FUCK KEMP

MeinDonald 70 points ago +73 / -3

How did this faggot even win reelection

95
I_Love_45-70_Gov 95 points ago +96 / -1

Just a wild guess, but Dominion comes to mind....

23
Mr_Beanths 23 points ago +25 / -2

Yep. He brought them in and he’s guaranteed a “win” because of it. The same time he brought them in, he signed an illegal document with his previous OPPONENT (Fat gap tooth) that handed the election to democrats.

He’s the biggest piece of shit in Georgia. Until Biden comes to visit.

4
MayorMcSixaplix 4 points ago +4 / -0

Automatically signed up for mail-in ballots, too!

23
TheTelltaleFly 23 points ago +25 / -2

He won’t. RINOs “won” all the primaries in Georgia. The ham planet will be the next governor come November. I’m sure that’s the deal they made with Dominion.

8
sandinyourteeth 8 points ago +8 / -0

"Ham planet" LOL My expectation is she'll do her term and not quite go full commie so she can tow the moderate line. She become America's first installed 100% black female president.

2
DonttrustChina 2 points ago +2 / -0

"First ADOS President".

3
Wiggle-Hard 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ham planet is correct and accurate, that fat bitch looks like porky pig fresh out the smoker

2
Gnometard 2 points ago +3 / -1

There are no RINOs.

Your belief in that myth is exactly why they keep getting into office.

The entire fucking party is trash because they're uniparty.

RINO implies that the majority act a certain way, presumably in our favor, but they don't.

Think more. Feel less.

9
Hades440 9 points ago +9 / -0

He played ball in 2020.

7
sandinyourteeth 7 points ago +9 / -2

The same way Stacy Abrams will "win" in November

6

He took the Harrison Deal.

Say what?

8
AnonHarambe 8 points ago +8 / -0

What about that Kansas vote? What the hell is up with that?

7
yurimodin 7 points ago +7 / -0

it was worded terribly on the ballot, super confusing.

11
BeardedNinjaPede 11 points ago +11 / -0

It wasn't even a question. It was two statements followed by a Yes/No choice. There was no way to logically answer it. It should be thrown out and resubmitted with a clear question.

2
MerlynTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

From what I gather pro-abortion crowd put out a lot of misinfo saying that if the amendment passed then women wouldn't be able to get treatment for ectopic pregnancies.

5
TrueFlagPatriot420 5 points ago +5 / -0

Wait why do we disagree with this policy though? Makes sense to me if the fetus counts as a person

7
yurimodin 7 points ago +7 / -0

no I agree with protecting the unborn I just fucking hate Kemp.

4
c9AfEoF1StU7C2j2ZUv1 4 points ago +4 / -0

You can like the policy and still dislike Kemp for his traitorous actions.

1
conservatarian 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wondering the same thing...

0
The_Emperor 0 points ago +2 / -2

I hate the policy. Unborn aren't born yet. They aren't persons in the eye of the law, and never have been. This is bad legal structure. What if you are born w a genetic defect you inherited from your dad. Do you get to sue him when you reach age of majority for his willful negligence of chosing to have you, rather than using a surrogate dad? Asinine!

2
TrueFlagPatriot420 2 points ago +2 / -0

“ They aren't persons in the eye of the law,”

They are now in a lot of states that are banning abortions.

-1
Ultra_Based -1 points ago +5 / -6

Kemp isn’t perfect but he’s better than that retard Purdue. That guy is a fucking simp.

6
TheTelltaleFly 6 points ago +6 / -0

LOL. Kemp made sure Biden got inaugurated. Almost single-handedly. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

2
Session_Terminated 2 points ago +4 / -2

Remind me again what governor stood up in 2020? Remind again who made an official attempt to correct the 2020 election at the time?

Go ahead.. I'm waiting.

5
Prussian_Pepe 5 points ago +5 / -0

How many governors of swing states were the fraud occurred were GOP? There was a ton of pressure on Georgia because there was video evidence of them ballot tampering. And Kemp had nothing better to do than try and set Trump up when he called.

