Unless the defendant's name is Barack Obama or Eric Holder I'm not interested

Add to that, how about the Spooks raid their homes and search out documents related to the case. The documents Holder refused sophena over.

The next Trump Administration this needs to happen. Since the Democrats set the standard that you can criminally charge the past administration, he needs to go on the warpath. Except instead of fishing expeditions, the Democrats have tons of crimes to prosecute.

I don’t disagree, but forget the Left, the “Republicans” would be raising holy hell over such a thing. You know, decorum and all that shit.

Good, let the faggots identify themselves for future criminal prosecution

2
CaptainButthurt 2 points ago +2 / -0

They wont raid their masters house

2
ExecutiveWoodchipper 2 points ago +2 / -0

If I was Trump and I gave the order to raid Obama's house and someone refused, I would immediately fire them and take them into custody (so they can't let the secret out before it happened) until I found a team of patriots who have balls

You must of forgotten what this operation was doing. Obama made a deal with the cartels. He armed them and stood down the BP and ICE opening the border. He also sent guns to Chicagos cartel affiliated drug selling gangs. And sent guns to MS-13 gangs in central america. I've always wondered if 10% went to that Big Guy.

Remember, some of those weapons ended up in the jihad attacks in Paris. At the Bataclan massacre, I think.

This was one of our guys though. You don't care? His name was Brian Terry

It’s a win. Eventually someone will roll over and implicate the big dogs. maybe

healthy2legs 5 points ago +5 / -0

Gunwalking was an invention of the Bush administration, Obama only exacerbated the problem.

Do Eric Holder and Obama next.

5
RED_WAVE 5 points ago +5 / -0

Can't wait for the DOJ, ATF, and other officials who authorized this to see prison.

But since they're Dims it'll never happen.

HangtownBill 17 points ago +17 / -0

Good. Now do Obama & Holder.

DJTLandSlide2020 11 points ago +11 / -0

The 2 government Joggers from the executive and justice branches who planned and carried out the operation are still free.

Why only 50 years ? Why not 100 ? He will probably be dead after the 50 anyways but its the principle

Edit: Did Biden* pardon him yet ?

3
Geralt_of_Rivia1 3 points ago +3 / -0

Federal so it is a true 50 no parole. Legal max for early release is 42.5 years served

2
rootGoose 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why not the death penalty?

4
Jleinf 4 points ago +4 / -0

Never mind that Obama funded gun running/ terror operations to everywhere: Mexico, Benghazi, Syria, Iran(the big one) and Afghanistan. Lawless and completely out of control = DC

"Terry died during a Border Patrol operation pursuing a group that robbed drug traffickers. This endeavor culminated in a firefight during which he was fatally shot."

Oh that explains so much, they were fucking with the CIA's money.

How about the actual leaders of this fraudulent fast and furious, Barack Obama and his attorney general, the bigoted and racist and wants outlaw, Eric Holder... Why are they not facing charges.. they were complicit in the murder of this border agent, by this illegal subversive act, to sway the public and media to do away with the Second Amendment ...by falsely accusing gun shops owners of crimes, selling guns to the Mexican drug and slave cartels...

Rock9Head 3 points ago +3 / -0

Holder? Barry Soetero?

1
Goatboy66 1 point ago +1 / -0

Americansupremacist0 3 points ago +3 / -0

“ The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was unable to track the majority of the firearms sold under the plan.”

Color me shocked.

But not the AG. Another Just US Protection racket.

1
ed_shaw 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's not going to bring back Agent Brian Terry.

1
eupraxia128 1 point ago +1 / -0

Absolutely bizarre that people are allowed to sue gun companies who sold a legal product to a person who was not a felon or a criminal but then murdered people, but obama isn't liable for actively giving firearms to criminals to be used against innocent Americans.

I think an actual sock monkey would have been a better President.

1
sanmannight 1 point ago +1 / -0

Did they work for the ATF or other federal agency?

1
HoganP 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nobody ever explains how we legally subject foreign nationals on foreign soil to US law. Not excusing them, but these guys are Mexico's problem and we should be holding accountable the US policy makers who made this whole thing possible.

1
Winner45 1 point ago +1 / -0

If the murder happened in the us or if the victim is a us official, the us can charge the murderer. Not sure about murders of us citizens outside our borders.

1
HoganP 1 point ago +1 / -0

Murder abroad is a violation of domestic law for US citizens, for sure. And ancillary crimes like attempted murder abroad, conspiracy to comment murder, etc. I guess people used to try to push buttons on people while travelling so they decided to nip that in the bud. I would assume if it wasn't a US citizen then it would be a local matter.

1
motrhed3 1 point ago +1 / -0

sooooo, if mexico does nt have a problem with all this and refuses to charge people for crimes committed on usa side of border?

1
HoganP 1 point ago +1 / -0

Were they extradited? I'm not really sure how all that works.

It's not really these guys I'm concerned with. If you cross our border and commit a crime, that should be a problem for you. But in a case like Assange? That makes zero sense beyond an empire just saying it does.

1
motrhed3 1 point ago +1 / -0

i do believe it is for the crime of killing an american law enforcement agent. the incident happened on US soil. from KVOA.com (news4 tuscon):

Terry, 40, was killed in a firefight north of the Arizona-Mexico border on Dec. 14, 2010. He was part of a four-man team in an elite Border Patrol unit staking out the southern Arizona desert on a mission to find "rip-off" crew members who rob drug smugglers. They encountered a group and identified themselves as police.

so I dont think Assange and these seven have that much in common. it is not like Assange committed murder or manslaughter.

And they couldn’t have done it without Barry and Michael.

Sea Related a terrible terrible situation an officer was asked to pull over somebody they knew was heavily armed.

This happens quite often it was either NSA or DEA who sacrificed a police officer 1 or 2 years ago

Absolute horror from the dash cam video that has since been taken down scrubbed from the Internet the officer asked for more info he was denied the officer asked to bring a shotgun he was denied he was shot point blank multiple times and then finished in the face. Arriving assistance was massive. Boys in blue finished it with force

A New Mexico State Police Ofc. Darian Jarrott | Jarrott was shot dead by Omar Cueva, a drug dealer under investigation by Homeland Security. Cueva was later chased by police & got in a second shootout that injured 1 officer before he was killed

Darian Jarrott

Brian Terry was killed TWELVE YEARS AGO this December. That's inexcusable.

And the real people responsible were Obama and Holder. But they were never even charged.

Our "Justice" Department in this country has bee compromised and useless for many, many years. Yes it's ten time worse since Trump ran for office, but long before then there were plenty of red flags that they ignore way too many crimes committed by DC politicians and bureaucrats.
