I agree with some of these criticisms, but personally I didn't expect results at all.

Don't underestimate the taste of freedom. You put that line in there as almost an afterthought, but that's the critical thing we needed from any president: a taste of what it's like when the president isn't actively trying to destroy the country.

It's very easy to understand. It's all about power. It's always been about power. These people are evil. It's well past time our side figures out that a good chunk of so called Americans, are scum of the earth types of evil. We think Americans must be the good guys, the history books tell us that.

I haven’t paid income tax since before the potato was installed. I didn’t file this year either. I haven’t even received a letter, much less had anyone darken my door.

On an unrelated note, my pistol is on my hip and a rifle is in the corner.

PatriotDescendant 27 points ago +29 / -2

I hope you're not serious. Seriously...

If the IRS says you owe? You owe... And they WILL come after you. I could pen a book on their ruthless- and relentless-ness.

As a freelance writer? Those bastards tracked my client list and froze my pay with half a dozen agencies. Those agencies, in turn, stopped giving me work, figuring it was too much trouble.

Twice they raided my bank account -- just swooped in and took cash.

The only way I could survive was to move to the cash economy, which I did for about eight years until the liens were gone.

So unless you're living 100% in the cash economy -- watch out!!!

The only agency that comes close to the wrath of the IRS is the wrath of the divorce courts. THEY mistakenly decided my ex WIFE had custody of our kids when in fact I had full custody. It took them three years to iron it out, but along they way they seized my bank accounts and PAYCHECKS (I had a regular job at that time -- easier for them to attack).

Oh, I said ironed out? Nope. They never DID iron things out completely. That is, having collected over $50k from yours truly that I did not owe? Instead of telling my ex wife that in addition to child support she would have to pay back the child support she collected erroneously? The judge said, "meh, no big deal, she owes nothing."

NOW GET THIS: IT WAS THE DIVORCE COURTS THAT CREATED THE FINANCIAL DURESS THAT GOT ME INTO TROUBLE WITH THE IRS WHEN i COULD NOT PAY MY TAXES (BECAUSE THE DIVORCE COURTS WERE STEALING MONEY TO GIVE TO MY UNDESERVING SOON TO BE EX WIFE. SEE HOW HIDEOUS?

BE CAREFUL!!!

randomuser9193 16 points ago +19 / -3

NYS revoked my driver's license

5
PatriotDescendant 5 points ago +5 / -0

Owing to IRS issues or divorce court/child support...

They (the divorce courts) revoked my passport -- which made my life pretty rough being as all of my employers and clients were based in Europe.

Makes sense, right? You want to keep taking the guy's money. So you make it so he can't work.

It's all right though. My ex wife wound up having to pay child support TO ME for over 10 years -- cut like a knife every two weeks seeing that deducted from her pay check I'm certain. Plus, today, over 20 years later, none of the kids really likes her all that much. They are not close at all. SHE IS PAYING THE PRICE!!!

5
wholelottarosieny76 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'm so sorry Fren.

My father (step dad but raised me since 6, loved me like my birth father) was divorced raped by my cunt of a mom. She emasculated him every second of their marriage. Produced my sister and brother. I would hear her just berating him at night when we were supposed to be asleep. This man was in a prestigious job at Columbia University and she was an NYPD Sgt.

Anyways she divorced him when I was 19, sis was 9, brother 5. My father didn't want a divorce and did everything to be involved in bro and sisters life. He got an apartment in Manhattan with bedrooms for them, picked them up from school, had them on weekends and whenever he could. He eventually started dating a young, pretty, Dominican woman. She loved him and he loved her. She was great with my bro and sis. My mother did not like this at all. She forbid him to see my siblings even telling my grandparents not to let him in their house to visit. My grandparents told her to get bent because they had no problems with him.

So she had the judge take him through the coals in divorce court. Demanding more child support, while he was paying rent, the mortgage, tuition, etc. He told the judge he doesn't have money to put gas in his car and the judge told him too bad.

My dad wound up robbing banks and eventually went on a chase in Manhattan and crashed in midtown. 13 years In fed prison. Sis and brother disowned him, brother took the Jr off his name and changed the spelling. Father gets out to the only child that supported him, his non birth daughter. He came out of prison with congestive heart failure and renal failure. Can't work because he's on dialysis 3 days a week. He can't get SSDI or ssi because he's a felon. Too young for his pension. My cunt of a mom (I fucking hate this bitch, always have), who is retired on a fat pension from the NYPD still is going after him for back child support. He asked her to please have compassion, she told him to talk to her lawyer.

My father never cheated on her, never did her dirty, gave her the world, even took me as his seed and she ripped this man's heart out.

I walked out on this bitch in Paris France, told her she was a miserable cunt and I am no longer her daughter. She didn't think I had the balls to do it. Haven't spoken to her since. She's angry, mean, single, and doesn't have friends. From what I hear, sis and bro have little to do with her. I can't wait for the day she fucking does, hateful twat.

