If they are non biodegradable then they are not rotting

But I agree

14
NvJohansson [S] 14 points ago +14 / -0

Yup. They're just going to bulldoze them until they shred them in a little piece and they sink into the ground, out of sight .

But the "experts" were worried 2 years ago...

https://www.thebridgechronicle.com/news/coronavirus/disposable-masks-are-adding-burden-non-biodegradable-garbage-and-experts-are-worried

If they were actual bio hazards this would be a society ending level of laziness, but it’s just micro plastics and bacteria in piles. They’ll cover it over like the blades of so many discontinued windmills... cause they really care about the environment... not. Actions speak louder than muffled virtue signaling lies every will.

Transmutation human to bird in 3….2…..1…..

What? We now have a deadly bird flu in 2024?

How in the world did that happen???

3
HockeyMom4Trump 3 points ago +3 / -0

Where’s Greta Thunberg’s outrage?

3
NvJohansson [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah, I realized that after I hit save. But you can't edit a header here and I wasn't going to redo it.

If they are non biodegradable then they are not rotting

All the snot and other bodily fluids contained therein are fermenting like a cesspool.

MrSir 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oozing into goo may be better. A lovely slurry of microplastic bullshit.

29
Handshake2 29 points ago +29 / -0

Fucking muzzles are everywhere. Three years ago they were one time only use and immediately deposited in a biohazard bag to be incinerated. .

Now?? Nah wear them filthy for months and throw them all over the ground fuck it.

What a fucking farce.

3
Firespawn 3 points ago +3 / -0

The mfs that leave them in their cars, hanging from their steering wheel or sticks... Wear them like a hat. I can only imagine how dirty and nasty the masks and the people are.

magaspif 24 points ago +24 / -0

Want to see a libshit's head spin? Ask them why these masks aren't being treated as biohazard material. lmao

Me: So covid is really serious - people can die right? Libshit: yes, absolutely Me: And these masks capture the virus particles completely right? I mean if they work, the virus has to be stuck inside this thing right? Libshit: I mean, yeah I guess so. Me: then why did you just casually throw that one you just used in the garbage, isn't it possible that the virus will just replicate and make that entire garbage can a biohazard? Libshit: NPC NOISES

LoobintheToobin 8 points ago +8 / -0

They really missed a trick not installing biohazard boxes everywhere.

5
Inquisitor_Corvus 5 points ago +5 / -0

Agreed, but really? They can’t see past their own noses, much less think of causation.

CO2 is a NUTRIENT

6
breddit2020 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yes CO2 is plant food not pollution.

3
SmartGuy 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ya man lookup the japanese guy that used co2 to make a tomato tree

4
JeremiahKassin 4 points ago +4 / -0

Wait. Tomato TREE?

2
SmartGuy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yea man it grew hundreds of thousands of tomatoes and gre like 15 feet tall cuz he put a co2 canister attached to the plant lol https://makerhive.proboards.com/thread/2023/dr-kei-moris-tomato-plant

1
MrSir 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah but in a filthy inaccessible slurry its bad. Youd need a whole ecosystem to deal with it

1
Kael 1 point ago +1 / -0

Like the Earth?

5
Americafuqyeah 5 points ago +5 / -0

And grocery stores didn't want you to bring your own bags from home. I'm sure that helped the climate as well

1
jimmityjimjimjim 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fun fact, those bags they sell you at the store aren’t recycle-able and don't Break down. They are made of mixed fabrics.

5
Groundpounder 5 points ago +5 / -0

Kind of like, “slavery was BAD in the past, but GOOD in the present?” 🤔

2
jimmityjimjimjim 2 points ago +2 / -0

It depends on who is the slave.

White slaves = good.

White freedom = bad.

Everyone else is dependent on which situation whites are in above.

2
Groundpounder 2 points ago +2 / -0

According to the left, Lebron James is a hero for bashing black slavery in the past while cashing in on slave labor in China in the present

5
CovfefeVideo 5 points ago +5 / -0

Drop them off at the closest CDC.

4
COLDWARPATRIOT55 4 points ago +4 / -0

Send them to your senator.

2
magagama 2 points ago +2 / -0

Send them to Fauci.

1
no_gal_friend 1 point ago +1 / -0

Send them to Al Gore

1
TehAgent 1 point ago +1 / -0

Al Gore invented them, after all.

3
Original_Martian 3 points ago +3 / -0

Lots of masks

5
MikeOxbig007 5 points ago +5 / -0

Sheep droppings…

3
Pelosi_Halitosis 3 points ago +3 / -0

Kek! Back when Wisconsin tossed their mask mandates at the height of the coof scandle, we rode up there to get a normal lunch. At the Illinois/Wisconsin backroad border we crossed, there was 1000's of masks littered everywhere.

3
Hillary_For_Prison 3 points ago +3 / -0

Climate change is a distraction from the inevitable magnetic reversal that is coming. They don't want you knowing about the earth's magnetic field weakening.

2
magagama 2 points ago +2 / -0

They also don’t want you to know about the Beaufort Gyre in the Arctic.

