No offense bro, but that was what you were supposed to be doing in 2017-2020, because that is what we sent you to Washington to do.

We’re you distracted with are the usual diplomacy, and other trappings of the presidency??? Because you had a mandate to DRAIN THE SWAMP and to LOCK THEM UP, and apparently you failed bigly.

He endorsed Mitt Romney in 2018 and WEF Dr. Oz over the real MAGA candidate. Jeff Sessions. Bill Barr. He never even met Durham, he left it up to Barr. Horowitz? Huber? How is Assange doing these days? He, and Seth Rich are the true founders of MAGA.

Since the WEF lists Trump as an "agenda contributor", and Trump won't call it out, I started wondering what his role could possibly be, if true. One theory would be that he was put in to do damage control over the emails. We all found out satanic pedos were ruling the world and we sat on our hands because Trump was going to lock them up. As a bonus, they were able to ostracize people who figured out what degenerates they are by getting normies to foam at the mouth so hard over orange man, that they'd laugh at a stolen election and turn a blind eye to the destruction caused by Trump's replacement.

Hes only losing money as far as we know. If the rat hole is as deep as many of is expect, hiding the true net worth of major players is nothing. And the very fact that he isn't jailed, that he hasn't been taken out, is further suspicion that he's on their side. I mean, maybe they fear taking him out because it might cause a big pushback. Or maybe they haven't because he is playing a role.

For all we know, they could have Romanov'd the Trumps, and we're watching body doubles and AI. I never thought I'd see a military installation of a U.S. president, yet here we are existing in that timeline.

In fairness to Trump, every single day he was fighting with the swamp and they were attacking him on every front. The truth is that next time around, they has to be an investigation into the personal finances of all these politicians. They have investigated Trump on trumped up charges from the Russia hoax, to interfering in the 2020 election (which could not have been a more bogus charge), his personal business dealings. He has taken a lot of incoming.

7
bigdickhangsright 7 points ago +7 / -0

Like I always remind people on here, DC voted 93% for Biden so the swamp is deeper than anyone can even imagine. Draining the swamp, if even possible, will take generations of having MAGA presidents and that's unlikely with the cheating the left does every election all around our country. If Trump could somehow run a campaign to put in place capital punishment for corruption-related crimes that would be one thing that curbs the swamp. We should not lose hope.

4
party12 4 points ago +4 / -0

I think cheating on elections is an act of treason and should be treated as such. It undermines the will of the people, which is the whole point of fair and honest elections. Get money going across state lines out of the way--this too undermines the will of the constituents. Honesty and fairness are not difficult to accomplish unless the goal is to cheat.

1
bigdickhangsright 1 point ago +1 / -0

Absolutely. I believe it was Abrahams who had 85% of her campaign money coming from out-of-state donors.

i've been here since TD on reddit and i agree with these posters. you don't? a simple google search will reveal he was making the exact same noises in 2016:

https://edition.cnn.com/videos/tv/2016/05/28/trump-touts-deep-blue-state-strategy.cnn

did he try? yes. hard enough? no. this is the man who KNEW about millions of mail-in ballots, complained yet did nothing.

i still support him but let's not put blinders on.

4
45fan 4 points ago +4 / -0

Because he is likely not as willing to cross the Rubicon as many here.

Like it or not there are people that think you can reform the system. Trump appears to be one of them. History says such reformation is impossible, yet I can't entirely fault his optimism.

Two handshake accounts in a row with comments like this. Surely not suspicious.

4
belil569 4 points ago +5 / -1

Fine. I'm not a handshake. Been around since the start.

That being said. Trump made claims and promises and fucked it up by not doing any of it. He started the Vax shit. Didn't do fuck all about 230 or the swamp. Very few of his promises he deliver on.

The main reason trump shouldn't run again is straight up his ego. He can't admit a mistake and learn from it.

2
hansgruber7 2 points ago +3 / -1

It's not fair to say he didn't do any of his promises. He accomplished a lot considering what he was up against. Of course I disagree with his injection stuff and I think he could have done more to drain the swamp, but overall he was the best president we have had in a long long time.

0
belil569 0 points ago +2 / -2

It's extremely fair to hold him to account for what he said. He knew it was shit going in and still made the promises. It's called being a fucking man. He failed at almost every promise he made at the start.

He did a lot of good. He just didn't keep his word.

0
hansgruber7 0 points ago +1 / -1

He did keep a lot of his promises and tried to on a lot more. What I objected to as unfair was you saying he didn't do "any" of it. That isn't fair. He did accomplish a lot and did carry out many of his promises. Considering what he was up against, he exceeded my expectations.

-1
belil569 -1 points ago +1 / -2

If you're going to try and quote a person actually quote them. Obviously he did. Just none of the large ones he said and campaigned on.

Make all the excuses you want.

1
hansgruber7 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sure: "Trump made claims and promises and fucked it up by not doing any of it." That's what I think is unfair. He kept a lot of his large ones; at least to the extent he could. Like building the wall, making progress on the border, addressing trade policy, improving the economy, etc.

2
InfinitelyWiseGerbel 2 points ago +2 / -0

Worth reviewing... https://trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov/trump-administration-accomplishments/

As for Trump's picks, don't forget he had to work with Mitch and the RNC, which means a whole lot of quid pro quo. They were more likely Mitch's picks not Trump's.

Groundpounder 3 points ago +3 / -0

The reality of this happening is slim. A president would have to ditch the Civil Service Act somehow, something only Congress could effect. I’m not sure this is a good strategy for Trump. He’s saying the quiet part out loud and connecting with people’s frustrations over an out of control federal government, and that’s effective. However, it’s a promise that’s nearly impossible to keep from a presidential position. This helps explain why it wasn’t done in his first term. The downside of this rhetoric is that it further unifies the entirety of DC against him, yet again. I’m just an amateur political observer, but if I was his campaign advisor, I’d share these thoughts and hope he’d consider them

2
fat50 2 points ago +2 / -0

In case you haven't noticed, the entirety of DC has been united against him since 2016.

1
Groundpounder 1 point ago +1 / -0

That’s why I said “even further”. I believe there are those in DC who are still committed to putting their country before their political marching orders. The illegitimate Biden regime has bred even more MAGA supporters in DC. They may be few in number, but why alienate them even further by threatening them with a promise that he alone can’t keep? It doesn’t seem like a good strategy. It’s not like he needs to speak to his base to win a primary, so he should be already aiming his message to the general public

Groundpounder 2 points ago +2 / -0

I share your sense of urgency, but, as an American, I detest dictatorship, no matter who it is. The deepstate always manages to get roughly half the country behind them as they erode their Constitutional boundaries. The Patriot Act is a great example. How many on the right thought it was a great idea? “If you’re not a terrorist, you have nothing to fear” we were told. “It will only be used to surveil foreign agents”, we were promised. It was all a lie. Don’t get fooled again
