficking drugs. The cops should have just arrested her when she walked outside the next morning.

6

44

She was an EMT... just not at the time of the shooting. She was relieved because of criminal activity and ties to criminal activity.

If a black person is killed by police, you can pretty much guarantee all the details that paint them in a positive light are outright lies. That was the case in this shit. I watched hours long video of the background on why the police showed up to this address and I no longer feel any sympathy for her. She played the game and lost.

No knock raids are trash policing. It's military tactics. Build your case, serve a warrant, wait them out if need be. IF things escalate from there, then you have a case for intrusion.

11
KennethsFrequency 11 points ago +11 / -0

I agree, I have always disagreed with cops running in houses

There was a local case where a cops stun grenade landed in a fucking crib with a baby

If it's not murder, or terrorism, no need for cops to play Rambo and adrenaline junky

8
Americansupremacist0 8 points ago +9 / -1

The police knocked and announced themselves, this was verified by witnesses living in the building. I agree with picking your spots to grab somebody, but for one Breonna wasn’t working as an EMT for around two years prior to her death. The police decided, as they do many times, to execute the warrant late at night. It’s very, very difficult to grab somebody “alone” if they live in any metropolis area as she did. So they could follow her around all day but there won’t be many opportunities, if any, to arrest her without citizens being nearby and in danger of a shooting if one arises.

1
ArbysBeefandCheddar 1 point ago +1 / -0

The problem was how the media portrayed it with lie after lie. Breonna wasn't shot in her bed, but in the hallway, but they lied, anything to get people rioting in the streets. The democrats and Biden DOJ desperately something to keep people on the plantation and act like they're doing something, but it's such bullshit and more and more people will know.

3
Pres_Trump 3 points ago +3 / -0

Why would they arrest someone on the streets without anything on them when they can arrest them at there house with who knows what drugs and illegal guns in the house to get more charges against them???

6
deleted 6 points ago +6 / -0
1
Pres_Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

The warrant was for being involved with a drug dealer. I dont think arresting her when she is alone would hold up in court when it comes to the actual warrant. If she was with the "drug dealer" out driving in the streets it might be a good time to try an arrest because actual drugs might be on them. I would think performing the arrest at the dwelling due to the possibility drugs would actually be there in a qty that would suspect drug dealing would be a more logical step for Law Enforcement.

3
Brellin 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because when they're out on the streets they're surrounded by the public, which tends to be full of innocent unrelated people who would be put in significant danger if an altercation, especially one using guns, results from the attempted arrest. It is typically far safer for everyone involved to attempt the arrest at the home of the person.

1
Pres_Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeh...unless they were in a car or something. I am not entirely sure if the warrant had anything to do with Guns but from what I saw it had to do with here association with a drug dealer.

once she/her bf started shooting

Funny thing is that whether the story is that he started shooting and she was asleep and walked out into the middle of the firefight OR if she started shooting, neither version still points to wrong doing by the police.

I love pointing out to people who go with the first version of the story where she was asleep: What fucking moron is in their bedroom, hears guns being fired back and forth outside the bedroom, then decides it's a good idea to leave the bedroom and wander on out to where the gunfire is being exchanged to have a look?

5
FightTheSWAMP 5 points ago +5 / -0

Agreed. No matter if it was her or him, the police have the right to return fire. It's a shitty situation for everyone, but after diving into her background, she brought it on herself.

She made several comments to her drug dealing ex on recorded lines that his lifestyle was dangerous. Instead of separating herself, she went along with it. She would stash his cash outside of her home and would use her name/address for shit.

7
TheThreeSeashells 7 points ago +7 / -0

She would stash his cash outside of her home and would use her name/address for shit.

I went through a lot of his phone call recordings from jail. He kept complaining that she took a ton of money either while out collecting or dealing for him, hid it somewhere and he had no idea where she hid it and will now never find out. (Probably extra pissed that he can't beat it out of her.)

I found it both hilarious he got screwed out of all that money, but also that he didn't give a shit about her being dead other than the fact that he knew he wasn't going to find the money.

Any evidence of previous or ongoing criminal activity will be considered prejudicial, and will not be admitted. She was a life-saving EMT, a divine soul dedicated to helping the oppressed. She was mercilessly hunted and gunned down as part of the systemic racism and violence in our white supremacist cis-heteronormative society. Just another case of "sleeping while black" used to justify murder.

