Possible. But if the globalists are planning to collapse the industrialization soon, there won't be wealth to sustain that market. Could be that the cartels weren't let in on that part of the plan, but I can't help but think it's for something more nefarious.

Same, but... on the flip side, there are better chems they could be using, waaaaaay better biologicals as you've seen with the china flu, and ... this is the best part, IMO, nobody should be drinking municipal water. Das nasty, yo. You guys seen the pipes it comes through?! You cut up the pipe going to your house and you tell me if you want to drink THAT. No, sir! No, thank you! I'd rather open my mouth and stand in a field letting baby jesus handle my hydration. Y'all seen what's in your 70-year-old pipes? I say this having been drinking municipal water all my life lol. I know, now you guys think you know why I'm retarded. But it was the physical brain damage. Jk, I also consumed a lot of alcohol. I'm joking! Perfectly normal, perfectly adjusted, not-on-the-spectrum human right here. Model citizen, taxpayer, consumer of city water. You guys love me.

True, municipal water seems unlikely. The NY mayor pushed drinking tap water via that cringy ad with the obvious cut, so you know no one trusts tap water even there.

All I know right now is malicious intent and a possible tool, would be worth keeping an eye out for possible methods to connect the tool to the intent.
