Balenciaga used to be one of the great couture houses, along with a few others like Dior and Chanel. If you've ever complained about how ugly and coarse women's fashion has become and how beautiful and classy it once was, particularly from the 1930s through the 1950s, you've probably liked things Cristóbal Balenciaga designed (or cheaper copies of his designs.) Sadly, all of the great couture houses are trashy and gross now. That too is part of the great demoralization campaign we're living through.
I watched some of North By Northwest last night. The clothing, the body shapes, the decorations and especially the dialog. Even though it's a movie and normal life likely wasn't anything similar to the depiction. It clearly does show we've declined as a society.
A lot of older films make you feel that way. I rewatched To Catch a Thief a few weeks ago, and had similar thoughts. Just watching Grace Kelly makes you realize there are just no women left like that anymore.
We talk a lot about "saving our country", but the reality is, it's already lost.
Balenciaga's designs were always a little bit more extreme and avant-garde than designers like Dior. But they were also always feminine and elegant and flattering to women's bodies. Now it's all yoga pants and hooker looking garbage, or giant clown clothes that don't fit. It's all so very tiresome.
While I respect the business model of suckering stupid rich people out of tens of thousands of dollars by selling them leather bags and shoes I feel that their advertising campaign involving the sexualizing of children and promotion of rape should be met with mean tweets followed by going feet first into a wood chipper
Their rich clientele are pretty much all related to Epstein island individuals... so an overlapping list of clients should all pretty much go feet first into the wood chipper.
That's a fair point. I'm not saying I don't care about the evils they've committed against children, I'm saying I could give a shit about "high fashion" and other communist bullshit in general.
High fashion has traditionally been an art form which communism destroys and replaces with a drab uniform, like the ugly old Mao suits. It's why this commercial was funny in the 1980s:
I first heard of Balenciaga from that one Beyonce song on gay pride radio from like a month or two ago. Im not a homosexual but apparently we have the same taste in music. No other radio stations play EDM music 😢
This is how your outrage helps move the overton window, which was the whole point of the baliencaga ad in the first place
Back when the perpetrators of such would have been arrested for obscenity, which really wasn't that long ago, not really a problem, but for some reason that doesn't happen anymore
The only reason I had is because I used to deliver food to one of their stores in this local outlet mall that is one of the top tourist destinations in the country.
Isn't it extremely expensive, too? So many people on Twitter are claiming they're going to boycott it, but the truth is that their real clients are the wealthy demonic elites we all hate.

I looked up the older pieces, it's as you said.
Fashion did used to look nice.
I watched some of North By Northwest last night. The clothing, the body shapes, the decorations and especially the dialog. Even though it's a movie and normal life likely wasn't anything similar to the depiction. It clearly does show we've declined as a society.
that was probably the single greatest film ever made fren, doesn't get better than NxNW!

Derelicte
Inspired by the very homeless, the vagrants, the crack whores that make this wonderful city so unique...
Where the right sees beauty, the left sees the grotesque. Now we see what the left holds as beautiful and we are likewise disgusted.
Well said.
Updoot if you'd never heard the word "couture" until 3 days ago
I've heard it but only from the mouths of fags and women. Not sure that's changed yet.
Am gay, wear jeans. I'm not into womanly things
That's because you're not a fag or a woman <3 <3 <3
I thought that was their word for a tranny front wound.
No, that is "axe wound".
Cloaca
They turned Balenciaga into bologna.
Best reply. 😂
I'm a straight dude, who doesn't fuck kids.
this. those two factors alone mean i had no idea who or what this shit is.
pedophiles should be hunted for sport.
great. Now I have to make room on my wall...
i thought it was a style of lamborghini tbh.
The new 2022 Lamborghini Balenciaga. Starting price $1,200,000.
nope, just jeans starting price $1,200,000
I thought it was a type of sea mammal.
kek
It's a hype beast brand now. They make ugly sneakers on purpose and sell them for like $1000.
While I respect the business model of suckering stupid rich people out of tens of thousands of dollars by selling them leather bags and shoes I feel that their advertising campaign involving the sexualizing of children and promotion of rape should be met with mean tweets followed by going feet first into a wood chipper

