Is this a new revenue stream for the CIA to fund themselves?

30
Thelongrun 30 points ago +30 / -0

'new'? It sure is a revenue stream, but it's probably not new. They've been suing truth tellers for decades. Still, it doesn't beat Afghan poppies.

10
Magabirdlady2 10 points ago +10 / -0

I have not been following this story. Was Alex being sued by a parent because he said it was fake or something? Thanks fren.

39
SquiggyMcPepe 39 points ago +41 / -2

He will appeal it and win. The initial case is always in some corrupt district but once thats over the defendant can appeal to have it in a different jurisdiction. This is just more lawfare to take up his time and wealth like they do to everyone else they hate. The process is the punishment.

25
LawlAndDisorder 25 points ago +25 / -0

They did and he did, but that really isn’t the standard for defamation. He couldn’t have caused that family 4 million in damages. Additionally, they went straight to damages and skipped the trial. It’s complete horseshit.

The fake sniffling dad at the podium and the "neighbor" down the street who kept changing his stories. You know. Screen Actor Guild member.

29
Thelongrun 29 points ago +33 / -4

Yes, I remember. The fake sniffling dad at the podium who was chuckling with some reporters, thinking that the cameras weren't on yet, then he switched instantaneously into deep grief mode; the very same actor who was at the 9/11 event, telling a reporter that the 'metal was so hot it weakened the structural integrity of the building'... moments after the collapse of the first tower...

TrumpsBigBalls 1 point ago +2 / -1

Ya know...I tend to often feel this same way about several things posted on here...as to say there ALWAYS seems to be a large amount of people that insist nearly EVERYTHING is fake, a psyop, etc etc...

As for this one...I never really followed it. Surely if Sandy Hook was completely fake as it seems MANY here TRULY believe, there would be TONS of convincing evidence. I would genuinely like to review that evidence.

Furthermore, if it is fake, why did Alex Jones eventually apologize and say he was wrong and that the school shooting did infact occur?

-26

I don’t see how anyone being honest with themselves could think any other way.

3
DJT_JR6544 3 points ago +3 / -0

I already believed Sandy Hook was not what they said. But I thought the kids actually died. After seeing that the same dead kids sang at the Super Bowl I kind of shrugged my shoulders and said, "So none of it is true? Checks out." There is an abundance of evidence presented by Wolfgang in those videos that confirms it, but that was a huge point to me. The emotionless parents is another. I mean, maybe they are liberal npcs with no souls, but I just dont get the strange emotions.

1

Mew_Deuces 16 points ago +17 / -1

-15
libscaneatmyass -15 points ago +2 / -17

Yes the truth: it was real, people died, families suffered - that is my belief.

3
Frogdemic 3 points ago +5 / -2

LoL Nah. No one was shot, the school wasn't even open.

24
MoreTorbaLessKushner 24 points ago +25 / -1

After studying the true motivations behind 9/11, it makes perfect sense why they did it. To psychopaths, 3000 deaths is literally nothing.

Of course, these freaks get off on mass death. They're fond of the symbolism of 9/11, and the one million civilian casualties it led to in the following Middle-Eastern wars. It signified the beginning of America's downfall.

Are you actually so pathetic you set up an account here to comment on Alex Jones? (No need to answer, it's clear from your extremely short comment history that you did)

Btw, calling an American conservative a "fascist" just illustrates your ignorance. Fascists were in favor of progressive income taxes, corporate taxes, old age welfare programs, centralized regulatory bureaucracies, governmental redistribution, subsidized housing and many other core leftist platform items. And they most certainly were NOT in favor of negative liberties like the 2nd amendment. In fact, there is little difference between the Italian Fascist Party platform and the Democrat platform. Ditto the National Socialist platform.

You can get away with that idiocy when you're talking to other leftist morons that have been preconditioned to spew simplistic buzz terms without challenge, but not here. We actually understand ideology, policy and history.

And he was right to do so. I love Alex, and he's dead-on about a lot of things. But (and here come the no-information downvotes) he was wrong about this one, even though I think the lawsuit is bullshit. I've said it before, so I am very consistent on this: I am from a town adjacent to Newtown. I have people I've known my entire life who know first responders from SH. Kids died there. Some of the first responders are still in therapy. An old colleague of mine had his mother (a teacher) die there. No I will not give names.

SH WAS a government operation, the same way all of these are. But it's incorrect to say that it didn't happen.

It would be easier to just not comment on this topic and keep getting upvotes, but I don't see much pushback against people posting stuff they know nothing about.

5
I_Used_to_be_me 5 points ago +6 / -1

People calling it a false flag are also aware that kids died, and the event happen. The problem is too many people hear “false flag” and falsely equate that with claiming it never happened. A false flag or hoax, and the event still happening/being deaths involved, are not mutually exclusive.