1
MerlynTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Biden still would have got 270 without Georgia.

3
Thep1mp 3 points ago +3 / -0

No shit. Arizona, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania were part of the steal also. I fell like I’m missing another state also…..

1
MerlynTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

289 EV Trump!

-2
Ultra_Based -2 points ago +3 / -5

Single handed? lol millions of GA voters did that. Blame the joggers that now outnumber us. Will only get worse with no abortion. Fun times.

1
IMadeThisToCorrectU 1 point ago +1 / -0

lol millions of GA voters did that

You can go watch them stuff ballot boxes on video, and when that wasn't enough you can watch them run ballots through the machines multiple times on video, and if that's not enough you can look at the court released ballot images and see where they ran the same ballots through the machine multiple times to make up votes for kemp and biden.

But hey, tell us more about how its joggers actually voting that are the problem.

0
Ultra_Based 0 points ago +2 / -2

How many lawsuits did we win again? I forget. It was a lot right? Oh wait it was fucking zero. Walk away faggot.

1
IMadeThisToCorrectU 1 point ago +1 / -0

you can watch the video yourself, idk what you are trying to argue here.

everybody knows the court systems are fucked up too, that's how they changed so much election law without legislature approval to allow the mail in shit in the first place.

0
Ultra_Based 0 points ago +2 / -2

These are Trump appointed judges. Most of the country doesn’t believe this sore loser bullshit and we only look more and more out of touch the more we cry like faggots about it. Grow the fuck up.

People like you are the reason Trump lost.

4
yurimodin 4 points ago +4 / -0

NOPE, still FUCK KEMP for helping the steal.

-1
Ultra_Based -1 points ago +2 / -3

You mean he didn’t help the steal. He was told to find the votes but didn’t. Trump should have declared martial law but didn’t have the stones. If Kemp went along with it he’d prob be in jail now.

124
Objectivism 124 points ago +131 / -7

Everyone is reetarded in this thread. Notwithstanding fuck Kemp mentions.

It's recognizing the baby as a dependent you loose buttholes.

30
NullifyAndSecede 30 points ago +32 / -2

If you believe the constitution contains a guaranteed right to privacy, the idea of income taxes is unconscionable because of the intrusiveness it requires in every aspect of our lives.

13
Hanging_Chad 13 points ago +13 / -0

If your fetus is legally blind in both eyes, does it get a larger deduction?

5
magabeans 5 points ago +5 / -0

Haha lol

4
MerlynTrump 4 points ago +4 / -0

someone should try it! which raises the question: at what point is an unborn child developed enough to see?

3
VirPopulus 3 points ago +3 / -0

Property taxes too.

2
45ForEver2024 2 points ago +2 / -0

What is the 9th Amendment?

1
NullifyAndSecede 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ignored.

1
TrueFlagPatriot420 1 point ago +1 / -0

So you’re against this decision why?

2
NullifyAndSecede 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not against this decision, I think any tax cut is good.

I think the absurdity of the state in its entirety is bad.

7
CommieCucker 7 points ago +9 / -2

Welcome to the new Donald

-2
SteelDriver -2 points ago +5 / -7

Well, some of this has been around since we were on Reddit. :D

Kemp would not be my first choice, but he's not bad. The right seems much worse than the left when it comes to making the perfect the enemy of the good.

3
VirPopulus 3 points ago +3 / -0

Probably because we have literal Communist plants who run as Republicans.

2
CommieCucker 2 points ago +2 / -0

making the perfect the enemy of the good

I wouldn't call that an innate character flaw of the based, I'd say it's just a symptom of being let down and/or betrayed too many times. That said, this place HAS become a hotbed of "sternly worded letters" and "two more weeks" bullshit. We need to be able to recognize the wins we get, and it seems like we're down to a handful of regular posters and a metric fuckton of doomers who regurgitate dumb shit just as stupidly as the left does.

6
tiffrivOH 6 points ago +9 / -3

A loose butthole is an excellent identifier.

4
Filthy_MALE 4 points ago +4 / -0

First comment always wins, baby. That’s how it has always been done in Internet forums since we used dial up

3
Meddlesom 3 points ago +3 / -0

More importantly, if a fetus is a person, then it is granted equal protection under the law, including the right to life.

