It was in no way a fair trial.

In sane world, the judge would declare mistrial.

Weird how no one ever got sued for 50 million dollars for saying 911 was an inside job...

This clown show never should have gone to trial in the first place.

Keep fighting, AJ

Irregardless, they didn't go after him because of Sandy Hook. Thats just a means to an end. They went after him for covering Pizzagate. At first he refused to cover it. Odd behavior, but his fans raised holy hell and he finally did. Literally the next day he's target #1 of MSM.

Trump1ByAlot 46 points ago +47 / -1

and this last 20 years of speaking the truth

AJ is the ONLY one to warn us of the rise of the medial tyranny state and the great rest years ago (also the war on men). Everything that is happening today, he tried to warn us.

Tyrone_biggums 17 points ago +19 / -2

That’s not true. James Corbett was way ahead of the curve on medical tyranny / the biosecurity paradigm

13

Yet nobody ever heard of him. Quit diminishing the influence of Alex Jones.

5
Tyrone_biggums 5 points ago +5 / -0

I’m not but Corbett is way more cerebral and measured than Jones and he has tremendous influence, sorry you haven’t heard of him—check him out

Corbettreport.com

Rockonanon 12 points ago +12 / -0

I agree that James Corbett does good work in these areas. I think Alex was probably ahead of him by some years and also Alex obviously has an incredible talent for making his message heard that Corbett can't quite match. But Corbett is great. Check out the Corbett Report on BitChute or wherever else they let him talk.

I'm still remember the Billary Clinton health care plan pushed in the 1990s. That started the whole HMO and health care provider network system. If you had a foot problem, you used to be able to go directly to the foot doctor without seeing a primary care physician first. The point is, they've been meddling in heath care for a long time.

They didn't like that he covered pizzagate, and the Austin judge is probably involved in child trafficking because she worked with CPS and is a lefty wackjob.

6
yarg 6 points ago +6 / -0

Some guy went to the pizza place and fired a lucky shot into a hard drive, and because of that we're only allowed to talk about Pizzagate in echo chambers.

Now the elite pedos are laying low, using their power in the media to move the Overton Window to make pedophilia seem normalized and accepted.

Adam Lanza's original death certificate said he died a day before he "shot up the school."

Then they amendment it to 12/14/2012 to fit the narrative.

When every "anomaly" benefits the anti American deep state we have the right to call bullshit.

Sandy Hook is full of bullshit / masons / Mossad / actors.

Didn’t they also fuck up the Vegas shooters time of death?

20
jhewish 20 points ago +22 / -2

Healthy skepticism is the proper way to treat it.

Nobody knows what the fuck happened but the one thing that very likely did not happen is a retarded autistic teenager did not walk into a school and gun down 24 people with military precision.

You do not get to ignore every single weird fucking about that event (gene rosen rehearsing, people walking in circles for 3 hours around the building) and destroy every single person that questions anything about it.

But but but we are TELLING you what happenend and its to hurtful for us to prove ANYTHING happened. Trust us bro.

Nope, sorry. Fuck you. Doesn't work that way.

12
Rockonanon 12 points ago +13 / -1

The medical examiner, Wayne Carver, was the strangest thing to me, honestly. The way he laughed nervously while talking about dead kids at the press conferences. I mean something was really off about that guy and his whole demeanor.

6
Tanmantime 6 points ago +6 / -0

Also the crisis actors, the behavior of “Robbie Parker”, there was so much. Same with Vegas.

Did you know that Lanza shot one of the teachers in the foot? Was that intentional to stop her running away? Why not just kill her?

Listen to the audio tapes. She went out into the corridor, saw him, turned and ran back into the class but he shot her in the foot before she could close the door. This is what she told them when she called the police.

