This makes for real problems for the FBI. They are trying to show the urgent danger of the situation 18 months after President Trump left office and the crime scene is controlled and protected by the US Secret Service? How can a Judge explain the need for a "Sealed" warrant?

The Secret Service got a call from the FBI, telling them they were coming. The Secret Service did NOT let GEOTUS or anyone in his camp know they were coming. How is he supposed to trust the bastards with his life?

He's not.

Why would he trust the bodyguards for the former presidents who were all globalist pedos? Imagine what they would have had to witness the Clinton and Obama do to children. These are not good people.

Trump has to have long time private security he knows and trusts. He was a fucking famous billionaire for decades. There is no way he didn’t have long term body guards. If I was worth one tenth of what Trump is I would have private security body guards.

Don't remember seeing that on the Clinton Kill List, jesus.

22
Ghostof_PatrickHenry 22 points ago +22 / -0

That's not what happened. According to Matt Gaets, Miranda Devine, and Trump's own lawyer, the SS was called when the FBI was only minutes away. They met them out front and there was a tense standoff, as the SS demanded to see the search warrant and the FBI initially refused to furnish it.

So yes, there was almost a shootout. The SS did not believe the FBI agents who claimed to have a search warrant. Once they saw it, there was nothing they could legally do to stop it.

8
MasksAreChildAbuse 8 points ago +9 / -1

And issuing an illegal warrant through corrupt judges using fake evidence is also illegal. Why can the fbi not follow the law? I say the SS should have had a shoot out.

I’m sorry it’s just really annoying when everyone responds to what should have been done as a response to illegal things with “yeah but it would be illegal!” That’s like agreeing with no gun zones. Mass shooters don’t care. We need to also ignore it for our safety to shoot back. Same goes for when the feds illegal transport and allow illegal aliens in the country. States should ignore the law and illegally deport them. Anything that’s done to us illegally should be met with equal force.

3
SvixGale 3 points ago +3 / -0

Why can the fbi not follow the law?

Because the fbi, as with most of our fed govt today are literal criminal domestic terrorists.

To use your example; why do mass murderers have to murder people? Why can't they just go play with a puppy or go peewee golfing or something?

3
MasksAreChildAbuse 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes and that was my point thanks for describing what I meant to myself. The fbi are criminals, we can’t cry they are violating the rules while simultaneously saying “oh we can’t do something as a response because that would be illegal” THEY DONT FOLLOW THE RULES!

Obviously no person acting alone should want to do what that idiot did the other day storming the fbi office. But what institutional power the people still hold, on a state level, should be exercised to the fullest extent regardless what the “federal law” is, because the feds have proven no such federal laws exist.

1
SvixGale 1 point ago +1 / -0

Strike your enemy when and where he is weak.

Morons storming / attempting to storm an FBI / LEO office are prob false flag lunatics planted by..... oh, IDK...the FBI themselves.....

1
SvixGale 1 point ago +1 / -0

Regarding people exercising power, I just ran across this & found it terribly interesting.....

If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defence, which is paramount to all positive forms of government; and which, against the usurpations13 of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success, than against those of the rulers of an individual State. In a single State, if the persons entrusted with supreme power became usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions or districts, of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defence.

The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair.

1
JohnCocktoastin 1 point ago +1 / -0

While I staunchly disagree with 50 years of SCOTUS case law on the 4th amendment in this respect because I find a search warrant served to be patently unreasonable if other less intrusive means exist to get something, that plainly isn't how it works.

All you need is probable cause a crime was committed, and evidence of that crime is likely to be found in the area proposed to be searched. This is why we need the application and affidavit(s) in support of probable cause. We'll then know the suspected crime, and the basis by which they believe it is likely they'd find evidence of the listed crime in the place designated for searching. They'll never release that. They'll pretend unsealing the warrant + inventory receipt = transparency. This is bullshit. Trump already has that, and could release it himself. The good shit is never going to be unsealed. Because they've already been thru enough embarrassment and they'll never have the balls to subject themselves to further embarrassment.

1
SvixGale 1 point ago +1 / -0

What's your source for this?

I'm just intensely interested to learn how TF this all works; how someone who's supposed to be the best / most protected man in the world; how his security just literally bends over & drops trousers for a bunch of flunkies claiming to be "fbi" coming in for a daring panty raid without so much as a piece of paper as proof.