Too hot for TV! Spot on comment and the Scarface scenario was exactly how I envisioned it went down as I read the details of the encounter. She was involved with some shit, previously investigated for a corpse inside her rental.

11

Well if he saw her shot dead of course he is going to blame her. She can’t defend herself in court or contradict him whe she is dead. That’s criminal 101.

8
Schroeder09 8 points ago +9 / -1

Where is the report that she shot first? Where r the cops telling that story? Tim pool had one of them on his show a couple months ago, and he didn't say anything about her shooting at all.

I do remember a story from right when this all happened that in an unrelated incident prior to this shooting she had been found with a body in our trunk. Does anyone have any information on that?

14
PraiseBeToScience 14 points ago +14 / -0

She didn't, boyfriend was the one with the gun and they were both standing in hallway. Cops fired back and hit her.

It's beyond stupid that this is nignog fuel. Leftoids have lied their asses off and convinced everyone she was sleeping in bed and they fucking snuck in and shot her in the face or something.

1
snoopy3210 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly right. And also leftists put her face on cardboard asking “say her name” because they knew she had a docile baby face and didn’t look like a criminal, making the population angrier at the police. HE put her life in danger by starting the shooting standing next to her, not the police.

More important for them than actual problems like inflation, human and drug trafficking at the border etc.

46
TommyJarvis 46 points ago +46 / -0

“Justice for Breonna” means exactly the opposite.

Remember EVERYTHING the left says must be filtered through the rule of inversion. Breonna received instant justice. She fired on cops and was shot. They don’t want justice, they want CONTROL.

They demand the justice system be uprooted and perverted so that it becomes THEIR tool of political oppression, only to EVER be used against anyone who does not surrender to communism.

18

The federal charges allege that police officers falsified the affidavit used to obtain the search warrant of Taylor’s home and that this act violated federal civil rights laws, resulting in her death. Former Louisville detective Kelly Goodlett and officer Joshua Jaynes have been charged with conspiracy for allegedly falsifying the affidavit for a search warrant, according to the justice department.

So when are we going to kick in the doors of the FBI agents who falsified docs to obtain FISA warrants against TRUMP?:

28
WinstonSmith1984 28 points ago +28 / -0

That said, we need to get control of ALL law enforcement, local, state, and federal (which should be largely disbanded). If these assholes really did falsify an affidavit, then they need to do time

12
N900mixalot 12 points ago +12 / -0

Klinesmith or whatever was never arrested either and it wasn’t announced on ABC News, that’s for sure.

If this were legit, it wouldn’t be a media spectacle.

The purpose of this is to create drama for the midterms. When these people are acquitted or the charges are dismissed, people will riot again and we will be back in 2020.

If they are convicted, democrats will assume that the current administration is on the right track.

The best way to handle this is to release the affidavit and supporting evidence for the warrant to go to Breonna’s house IMMEDIATELY and force the DOJ to defend their new charges against these police officers and officials, or whoever, in the court of public opinion before it gets to court … but they know this, hence the “arrest.”

The “arrest” was COMPLETELY and totally unnecessary. It’d be nice to see why they were arrested and not summonsed.

-1
Nyranger16 -1 points ago +0 / -1

Here's to you having a conversation with me and not simply dismissing everything I say because I have a different opinion than you on this specific subject.

While I would also like to dimish the fed as much as possible, what you say is a fantasy. The absence of power creates a vacuum that can't possibly be filled with people who want to live their lives and be left alone. In the absence of people willing to investigate, prosecute, and deter crime our society as a full time job ithings would be even worse off than they already are (we've clearly seen the fruits of defund the police).

Small towns could likely take care of themselves for a while, but there would eventually be clan wars and lynchings of innocent men. Large cities would be overrun by gangs and eventually the bandits would make their way all over. Any survivalist worth their salt that there isn't much you can do when you, your family, and your community are in constant threat of being destroyed by large groups of determined people. The only thing you could do is run for the hills and hope to God that your family won't be found. As Americans who should be striving to be the most powerful nation in the world, this should be the last thing we want.

