The NFL isn't something we often discuss or support but clearly with the number of posts on this topic, users were interested in a discussion of this. This is why I have stickied. I hope for the best for this football player. Vax or other injury I hope he's okay.

It won’t. He got hit right before he went down, and they’re already chalking it up to being concussion related.

It could have been that, or maybe the hit dislodged a blood clot, or maybe it was unrelated to the hit or the vax. Regardless, I’m very confident that they won’t tell us the truth.

Concussion??? He's had CPR administered twice on the field, intubated and in critical condition. I've seen countless concussions, this ain't one. He never even hit his head. For them to even hint a concussion is just the beginning of an attempted coverup.

I think he may have gotten the real "vaccine" while in College, as he was only in his 2nd year in the NFL.

My best guess is that we haven't seen other NFL players keel over like this because they almost all took a saline shot instead.

The NFL probably lied to the fans faces because of Gov't pressure.

We need to stop calling them “blood clots,” because such things are actually made of blood.

True. Blood clots a soft and small, gelatinous and crush very easily if squished between thumb and forefinger. Fauci 'clots' are long (12 inches), browinish, very tough and fibrous and do not crush.

But I guess you're right, they can't cover up one bro dropping dead in a sport that only one country in the world watches. It's not that they're stupid, it's that we've reached a point where politicians and media have given up all pretense of honesty or giving any fucks what constituents think.

Everybody sees what's happening, people are angry - their response: so what? What are you going to do about it?

They don't give a fuck, and voting doesn't threaten them any more. They know they can do whatever they want, up until the whole thing collapses, and they figure they still have plenty of time before we reach that point.

This is peak corruption time, the only variable is how long it lasts.

If you have watched games this year, you would see that minor, routine hits are giving concussions at an alarming rate. Players are getting pushed to the turf and they stand up and their legs are wobbling. This is 100% the vaxx. It has been in their blood for awhile now.

One guy, after how many hundreds of games have been played with vaccinated players…come on man. This ain’t it and y’all are turning into soothsayers trying to connect everything to the vaccine. Maybe it was the vaccine but it’s obvious by now people aren’t dropping dead in the streets like some of you predicted. It was a man made virus, masks help but aren’t bulletproof and the vaccines were a money laundering scheme that had side effects and did not work.

Senior year of high school one of my fellow receivers got hit on a crossing route. Got up, watched him run about 5 yards back to us in the huddle when he stumbled and fell. Got up and did the same thing again before we stopped him and he left the game with a major concussion. Definitely not the same as this NFL video.

My friend died last year at 42 with a brain tumor. Can't help but to wonder if it was related to the concussion.

You are correct. Just talked to a registered CA RN who is already convinced that it's an extremely rare case of induced arrhythmia from the previous hit. My completely unprofessional assessment is that this is simply too overwhelming psychologically for a vaxxed believer. Being vaxxed and nowhere near message boards like this, their minds have to deny the possibility that this is a vax injury in real time, or they must begin considering the enormity of their situation. In fairness, contemplating a one's date with the grim reaper is something most people prefer to avoid.

I remember a lot of doctors at the beginning of the shots looking at the past mRNA experiments that killed the animals within weeks. They extrapolated the data to humans and their body weight, and many predicted mass deaths happening between 3-5 years. We are just now entering that window.

It might result in an uptick of premature deaths but it won’t be anything noticeable. But you can continue to feel superior and righteous. The bottom line is there are millions of people who look at the typical American lifestyle (drinking, consuming plastic in foods, artificial food, inhaling chemicals in our air, consuming too much red meat etc) and see us as less than.

Yes, the Democrats wanted to leave only conservatives alive lmao. The more likely scenario is this being protection for a known bio weapon while they were preparing for the current war.

They know what they had over there, and they know its release will be the pandemic they were treating this to be. They knew the vaccine would kill many, but better that than 90% of the population dying all at the same time. That’s why they were freaking out about it. They couldn’t care less if every Republican doesn’t take it.

Do you honestly think a genetically engineered bio weapon was that lenient with who it killed? We’re about to see some nasty shit.

▲ 13 ▼
– Antisocialdilemma 13 points 149 days ago +13 / -0

There's one big hole in your hypothesis. Flu deaths went to zero and were classified as COVID. Without that the true death toll from covid was very small. People who pointed this out were smugly called anti-science by those who succumbed to the fear tactics and lies. And why worry whether it kills liberals or conservatives when the means to steal every election from now on was implemented because of COVID?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ -1 ▼
– MR_ROBOT1776 -1 points 149 days ago +1 / -2

This is true, but I’m beginning to think the entire thing was a massive conspiracy to get everyone to take the vaccine without coming out and saying, “We’re going to war with Russia/China and some serious biological weaponry is likely to be released; we’re doing our best to ensure you all don’t die. Many of you will die from the drug, but otherwise, all of you will.”