Did you hear Soph's rant about it. I mean she's a bit of a spergy edgelady but the times she calculated how many shots and it's unreal it's like

" okay so this insanely skinny guy who probably weighs about 90 lb is carrying about 75 lb of gear at least then he gets into the school he's making an average of one headshot every 3 seconds"

7
MikeNorton 7 points ago +7 / -0

Instead of just throwing the 75 lbs of gear, she could have looked up weight.

https://portal.ct.gov/DCJ/Latest-News/Sandy-Hook-Investigation/Danbury-States-Attorney-Releases-Report-on-Sandy-Hook-Investigation

It's in the Appendix, page A 141 and A 142.

Total weight of the guns/ammo 30.47 lbs.

10
BrobiwanKenobi1 10 points ago +10 / -0

Taken to Sandy Hook Elementary:

Izhmash Saiga 12-gauge semiautomatic shotgun left in car.

Bushmaster Model XM15-E2S .223-caliber semiautomatic rifle

Glock 20 10mm semiautomatic handgun Sig Sauer P226 9mm semiautomatic handgun

Two 12-gauge shotgun magazines 10 30-round .223 magazines 6 30-round 9mm magazines 6 30-round 10mm magazines

20 12-gauge shotgun rounds 301 rounds of .233-caliber ammunition 116 rounds of .9mm ammunition 90 rounds of 10mm ammunition

Soph was laughing and yeah exaggerating perhaps but that is a fuck ton of gear. The whole thing was just weird. Many witnesses seeing multiple shooters. Impossible timelines. And way to much to even get into. E.g. Sister of parent runs a company that seeks to alter public policy through gun violence tragedy. I mean this was nuts it's like a PR firm/ political group. I'm not saying it didn't happen I just think weird stuff is all over this story.

1
MikeNorton 1 point ago +1 / -0

What he brought into the school weighed 30 lbs, Not that unreasonable for him to carry that weight.

So much this. It's not about Jones and what he says about Sandy Hook or anything else. It's about sending a message to anyone who might want to do the same. Silencing them before they even form the words in their mind.

I don't believe the vast majority of what he spews, but he absolutely should have the right to call attention to the nefarious shit that the rich and political classes are doing, and so should everyone else. If there are honest investigations and it proves to be harmless, no problem. If they actually ARE sacrificing and/or eating people, then they should be fed feet-first into a wood chipper as soon as possible.

8

Kid Rock

You’re missing out!

Just become a Dead Head like a lot of us. Jerry Garcia was asked why during the late 60’ and 70’s with Vietnam why they never talked about the War or politics. He said that whether you’re talking about being for or against the war, you’re feeding energy to it.

As a result, the music is timeless.

The new album/LP is lefty AF though, has another song called Conspiranoia that pokes fun at Qanon and antivax. If I had known, wouldn’t have gone and seen them, his Rush cover was cool though.

Even though he's been cancelled everywhere, he's still surviving and making cash... The people that he's exposing hate him for it.

I find it funny that he had bad Intel 10 years ago, apologised but they still go after him.

CNN and the rest have been pushing information that has likely killed hundreds of thousands (the vaccine is safe and effective) with zero consequences.

3

It's different though. CNN did get sued and settled for the Sandmann case, and will likely have to pay our Kenosha boy before too long. But the vaccines didn't defame anyone. If you are dumb enough to take a vaccine because CNN said you are a mean baddie person for not doing so then you get what's coming to you.

Alex claims that he supplied the court with all relevant documents. I believe Alex. I also believe that the judge in this case would not hesitate to lie and claim that Alex was withholding information/documents that he didn't have in order to prevent him from telling his side of the story. The "accidental" transmission of his entire phone history to the plaintiff's attorney also stinks, and none of that content has been made public so how exactly are we to know what's in it?
If he did fail to comply with some aspect of discovery, I am not clear on what that is. Just because he allegedly has a text on his phone where Sandy Hook is mentioned doesn't say much to me. Of course I don't know for sure if he did or did not comply but I'd believe Alex before I believe that judge. If he didn't comply, obviously it was a strategic decision to protect his assets and his operation. To his credit, he did apologize to parents. He never called the plaintiffs crisis actors, not by name. He was reporting on a theory being widely circulated at the time. I have seen no evidence that the harassment of the parents, carried out by others, can be tied directly to that reporting.
I've been listening to Alex for 20 years. He's not a scumbag. He sells supplements because doing so allows him to fund the operation himself, so that nobody can dictate to him what type of content is permissible. If what he cared about was money, he would be bigger than Rush Limbaugh ever was by now, and far more wealthy. He's not perfect, but he fights like hell to expose the truth. He understands that we could all be living with greater peace, freedom, and prosperity if we were not being poisoned, physically and spiritually, by the global elite. His hope that we might overcome evil influences and all live better lives is tangible, and evident throughout his work.