This belief that all organization is evil because our current system is terrible is wrong. We have a great system at our core, we just need to hit the reset button and return to it. Militias that agree to unite when common enemies arise is a great system. Local police/sheriff's that take care of their cities and counties is good. Standing armies and federal officers appear to have been a bad idea that we should do away with.

Also, a reminder that if you don't like the laws that officers have to enforce, do something about the laws. The officers probably don't like enforcing them either, but we leave their hands tied when they are expected to uphold our laws without bias. It's our fault for allowing these laws to be created or allowing them to continue to exist.

10
AmannamedRJ 10 points ago +10 / -0

This is funny. Anybody who still cares about this case is a low IQ retard who will already perma-vote democrat or doesn't vote at all. This is just candy to the GOP now conservatives get to bring the suspect ass story back and empower more people to see the criminal Biden Regime.

What seems like candy for their base is just another poison. More people care about the gas prices, food prices and inflation that are just skyrocketing

1
gaijin_ronin 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yep. I'm hating going to fill up my car, then go the grocery store hoping I can find everything. Here lately, it's a damn game of going to three stores to find everything. Then more gas used. Even though gas has dipped a tiny bit I should just finish rebuilding my motorcycle, build a trailer for the bike and use it for everything.

No knock warrants are bullshit, and should be unconstitutional, they should be required by law to clearly announce themselves ensure that the residents inside are fully aware that they are law enforcement.

70
TommyJarvis 70 points ago +72 / -2

This was a “knock and announce” raid. Breonna opened fire.

9
PraiseBeToScience 9 points ago +11 / -2

Knock and announce is still shit. Have you seen them? They're basically no knock raids. They pound on the door once and say Sheriff's Office and half a second later they ram the door and throw flashbangs.

-33
Colonel_Chestbridge -33 points ago +6 / -39

It was pretty clear from the 911 call that the boyfriend had no idea they were cops. I doubt they actually announced themselves in an audible way.

36
Symonize 36 points ago +41 / -5

There is footage, nice try 🙄

3
dahdahdah_dahditdah 3 points ago +8 / -5

After reading your comment I went and listened to the 911 audio. Nothing was clear, just sounded like a very distressed guy watching his girlfriend die. What footage are you talking about?

9
Symonize 9 points ago +9 / -0

There was footage shot from across the street that showed the police announcing their presence followed by shots fired at them hitting one officer. The officers then returned fire. One officer fired from the side of the building blindly through a wall and was arrested and properly charged.

11
dahdahdah_dahditdah 11 points ago +13 / -2

It may well be that Breonna was a crook who reaped what she sowed, but I will never respect a midnight raid by plainclothes officers not even wearing body cameras. The proper response of any American should be to shoot back when their home is violently invaded.

I get that the narc officers worry about destruction of evidence. They could also avoid destruction of evidence by deploying snipers to just take everybody out. But is that really called for? Balance in all things, and violent midnight home invasions are just a recipe for disaster.

If I sound bitter, I am. I will never forgive the unaccountable and arrogant blue line for murdering Jose Guerena in his own home in 2011. No friend or relation, the event just made an impression and stuck with me.

-6
Colonel_Chestbridge -6 points ago +4 / -10

There is no footage of them entering the apartment or the actual shootout. What are you talking about?

8
rubberkidney 8 points ago +8 / -0

witness neighbor at the scene said they heard the police announce themselves.

5
Colonel_Chestbridge 5 points ago +7 / -2

Doesn’t mean that Breonna or her boyfriend did that deep inside their apartment. Just saying. Boyfriend was legitimately confused, called 911 to report someone breaking into his house and shooting.

5
Geralt_of_Rivia1 5 points ago +5 / -0

No, it is crystal clear the boyfriend repeatedly robbed houses claiming he was a cop

0
Colonel_Chestbridge 0 points ago +2 / -2

When did I say either of them were good people?

48
MarxhatedJews 48 points ago +48 / -0

They did knock. They did announce. Their warrant required it and they did it.

9
Skogin 9 points ago +10 / -1

Actually, I think they were allowed to no-knock but decided to announce. This is all so twisted.

5
ArchbishopofKekistan 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is correct.

5
OIKOBOIKO 5 points ago +5 / -0

They were given a no-knock warrant but they knocked anyway. Sadly/ironically, if they had done a no-knock raid it's more likely Breonna Taylor would have lived since she and her boyfriend wouldn't have had time to shoot back.