I think the whole flu death thing was just an attempt at misdirection so sheep would think there was currently a reason to take the vaccine, rather than it being preparation.

The Conservatives VS Liberal death thing just happens to be 2 birds with one stone. They clearly want those who question, request legitimate elections, and resent WEF policies to be eliminated from society. If we’re eliminated by a bio weapon during this war or one they release, that solves their entire problem. At that point, the economy is ready for a reset and so is the population. Those remaining will view the government as world saviors. It could all be false, I’m just throwing out thoughts I’ve had.

(wall of text incoming. Read it or don't...doesn't matter to me, but possibly could to you)

The Eucharist for Catholics.

I have severe health problems and would unhestitatingly stake my life (or rather, endure another 30 years of suffering) on the truth of this.

And He saith to them: My chalice indeed you shall drink—If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For he that will save his life, shall lose it: and he that shall lose his life for my sake, shall find it. For what doth it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his own soul? Or what exchange shall a man give for his soul?

I like to call Catholicism the "religion of contradictions" (as Truth must appear, if it is to be the truth), because it makes absolutely no sense at first. The reason that God chose to reveal Himself this way, is actually to HIDE the truth from those with a bad will. (No one wants to hear this nowadays)

I find it strange sometimes that so many of the people here, however awesome and smart they are otherwise, don't have an objective, ETERNAL set of principles to operate on. Apparently human reason and logic exclude the ability to determine with a reasonable degree of certainty what will happen after death and plan accordingly.

The truth is that even pre-Christian pagan philosophers like Plato realized the human soul was immortal, and proved it logically. See the Phaedo dialogue set just before his trial and death, which discusses the immortality of the soul, and the first book of Republic, which looks at objective Truth.

Based the foundation of Greek philosophy and Roman law, the addition of Christian theology completed the building of the Catholic Church (anyone with a scrap of history knowledge knows Protestantism is fake)...thus making Truth (and reality) able to be known easily by everyone, even the simplest person...as long as they have a good will and sincere desire.

This is so important to understand, it really makes me sad that the majority don't, and waste their lives in dissipation. We all die one day, and something will come of it. It's taken a rather extreme amount of physical and psychological suffering in my personal life to finally humble myself enough to give Catholicism a fair shake, but I say it was worth it. I've had to buy this wisdom with so much suffering and pain it almost makes me cry when people don't see it.

Do not be afraid, therefore. For nothing is covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be know. What I tell you in the dark, utter in the light; and what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father's will. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more worth than many sparrows.

We were in practice, and he wanted to get one past me, threw his best fastball, I hit it directly back at him. He had almost zero time to react. He collapsed, but stayed conscious, ambulance came. He was out the rest of the season, but thankfully survived.

The rest of the year, no one would pitch to me in games, and only coaches were allowed to pitch to me at practice.

There are many cases of receiving a hit to the heart, by a baseball, puck or a punch will cause a cardiac event. He did get hit in the chest but it didn't look severe. Hope he survives.

My favorite comment in the thread with regard to those questioning a vaccine link: “ Down vote, report, and move on. Don't engage or amplify”. I can’t facepalm hard enough to express my level of inner cringe at this total lack of self awareness. Like holy shit dude, you’re treating vaccine skeptics the way that Scientologists deal with people from outside their cult: “don’t commit a thought crime by engaging with the icky outsider”.

Funny you speak of trolls and sleeper accounts and then say some bullshit like this. If the evidence isn't there, if you tried to look it up and couldn't find anything then say that.

Saying what YOU said is some leftist infiltrator bullshit, meant to disparage and denigrate the integrity of this website and it's community. And you can eat a bag of dicks for that.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– FormerGraveheart 1 point 149 days ago +3 / -2

I'll just point out to you that 7 hours later, there's still no source on what he said, and there's this fake news on the front page right now: https://patriots.win/p/16ZqUEjEJc/insane-what-has-gone-on-the-last/c/

Granted, there actually are pedes pointing out that it's fake news. The people here aren't the problem, mostly, the mods are, and the lack of standards around sourcing things. But every day, there are so many things claimed out of nowhere and we see sources maybe 1% of the time. Our best weapon is the truth because we have the truth on our side, so more and more we're being fed bullshit that feeds our preconceived biases so that we no longer have the truth on our side. And if you think that pointing that out makes me a leftist infiltrator you're just too stupid to bother with.

