FFS, they're up to 4 according to the call I'm on right now, which included some attorneys in AZ who are on the ground.

GWP is usually too early, not too late.

I saw that on Telegram, and I've been trying to confirm Yavapai and Gila, but I guess those haven't hit the news yet?

Seth Keshel posted this on his Telegram account a few hours ago, but he didn't elaborate: Looks like we have some bad info out there on Gila County with regard to withholding certification. https://t.me/RealSKeshel/6702

Four would be wonderful! Please let that be true.

Four counties is, what, like half of Arizona?

13
War_Hamster 13 points ago +13 / -0

This was a pretty reliable source.

6
PorchLightOn 6 points ago +6 / -0

I am definitely hoping the "bad info about Gila" that Keshel got, that made him backtrack on his count of four, turns out to be bad info!

4
War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

I hadn't heard that.

Hmmmmm.

10
PorchLightOn 10 points ago +10 / -0

I just thought that might be why GP held off, because Keshel posted in Telegram about four counties, and then an hour later he posted: Looks like we have some bad info out there on Gila County with regard to withholding certification.

But now GP has updated their headline to four, so I'm gonna think positive. :-)

Since I watched this play out in Otero County in NM, I know the state can come down hard on counties that refuse to certify results. Hobb's election director apparently is already threatening to sue, and told Cochise none of their votes will count if they don't certify by Dec 5. It's hard for a little county board to hold out against lawsuits from the state (at least it was here.) So I figure the more counties, the more power they'll have.

This steal simply cannot stand. I have friends that don't feel this way, but I think the whole country depends on what happens in AZ.

I watched this Nick Moseder video yesterday with 2 PA heroes who are fighting back hard, and it appears, perhaps successfully. Something to cheer you up:

Also, did you see this bit of great news from CA? This was done by EIP, a group we work closely with here in San Diego:

In fact, Ruth Weiss, who's one of EIP's leaders was a keynote speaker at our Constitution Association's annual dinner last month.

And 62% of Maricopa machines were malfunctioning.

FFS. Would anyone fly on an airplane with a 62% chance of exploding?

-2
War_Hamster -2 points ago +3 / -5

I haven't seen that 62% number, but I seem to recall they're supposed to be somewhere around 99.5% to pass State regulations.

All planes crash eventually.

5
Comentor 5 points ago +5 / -0

logic tells me most planes would end up decommissioned and not in fact be flown until an eventual crash...

1
Xuvial 1 point ago +1 / -0

They're exactly the same machines used for 2016. That means they were most likely hacked for 2020 and 2022, they're not malfunctioning. Why would dems leave the outcome to random malfunctions when they were clearly set on rigging it?

The malfunctioning machines theory isn't panning out.

39
DECENT_Elections 39 points ago +39 / -0

The plan to "cure" election fraud in 2022 was "more observers". Didn't really work out, did it? There is no solution but to enforce a cheat-proof chain-of-custody.

Don't let 2024 get stolen too. Advocate for meaningful changes.

20
ManFromLagos [S] 20 points ago +21 / -1

We need observers in 2024 too but we need arrests for 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020 and 2022 first.

18

How come Ruby Freeman, her daughter Shaye Moss, and Ralph Jones Jr. aren't behind bars right now?
Hiding ballots under a black cloth draped table, even if all legitimate, has to be against the law.

We have them on video tape doing this !

9
DrBJTester 9 points ago +10 / -1

To answer everyone in this chain, With systemic corruption in American political life we are not going to win every battle at first. But we will lose every single one we don't fight!

This is as much to educate the public as it is to win. The observers not being allowed in the countroom and turning off the video cameras, are blatantly illegal acts.

This is going to be hard and it's going to take way more time than it should. Don't quit when we're just getting started.

Even those of us that think they know the full measure of political corruption in this country, are going to end up being surprised when it's larger.

even the chain of custody solution doesnt work. they consistently break the chain of custody, dont submit necessary counts and reports to certify the ballots were legitimate and they are not held accountable. i dont know what the solution is, but its getting ridiculous

The split vote by the board of supervisors in Mohave County in northwest Arizona came with an explicit vow to certify the election on the Nov. 28 deadline. Members called it a political statement to show how upset they were with the issues in Maricopa County, home to Phoenix and about 60% of the the state’s voters.

5
PorchLightOn 5 points ago +5 / -0

Mark Finchem tweeted that the state can't certify any election results until all of the counties have rendered certified results.

But Hobbs will play hardball. Her State Elections Director, Kori Lorick, says the state will sue counties that don't certify on time.

And Lorick told Cochise County, if the certification isn't received by Hobbs by Dec 5, none of their votes will count.

https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory/2nd-arizona-county-delays-certifying-election-now-93753023

7
jimzumaca 7 points ago +7 / -0

So certification is a formality, as opposed to something that ensures quality.

Sad.

6
PorchLightOn 6 points ago +6 / -0

Well, we'll see. It seems like the more counties that join this movement, the harder it'll be for the state to bully them all into submission.