2
Symonize 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly, this case is evidence why no-knock warrants are issued in dangerous cases.

1

3
OIKOBOIKO 3 points ago +3 / -0

1
MarxhatedJews 1 point ago +1 / -0

27
IncredibleMrE1 [S] 27 points ago +27 / -0

14
trumpdouble 14 points ago +14 / -0

100%. Cops in Dublin, Ga killed an innocent man during a no knock, a couple years ago. He had fallen asleep downstairs and heard someone breaking in through the kitchen. He grabbed his gun like any man would do. The warrant was based on a crackheads statement that the drugs he had were taken from the victims truck. The mf actually broke into the dudes truck, gets picked up by the cops, and in order to get some leniency, told the cops that the drugs came from the truck. Fuck the police.

9
CaptainRumHam808 9 points ago +9 / -0

I’m not talking about socialism at the moment, I’m talking about nationalists vs anti-nationalists. I don’t like socialism, and think it’s generally worse than capitalism, but it’s nowhere near the evil that globalism is.

It’s not even worth starting a conversation about what economic system should govern our people until I know that our people are your first priority too. That’s the difference.

It’s got nothing to do with not making black people upset. They don’t care about black people anymore than they care about white people.

It’s got to do with

  • setting up a fake, fickle and frivolous “justice” system that they control, a system no longer based in laws but instead based on their power game,
  • while weaponizing citizens into destabilizing civil society.

1
BeerAndCope 1 point ago +1 / -0

This stuff is why America is entering a police officer crisis. Nobody wants to be a cop anymore. Young cops are leaving law enforcement, nobody is applying to replace them, then add to that the baby boomer cops retiring. Basically every police department and sheriffs office in the country is short cops and can’t replace them because nobody applies. The problem is only going to get worse over the next few years. My local PD is going to lose 10 officers in the next 6 months from retirements and career changes. That’s about 1/3 of the department. There is pretty much zero chance they will be able to replace even half of them.

1
ManOnTheEdge 1 point ago +1 / -0

i live in a county in the midwest with over a quarter million residents.

3
Dylan_da_Spider 3 points ago +3 / -0

Federal crimes, meaning that the trials wont be public and we wont be able to watch them, hmm how convenient. All trials need to be recorded, available to the public and no trial should ever be censored. If you want people to trust the system then people actually need to see the system in action and be able to criticise it and point out the flaws.

0
Geralt_of_Rivia1 0 points ago +1 / -1

They are available just not recorded

1
Dylan_da_Spider 1 point ago +2 / -1

Federal trials only have transcripts which you have to pay to get a hold of, federal trials are not allowed to be broadcast or have any type or recoding devices, video or photos. What I'm saying is that all trials, big or small should be recorded and released to the public. Transparency is a good thing and would help weed out the bad judges from the good.

Breonna Taylor was exploited and abused by her gangster boyfriend, who used her name and her home as a crack house. He didn’t tell her to go downstairs or anything and opened fire on the police without warning her. He didn’t care about her and when the police shot back at him he escaped and she got hit and died. This so called boyfriend is responsible for her death.

That’s inspire all the police officers in the area to be proactive and stop crime … Not. Just sit around in your car, wait for the call, show up take a statement, may be a few pictures file a report. If you know a suspect, maybe make a half assed attempt to drive by the place you suspect they live and if you don’t see them outside on the front lawn close the case as Unable to locate suspect. Repeat as necessary.

Police are what allow criminals to have free reign of places like California. They're more there to charge you after the fact for solving a problem permanently yourself than to stop criminals.

The boyfriend was the one who shot at the cops, wounding one of them, and causing them to return fire. That being said, garland is the most corrupt and evil attorney general in our lifetime and maybe in US history, and that is saying a lot considering that eric holder once held the position. The most evil thing anyone in law enforcement can do in their official capacity is to charge and prosecute people who are known to be innocent. He did this to the January 6th protestors and now he is going after legit LEOs for defending themselves against career criminals. This is a message to LEOs across the country, who are already reluctant to do their jobs out of fear of reprisal. A new GOP congress has to make it a priority to impeach this son of a bitch.
