How do they monitor a variant of a virus that has not been isolated, cannot be reliably detected via tests, and know that it is the most resistant strain ever?

The protocol of taking those supplements sans HCQ is probably what one should ingest (with moderation, excess vitamin can cause other health problems) when you're sick any way to get over it faster and to kit out your immune system & white blood cells with the best gear.

The BA.5 variant we've been hearing about for forever is on its way out. It accounts for ~20% of currently circulating cases, but is rapidly falling out and being replaced. This XBB variant we're hearing about has been around for a while, but hasn't really risen to much prominence. It accounts for ~3% of circulating cases now and rising slowly.
Two key takeaways:
The new bivalent boosters cover for a variant that will soon be all but gone. They manufactured the vaccine, sold it to the government for an 8-figure contract, distributed it, then got the EUA, then started the human trials (yes, in that order). The trials are currently ongoing and results are expected in December. Guess what they'll show? "Safe and effective!â˘" We're being told to take an untested vaccine against a variant that's nearly played out and which will soon no longer be circulating.
This new XBB thing is pure speculation at this point. It is one of many new variants that crop up all the time. And of course, the Hoft brothers and Clickbait Pundit decided to amplify it and try to scare the shit out of people to boost their ad revenue. Gateway Pundit is a cancerous website that's every bit as bad as Buzzfeed.
My standard vaccine disclaimer: You talk to your own doctor. You get medical advice from an actual licensed professional with whom you have a real relationship and who actually takes the time to get to know you and your medical history. If you're old and walking around with multiple comorbidities, you're a very different risk group from a young healthy child or working age adult who has no risk factors. Your individual risk-benefit may still say take the shot. But that's a conversation for a doctor's visit, not an internet forum. It is a personal decision to be made by you and not by pundits, activists, reporters, corporations, social media parasites, random anonymous internet posters, and least of all by idiot politicians.