He spoke about Sandy Hook for a total of 39 min or so in the TEN years since it happened. He questioned the events(rightly so) and had guests on that pointed out the oddities and then COMPLETELY DROPPED it. 5-6 Years later the msm starts talking about Jones and Sandy Hook repeatedly and become fixated on it. Then the endless lawsuits started.

No way in hell did anything Jones say traumatize the families. No one paid attention to what he was saying 10 yrs ago until 5 years later when the msm started constructing lies about what he said. You'd think Alex was the shooter instead of Lanza.

He didn’t name them or show pictures of them.

He didn't need to -- he referred to them specifically as parents of the dead children.

He heard about a public event and made commentary on conspiracy possibility that invoked elements of that public event.

He didn't comment on a possible conspiracy -- he categorically said the shooting never happened.

That’s only “defamation” when you’re a cultist trying to broaden the net to shut everyone up.

You're simply wrong. His actions clearly meet the legal definition of defamation as it has existed for decades in this country. The problem is you knew nothing about it until this case received publicity and know very little about it now.

memechallenger33 4 points ago +4 / -0

Have you seen the videos? At least one of them was most definitely as actor. Creepiest thing I have ever seen.

4
TheAttackTitan 4 points ago +5 / -1

I saw the video of the father who was smiling and laughing and then got in front of a camera and was all somber.

To play devils advocate, people use humor to alleviate a stressful or mournful situation all the time. While it does seem sketchy in the context of “he's a crisis actor” it’s also entirely possible he was just having a lighthearted conversation beforehand, and then reality sets in that he had to talk about his dead daughter on national tv.

5
Blackrider 5 points ago +5 / -0

“Had to” …Nope he “choose to” talk about his dead daughter on national tv. Probably was paid too.

1
Rockonanon 1 point ago +2 / -1

I agree. The first time I saw that video I was all "WTF?!?" but it is possible to imagine a scenario like you describe. I still think there were a lot of strange things about Sandy Hook, especially the medical examiner, but that one video doesn't necessarily demonstrate what some people think it does.

1
memechallenger33 1 point ago +1 / -0

I do get how people use humor, but when they are using it to diffuse feelings as difficult as losing a child, the pain doesn’t really leave their eyes, even when not thinking about it directly. I don’t want to think that Sandy Hook is some conspiracy because there is no motive that makes sense for anyone. But I can’t unsee that guy, and he seemed fake like a mannequin.

2
TheAttackTitan 2 points ago +2 / -0

The motive would be pursuing the “gun lobby” and getting people to turn on the 2A

I have no doubt that Sandy Hook was real. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was a fed groomed operative and the families received handsome payouts as compensation for their slain children so long as they stood in front of a camera to publicly trash the gun companies. Maybe some were actually actors. But I don’t think the shooting didn’t happen. I think both the shooting itself and the conspiracies have bits of truth. Alphabet Lesbo "Judge" looking for headlines. What a Kunt

3
General_Specific 3 points ago +3 / -0

Imagine how much sweaty fat pussy she gets now that she is such a hero to all the clam bumpers though.

18
Dee1952 18 points ago +18 / -0

Shame on the parents for going after a radio guy to make money off of their childrens death. Disgusting.

16
mickusa1 16 points ago +16 / -0

Who is the judge in that trial?

36
TrumpoWon2020 36 points ago +37 / -1

A literal blue haired fat liberal lesbian.

