This was during the 2013-2015 "don't talk to conservatives anymore" wave of indoctrination. I think the reason that most of us here are hesitant to become reactionary is because we belong to the majority, meaning all here are putting their own families first. Their belief is they are the real Patriots standing up for freedom in America against theological bullies who want to push their "religious wacko views" on a moderate America.