I try my best, everyday to be the opposite of what she was.

5
randomuser9193 5 points ago +5 / -0

Sounds bad to say, but if he had just killed your mom, he would have been better off.

3
wholelottarosieny76 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's not bad thing to say at all. My dad unfortunately killed his stepfather when he was 15 because he walked in on him stabbing his mother. He told me that he could never hurt anyone again and it still bothers him. He told me he wanted the cops to kill him when he was robbing the banks.

It's truly fucked up. My mom is such a demon that my birth father killed himself over her. From what I was told, he was a great dad to me. Gave me the world, provided, beautiful apartment. He wanted to marry my mom. She didn't want to and she took me away from him. My father committed suicide in his apartment and was found days later. I was 1 1/2 years old.

I call her the black widow.

PatriotDescendant 2 points ago +2 / -0

Your story is heart wrenching.

Your mother sounds very much like my ex-wife.

You know what I am about to share... You can tell stories like yours and people will listen but say to themselves "there's no way this could be possible. There has to be more to this story. The truth must be somewhere in the middle."

Your experience and my experience are remarkably similar. We didn't go through the precisely same Hell. But we've both been to Hell.

People like your mother -- and my ex wife -- are monstrous.

I love what you wrote: "be the opposite of what she was."

I wish you the best.

And there are idiots on Nextdoor complaining of their safe spaces while Gainesville turns into a typical big city dump with high rise building and homeless trashing up the sidewalk in front of it. All because Grace Marketplace was finally established.

_Sully_ 12 points ago +13 / -1

It's you they are after, I suppose. I was shocked to hear from my tax accountant friend whose works at his father's tax business say that the IRS is so woefully understaffed and unfunded that millions of people can't get their returns processed. He said a shit ton of millionaires are taking advantage of this. Mainly by hiring them to create immense paper trails. Literal reams of transactions and international trade receipts. Of course, they've been talking about beefing up the agency for some time but my friend said that the number of new agents really isn't a thing to worry about. The real plan is the upgrade of the system which will create a automatic system for pushing out audits.

16
dukeofdoorcounty 16 points ago +16 / -0

The IRS didn't credit a check I sent them in June of 2020. They sent me a nasty letter demanding money and a 20% penalty. I sent them a copy of my bank statement and canceled check with my SSN on the back. 9 months later I get a letter saying they need more time to investigate. 6 months after that I get a letter saying everything is cool. 3 months after that I get a letter saying they need more time to investigate. Then 3 months later, 22 months after tax day, I get a second letter saying everything is cool.

My accountant says trying to contact the IRS is a waste of time. Everyone is working from home and productivity is 10% of what it was before Covid

8
PatriotDescendant 8 points ago +8 / -0

REFUNDS are if and only if you are working under a W-2 and then not claiming enough exemptions to cover your tax liability. You do NOT want to overpay and be owed a refund. You want to underpay and owe them at the end of the year.

10
TrumpCityPopMAGA 10 points ago +10 / -0

3

8
_Sully_ 8 points ago +8 / -0

6
OKRancher 6 points ago +6 / -0

…in order to collapse the United States and take over the world.

For some reason that makes me think of Pinky and The Brain. Fucking clown world.

5
_Sully_ 5 points ago +5 / -0

The electronic audit is meant to more successfully trigger an audit with a higher chance of success. Believe it or not, the IRS does random audits on people. It has nothing to do with you doing something wrong. The problem with that is it's blind and could result in wasted resources when it turns out the individual didn't make any major mistakes. Keep in mind it's easy to find something you did but with a strong algorithm they'll be able to find better targets without a human doing anything.

2
OKRancher 2 points ago +2 / -0

Is it going to come shoot my dog? I don’t see how it can do a damn thing. Are they ready to start seizing bank accounts en masse? Do they actually want to make this hot?

900$ for a completely unregulated .50 caliber high pressure air rifle that can kill a cape buffalo, 600 for the specialized air pump, and a few hundred more for extra 50 cal pellets and spare air tanks.

ATF can't do shit about it

6

3

4 full ~1200 fps shots and a 5th weaker dump shot per pressure tank. If you hit any part of the targets body you likely won't need to hit em again.

2

that's....kind of amazing. what does the ammo look like? just a bullet without a shell?

Yep, gonna finish out this fiscal year, as I have a few thousand in return to claim. As soon as the first state decertifies, the current administration and all satellite agencies loses all legitimate authority and I will no longer participate.

3
Cyer6 3 points ago +4 / -1

They are coming after everyone who runs small home businesses who do transactions through all those on-line pay services. They're also going after Uber after Door Dash drivers who pocket tips in every way they can. They will monitor bank accounts very closely. Remember when they were going to monitor every deposit over $600? It's a declaration of war on the middle and lower class.

