The pawns don't. The ones pushing this bullshit absolutely do.
The ones pushing this want collapse. Total collapse in order for the majority to accept their new system.
Do they realize how much energy goes into mining the minerals? Do they realize how much damage rare Earth mineral mining does to the environment? Can they do basic math?
Even the word "fossil fuel" is accepting the premise.
it's a term which was disingenuously applied to fool the people way back in the early 1900's into accepting a cost to run the gas powered vehicle. Back then, simply scratching the land would reveal oil wells, oil was so plentiful they needed to convince people that it was a precious resource and giving it a name such as 'fossil fuels' adds to the idea of a very limited resource.
Yeah, but my understanding of the one in Central America was boggling. The sort of boggling that would indeed form an entire entertainment venue of some sort, just to boggle.
Searched a bit, can't find exactly the right terms.
I've pointed this out. Answer: the tech needs to improve which is why we need to invest heavily in the industry. [There is a unicorn battery tech in the near future apparently.]
These hippy earthy faggots don't understand the true cost or environmental impact of these EVs from the cradle to grave. 500,000 tons of earth mined per battery, lithium leaching pools so toxic it kills birds who bathe in them, coal fired plants to generate the electricity to charge them, then the batteries are basically toxic waste when they're dead and done.
Let's not even get into the inconvenience of charging them on the road. I can fill my 36 gallon truck in 5 minutes pretty much at any interstate exit. They need 20 - 30 minutes and you have to plan out your trip to accomodate recharging.
Mass use of EVs is just so retarded at this stage in their development
NoOoOoOo don’t point that out! Debooooonked!
Hey, guess what?
It’s not about “saving the planet”.
It’s about restricting your ability to travel.
Shhhhhh….
And EV's are full of plastics and composites. All of which need petroleum products to be made.
Logic isn't their strong suit, so no.
But I thought EV batteries came from the car dealership 🤤
Only the people at the top know. They gave a Malthusian mindset wherein they believe humanity is a cancer on the Earth that should be destroyed.
EVERYTHING from the Left (from Satan) is the opposite of everything God commands us to do: In this case specifically, be fruitful and multiply.
That's why we need nuclear war. Nuclear power = bad nuclear war = doubleplusgood

Happens in third world shit holes so its all ok in their minds. Out of sight out of mind.
Then how are those kids who work in the mines in africa going to make any money, you raysys biggot?
no. they do not.
no, you see its green so it rejuvenates or something, its infinite like the space between AOCs ears
But also:
We can deplete wells, or deposits, or "known reserves" ... sure. Fine. Whatever.
But that doesn't atomically disintegrate anything.

Worse than "scratching the surface to find oil", there were literal "tar lakes".
Somewhere in the Caribbean (Maybe south of Mexico?) there was a massive one.
La Brea Tar Pits right near Hollywood and next to Beverley Hills....still there.

The idiots following the guidance don’t get it. Those making it happen make $ and they do get it.
To the green earthers realize that 92% of the electricity going into their battery cars is from coal plants
Fossil fuels aren't made it if fossils and they replenish themselves rather quickly on the human scale.

Just slap a solar panel on the roof and you’ve got infinite free EV fuel, it’s not that difficult, man.