No, seriously, she is LITERALLY a blue haired fat liberal lesbian.

11
Mintap 11 points ago +11 / -0

Gamble, a pedophile and vaxxtard

10
Faintlight 10 points ago +12 / -2

Was he allowed to show all the documentaries about how Sandy Hook was a false flag? If not, the whole thing was bullshit.

14
MLGS 14 points ago +14 / -0

He basically wasn't allowed to present any evidence or defend himself in any way.

-2
Herefordamemesss -2 points ago +2 / -4

Do you think that’s what happens in courts?

People watch youtube documentaries and vote depending on which they liked best?

Our civics classes have failed us.

5
RiMjObZ4dAyZ 5 points ago +5 / -0

That is literally what a jury does. They vote on their favorite of 2 narratives.

2
Vino 2 points ago +2 / -0

Watched a crime show about a 17 yo who had sex 14 yo. Parents found out and went to the police. He was charged as an adult , and found guilty on 2nd degree child molestation. One juror literally said she wish the law was different, but still voted guilty.

1
RiMjObZ4dAyZ 1 point ago +1 / -0

A juror can vote however they choose to in the jury room, regardless of any facts, laws, or feelings. Most people don't know that, or even care to.

4
Chuggatrumptrain 4 points ago +4 / -0

The plaintiff's lawyer was allowed to start questioning him about the Boston marathon bombing, the Vegas shooting, and other events totally off topic and that was allowed by the blue-haired judge so the law was irrelevant in this case

1
AerialRush 1 point ago +1 / -0

Do they ever actually discuss Sandy Hook and whether it was true or not? I didn't see anything but the prosecution focusing on AJ being "mean" and spinning the story so that the judge and jury would hate him by twisting words he said on his broadcasts, then going into off-topic discussions unrelated to Sandy Hook. What does any of that have to do with the lawsuit?

1
Faintlight 1 point ago +1 / -0

I would have pushed for it. What good is judging if you don't realize Sandy Hook was a false flag?

And/or, I would have insisted that with such a big monetary stake, the bodies had to be dug up with DNA tests on the parents.

1
Herefordamemesss 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don’t know how that would play in a jury trial.

You’re taking on a TON of risk.

So you look like a hero if you prove them wrong sure. But, in a trial about causing the parent’s undue harm and emotional distress, if you exhume their children’s bodies and you’re wrong, you’re going to be seen as evil incarnate for the rest of your life and that jury is going to destroy you.

That’s if you even had the legal authority to do such. I’ve never heard of exhuming a body without familial approval for a civil case.

1
Faintlight 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'd agree if Sandy Hook wasn't such a huge farce.

The jury is ALREADY destroying him. He has nothing to lose.

You probably also believed in the Kraken.

10
Kekistan_United 10 points ago +12 / -2

do you all see how this works now?

if you say something like

there was no holocaust; jews were killed, like everyone else in a war. and it was not six million. the holocaust is a hoax.

and now entire countries are saying its illegal to say such things.

the sandy hoax is just another, in a long line of psychological operations

and now they use it, in history, like the holohoax, to silence and control you

it ends, with bullets.

10
dr_gonzo 10 points ago +11 / -1

I'm actually not a huge Jones fan. I've been aware of him since the late 90s, and have always found him to be fairly hyperbolic. But there is NO DOUBT WHATSOEVER that the judge was ungodly hostile to him in this trial.

I watched a few hours and had never seen anything like it. You didn't even need to finish watching because it was clear the fix was in.

The Soros gang of Marxists must be dealt with. This is no longer America.

9
Americafuqyeah 9 points ago +9 / -0

There is no way that judge is impartial and fair. No way!

9
FightTheSWAMP 9 points ago +9 / -0

Alex Jones is right about his trial. I hope he declares bankruptcy or finds any other loophole to not give the family a fucking dime. Then I will donate to Alex

9
Tailgunnerjoe 9 points ago +10 / -1

Alex should primary Dan Crenshaw and run for Congress. He could give his rants in the House chamber. Awesome.