They don't need 80+ thousand IRS agents for their higher donor class. They could cover them with what they already have now.

6
wholelottarosieny76 6 points ago +6 / -0

If illegals use cash only and survive so can we. I see them in NYC, all cash, have new clothes, cars, lots of kids and work off the books. It's time we created companies and jobs that did the same, but only hire Americans. We need a parallel economy.

6
Cyer6 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yep. Cash only and stay away from the banks. It's the digital services that will be your undoing. Unfortunately, most people who are running their own businesses are using some form of digital currency service. My neighbor just started his own HVAC business and I've had him do some work for me. When he sent me a bill, it was a text with a link that takes you to his pay service. All of that is traceable and there's no way he's hiding that. Not that he's trying to but that's how society is operating now.

4
wholelottarosieny76 4 points ago +4 / -0

A few years ago Capital One required that you scan your Driver's License to pay cash on your credit cards. The reason is "terrorism". They want to make sure your aren't laundering money by paying cash. You can avoid this by using the ATM to pay your bill. That never sit right with me.

Then this year I changed my number. The banks won't let me use a Google or VOIP number. I can't use a prepaod number either. It must be a number linked to a major carrier in order to gain access to my account and my money.

My cancer hospital reimburses me for car rides. Starting this January they switched it to zelle. Sometimes I can get close to 500$ put in my account. I had to switch to paper checks which I can cash at the hospital because I don't want the IRS or SSDI to say "well you make too much, it's our now and we take away your disability which you need for biopsies"

The banks are becoming more hostile about your money. Get away from them, use cash. I've started a canning and preserving service and it's cash only. Some people asked if they could Venmo or zelle and I said absolutely not. Cash only or no service.

Fuck the system. Pull out, let it collapse.

Edit: last thing. Went to the TMobile store to pay my bill and my best friends bill. They wanted my driver's license to pay cash on another account. I asked why, the reason "terrorism". When I'm done with my biopsies this year I'm ditching phones all together.

4
zakat 4 points ago +4 / -0

4
catchlightning 4 points ago +4 / -0

Should be able to change it via your employers payment processing website

2
_Sully_ 2 points ago +2 / -0

You change your W2 to not automatically withhold your taxes.

3
CommieCucker 3 points ago +3 / -0

What's the "legit" way to file then? 1099?

3
voter129472974 3 points ago +3 / -0

Since the IRS says you have to pay tax AS the money is earned, the catch is that each quarter you must make estimated payments that meet a certain threshold, eg. 90% of total prior year's tax, scaled for each quarter, ie. 25% of that (90% threshold) by the first quarter, 50% by the second quarter, etc.

The form is 1040-es for individuals

https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-1040-es

2
_Sully_ 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not sure. Personally, I just report "2" to reduce the amount I withhold to the absolute cusp where I won't have to owe after some clever, legal tricks. Funnily enough, I have to do way less now after Trumps tax cuts. It really was a great effort on his part.

2
__bryan 2 points ago +2 / -0

OK how do I do that?

4
_Sully_ 4 points ago +4 / -0

You go to your employer and ask to change your withholding on your W2. If you don't want them to withhold anything you use W-4 form and write "Exempt" in Line 7. This may not be available to you through your employer.

2
__bryan 2 points ago +2 / -0

thank you

it feels like I will have to prove this at tax time

or else get audited and then pay them anyways

3
_Sully_ 3 points ago +3 / -0

You don't need to prove your exemption status, that's what W4 is for, but you still have tax liability. You'll just owe all of it at tax time. Lots of people do it this way but those that do tend to pay per fiscal quarter. If you think you can get away with not paying then you'll be sorely mistaken. But if you feel so inclined you could probably get away with it without filing anything for about 3 years. Then they'll go after you. If you want to be savvy then claim exempt and use that money to earn you money. I personally wouldn't do it. Focus on lowering your tax liability most of all.

2
arcanum 2 points ago +2 / -0

You are also charged a penalty if you pay less than a certain amount of your tax liability every quarter. Essentially, if it try this trick to pay all of your taxes at filing time, you will owe penalties and interest.

Considering the IRS is a fake governmental branch that has no judicial right to exist..

6
trumpisgodandsavior 6 points ago +7 / -1

Has anyone won a case against them using that argument? Curious.

10
Gesirisi 10 points ago +10 / -0

Irwin Schiff got a kangaroo court and left to rot and die in prison using basically that argument. His son has a great podcast, Peter Schiff. He's told the story a few times. Was going blind in prison, they would delay his doctor visits.

Oooo the scary IRS. Let it accelerate baby! Every one of the lefts lik perceived wins just brings us one step closer to the true boogaloo. There's no going back, only forward and the faster the better. Soon it will be 110.

Makes sense now why they needed the AR ban.