3
Dallasguy 3 points ago +3 / -0

Quick reminder: at a massage salon, sweaty sheets are required to be treated as biohazards, and have to be stored, cleaned, and put away according to instructions. Masks have never been treated that way.

Ever.

Anywhere.

3
MythArcana 3 points ago +3 / -0

Compact them into bricks and make homeless shelters at Martha's Vineyard.

3
RiceCrackerUnited 3 points ago +3 / -0

No empirical study exists showing masks reduce the spread of cold/flu like symptoms. CDC 19-0994 was produced in 2019, concluding there ain't shit you can do to prevent the spread of cold/flu like symptoms in a population of people including masking. Contrast this with 'Personal Flotation Devices' and 'Seat belts'.

3
IvIA6A 3 points ago +3 / -0

China made out like bandits. Destroyed the world economy, forced the US and others to borrow even more to pay people to be unproductive during lockdown, sold tons of masks and test which don't work, now they're crushing it selling solar panels and harvesting resources from Afghanistan and Africa so these poor countries can pay off the debts they incurred in the last two years. They got Joe to do anything they want, including handing over Taiwan

4
magagama 4 points ago +4 / -0

Newsom bought half a BILLION dollars worth of masks from China for CA citizens. Still waiting for mine in the mail. 😵‍💫

3
OneArmedViolinist 3 points ago +3 / -0

CO2 is plant food. As we all learned during the photosynthesis lesson in elementary school.

2
CharlieMike 2 points ago +2 / -0

Gotta have something to cover up all the EV batteries or the wind turbine blades in the land fill.

2
HarvesterOfBallots 2 points ago +2 / -0

At some point, millenia in the future, archaeologists are going to be digging for ancient artifacts and find a layer full of these plastic masks and wonder what the hell happened.

2
Psalm_109_8-13 2 points ago +2 / -0

The same people who brought us the fake "global warming" are the same people who brought us these useless masks. Their whole identity is that of a lying, filthy demon.

2
Trailjogger11 2 points ago +2 / -0

A year ago I was picking up 10-25 masks on a four mile run. Nobody picks them up because they’re ‘icky’ but I wore gloves and just started doing it, I found blood inside one.

2
Druid_Con 2 points ago +2 / -0

We should put a green tax on non-biodegradable masks Fines for mask mandating stores

2
DarkPepe1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

Where I live, I'm constantly seeing these blowing in the wind like tumbleweeds. Might make a good meme.

2
Brobold 2 points ago +2 / -0

The number 2 pollutant in landfills all over earth…. But…. But….. muh straws, muh shopping bags

2
Totally_Not_FBI 2 points ago +2 / -0

Saw a soy faggot millenial riding his bike with an N95 mask on just today. Should probably shove one up his ass for the burgeoning monkey pox "pandemic" just to be safe.

2
magalee 2 points ago +2 / -0

Are those masks or Joe Biden's shit-stained diapers?

2
dagoat4l 2 points ago +2 / -0

Remoe all plastic straws man. Fucking commies

2
HockeyMom4Trump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Um, wouldn’t pandemic masks be treated like biohazard waste? Seems weird that a highly contagious, deadly pandemic would allow for this type of mask disposal.

2
whataboob 2 points ago +3 / -1

They’re not rotting, and that’s the problem.

2
Firespawn 2 points ago +2 / -0

The company i work for still provides masks, but they're not required. The idiots that still wear them don't even wear them properly. They only cover their mouths. I had Covid last month, they made me stay home for 7 work days, unpaid since I'm pure blood, but had to wear a mask for 5 days upon return. Also, being pure blood, i was disqualified from receiving hardship pay. I don't see how those idiots wear them constantly. I was short of breath, dizzy at times and the moisture that sometimes built up disgusted me.

1
mrmadigan 1 point ago +1 / -0

I cycled between 4 homemade, washable, double-layer felt wool masks during the stupid mask mandate saga. Maybe used two disposable ones the entire time.

So-called environmentalists who bought into the craze and used the blue ones regularly can shove it. I've done more to help the planet than they ever will.

1
Matthewferguson19 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't forget the wind turbines.

1
TehAgent 1 point ago +1 / -0

cant rot if its not biodegradable

taps head

-4
libscaneatmyass -4 points ago +1 / -5

Since when did we care about the environment? Not our biggest problem right now, right? We gotta get Trump back in the white house and bring back cheep gasoline and diesel.

More offshore drilling. Less environmental regulation.

5
NvJohansson [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'm a fly fisherman. I've always cared about the environment. I'm also smart enough to know that taxes are never the solution. And that when the left panics on one thing they always create another disaster, lick these masks.

It still blows me away that when I go fishing I often have to tell some guy hey buddy you forgot your styrofoam worm cups... There's nothing difficult or costly about picking up your own trash.

2
TehAgent 2 points ago +2 / -0

Every time I go somewhere (camping, shooting, fishing etc) I always take extra trash away IE not just my own but what was also there when we got there.

Did a big fireworks show two years ago and used a school parking lot since plan changed last minute and the property we were supposed to do it at became a non-option. Went back the next day and not only cleaned up the rest of our mess but both sides of the road of debris and trash.
