Everything Katie Hobbs does made it seem like she had the election in the bag. It's why she refused to debate and campaign. Those things would disqualify any politician that refuses to debate, it's part of their job. Arizona needs to toss her in a jail cell and follow the money trail.
I thought they can get arrested and go to jail? So that was a lie, you don't get arrested for not certifying a faulty election.
The state filed a lawsuit, asking a judge to issue an order to force the county to certify. If the judge issues that, and the county officials refuse to do what the judge sees as their duty, they can be arrested and jailed.
Again, for the millionth time, WHY CERTIFY ANYTHING. When everyone said “Pence doesn’t really have any power”, what is it, just a big circus? If they “failed” to certify by the deadline, is there a reason? You cannot compel someone or a group of people to certify fraud, or questionable fraud. This isn’t performance art, it’s checks and balances.
