I thought it was funny laughing how lazy and pampered Twitter employees were at first, but now that I've thought about it, I'm more disturbed how Twitter (and other tech jobs) condition their employees.
They pump their employees so full of free booze and other amenities that they won't go home and always stay at the office. They don't expect you to have a home life or hobbies, they just want you to be a body at the office.
No time to have children, or be involved with your community, just stay at the office and do their bidding.
Super creepy stuff if you ask me.

All while the ones at the top are never there, make the vast majority of the wealth for doing nothing but telling their slaves what to do.

Anytime you hear a company say, "we're like a family here" or something similar, you had better see that for the red flag that it is. Work is work. And while it's okay to have some friends you meet at work, they are NOT your family, and they should not get to take up all of your family time because "they just need you in the office".
People have let their rights get eroded and eroded. Now they'll go work for some company where they just "sign away" their freedoms by agreeing to ridiculous horseshit in contracts, like "mandatory overtime and 7 day weeks as a condition of employment". You don't need a job that bad. Stop working for these retarded ass places.
We weren't put here just to work our asses to the bone, and pay taxes for 60 years, and then just die.
