The problem is that after certification you can't really change the outcome after they are sworn in so now there is a very narrow window to act and there will be no way a legal challenge can make it to the end before the swearing in. Thats why they went balls to the walls to make sure nothing was done about the 2020 election until after biden was sworn in. When that happened all of a sudden courts were willing to take fraud cases as long as Trump wasn't a signatory because it didn't matter anymore.

Here is the last time a situation like this reversed Election Day results. There's some differences here, but some similarities to take note of.

So a singular case from 1974 which does set an important precedent. However you still need a judiciary willing to take the case or rule on it without ideology being injected. I guess thats my point that in the current environment as long as they can get their candidate sworn in they are willing to do pretty much anything even obviously corrupt things to ensure nothing gets in the way of that swearing in.

The good news is that each election its less and less effective. These mid terms proved it because 219 of 235 Trump picks won along with countess other state and local seats going red. It really was a red wave in the places where it was needed most but because the lions share was due to Trump and the winning candidates mostly maga our own bought and paid for 'conservative' media refused to report on it due to their rampant Trump hate boner.

You take a job, as an adult, you know there may be risks. You assess the risks, you accept the job, and you do the job. Being arrested for standing your ground is one of the risks of office in this day and age. This is like a firefighter refusing to go in to a burning house because something bad might happen to him.

What would you have the young men of AZ do? Riot? Fight in the streets? Who would they fight? Just start shooting random gov't officials?

A big problem is that there is no community left to defend. The young, able-bodied who would pledge their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor would have to desire to fight for:

A.) Those who continue to claim they are "owed" something for paying into a tax/ponzi scheme like they weren't aware of the court cases stating it was just a tax and a ponzi scheme, and they're going to take it out of the hides of the younger generation come hell or high water, and then talk out of the other side of their mouth about the evils of socialism and free-loaders when it comes to a debt jubilee (biblical, mandated) to predatory student loans that enslave and cannot and will not ever be paid back.

B.) e-thots selling everything, and I do mean literally everything, online and who will never make good wives.

C.) foreigners who don't speak the language, don't understand the culture, and have no desire to ever integrate with America and are only here to take as much loot from it as they can.

D.) the baby-killers and wannabe baby-killers

E.) those that advocate for and push all manner of sexual deviancy

F.) those that advocate for and do mutilate children's sexual organs while claiming it is "life-affirming care."

G.) the 13% that commit 52% of violent crimes

H.) the 2% that run all the banks, media conglomerates, big tech, and high offices

There's barely anyone left to fight for. Even showing up to "protest" will get you thrown in a political gulag for years and ignored by the one person who asked you to protest, told you where to go, abandoned you, and didn't pardon you when he could have.

Tell me, why should anyone sacrifice anything in that circumstance, for those people?

When people turn back to Christ, strong men willing to defend their families, their communities, their churches, and their people will again arise. Until that time, good luck. God has withdrawn His sheltering hand, and everyone will get what they've always advocated for, good and hard.

This is a hard truth. In the last book, many of us are put to death. We are led as sleep to the slaughter. We are given into the enemy's hand. No Christian is ready for this reality. We must pray for the Holy Spirit to be with us, or we will not prevail in that hour of great tribulation.

Consider the public hate and outcasting as training. Cause oh boy does it get a fuck whole lot worse.

I think you're misplacing your anger. You want this one man, alone, to go to war against the entire United States government?

To forever lose his family, to have his kids taught what an evil man he was, to be tortured, raped, beaten, and defiled in every way in prison...

All so that nothing will change? Even if they refuse to certify, do you think Lake is somehow going to win this?

There are people who would be willing to make that stand. Those people are constantly mocked here, called glowies, made examples of on how they dress, how they try to stay anonymous, how they train together, etc.

There's a real problem here that folks are finally, finally starting to understand. And almost everyone on this site has been barking up the wrong tree for at least two years.

We need to learn who our allies actually are, and exactly what we're willing to stand for, to fight for, to kill and die for. And let me assure you, most people would make the same choice this man did. He actually was courageous as shit, still telling the truth to the last. You can be certain that he will pay for that.

Most, knowing the true score, still wouldn't stand up and fight. Some will lose everything for Faith, God, and Savior. But most won't do it for what this country has become.

Elections officials in Michigan were bullied into certifying the 2020 election. There was proof of this from a recorded Zoom call. When are we supposed to push back? It starts with one honorable man. Unfortunately, people like you have chosen to accept defeat. I’m telling you that it starts with one fucking person who won’t give in, who has authority. You’ve given up and use god as a shield. Don’t preach to me. You’re probably a nice person, but you aren’t doing anything to change the game. You don’t need to protect me and my statement with your In Minecraft nonsense, I used the word “seems” and that’s good enough,

I'm not "protecting" you. I'm agreeing with you.

I also have not given up at all. I'm simply not willing to condemn someone for failing to risk their life on my behalf when I know damn good and well it would be an empty, pointless gesture.

I know how this ends. I know how my life will likely end. I've read the right books. I know of which Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn speaks.

I also know humanity and the weakness of my fellow countrymen, and I know exactly what has been done to us to make us demoralized, to make the choice impossibly hard, to make even the right choice not worthwhile.

It starts with one honorable man.

Bullshit. It certainly WON'T start with an honorable man. It'll start with one man who decides he's had enough. It'll start when one tough man gives in to the temptation to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats, consequences be damned.

