Sort of seems like if you have a group of people who get together and plan how to violate the Constitution (which is sedition), then there should be a conspiracy charge I think there is a law making seditious conspiracy a crime. Heard about someone getting charged with it in the news.

I agree, but the founders imagined that each state would be its own political bloc. So in a sense there should be 50 parties.

Too many people are clinging to this fantasy that we just need to get the right number of “our” candidates in.

It’s not going to happen. Our elections are worse than a farce- it’s obvious that our tyrants will NOT allow one of us to ever get to Congress, no matter how massively we vote and win.

“Republicans” have been fucking us for decades. Because they can; because we allow it. People are all too happy to live in la-la land and be lulled by words.

What has Rand Paul done? What has MTG done? What has Jim Jordan done? Words. That’s all. They say things we want to hear but they never take it to meaningful action. We are stupid and gullible.

16
NotAnotherNPC 16 points ago +16 / -0

We do need to get our people in. But that’s not the problem. It’s the fraud and faggot RINOs that would rather a democrat than MAGA gets in.

2
January22nd2022 2 points ago +5 / -3

But that’s not the problem.

Yes it is. The fraud and faggot RINOs are not being seriously opposed.

2
NotAnotherNPC 2 points ago +2 / -0

Oh I hear ya. The fraud is the bigger issue. No matter how hard we vote, if fraud exists it will be enough to keep the uniparty in control.

1
Royalseq 1 point ago +1 / -0

The problem is that the people in positions of power / the government aren't afraid of the people, so they confidently commit fraud. We can catch them and document the shit out of it, and prove all kinds of fraud. They still don't care.

-1
January22nd2022 -1 points ago +1 / -2

There isn't much effort to wrestle control from these "Republicans", now is there?

If not, what candidates? What campaigns? And with what level of organization, tactics and strategies?

2
Barbs 2 points ago +3 / -1

What has Rand Paul done? What has MTG done? What has Jim Jordan done? Words. That’s all. They say things we want to hear but they never take it to meaningful action. We are stupid and gullible.

This is your failure, not theirs. You fundamentally misunderstand how our government functions. Power in our government comes from coalitions, caucuses and majorities. Not individuals. By design.

An individual only has the power of the bully pulpit, and their vote in Congress or the Senate. To wield real power, they need numbers.

So rather than getting on Rand and Marjorie’s and Jim’s case, you should be asking “where the fuck is everybody else?” Because these guys are getting the ball rolling, but it takes the rest of them getting onboard for the game to be played.

"Freedom Caucus"...... All bark no bite as usual. If memory serves they have what 40 members? And those 40 members are needed to carry McCarthy across the finish line for his speakership. When are they going to learn to use what power they have when they get it instead of just posturing and pontificating?

KennethsFrequency 114 points ago +114 / -0

The RNC has purposely squander the last 20 years of conservative energy

Mitch McConnell , exclusively, as longest serving party leader has made sure that left has dominated US politics

No matter how hard they pull left, there is no resistance to their power grabs,

no matter how viable conservatism is our party REFUSES to govern according to the will of it's constituency

This single piece of shit has damn near destroyed the country as a Democrat sleeper agent,

McConnell will burn in hell for eternity for putting up exactly ZERO resistance to the communist onslaught that brings down the world's last great hope

7
KennethsFrequency 7 points ago +7 / -0

Most of the"organizing" should be done by the party, for demonstration purposes, the DNC uses this very successfully...

But our demonstrations are ALLOWED to be attacked, to be smeared in media with no party talking points to refute, FBI is allowed to call us terrorists because our party ALLOWS it,

Member when the IRS targeted tea party groups and Lois Lerner wouldn't give up the emails?

That's because there was something that could hurt the Democrats and prove that conservatives were being oppressed, and the RNC had a choice..push for contempt or give the Democrats the win after gutting your base

EVERYTHING we are suffering is because the RNC has completely betrayed their own base.

4
Assassin47 4 points ago +4 / -0

Because at the top there's only one party.

3
Barbs 3 points ago +3 / -0

The problem that conservatives have when it comes to the ground game is that for about the past 150 years or so being conservative was the default position.

The left was the side with alternative ideas of how society should function, so they had to develop a strong ground game to lure people over to their way of thinking. Conservatives just played defense.

Now society at large has trended toward liberal being the default position, and we now have to develop the same ground game to convince people that our alternative conservative ideas are the correct ones.

Thankfully the left has started going so insane that it’s making our job easier, but 2024 will be a real test whether or not we can rise to the occasion. I’m optimistic, since we did everything that had to be done in 2016, we just didn’t realize they’d “fortify” 2020 to the degree that they did.

And that the Republicans would be in on it. Now that we know who our real enemies are, we can shield our backs as well as our fronts.

2
Voltage 2 points ago +2 / -0

We have jobs, let's not forget that a large part of why the left has time to be crazy is because of welfare from government and other left wing NGO's. We don't have a large contingent of people sitting around with nothing to do.

42
CAPTAIN_TENDY_PLATE2 42 points ago +43 / -1

Growing up, we were always taught in public schools that Lincoln was among the best presidents to have ever lived, if not THE best.

It's funny to me, how everything the system shoves down your throat, from the cradle to the grave, is manipulated bullshit pulled put of their asses and fabricated in such a way to control the masses.

Everything we're taught, everything everything we take for granted, has been a carefully crafted narrative to ensure that those with power never have to give it up, while also ensuring that those of us without it, never stray off the reservation.

It's sickening. I can't even think about it too much, I get too fucking disgusted and angry knowing pretty much my whole life has been a giant lie.

7

US should have formed two countries at that point. Instead fought a needless war, then the deep state took over the government.

3
Barbs 3 points ago +3 / -0

Im not sure having two enemy countries, divided by the Mason-Dixon Line, would have been beneficial to the future of either of them. I can’t think of a single time in history where a country was divided and then got stronger. It’s always been the opposite.

Some people seem to have a romanticized version of what history would have been like if certain things had changed, but don’t recognize the significant problems that would have come along with those changes.

That’s why all you can really do with history is learn from it, and hope that the next time we make the right decision.

sure there were bad slave owners. but I'm not gonna go out and slash my john deer's tires then demand it work. it makes no sense. practical business sense dictates you treat the farm equipment in a manner that keeps it moving.

and at the time that's what the slaves were. farm equipment. very expensive farm equipment.

2
Burn-them-all 2 points ago +3 / -1

the north put a trade embargo on the south. they could not send goods to any other countries.

the north levied heavy taxes on the south.

the north forced the south to sell goods to the north at reduced margins often being at a loss when all was said and done.

the north offered no aid of any kind when the south had trouble.

This was before a single shot was fired or declaration made.

The north was absolutely in the wrong from the jump.