I know the reality was hopefully not quite that simple & ridiculous, but who knows.....

Would love to read more if you got any more info.

I bet that in the coming years we're going to see massive shootouts between the FBI and elements of local governments and national guard. The first definitive step towards any hot civil war is when the military or law enforcement start to factionalize. This has been the way since the beginning of civilization when you would have the sons of a recently deceased king go to war over who controls the kingdom.

7
swift_water 7 points ago +7 / -0

It will be all of them vs us. I highly doubt you're going to see local forces on our side. In SOME places SOME times at best. But it will be considered treason to have done so.

8
TrumpWinz 8 points ago +8 / -0

No, history shows that there are always factions and right now we already see that much of local law enforcement is already demoralized by the permissive policies towards BLM and ANTIFA. Recruitment is down significantly, retirement is up, and those that stick around aren't policing the jogger neighborhoods anymore and just letting them kill each other.

Police unions were all pro Trump in 2020. Sheriffs organization were pro Trump. Border Patrol was pro trump. etc etc.

2
bjjmike69 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sure, but you’ll have places like Florida or deeply red counties in blue states where either the entire state police force is with Trump or the local sheriff is. It was great seeing that video the other day of the ATF agent getting detained by local police

3
swift_water 3 points ago +3 / -0

That video was from like 2008. That gets recirculated every few years.

I got arrested at work with no criminal record for breaking into my own apartment. The neighbors thought I was breaking in. The states attorney said "it's out of our hands, you damaged property. It doesn't matter if your landlord didn't press charges" class A misdemeanor. They could have just talked to me My bail was $100. I wasn't on the run. They just wanted to embarrass anyone they can. Fuck the police.

47
Jkend0740 47 points ago +48 / -1

Cops broke into my house after a neighbor supposedly reported a burglary. Got a resisting arrest and assault on a police officer charge when the cops pulled me out of bed at 2am, tasered me, and dragged me outside in my underwear in 20 degree weather.

Fuck the Columbus PD. The arresting officer told me that if I filed a complaint he’d put a bullet in my head and nobody would do anything about it. Spent a weekend in jail and $5000 on a lawyer to get the charges dropped and the judge forced me to go for anger management.

I hope you still know his name. That dish needs entropy to cool off.

13
Jkend0740 13 points ago +13 / -0

It was around 2012 and I’ll always remember his name. My lawyer filed a complaint with the department and he retired fairly soon after.

I’m not sure if it’s related to the complaints but the statement did help another guy with a police misconduct lawsuit.

9
DixMcCoy 9 points ago +9 / -0

If your story is as clear cut as you say, yeah... that's the type of person that cannot hold any type of power whatsoever.

If they thought someone was robbing the place, why not encircle it and knock first?

That part in The Departed that Sgt. Dignam says is true about most cops and the plate glass window. Power trips don't care 'bout your skin color though.

4
Jkend0740 4 points ago +4 / -0

I have no idea if they knocked or announced their presence since I was dead asleep. They popped open the lock on my side door somehow and came inside.

I was definitely resisting but it’s hard not to struggle when you’re woken at gunpoint with flashlights shining in your face. I had no clue that they were cops and I’m lucky I didn’t try to grab the gun in my nightstand.

The neighbor that called was crying outside when she saw me and her son videotaped everything on his cell phone. I have no hard feelings towards her since she’s a sweet older lady that heard a loud noise in the middle of the night.

Everybody was telling them I owned the house and I’m pretty sure the only reason I got put in jail was to justify them roughing me up.

3
DixMcCoy 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm sure that wasn't her intention... yeah... she testify in court with your defense?

Castle doctrine should apply to anybody (if it does not), if you have a piece of cheap metal and identify as a "police officer" it shouldn't matter.

Glad it wasn't worse. Sounds horrifying.

6
Jkend0740 6 points ago +6 / -0

It didn’t go to court. After racking up all the lawyer fees I decided to accept the deal where I had to take an online anger management class. Fighting that wasn’t worth the hassle of missing work and continuing to pay the lawyer.

I did end up submitting the video to the ACLU which they used in a separate case. He beat the crap out of a guy at one of the street parties at Ohio State. They had me give a written statement but I have no idea if it led to anything since there was a confidential settlement.

2

That's pretty fucked up.

1
sully 1 point ago +2 / -1

This whole story is so jacked it doesn't even make any sense why something like this would even play out.