That ship has sailed, but he could run 3rd party. Dunno about the district, though. I used to live there. Lots of old people and Hannity Republicans. At least they would start conversations between Fox news watchers and Infowarriors. Could red-pill lots of people. If for any reason he preferred a shitbag WEF stooge over a dem, he could drop out a day or two before the election.

mass55th 8 points ago +8 / -0

A Judge threw out a lawsuit by two parents in 2018, against Newtown, and the school district that included Sandy Hook school. In 2019, Connecticut's Appellate Court upheld the lower court's decision. Earlier this year, Remington settled with some of the parents for $73 million. According to someone who lives in Texas, the Jones verdict will not stand as Texas only permits punitive damages up to $750K. They also said that they believe the entire case will be reversed upon appeal due to major violations of due process by the trial judge. Then there's Alex's viable lawsuit against his lawyer for turning over all of his cell phone records to the lawyers of the families.

This is far from over. Just the fact that the town, and the school district were never legally held accountable for the shooting, but a weapon's manufacturer, and a private citizen who spoke his own opinion were legally held responsible after the fact, is enough to show you just how fucked up the legal system in this country is.

7
asfastasican1 7 points ago +7 / -0

It's funny how all of these families were never named and they are more angry with Alex Jones then they are at Adam Lanza himself.

5
mateus 5 points ago +6 / -1

True, and that happens a lot. But this is all about suppressing opinions--of those on the right, of course. The left can continue to actually defame named targets, calling them (in every public arena and platform) murderers, Nazis, etc., with abandon.

7
NonyaDB 7 points ago +7 / -0

The Judge didn't even allow a jury trial saying he had somehow "defaulted" on providing evidence after he had already provided all the evidence they requested and that they were going to instantly move on to determining damages.
I've never seen that happen, ever, in a trial.
Jones should instantly appeal the entire thing and win on appeal and if he doesn't then you know the fix is in and that thing is headed to SCOTUS.

That whole text email forwarding to the other lawyer was very strange. I am thinking that was not an accident. There are some bigger people behind it. It was just way too convenient.

6
tootthebighorn 6 points ago +6 / -0

This "trial" occurred in Austin.

Appeal and get it the hell out of Austin.

And get that 'judge' thrown out.

6
Shaffro 6 points ago +6 / -0

The commies were trying to railroad Alex. If it can happen to him it can happen to anyone. Bullshit trial. Kangaroo court like in a third world country.

6
bill_in_texas 6 points ago +6 / -0

For what they hit him with, he'll have to appeal and appeal and appeal. Either way, he's screwed. This is lawfare.

6
itbeginswithus 6 points ago +6 / -0

we used to kill corrupt judges, now we just bitch about them. Patriots have lost their balls.

5

This is a don't question anything we do fine. I can say sandy hook was a FF because I have no followers.

5

5

Alex "was right" Jones

5
RIP_NWO 5 points ago +5 / -0

So the government can lie to us and kill us but we can't say Sandy Hook was a hoax?

5
American-Patriot 5 points ago +5 / -0

What damages exactly? This is how you know its total bullshit.

5
mainsoda 5 points ago +6 / -1

Does 50 million for what ends up being "an incorrect news report" seem completely nuts to anybody in this clown world?

4
mateus 4 points ago +5 / -1

Sure it is. And don't forget, the New York Times got off on Sarah Palin's libel lawsuit against them because the judge said "mistakes were made" when they rushed to meet deadlines. The fix is in for anyone on the right.

3
AbrahamLincoln 3 points ago +3 / -0

Usually that gets you a Pulitzer.

3
AerialRush 3 points ago +3 / -0

Two-tier justice system once again. MSM can lie constantly, bold outright lies, and either nothing will happen or if it does go to court it will be a slap on the wrist. AJ didn't even get to present his case and was immediately charged $50mil. I don't even see anywhere in the trial how it proved there was defamation. Telling the truth about someone or something is not defamation in the US, and certainly not speculating on whether something is real or not.