90
Formerlurker92 90 points ago +92 / -2

I don't see why having an extra deduction is a bad thing

61
Wtf_socialismreally 61 points ago +63 / -2

It's not. Tax benefits to have kids is something that should absolutely be a thing.

13
BeardedNinjaPede 13 points ago +16 / -3

I disagree based on my belief that the government shouldn't meddle in and influence society how it sees fit by selectively choosing winners and loosers in who owes them money. Income tax wasn't even a thing in the US until 1913; it shouldn't exist at all.

11
Backslash2099 11 points ago +12 / -1

If you don't want the government to know that your wife is pregnant, then don't claim the tax deduction... Government is gonna know about it either way when it's born and you file for a birth certificate and SSN.

2
Wtf_socialismreally 2 points ago +2 / -0

And then they'll tax that kid when they start making money too.

Tax benefits at least take some of the burden off of having kids, which is actually insanely expensive nowadays and a single kid can break families working jobs and hours that just 20 years ago would have been considered well off.

It's ridiculous, honestly, to stand in the way of tax benefits. The left isn't going to start having kids suddenly either.

5
nutmeg 5 points ago +6 / -1

The government should encourage and influence the growth of American families, which will keep the nation strong. I don't think this particular thing is the right way to do that though.

2
RYUIK 2 points ago +3 / -1

what is being said is that using a tax of "income", which is a tax on labor for most of us, to influence anything should be seen as evil. we were born into false reality as slaves to the FED. income tax is theft, and Patriots are dead.

2
Eugene_Beastly 2 points ago +2 / -0

Government should support families. He's working with what we currently have. Ideally we'd have something like Hungary where 4 babies = no income tax that way antinatalist faggots can support actual families.

3
Ryan192 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes that may be true, however we're not going to flip a switch and immediately be done with tax. We got into this mess gradually, we'll likely get out gradually. This is a step in the right direction, because one of the reasons abortions because so prevalent was because there were financial incentives.

2
TheMadManDidItAgain 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think it behooves a society to encourage having babies. I think it behooves a society to encourage marriage.

2
80960KA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Incentivizing citizens to have children is far superior to importing 3rd worlders to cover the need to labor.

2
TheImpossible1 2 points ago +3 / -1

No fucking way.

2
Wtf_socialismreally 2 points ago +2 / -0

If you support taxes, you're a retarded tyrant. Get off my lawn.

0
SirBuzzKillingtonVI 0 points ago +13 / -13

The people that you want to have more kids don't need a tax incentive. The incentive will motivate people you don't want reproducing to reproduce.

14
RiverRunnerVDB 14 points ago +15 / -1

So will banning abortion.

2
Millie1234 2 points ago +3 / -1

Exactly. If you force people to have kids out of their poor use of birth control, gonna just mean more poorer kids without fathers and more welfare off the state.

Considering a third of women cite economic reasons for abortion, maybe pay those families on the margins who want to keep their babies.

N900mixalot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oof ya got me! Haha, precision matters.

1
deletedandreacted 1 point ago +3 / -2

Why should I have to pay to educate someone else’s kids?

4
itpeeswhenibern 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is an interesting question. So the next generation has a basic understanding of civics and reading/writing/arithmetic?

Should groups of parents fund a co op for schooling?

Should schools be private only?

I don’t know but this would be a fun discussion.

3
deletedandreacted 3 points ago +3 / -0

I will never have children. Is that fair to me and my spouse? Why should I have to pay for kids to be indoctrinated to hate America, and other things I am completely against? What is a fair amount? 50K, 100K, 500K? How much socialism is too much? Should I be able to send said money to the school of my choosing?

5
InarosPrime 5 points ago +5 / -0

I agree, plus I think our tax code is too complicated. Making it simple is the best way to reduce fraud and unintentional errors. No more deductions for anything. Make it a flat tax or a fair tax and be done with the unnecessary complexities.

8
BeardedNinjaPede 8 points ago +8 / -0

No tax at all would be the most Constitutionally consistent method. The fed gov can impose tariffs on imports to raise funds.

