If Biden wasn’t retarded, he would “restructure” the fbi. Not actually change anything but he would make it look like he did something which would be enough to pacify the normies. But he is retarded so he’s not going to do anything and will let the resentment build up until someone on the right finally gets some power and then uses it to write a strongly worded letter.