Thank you for putting to rest the "did kids die or not" bullshit. Of course kids died, we all know a lot of these school shootings are suspect (some more than others) but children did die. Why he said otherwise still boggles the mind. He was severely punished for 'defamation' but then again CNN did the same thing to Nick Sandmann and same thing happened to them (defamation suit lead to payouts in court).

1
AmericanJawa 1 point ago +1 / -0

He was severely punished for 'defamation' but then again CNN did the same thing to Nick Sandmann and same thing happened to them (defamation suit lead to payouts in court).

This is really the sticker for me.

We have how many people on our side that rightfully go all on about how CNN tried to destroy Sandmann and was destroyed for it, yet based on what I know what Alex Jones said about the kids isn't any different from what CNN said about Sandmann.

Yet for some reason people want to attack CNN for their statements about Sandmann but then turn around and defend Jones about his statements about the kids.

1
KrakenWakin4JoeBacon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don’t worry about upvotes or downvotes. If you have personal insight about this situation, and if, as you say, you’ve been consistent about this (which you have) then you should comment what you believe and/or know to be true.

I would like to understand why you are convinced that it was a gov’t operation, and if that’s something you believe you know to be true based on what first responders who were directly involved have told you.

The SH mass shooting, or gov’t event, or false flag, or whatever the hell it was — it was so incredibly bizarre that it really is hard to wrap my brain around it, even still. To me, it’s both hard to believe it’s real and hard to believe it’s fake.

If the gov’t, politicians & people in general want to minimize conspiracy theories within our culture then all they have to do is stop lying, increase transparency & stop being so blatantly biased, selfish & shady. Conspiracy theories are a symptom of gov’t distrust. In many cases, the theories are legit —partially, if not fully.

Here's the part I don't get, especially after people have gone through the last two years. Does anyone honestly believe that the government would go through all the hoops it would take to fake a mass shooting as to not kill anyone? Or is it more likely that they'd just let a crazy person get through the background check around the time they want a mass shooting and wait for them to kill a bunch of us?

It's well established that people with a platform to widely defame those without a platform must be held to a higher standard.

Just wait till the come back with punitive damages on Jones, that is where they will absolutely fuck him.

He and his team totally screwed up this trial, offered no defense, got caught lying on the stand, His legal team is ridiculous.

2
VyseLegendaire 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're both right and wrong. IN actual fact, Judge Demon Goblin barred Jones' side from putting on a real defense, things like First Amendment, free speech, just an opinion, no proof of actual guilt, - as in in literal briefings and orders rendering the defense impossible due to the 'default' legal theory by which he was made guilty before the trial began. It was a show trial.

The countries I mentioned have gone out of their way to implement hate speech laws and have imprisoned those who they deem to be "bigoted and discriminatory," but America is not far off from mandating that punishment.

He should based on how that evidence was disclosed to the jury.

16
ProphetOfKek 16 points ago +17 / -1

Should sue his attorney too for malpractice

1
redboobblueboob 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why? From the looks of it his attorney did everything he could but they got stopped by this asscunt judge every time!

I've been following it on Viva Frei and Barnes legal show but maybe I missed something?

What's wrong with Jones'attorney?

4
VyseLegendaire 4 points ago +4 / -0

Attorney accidentally e-mailed a bunch of copies of Alex Jones phone records and other misc. documents to the other side somehow. They then used it in their prosecution of him, not like it was going to matter anyway though - since all the unbiased jurors were filtered out in selection.

3
JerryNadlerBeltFund 3 points ago +3 / -0

He provided a digital copy of Jones' phone to the opposing council. The opposing council gloated as he shared the news with Jones on the stand.

He explained how the lawyer had turned over Jones' phone 12 days prior, and since he failed in 10 days to formally request that they destroy the copy due to privilege, that it was fair game for him to use, and that he found text messages about Sandy Hook on them, indicating Jones had lied about having no such messages. Jones said something to the effect of, "well you have the phone, so I guess I was wrong. . ."

Hell of a thing to learn when you're on the stand.

2
redboobblueboob 2 points ago +2 / -0

It was August 5th 2018 that Alex was banned off youtube and from the rest of social media. Four years ago tomorrow. Exactly 3 months until the 2018 midterm elections.

They wanted Alex off social media for the midterms back then in 2018, and now they are trying to stack the deck for the 2022 midterms by taking out Alex and Infowars completely.

They do not want Alex and infowars reporting on all the criminal shit going into the midterms and what you can bet will be widespread election fraud during and after the election.