2
Deplora 2 points ago +3 / -1

I'd rather see the federal government funded directly by the states, with the amount based on number of House seats. Then let each state figure out how to raise the money. This would also make the colossal cost of the federal government government a whole lot more clear to the average person/voter.

2
giggitybooped 2 points ago +2 / -0

I would go one step further for all the people saying outright no abortion, that a fetus is a person so no compromise on first term, extenuating circumstances, etc. Then men should also have to pay child support while baby is in the womb too. It's is person after all.

6
Deplora 6 points ago +6 / -0

At least one state has already made that the law. And it's retroactive if the baby's paternity can't be established until after birth.

2
krzyzowiec 2 points ago +2 / -0

Deal.

2
Whatyougotson 2 points ago +2 / -0

They dont pay taxes so a tax deductable means squat

14
mickmacdaddy 14 points ago +19 / -5

I wonder if clown world would work in court.

I have sperm that has the potential to make thousands of fetuses, I'm claiming a tax deduction 😅

13
MarxhatedJews 13 points ago +13 / -0

Do you carry around a uterus that has a blood supply? If so, we have bigger issues than tax liability.

I agree with the logical consistency of 'if we're saying its a person, it should be fully treated like a person'; however I don't think I should be fined for not having kids or be forced to subsidize other peoples kids

6
Controlgroup 6 points ago +6 / -0

Welcome to property taxes. That’s the biggest “fine” to pay for other Peoples kids

6
Suchinternet 6 points ago +6 / -0

That's fair. But you should have kids. Little pedes aren't going to make themselves.

4
LibtardJesus 4 points ago +7 / -3

Hey look. Someone that read the article instead of just calling Kemp what we know he already is.

3
Obvious 3 points ago +4 / -1

I could see some depraved libs getting pregnant for the deduction, and then aborting it a little later in the next calendar year.

The Georgia Department of Revenue did not provide details, such as what happens if the pregnancy ends in miscarriage during the tax year. The agency said it would issue further guidance later in 2022.

So hopefully they'll clarify that you have to carry the baby to term.

4
voxpopuli16 4 points ago +4 / -0

Why even bother getting pregnant? Just say you are pregnant for the deduction, and say you had a miscarriage later. Who's going to check?

62
TheRealJaredHolt 62 points ago +63 / -1

Im perfectly fine with as many tax deductions as possible. If you are carrying a child in your womb, that means doctors visits, vitamins, extra food, prepping a room for a baby, etc. In every meaningful way, that unborn baby is a dependant and should be tax deductible.

What you should NOT get is a free wad of taxpayer money (aka someone elses money) just for getting pregnant. Should the government take less of YOUR money if you are pregnant? Abso fucking lutely.

Im even fine with that tax break extending to the father if the mother cannot work, providing that A) The father works 40 hours a week or more, and B) The couple is married. 100% of the wifes lost wages should also be tax deductible from the husbands income if she had been at that job for more than 2 years as well. Married couples where one parent stays home to raise the child while the other works should be given a major tax break to both incentivize that behavior while also not bilking the taxpayers even more because of someone elses personal choices.

6
giggitybooped 6 points ago +8 / -2

Men should also have to pay child support on that child from conception.

13
StolenElectionsKill 13 points ago +13 / -0

Married men do.

Single women who live a promiscuous lifestyle are just predatory gold diggers looking to trap the best prey they can find into 18 years of financial servitude and a free ride.

2
Suchinternet 2 points ago +2 / -0

Of course. Tons of organic food and vitamins and checkups and missed work aren't cheap.

1
infeststation 1 point ago +1 / -0

What happens when they take the money and use it to get an abortion

1
TheRealJaredHolt 1 point ago +1 / -0

Umm... have you not ever filed taxes before?

1
infeststation 1 point ago +1 / -0

You can get an abortion in most states up until 6 months in without any resistance. That leaves a window for many women to wait until January 1 to get an abortion and take the deduction for the previous year.

1
bigntazt 1 point ago +5 / -4

Something good from Kemp? Ok, good job. But still...FUCK KEMP. Your comment is on point though, deductions should encourage you to keep your child.

