The judge did release an order partially allowing a review of a limited number of ballots today, but it's not due to start until Tuesday. It won't be enough to make any definitive action, looks like the judge just wants a sample.
Hobbs team submitted a motion to dismiss yesterday and Lake's team has until tomorrow to respond. The hearing to determine the outcome of those motions is early next week; the order mentioned above is contingent on this hearing.

She has until Saturday to respond to the motion to dismiss the case completely. Today's ruling gives her team access to inspect some ballots.