Remember the lesson learned in 2018. First they come for Alex, then they come for everyone else.

1
redboobblueboob 1 point ago +1 / -0

Precedence is just another word for "laws made up by people you didn't elect".

The laws are the laws. Judges ruling a certain way just because "well that's the way the last judge did it" is so fucking retarded and evil it makes me sick thinking about it.

It's an excuse for any judge to forgot giving an actual legal justification for YOUR case.

10
Sam0Mclone 10 points ago +11 / -1

Punitive is yet to come, this is just compensatory!

12

10
Sunnybats2 10 points ago +12 / -2

They threw out anyone in voir dire who asked why the jury wasn't determining guilt

4
redboobblueboob 4 points ago +4 / -0

And the judge fucking LIED to the jury about what the law said about defamation cases.

So much wrong here.

I have a family I'm friends with who's son was recently arrested for passing a fake $100 bill to a cashier.

It was OBVIOUS play money (like from a board game with crazy colors on it) no serious person would EVER accuse the person giving the bill of giving them counterfeit. Like if you didn't realize they were joking you are one DUMBFUCK.

Anyway not really that funny but the kid has pretty severe autism so he didn't realize people would take it seriously because ... that would be retarded.

The courts are ruining this kids life over it. Even kept him over 48 hrs without a phone call or trying to establish who his parents were. Kid was out of state on a school thing.

They've contacted 3 of the most expensive and we'll reviewed defense attorneys in the state. They ALL told him "it's losing battle take the plea deal, we'll sue if you want but you'll lose".

They've spent $5000+ on legal fees and expenses and haven't even had a trial yet.

...

Anyway this is all to say they have been hit with MASSIVE PTSD because of the shock of how poorly they are being treated by the legal system.

They voted Biden and were WAY fucking excited about Jones being sued to hell.

Got in to a pretty big argument when they brought up Jones a few minutes after discussing what to do about their son.

It got pretty ugly. I was saying by the end of the conversation "If you can't see how the people you've voted for your whole life have created the situation your son is in, and don't care about the mis-treatment of people you don't like ... then why should you expect ANYONE to give a fuck about you or what you think about how unfair it is your son is being charged like this."

... libtards NEVER consider the legal system will attack THEM and they think if it does it will be a fair process. When that doesn't work out they either see the light ...

... or they don't and find themselves in HELL when life gives them even the tiniest poke.

That shit pisses me off. This entire operation has been used to bankrupt Remington (which was complete horse shit and super against the law as movies/mental health are more to blame than a gun manufacturer) and now they are making alex fucking jones pay them to? Whoever these "parents" are.. they aren't much of one. Apparently they are all millionaires now. Getting rich off of the supposed deaths of their children. Remington paid what, over 70 million and never even knew who anyone involved was? Absolutely INSANE

1
redboobblueboob 1 point ago +1 / -0

Whoever these parents, their children certainly didn't deserve them.

And while I'm sad for the kids every time I think about this horror show, I have to say .. I really don't feel bad for the parents. Immediately after the incident of course I did. But they've proven themselves to be shitheads at this point.

If you're willing to destroy the life of someone else who has NOTHING to do with your kids death, I will gladly say to your face "you're not a good person, I'm sad your kid died but I don't give a fuck how that affects YOUR life at this point".

7
TommyneverfukedGoo 7 points ago +15 / -8

Only 4.1 million, Infowars can raise that kind of money back easy. The backing Alex Jones has will take care of things. I'm sure Tim Pool will be more than happy to help raise funds for Alex Jones too.

We'll be fine, I expecting a 8 figure payout, but 4.1 million yal forget how much Crowder makes a month or Infowars pulls a month. Shit Dailywire is rolling in the paper right now.

Alex Jones is fine.

4

Trust me, I was expecting them to go for like 50ish mil or even 100 mil. I really expected them to make an example out of Alex. Instead the jury gives them 4.1 million.

This is really chump change for people like Infowars/DailyWire/Timcast/The Young Turks (even them lol). With the way these people fundraise, 4.1 million is nothing.

4

So you are not allowed to state an opinion now if it might offend someone? Or might turn out to be false later? This makes no sense. There is no evidence that he knew it was false or ought to have known. False flags have happened before, but now you can be punished for not just immediately believing the boy who cried wolf?

There are many people who believe the moon landing was a hoax - Why are they not getting sued? The lawsuit makes no sense, someone’s beliefs do not cause harm to others

Even Alex couldn't fathom the full evil of the US deep state. He couldn't imagine it was real and that intelligence agencies would not only ignore tip offs about shooters but would seek them out and gas light them into killing innocent Americans so they could push gun confiscation under the guise of stopping mass shootings they foment.