2
Deaditewater 2 points ago +2 / -0

Seems like a lot of money for doing a show that's all about speculation

5
cbonez416 5 points ago +5 / -0

The comments are amazingly stupid. I believe how people believe 5his man is worth 100 million and they say we are the dumb ones. Lol Jones himself has said he is only worth 5 million and he wasn't bragging about it. Wait till they collect their money. Hahah joke is on them.

4
memechallenger33 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hopefully he sunk most of his money into la d with his house in it. Texas homestead laws should protect him.

-4
Athena86 -4 points ago +1 / -5

Why would you believe what Jones says about how much money he has? He’s a grifter.

1
cbonez416 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because Jones has been right more times then wrong.

4
HadrianTheGreat 4 points ago +4 / -0

The article is full of errors. It says "for years Alex said sandy hook was a false flag". Thats a lie. Yall fucking cocksuckers in the media are retarded huh?

1
AerialRush 1 point ago +1 / -0

Isn't that defamation of Alex Jones, maybe he should sue them for 50 mil.

4
Walt_Kowalski 4 points ago +4 / -0

He's not paying nearly 50 million. He's either paying nothing or 1.5 million.

4
CLF3 4 points ago +6 / -2

Man, the cryptoshills who've stuck around long enough to lose the handshake are really outing themselves in this thread.

4

Yeah, I noticed that too. At least we know who to block now?

4
simpleman1776 4 points ago +4 / -0

I was waiting for Bill coopers show the hour of the time. I stumbled across Alex's first show in 93 and everything he said has come to be and more.

Same for Bill Cooper, my friend, I helped him research Income tax and the federal reserve in 1990.

The 100,000 reward for proving us wrong, remains unclaimed.

4
CJ74U2NV 4 points ago +6 / -2

Meh, everyone knows he's not going to pay it.

13
TrumpoWon2020 13 points ago +17 / -4

It was an illegal judgment. The blue haired fat liberal judge should be the one paying. I hope she has a few citizens visit and question her.

2
CJ74U2NV 2 points ago +3 / -1

I don't know about it being illegal but it was certainly biased. Jones will likely appeal and/or file bankruptcy.

1
45ForEver2024 1 point ago +2 / -1

Why let others do the job you want?

3
TrumpoWon2020 3 points ago +5 / -2

Because I don't live there. I don't want a 10 day round trip drive in my sports car. My all leather interior would be covered in sweat and stink.

I do enough in my home state. I shouldn't have to clean up the mess in another state while patriots there sit idly doing nothing.

1

3
MegoThor 3 points ago +3 / -0

ALEX JONES IS RIGHT ABOUT SANDY HOOK

3
dagoat4l 3 points ago +3 / -0

AJ filed bankruptcy if I'm right. I think also TX law caps what they get in the settlement. But he needs to appeal. However he may not. He may just move on. I can't imagine the stress of all this. Not including the other attacks.

1
AerialRush 1 point ago +1 / -0

If he doesn't appeal this up the chain, it's never going to end for him. He should deal with the pain and nip it in the bud now.

3
dirtymikeandthebois 3 points ago +3 / -0

What's the correlation to 50 million and hurt feelings?

3
TheAttackTitan 3 points ago +3 / -0

I thought he was ordered to pay $4 million not $50.

Not that it makes it any better but I’m confused - were there other trials and lawsuits?

4
Blackrider 4 points ago +4 / -0

4.5 million in “actual damages” was found by the jury before this new 45 million in punitive damages yesterday.

4
Crappydatum 4 points ago +4 / -0

"Actual damage"?

Like he needed total butt reconstruction from being butt hurt about being called out?

3
America1stAndOnly 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sandy Hook was a hoax and my belief in this has nothing to do with Alex Jones. Come at me faggot lefty judges.

3

I think that he should do a fund raiser (GiveSendGo) and I'm sure there are a few million of us Conservative who can help out a guy who is not perfect but has been fighting the enemy for years - when most of us were sleep walking and totally unaware of the incoming attack on our nation and our way of life.