0
TheRealJaredHolt 0 points ago +3 / -3

I doubt that came from kemp. Kemp is a worthless puke

1
prattle 1 point ago +2 / -1

Not only a dependent, but probably more expensive in the womb than they will be at 3 for example.

3
TheRealJaredHolt 3 points ago +3 / -0

Depends how destructive your three year old is I suppose.

0
Hades440 0 points ago +9 / -9

The downside is most of the people taking advantage of this will be the ones already not paying taxes and using government money to pay for the baby's needs, so this will become just another wealth transfer from the responsible to the irresponsible.

26
NeuroticIntrovert 26 points ago +29 / -3

I'm not accountant, but I'm pretty sure that a tax deduction, by definition, is only useful to people who would otherwise be paying taxes.

4
N900mixalot 4 points ago +8 / -4

What the hell happened to this place? Dumb asses.

0
Hades440 0 points ago +1 / -1

Until they offer so many deductions that they're paying you more in your return than you paid in taxes to begin with. If you don't know anything about taxes, you can always ask someone instead of being snide.

2
deportingcucks1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

Tax deductions don’t get you a credit back from the government though. Just net zero at best. Source—I file taxes with losses some years. My deductions are worth nothing at all.

2
Dild0Baggins 2 points ago +3 / -1

People already abuse everything. If not this, they’ll find something else.

0
Hades440 0 points ago +1 / -1

2

I love laws like this. This kills arguments for abortion fans. Fetus is now a legal person, which makes the "religion" argument a non-starter. Abortion in georgia now has nothing to do with religion and now it's a legal person.

0
orangemangood2 0 points ago +1 / -1

I agree that people on this site take it too far, but I think when compared to DeSantis, everyone remembers that one of the first things he did was fire corrupt supervisors of elections in the two most corrupt countries. Whereas with Kemp, he only took action after the election, like resetting the voter roles and signing the election integrity law.

I think overall, he's a solid governor, but it's hard not to see that he dropped the ball on election stuff by being reactive, rather than proactive, like DeSantis has been.

4
trumpORbust 4 points ago +9 / -5

Fuck Deep State Kemp, but this is an objectively good thing. The left thinks this is a total dunk but it’s perfectly consistent with not only the pro life movement but consistent with several other laws, like murdering a pregnant woman counting as double homicide.

I would largely prefer income tax to be abolished but tax deductions are a good move in the right direction with regards to taxation.

3

3
IowanMaga 3 points ago +3 / -0

How can you prove this? Tyis can be so easily manipulated

1
Suchinternet 1 point ago +1 / -0

Its extremely easy? A pregnant women should be getting checkups.

1
IowanMaga 1 point ago +1 / -0

So as soon as they find out they are pregnant, from a doctor check up not a pregnancy check, they file for this?

1
Suchinternet 1 point ago +1 / -0

Dependents only matter when you file your taxes.

1
IowanMaga 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well I dont have any so its not something I generally know, but yeah i wasnt arguing fetuses just on women lying about being pregnant

1
StolenElectionsKill 1 point ago +2 / -1

Disprove it - tell us why a fetus is not a human being.

3
IowanMaga 3 points ago +3 / -0

Literally discussing paper work, not philosophical talk. I mean like any woman could just say "I am early pregnancy" Do you get a doctors note to prove this, show up with a pregnancy test? How do you get a tax deductible anyways

2
midareashi 2 points ago +2 / -0

How is it proven? Can the father claim the baby if they aren't filing jointly?

2
BumpForTrump 2 points ago +4 / -2

How the fuck did this piece of shit get re-elected?

3
TrumpVoter1 3 points ago +4 / -1

Easy. Governor that has done a very good job for the state. Incumbents are hard to beat generally and incumbents that do well are damn near impossible. Add in one of the worst trump endorsed candidates and maga voters coming out for kemp and you have a winner. Same as you will in November

2
GuerillaYourDreams 2 points ago +5 / -3

Fuck Kemp but NO TO ABRAMS. She would be the worst thing EVER to happen to the fine people of Georgia, who at the moment are at the mercy of the Communist/Marxist party of Atlanta, with overflow to Savannah.