3
Margej 3 points ago +3 / -0

Wouldn’t it be left to the AZ Republican legislature to rule on whether or not to accept state certification if 1 county doesn’t certify?

5
PorchLightOn 5 points ago +5 / -0

I don't know how the law reads, but I'm going to do some reading to see what I can find out.

2
Margej 2 points ago +2 / -0

Let us know what you find out!

2
IntergalacticWalrus 2 points ago +2 / -0

Please DM me if you find out. Military out of state and I’m too busy with my current job.

1
PorchLightOn 1 point ago +1 / -0

So far, I can't turn up anything that indicates the AZ legislators would be able to allow the state to certify the election without all of the counties submitting their certified results.

What seems to be more likely is that the state (Hobbs' office) would take legal action against the counties that refuse to certify. This happened in my state (NM) when a little red county balked at certifying the primaries. They had concerns about machine voting, and corrupt voter registration rolls. In the end, the county commissioners certified, because they were facing arrests and jail, and a lawsuit against the county (which didn't sit well with all the county residents.)

Right now only two AZ counties are delaying their certification. Cochise is officially asking Hobbs to address the fact that the companies used to certify voting machines (in many states) let their accreditation lapse with the federal government. Mohave is admitting they're delaying simply to make a political statement, because some board members say what happened in Maricopa disenfranchises all state voters.

Legally the county boards don't have the right to overturn the results of any county election. It looks like state law says they have to certify the results. They'd be unlikely to win in court, so I think these counties will eventually certify just in time to avoid real legal hassles. But they're going to push the time frame as much as possible, to register their unhappiness with the mess in AZ.

4
voxpopuli16 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah I mean, you don't want individual counties to be able to hold up state-wide results. Imagine how that will work: there will always be red counties in blue states and blue counties in red states. Suppose these opposite color counties always refuse to certify their results whenever their state elects someone different from who they wanted?

3
PorchLightOn 3 points ago +3 / -0

That makes sense, and I think the law works the same in my state, NM; Otero county balked at certifying their results in the primaries, and were told they didn't have the legal right to do so.

I don't know what's going on with Lake's legal challenge of the Maricopa debacle, but maybe part of the idea is to delay the state certification for as long as possible while her attorneys work on their legal options. Another potential delay is response that Brnovich has required from Maricopa County (although I don't believe Brno intends to do a thing.)

4
magafren 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is what I have read so far today: Cochise was the first to hold out with 2 more possibles. That would be Gila and Yavapai counties. Now it looks like Gila is a maybe. But Mohave county is a new one.

Cochise=Tombstone, Bisbee. Gila=Globe. Yavapai=Prescott, the former capitol of AZ. Mohave=Kingman, Lake Havasu City. Mohave is a new one just today. The others I read about over the weekend. Momentum seems to be growing.

He needs to ramp up the talk of execution for human traffickers. How many moms rushed their kids into experimental gene therapy because of the peer pressure of keeping others safe. He did, back in 2020, when he gave the pharmaceutical companies 3 months to fix the price fixing...

They went to war with him instead.

They are the drug traffickers.

In NZ all the drugs for the commie centralised healthcare system and separate compulsory accident insurance, are paid for by one entity PHARMAC.

Those sorts of entities are the very people killing our children.

they are those who will be executed, in my estimation.

not some bottom feeder selling weed.

ManFromLagos [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Now we need to light up the human traffickers who are kidnapping their kids and selling them into sex slavery, to keep others safe.

The bit the low resolution, short attention span and instant gratification crowd forget, is that even though they have watched endgame themselves, Covid 19 was coming like a freight train.

What you wanted Trump to do, is what the globohomos expected him to do, and that was to allow the rules to be manipulated as such that when a real actual pandemic comes along, that the president would be able to question the cheif medical advisor and so on and so forth...

Trump barely broke dominion, slipped in there and transcended the position to the letter of the law, which is quite different to what you have become accustomed to...

If he did what you wanted him to do, at any point... he would have been fucked... because the globohomos have honeypot tarps everywhere like a minefeild.... ask the joo bashers....but instead of doing what everyone expected, he transcended office crossing his t's and dotting his i's and making them all look like the degenerate morons that they actually are... by working hard and being honest.

No different to any schoolyard or workplace really. the hard workers get screwed over by the lazy assholes, because the assholes are afraid to do hard work...

Happens everytime.

Trump is judo throwing them all into the traps they set for themselves.

Most of the things he did stategically, was the antithesis of what they were doing... because he knows what they are up to/their formula. which is to destroy the economy as fast as possible...

I he could just get rid of all that and actual do what he wanted to do... Just imagine the abundance...

Let the arabs do burnouts in lambos in theor own turf, and they will head straight home...

The Bush era neocons are actually responsible for all of this, Obama just threw gasoline on the fire...

Again, covid was coming for a decade or more, watch endgame... all part an parcel with 9/11 on a wider timescale.

So Trump was never going to stop it in a year or two, making those responsible for it destroy themselves as they double down however...

...that is something a good boss has the ability to do to their unruly staff...

His book wasn't called "The art of" the deal, for no reason at all...
