Our family pediatrician refuses to provide COVID shots at his practice because of this. He says most parents have no idea the risk to their children, especially teenage boys.
This is misinformation with a slight bit of misdirection though.......
There are more than one type of myocarditis. One of them is extremely treatable and one of them is extremely deadly.
Now, knowing that information, does it seem honest to you to then make a post like this that is showing only one half of that equation, when the other half is almost the direct opposite in terms of severity?
It's not possible for someone to do even 5 minutes of research into myocarditis without knowing this information though, so it makes you wonder why some people around here only ever bring up the extremely deadly variety, implying that's the only one......
Edit -- we have another pandemic going on around here and it's the people who catch the virus that causes them to downvote absolute facts just because they don't like them and don't want to hear them.... All it takes is you looking up myocarditis and spending just five fucking minutes reading about it...
by 2025, we'll see a shit ton of died suddenly articles
... coincidently after the 2024 election cycle
So, if it's forty per cent mild and sixty per cent fatal you should cross your fingers and make a wish.