So they are hiring 87,000 and we can’t get a couple pedes on the inside? Wtf? Some of ya’ll w relevant resumes need to apply.

5
anewpatriot 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah I wanted to say this too. Here is a great chance to infiltrate a corrupted government agency to make some actual change.

3
flashersenpai 3 points ago +3 / -0

audit staff are only 17,079 of the current staff, split between field agents and office workers

11
BigRedPillMachine 11 points ago +11 / -0

This is how every late stage empire ends... rampant corruption, degeneracy, waste, and then a final flurry of hefty taxes in an attempt to pay for the whole mess. I love you guys, but we got 10 years left maximum. 😐

11
Lockbidenup 11 points ago +11 / -0

I don’t know if they’ll be able to find that many “vaxed” employees. They may have to rob them from some other agency. I can’t tell you that the father in law works for the USDA, and they’ve had a hell of a time finding a few people because of the clot shot, let alone thousands.

11
OKRancher 11 points ago +11 / -0

If y’all haven’t found ways to legally reduce your tax burden you should start there. Working for a W2 exposes you to a very high tax burden. Start a small business or something, they’re expected to lose money at first.

7
yurimodin 7 points ago +8 / -1

There is no way to file 100% "right" if you do anything beyond a W2. The tax code is designed to be used for selective persecution at will for political enemies.

This is the trick I used to get them to never audit me again. They owed me 5 figures.

1
OKRancher 1 point ago +1 / -0

You can always find extra expenses. Carry a loss to pad it further. If you’re making money you’re doing it wrong! LOL

1
grenades_and_ham 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sole proprietorship and a local business license, $150. Done.

2
OKRancher 2 points ago +2 / -0

What license? I’ve never paid anyone to start a business. Was I supposed to?

2

Ho boy.

They got me.

Buy silver, gold. Many contractors give a hefty discount when there is precious metal involved. There is a huge underground economy the Communists will never crack, let’s make it bigger.

While the collapse is slow I would grab valuable coins coins too. Like rare penny collections. Wo t be worth zhit when the dollar truly dies but its a good easy place to start. Had to sell all my silver.

2
Fidget 2 points ago +2 / -0

Basically nobody legit recommends speciality coins. Silver and gold is king.

Something needs to be done about all of this…. And now.

Where can I find a list of congressmen who approve this?

5
AbrahamLincoln 5 points ago +5 / -0

They all approve of it. This was one of the main goals of the coup that they all went along with.

2
Siteless_Vagrant 2 points ago +2 / -0

Senate . gov , Congress . gov , every vote on every bill, uploaded to those sites along with the bill itself, in full, (sometimes takes a while), and a full list of who voted yay, nay, or not at all.

Besides the horrible nature of the administrative state putting their thumbs on people…. “Reducing deficit” by extracting more more away from tax payers does NOT reduce inflation. It’s the same as tax and spend when it comes to inflation. Less government spending and stopping the printing press lowers inflation. This is more spending any way to dice it. Don’t fall for the bullshit-

If RINO's allow this to continue - they are WORSE than Biden. RINO's sit there while Dems burn the place down. We are sick to death of RINOs who have had power multiple times...sit there. Mitch and McCarthy need to GO NOW - before they help Dems destroy the USA

Sick of RINO's who get elected and do NOTHING . At least Dems tell you they will burn the place down.

It’s for political harassment of all Republicans. It’s not about the money. It doesn’t make sense to spend 80million for a possible 200. There’s no guarantee you even make that 120 gap. It’s all about oppression, and submission.

3

this doom saying is mostly fake news. Actual audit staff training capacity is like 2k trainers taking around 2 years per employee

They aren't getting 200b out of anyone. The audit rate is currently like half a percent of all returns.

When they talk about "tax cheats," they're not talking about billionaires. Billionaires already have the IRS watching them closely. They pay people to do their taxes to ensure that they're completely legal in every way. They are rich enough that there is no sense in risking tax fraud.

When they talk about "tax cheats," they're actually talking about you. You might not even think you are cheating on taxes. It's all the little things. Did you sell a sweater on Craigslist? Did you report it? If not, you're a tax cheat. Did you give a loan to your kid to buy a car? Everyone in the middle and lower class "cheats" taxes all the time, mostly because doing it legit is tedious. Nobody tracks everything.

1
Crappydatum 1 point ago +1 / -0

Let's say I bought a bike for $2000 then sell it on Craigslist for $600. Is that $600 "profit" Mr IRS agent?

Build that parallel economy. Tax evasion leads to their next move…wage garnishment and raiding your bank account. Our next move is crypto and alternate currencies. Their next move is violence…and then we win.

2
goat_nebula 2 points ago +2 / -0

the agency would receive $80 billion in funding to hire as many as 87,000 additional employees.

$919,000 per additional employee…

"And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward."