2
BoughtByBloomberg2 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good. Still want you outta there Kemp yoi stole 2020 from us!!!!

3
TrumpVoter1 3 points ago +4 / -1

Blame raffensberger if you are gonna blame anyone. The SOS has that responsibility and he failed badly.

2
fantasticat70 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm guessing these unborn babies will be allowed to vote, too.

2
Gnometard 2 points ago +2 / -0

The people getting abortions are not the types to have gainful employment.

There is no logic behind any of this, none.

It's performative. It's to have you support the fucker who was complicit in the 2020 steal.

I advise everyone to go get their T levels checked

2
nod32 2 points ago +2 / -0

Now Roshanda and Laquisha will be accused of Tax fraud if claimed deduction then aborted

2
KrellKrypto 2 points ago +3 / -1

So if I keep let’s say 100 frozen fetuses I can not pay any taxes and scam the goverment out of infinite money. Surely this cannot be the case.

2
GrizzlyT55 2 points ago +2 / -0

Great job dickhead. You also made Biden president.

2
Dangerous_donald1 2 points ago +2 / -0

So what if a woman gets pregnant, gets an abortion in another state and does this 4 times in a year, would she get to claim 4 dependents?

2
sir_rockness 2 points ago +2 / -0

Literal potbellied hobgoblins

2
kung-flu-fighting 2 points ago +2 / -0

Babies born before tax day the following year and allow back filing to August. Seems reasonable.

-1
45ForEver2024 -1 points ago +1 / -2

Babies are Born at conception. libtard.

2
TheMustacheBandit 2 points ago +2 / -0

I guess they count as a person in carpool lane as well

3
Ebbie8708 3 points ago +4 / -1

That’s the point. Recognizing that’s a baby and not “a lump of cells” people have allowed their children to believe.

2
RusherOfDin 2 points ago +2 / -0

I hate to say it but this could lead the women getting pregnant and carrying the child for a few months and then getting an abortion and doing that over and over again just to keep getting that child tax credit without having to raise a child.

2
NO_RINOs 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why not scrap their state income entirely?

Skip the virtue signaling, please.

Eliminating most of the government would improve everyone’s life.

2
doomerglowie 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why not scrap their state income entirely

Our taxes here just got reduced with scale down reduction. The goal is to over next 5 years reduce down to zero and give the State time to get use to the change.

1
NO_RINOs 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah NH just started phasing out their dividends and interest taxes by 2027. TN completed this in 2021 too

2
ModernThoughtControl 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes, I realize this is state, but If it's between this and spending billions in Ukraine, I'm all for supporting American families.

Also, Taxation is theft. This reduces taxes.

What's wrong here?

Fuck Kemp

TheJustin 1 point ago +1 / -0

Kuck Femp

Nowsthetime 1 point ago +1 / -0

What I don’t understand is Kemp’s victory. Doesn’t make sense if the country is becoming ultra MAGA.

1
BeNotAfraid 1 point ago +1 / -0

Abortion is murder. Taxation is theft.

1
minotaurbeach 1 point ago +2 / -1

Kemp is a fag, but, new parents could use that tax break, ASAP.

1
Atlantapede 1 point ago +1 / -0

Is this retro active? Can a pede get some deductions up in here?

1
Bruno 1 point ago +1 / -0

Actually, this is a good idea! Give a huge tax break to those that are pregnant and multiply it exponentially if the child is brought to term and delivery healthy.

1
GuerillaYourDreams 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fat Commie Stacey is gonna hate this even more. You should see her sick-as-hell campaign videos. She makes me want to vomit.

1
TheNightJanitor 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but what about HOV lanes?

1
dorsalmorsel 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't you need a social security number to write off a kid?

1
BeefSupreme54 1 point ago +1 / -0

You would still only get 18 years of deductions. So it doesn't matter. Save with child support.

1
NPC1234567 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm cool with a baby being a tax deduction. Broken clocks are right twice a day.

1
AccipiterQ 1 point ago +1 / -0

Makes sense to me. It's a humanbeing.

1
NippleSalad 1 point ago +1 / -0

Broken clock.