Its out of the state attorney's hands, yet the landlord didn't press charges, therefore it wasn't a civil suit. If the landlord didn't press charges then your case wouldn't have even got to the State Attorney to begin with. And because it wasn't a civil suit from your landlord, it was definitely handed to the District/State Attorney by the police. Someone somewhere blew smoke up your ass and they just refused to drop your charges.

I would work on getting that expunged from your record, friend.

Curious, why doesn’t President Trump release his copy of the warrant?

6
zetts 6 points ago +6 / -0

He didn't get one at the raid. His lawyers were shown the warrant (from 10 feet away as Eric said). I don't know if they received it in the past 3 days though.

5
DixMcCoy 5 points ago +5 / -0

from 10 feet away?

Like Social distancing for the monkeypox or something?

2
anishr 2 points ago +2 / -0

How does that explain this - https://youtu.be/vtugX_StpcQ

Watch from 0:40. At the 0:55 mark the lawyer literally admits they have the warrant.

1
zetts 1 point ago +1 / -0

So they gave the warrant afterwards (10 hrs after the beginning of the raid). Yeah so Trump could indeed have released it, maybe there are legal implications (for example with exposing the signing agents), not sure.

3
Whoopies_tds 3 points ago +3 / -0

The warrant itself is pointless. The affidavits used to obtain the warrant (probable cause) are what matter and are likely Christopher Steele fan fic and I can almost guarantee Garland and Wray will say it's "classified and we don't comment on active investigations" and their fairy tale will linger for years while ABC News, NBC and CNN do their normal propaganda

2
anishr 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah fair enough. But why is Eric lying? Or is Pres Trump’s lawyer lying? The lawyer said she was given the warrant. Eric said otherwise. So I’m curious, why the fuck are there so many disconnects on this side of the fence?

1
Whoopies_tds 1 point ago +1 / -0

Haven't followed what Eric said and even Trumps lawyer said they initially didn't want to give her the warrant. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter, what's the probable cause and justification?.

1
anishr 1 point ago +1 / -0

It does matter because it sounds like we’re being played again. If you have a massive supporter base waiting for you to give the word, then the FBI raids you in extremely suspicious ways, the warrant is bullshit, no probable cause, wouldn’t you release footage and the warrant immediately?

Pedes everywhere can get involved immediately. Not releasing these things immediately gives the propaganda machine time to spin and control public opinion.

What if a potential future judge presiding in a trial deciding if Pres Trump can run again, gets influenced by some bullshit media piece?

It’s the Ukraine call all over again. I just wish we’d be proactive and not reactive.

1
Whoopies_tds 1 point ago +1 / -0

10 hours of security footage on how many cameras? For the sake of argument, let's say 50 cameras, you don't just dump 500 hours of surveillance video. You also let them wrap more rope around their neck...they're gonna do it anyway...and then you kick out the chair.

1
anishr 1 point ago +1 / -0

Think it was a dry run of FBI going after Trump in person. Lefties probably fantasize all day of swatting president Trump. They think they have enough power to control things. In reality it could turn out like Moscow 1991. The secret service is in a position diametrically opposed to the FBI. Lets face it at some point leftist FBI are going to work themselves up to the point where they try to kill or capture Trump. What will the secret service do in this scenario.

9
Ballind 9 points ago +11 / -2

Except the secret service betrayed Trump. All members of the usss who do not act to stop the men who betrayed him are also oath breakers and traitors. All members fbi and secret service will now be appropriately viewed similar to pedophiles, rapists, and other scum

5
altaG12 5 points ago +5 / -0

IF true, that still doesn’t explain the level of force they arrived with since Trump was not there after attending a rally on Friday and CPAC on Saturday. IF SS was the mole, they would have informed FBI of his schedule. So the FBI would have known he wasn’t there.

And, IF true, why prevent the lawyers from observing the search and request all surveillance cameras be turned off???

Is the secret service compromised, too? Corrupt

3
LURKER-69 3 points ago +3 / -0

THANK YOU!! this has been bugging me since the raid. There was secret service there. They should have told FBI to go fuck themselves or at least call trump asap and then make the FBI wait a few hours and make sure lawyers were let in for the search and film the whole thing

They had something they needed to Cheka.

The zero integrity FBI literally left behind those boxes last time they were there… and now have planted evidence in them when they brought them out.