Woodchippers. The modern day millstones.
It’s for rich joggers
Balenciaga purposefully made ugly-ass sneakers priced at over $800 just to see if rich women would buy them.
They did.
Rich women don’t buy them, they’re gifted them. It’s the broke wannabes that are paying for this crap, oh and joggers.
I'd rather be rich than look rich.
Joggers literally kill over this kind of stuff. They are so stupid over it they even wear fakes.
I've noticed black male culture has become very feminine.
Obsession over clothes, jewelry, status. Glorify emotional response to things.
Funny, Kanye has a line about this in one of his songs.
which 1
I guess cars, guns, and homes are out??
Apparently I live off world and feel blessed that I don't know who most of these demons are bringing ruin to the planet.
You're not alone.
Just because you didn't hear of Epstein before he got caught, doesn't mean this doesn't affect us all.
Balenciaga is a business that satisfies the desires of people who run your country. Your country will be cursed for the evil of your rulers.
That's a fair point. I'm not saying I don't care about the evils they've committed against children, I'm saying I could give a shit about "high fashion" and other communist bullshit in general.

As I said in my first comment, high fashion being made into an uglyfest is part of the current demoralization project.
This isn't about boycotting a fashion brand. This is about noticing what is going on with the elites and making sure pedophiles go to prison.
I still don't even know what it is besides groomers.
High fashion is irredeemable faggotry.
Never heard of them, and still don't care.
I thought it's what you wear in the winter
I thought it was the latest weight loss drug everyone's talking about on tiktok.
My dumb ass thought it was that college with a similar name.
I first heard of Balenciaga from that one Beyonce song on gay pride radio from like a month or two ago. Im not a homosexual but apparently we have the same taste in music. No other radio stations play EDM music 😢
I feel your pain on the music front.
Hahaha I noticed that too. The pride radio is all just house and edm music. Funny because I would have figured more RENT and Glee renditions.
Unfortunately, I have known about the cesspool in this industry for far too long to updoot, fren. This is the tip of the pizza, trust me.
It’s all jogger clothing now.
Never heard of the pedos before.
Why do we insist on using the very Reddit word "updoot"?
TD was founded on Reddit.
I heard of it from a song, but didn't know what it was before that.
This is how your outrage helps move the overton window, which was the whole point of the baliencaga ad in the first place
Back when the perpetrators of such would have been arrested for obscenity, which really wasn't that long ago, not really a problem, but for some reason that doesn't happen anymore
According to my GF, they are big with the under 35 fashion crowd.
Yeah probably because of Kim Kardashian and dumb feckless cunts like Billie Eilish
My wife got me a fake Balenciaga sweater from CHYNA for $20. I guess I can't wear it now
I still can't pronounce it without staring for a second. If I've ever heard of it before I do not for the life of me remember it.
And I take that as a win.
I've heard of them. I didn't care then. I don't care about now.
I do not care about them being fucking pedos
I figured it was Richie rich ugly ass brand that is normal people wouldn’t be interested in
The only reason I had is because I used to deliver food to one of their stores in this local outlet mall that is one of the top tourist destinations in the country.
Isn't it extremely expensive, too? So many people on Twitter are claiming they're going to boycott it, but the truth is that their real clients are the wealthy demonic elites we all hate.
Fashion industry is a scam. It’s just a place for pedos and low life’s and sicophants to get employment who would otherwise be unemployable.
Yup. I had never heard of them.
Is this pizza gate?
I've heard of it in song lyrics, at least.
I couldn't even say the name, never heard of it. Same with FTX.
that's only because PEDO rings don't like being in the headlines, they normally slink around in the dark
Not sure which is gayer, using the word updoot or begging for votes. Either way super gay.
If you haven't heard of Balenciaga, you've been living under a rock.
