No. They speak. As in sentences while I am awake. No biggie. You don't have to believe me. When you die and find out you're not "dead" don't say I didn't tell you.
Mmmm...let me think. I don't think so -- at least not in my experience. I ONLY talk with those dead relatives whom I personally know. I have heard one spirit who would have dated from that period (most likely).
My Dad was a skeptic just like you and never believed me when I said I heard from dead people. One day I was alone inside the family property which, had been in the family for generations. I heard a man's voice call a woman's name. It was an odd name and one I had never heard before in relation to our family. A few nights later, I mentioned this to my Dad conversationally and he did a double-take and told me that was the name of his grandmother.
Now his grandmother had always been referred to by an ethnic term for "grandma" -- so I never knew what her actual name was. Either did my mom and she'd been married to my dad almost fifty years at the time.
So yeah-- in order to call her name whatever male spirit who called her must have dated from the 1880's or thereabouts. It didn't appear to have an accent but truthfully, it only said her name so I could not say for certain.
Nope. I hear them... and what few rare, rare, rare, things they told me to watch out for ...well, guess what!
I have an idea...but, do tell!
That might just be your subconscious
I dream shit all the time that ends up happening, just because I dream about things that I are doing at the time.

Why would the dead need to use the Queens English?
Do dead people from the 1800's have unique accents?