What would be the point of a board if the board cannot ever vote no.

If the board is intended to be just a rubber stamp, then get rid of it, as that is NOT a check and balance. Sounds like a few R's in the legislature are stupid.

This decision is an individual board member choice. It would be wrong to imprison somebody simply for doing what is demanded by the job

People are learning what 1776 really was.

The Boston Massacre happened years prior, as well as many other anecdotal offenses.

Tyrants will ALWAYS go as far as you let them. It'a in their nature. Psychopaths and narcissists are drawn to positions of authority, and once they obtain them, they dedicate their entire lives to flaunting their superiority over the plebs.

Think of them as school bullies who have no "red line". They'll kill women and children, no problem. However, as soon as you "punch them in the nose", they cower in fear. The "globalists" are only so arrogant because, so far, everyone has bent the knee to them.

I can't quote the law, but I think the law in AZ is similar to my state, NM. I know it seems ridiculous, but the counties here apparently do not have the legal authority to refuse to certify. They only have the legal authority to certify.

So in the little red county of Otero County NM, the same thing happened. The county commissioners balked at certifying the primaries. They were threatened with arrest, and a court case, by our Dem SoS and AG.

I don't like it, but to be honest, I don't think they would have won the court case, because of our how state law is written. I'm guessing it's the same thing in AZ, but if somebody else has better info, I'm sure open to being corrected.

I understand what you're saying. I think the entire MCBOS and Richer belong in jail. But think about it this way: What if the results of the Maricopa election showed that Kari Lake won, 60-40%. And the MCBOS, who hates Kari, refused to certify the election for Kari, in spite of what the election results were.

The law is written to protect the voters of a county from having their voices negated by a corrupt governing county body.

Maricopa's corrupt board knows that, so they know the only way they can negate the voices of Maricopa voters is by rigging the election, and falsifying the results. The law tells them that they have to certify, because in a fair election, the voters get to speak, regardless of what the governing body wants to see happen.

I know the whole thing sucks, but that's the reason behind the law.

I'd be happy to see a process written into the law that allowed for the discovery of election fraud too. I wish they had that in AZ, and here in my own state. Our SoS came down like the hounds of hell on good people who were just trying to do the right thing for election integrity.

The way it is now, certifying an election in AZ is mostly just a rubber stamp, with no other options, unless you're willing to go to jail. I honestly don't know how other states do it.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– PorchLightOn 2 points 59 days ago +3 / -1

Because the AZ law states that the county board "shall meet and canvass the election..."

"Canvass" means "certify." So if they refuse to certify, they're not meeting their legal obligations as the governing body of the county, under the law. The only way they can keep postponing the certification, according to state law, is to notify the state that they're still missing election returns. They could do that for six postponements.

16-642. Canvass of election; postponements

A. The governing body holding an election shall meet and canvass the election not less than six days nor more than twenty days following the election.

B. The governing body of a special district as defined in title 48 shall present to the board of supervisors a certified copy of the official canvass of the election at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the board of supervisors. For purposes of contesting a special district election as described in section 16-673, the canvass is not complete until the presentation to the board of supervisors is made.

C. If, at the time of the meeting of the governing body, the returns from any polling place in the election district where the polls were opened and an election held are found to be missing, the canvass shall be postponed from day to day until all the returns are received or until six postponements have been had.

Thomas Jefferson(Sorry for the mistake, I am retarded lmao) talked about this here:

The officer who is called to act on this superior ground, does indeed risk himself on the justice of the controlling powers of the Constitution, and his station makes it his duty to incur the risk. But those controlling powers, and his fellow citizens generally, are bound to judge according to the circumstances under which he acted. They are not to transfer the information of this place or moment to the time and place of his action: but to put themselves into his situation.

An officer is bound to obey orders: yet he would be a bad one who should do it in cases for which they were not intended, and which involved the most important consequences. The line of discrimination between cases may be difficult; but the good officer is bound to draw it at his own peril, and throw himself on the justice of his country and the rectitude of his motives.

When push came to shove, this man showed the country that he isn't worthy of his position. If you aren't willing to run into a school during an active shooting, don't be a cop. If you aren't willing to fall on the sword to save your country, then don't be a public servant.

This is what a dying empire looks like.

However, we aren't even being allowed to just die. We're being demolished and surgically slaughtered to ensure the values that built this place never resurface.

Humans = Cattle for psychopaths

That's the "natural" state of the world. Our "betters" are putting civilization back into alignment. Instead of "love thy neighbor" and "treat everyone how you want to be treated", the new "values" of the Western World will be "you are property of the State" and "there is no God".

Welcome to the new Earth.

It's time to collectively beat the Soro's of the globalist camp.

Time for a Kari Lake Money Bomb. I'm in with a bundle if this forum ever decides to

stop slinging bullshit and step up. We raised $12 million for Ron Paul in one day.

Media can't ignore that kind of result and she'll have the cash to fight a real fight.

Of all the things you could do to make a difference, getting arrested here IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO. Otherwise you force people to have to resist government violence in the future.

It's always the same.

Soft populations must bleed before they harden up.

The globalists are attempting to ensure that "hardening" never occurs. We'll be too busy being starved, surveiled, and culled, Chinese-style.

Wouldn't it pass 3 to 1 anyway? Or does it have to be unanimous?