Poonjazzler1 3 points ago +3 / -0

They are going to insinuate Trump is selling privileged info to the saudis or start saying he’s selling classified info to pay debts or get financing. It was likely SS detail working as a mole who planted documents or gave actionable details to secure that warrant

1
DixMcCoy 1 point ago +1 / -0

If they might or are going to insinuate anything like that..

You mean the same thing Bill Clinton did with the Chinese?

Not sure what "Gov Bush" did, but like telling Uykrayne to drop charges against your son or you'll have your Kenyan stop the billion in "aid"? And admit it on camera?

Poonjazzler1 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don’t disagree, in fact I made these points myself many times but look who we are dealing with

3
DickTick 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm assuming the warrant was sealed because they weren't just there looking for presidential documents..... At least not the ones that have been all in the news.....

Because they were worried that President Trump would set off the nuclear bomb he had stashed in his wife Melania's underwear drawer ☢️💣

2
NaggerPlease 2 points ago +2 / -0

Because it’s (D)ifferent.

When they need to talk with or arrest a Republican/ right wing patriot, they always bring 1/5 of the force, a scare tactic. And to show others, “don’t fuck with us, we mean bussiness”

1
DixMcCoy 1 point ago +1 / -0

is that 1/5 supposed to be 1:5 ?

2
Jonah_Kyle 2 points ago +2 / -0

Only one reason: The thug Dems are trying to control the narrative. By literally going "nuclear," they are trying to do it in such a way that Trump WILL have to be taken into custody, and I wouldn't be surprised if they put a "no bail" condition on him. They really don't care at this point how it looks to the rest of the country.

When the FBI showed up…. Who greeted them?

The Fed Government (secret service)

What’s the problem again? The Federal Government doesn’t know it’s ass from its front!

2
buckeyeminuteman 2 points ago +2 / -0

If the SS was based they would have told the FBI to fuck off.

2
GoBlue12 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why could Trumps attorneys not be able to track what the FBI was doing? I fear they planted somethings.

2
magapotus 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yup. Disband these faggots.

2
honkdeezee 2 points ago +3 / -1

Apparently they don't have to explain anything to anyone.

That's not how our government is supposed to operate.

2
FreedomFromGovt 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's exactly how authoritarian governments work, though. And this government got all the authority it needed through a show of brute force called "The Pandemic."

2
conservativefrank 2 points ago +2 / -0

For the show.

2
PolitiTalkers 2 points ago +3 / -1

Because they wanted to intimidate and plant evidence and or bugs obviously.

2
BanHammerEvasion 2 points ago +2 / -0

This has nothing to do with law enforcement or rules. It’s a designed to generate fake news circus headlines and cable news sound bites for normies’ consumption.

2
dagoat4l 2 points ago +3 / -1

So the secret service is in on this. But we all know why fbi came. They looking for something he has on HC. Maybe to send a message to him? Maybe to leave something behind and set him up.

Ss tipped them off

2
True_Patriot1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

So the property (Mar O Lago) was guarded and protected by the Fed Government Secret Service .

Anything inside was being protected

It all goes back to Obammy & Holder weaponizing the newly minted Intel conglomeration forged through the Patriot Act; BUT intentionally targeting political adversaries instead of National Threats. Obammy / Clinton et al. used this intel monster to spy and attack their opponents (think IRS/DOJ ODNI/FBI) It has become bigger than anyone could imagine and they hold the keys to any/all evidence that would incriminate them all.

Remember Admiral Mike Rogers? Devin Nunes? SPYGATE,RUSSIAGATE,MUELLER, UKRAINE? It is ALL connected.

It's all here:

Part 4, What Was in The Trump Documents Creating Such Fear in DOJ and FBI

The notion, alone, that each limb of every intel dept. is hand selected through a selective and biased vetting process to serve the particular needs of a political ideology screams danger and then to cede absolute power to each department, individually, that supersede's the power of the Commander and Chief, let alone the executive branch is national suicide - WE are witnessing the destruction that has been created ever since Obammy re-tooled the nightmare Bushy started.

They didn't trust the secret service?

1
Moose_Antlers 1 point ago +2 / -1

Simple answer: Because the agencies have different jobs.

Secret Service is there to protect the former president. It is not acting in a law enforcement capacity. The FBI is (at least that's their story for now).
