Yes, that's the first impression I got, too. I do wish the author had included actual examples to give a sense of authenticity. However, having gone to their website, it appears they have detailed articles. OP probably just selected a general article to appeal to a broader audience.

You clearly have no idea who Jay Valentine is....he built ebay's auction fraud prevention system back in the day, he knows fraud.

What he's saying here is exactly why you'll often see people on social media claiming they have more than one ballot, ballots for people that haven't lived at the address for years, have been told they already voted when they turn up on election day etc etc etc.

The key is flooding ballots into targetted areas, and real-time observation of people moving residence in these areas is a cunning way to have "accidents" happen and lead to excess ballots floating around. They don't need voters, they need a justification for mailing out ballots and Jay lays out one of the methods in this article.

you'd only need one or two inside guys in the USPS to pull this off. The mail sorting system is highly automated, with a bin or 2 or 3 of return-to-sender mail collected at one end. This could also happen over weeks if done right, so more bins like that wouldn't be suspicious. Those bins would just be rolled into a truck to be dropped off at a ballot filling in factory, ideally with illegal aliens who don't even know Engrish.
 
If you really wanted to cover all of the tracks you'd have an I.T. guy delete the 31,000 return-to-sender sorting record.

Someone will spill the beans because "muh pension" and take them all down. I don't know why this wasn't done to everyone in 2020, but it needs to be done with all parties involved in Maricopa County.

If somebody voted for you, and people have reported that they showed up to find out that they had been recorded as already had a vote cast in their name, your only option at that point is to vote provisionally. There are other reason you'd have to vote provisionally. From PEW

Literally who cares about this criticism. It's 1000% obvious there is this or some similar scam - the 2020 audit found the vote totals matched. But complain about this, not the thousands of posts on this site claiming it is just a computer switching vote totals. If that's how it happened, why did the AZ audit totals match???

the PO computer reads the ballot, compares it to the area it serves and says "no such address"

the ballots are automatically marked return to sender and back they go to the election office

the people there correct the zip codes, mark the ballots as they see fit and count them

since it is all automated, with all of the ballots sent out at the same time and the normal amount of returned mail, the PO would not notice.

the only away around this would be to send the ballots with guaranteed delivery so it could be proven that the voter never got their ballot

I just wrote another post in this thread, airing my own doubts about Jay Valentine. He writes these articles for American Thinker, and I think he testified at one of Rep. Brandtjen's Wisconsin hearings last year, but overall I can't find solid specifics about exactly which groups he's working with, and what has been accomplished. So I throw up a caution flag too, at least for now, about Valentine.

So, by simply sending out a mail-in ballot, means that if you attempt to vote in person, you'll be told you already voted? Bull. That ballot would have had to been returned, checked in and tabulated.

However, there is evidence that this happens. Pulitzer did a lot of work on it using the Maricopa information (info that was given to the AZ Senate and Brnovich, and ignored.) There were lots of people in Maricopa that reported they got a mail ballot, did not use it, went to the poll, and were told they'd already voted by mail. They were given a provisional ballot, and that's almost always rejected later, because state law says if the person already voted, the provlsional ballot can't be counted.

Pultizer was able to show that the number of rejected provisional ballots was vastly increased in 2020. Also, Liz Harris's canvas workers had a lot of reports of this exact thing happening when they walked the state of AZ and did a door-to-door canvas.

In Arizona, at the end of every day of early voting, Runbeck and county officials know the name of every person that has voted...and who hasn't. So it wouldn't be hard for bad guys to gather up extra mail ballots, fill out one for Mrs. Brown that hasn't voted yet, and give it to a ballot mule to be left at a drop box. Then Mrs. Brown shows up to vote in person, and she's told she already voted.

I've received mail a lot of times where they had the wrong zip code on it. They don't just use zip codes to read mail, if that was the case then millions and millions of pieces of mail would get lost.

This hypothetical is misleading because he makes it sound like a specific event, and that annoys the heck out of me. But, I think he's right that this kind of event was key to the 2020 steal.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation did studies about how many mail in ballots were mailed out in various states in 2020, that then "disappeared." These "undelivered, unreturned" ballots were never returned by voters, and never returned to the post office. The numbers are staggering (I could look for the links, if you'd like.) This is the extra material for fraud used in many of the battle ground states.

The True the Vote analysis of deliveries to drop boxes by ballot mules is tied in to this large number of "undelivered" mail in ballots. They were likely gathered by ballot harvesters, and quite possibly by corrupt USPS workers, and delivered (or sold) to Dem NGOs. There, they could be illegally "voted" and given to ballot mules. Or, they could have been delivered to counting centers at 2AM in white vans, as happened in Detroit.

Patrick Byrne's "America Project" has had two lawsuits in court for almost a year, asking USPS to give them records about two things: the vanished USPS trailer of ballots driven from NY to PA by trucker Jesse Morgan, and a court order that allowed USPS to change how long they kept records of mail scans during the 2020 election.

A federal judge gave USPS permission to change the retention of mail scans from the usual period of several years down to 30 or 60 days (sorry, I'd have to look it up.) This went into effect months before the election, and went back to normal several months later. Without these mail scan records, it's impossible to track how many ballots were returned to the post office. Normally, this order would have required public notice. The only way to avoid that was to have a federal judge sign off on the order. Judge Emmett Sullivan, the same judge that pursued General Flynn's prosecution after all charges against him had been dropped, signed the order.

The USPS is involved in the rig, and they've been refusing to provide records to explain these events for almost a year, in spite of the fact they have no legal ground to do so. The cases are still active.

Not sure about the entire article, but someone did it to me in Florida. I walked up in person to vote and was told I already voted early / mail. They checked it t or 3 times and only after getting very loud did they allow me to fill out a ballot that Im sure didnt count.
