I meant overall as a society, not you specifically. Ultimately We The People are to blame for letting decades of corruption grow out of control. This didn't occur overnight, its been happening for decades, before many of us were even born.
Mexicans are not “we the people” and neither are mail-in ballots. And those are explicitly the reasons we are where we are as a country. What a pseudointellectual reply. I know it’s fashionable to blame the voters, but as has been demonstrated, American citizen voters don’t have the power to change a single thing in this country.
Like I said, this didn't happen overnight. This has been going on for many, many decades. Where was the uproar back in the 1980s when Reagan passed amnesty, thus sparking the incentive to flow over the border? That's when the annual migration numbers shot straight up and stayed there ever since.
Where was the uproar when the Patriot Act was passed? I recall back then most conservatives and Republican voters were telling me "if you have nothing to hide then you have nothing to worry about, we have to get the 'turrists!!!"
Where was the uproar when Nixon ended the gold standard?
People have been asleep. Ultimately the responsibility lies with The People. At least, that's what the Founders said. And they explicitly stated what to do when tyranny begins to take hold, but no one even wants to consider what that would entail.
That’s weak. Everything you just described we could have survived had the 2020 election not been stolen. If we still had elections, we could overcome all of that even now.
Keep me out of it. I did everything I was supposed to do to fight this but the rest of you are determined to drag me and my family down with you.

I would add we had no idea the breath and depth of the corruption until Trump blasted it with a bright light.
Hard to fight what you don't even know you don't know.

KEK.