If there are sources, you will know they are lying. They don't want that, they want you to be outraged. It's psyop, OP is certainly FBI. So shut up, don't ask questions and just be angry!

Actually LOL at just how fake you and your little buttbuddy bitch are, both spreading the same talking points and threats - and you're dumb enough to link the evidence of it.

It's a well known fact that actual intelligence agents like to embed themselves with non-establishment right-wing groups and spend the entire time spreading doubt, questioning everyone's loyally (ESPECIALLY those at the top), and accusing anyone they feel threatened by as "being a fed"

You suck dicks and everyone knows it dude. If you don't trust the mods, you don't belong here, so get the fuck out. Why the fuck would you even post here if you legitimately believed that? Just fucking oblivious beyond belief, one of the stupider leftists on here.

Higgins looked like he was going toward the sideline and then he abruptly cut up to deliver the hit. It definitely caught Hamlin off guard and is absolutely not common.

I doubt this is the cause. He likely had no pulse, which means the AED on the field wouldn't work. Commotio cordis results in a irregular rhythem, in which case an AED would be appropriate and would shock to normal sinus. Im going to assume massive pulmonary embolism. which means prompt cath lab or open heart surgery, which likely wouldnt be enough time.

The NFL sample size is small. The larger pool of highschool and college football players sustain regular deaths. See the 13+ deaths reported in 2015 alone.

No comment on the cause of Hamlin’s serious injury/cardiac event, but the game does have a lot of danger. Hope he survives & recovers.

Its an extremely rare occurrence because the trauma has to be timed perfectly down to the millisecond in order for that to happen, like u/BillsmafiaGG said below the NFL is such a tiny sample size but it is something that happens from time to time in the much larger pool of youth athletics

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 9 ▼
– Hollyweirdness 9 points 149 days ago +9 / -0

Maybe the millisecond window has increased because of the vax though. With so many reports of heart issues and clotting which would weaken blood vessels I think it's plausible.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 7 ▼
– Basilone 7 points 149 days ago +8 / -1

Its tied to the rhythmic cycle of a heartbeat so unless there's anything out there to suggest the vaccine has lengthened the upper T wave on a ECG cycle I doubt it. If he had collapsed due to heart failure stemming purely from exhaustion I think the vax theory is more plausible, since this one is clearly due to a hard shot to the chest I'm skeptical.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– p0nchik 1 point 149 days ago +1 / -0

Exactly, exhaustion doesn't seem to be the case, though. The game was just underway and it happened directly after tackling. But my thing was, wow, what a strange form tackle that was. Maybe it occurred a second or two before?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– JS_Mill 1 point 149 days ago +1 / -0

From my BASED friend who is a certified medic:

“I don’t know if you’ve seen this news about the Bills game.

My best guess from watching the play is either an aortic rupture or precordial thump which put his heart into a dysrhythmia.

More likely the former because of how quickly he passed out and lost consciousness. Also, where the hit occurred was right in his chest, which is the typical mechanism for something like that.

A dysrythmia will take a minute or two before you lose enough blood flow to the brain to cause this.

An aortic rupture however will cause that to happen that quickly. “

Seriously, I hope Hamlin is OK.

Literally have an ambulance 3 doors down from me right now. (45? Year old) neighbor just died suddenly from cardiac arrest.

Our older lady neighbor had a fire truck in front of her house at 10 am this morning.

THAT's the new normal.

From Cincy reporter: "Damar Hamlin has a pulse, but is not breathing on his own. He is being transported to UC.

Needed AED and CPR on the field."

The propaganda machine is in overdrive tonight... Great counters: A. This was not enough chest trauma to interrupt the dudes heart clearly from the video. B. More importantly, if it was one of the intense beyond rare heart timing trauma impacts then he would have dropped then and there on the field. He would not have rolled over, popped up like nothing was wrong, taken a step or two, then dropped.

It does look like the other guys helmet hit him near the heart! May not have to be too hard a hit to do some damage to his heart rhythm

I've watched the hit footage over and over.

No hard central body hit occured...the Bengal shoulder went into the lower outside ribs...the Bengal head did not hit the chest.

The big hit occurred from the Bengal helmet hitting the low point of the Bill helmet and snapping Hamlin's head up and back - a very quick snap up and back - and then just as quickly - back down and forward.

Me thinks it was a spinal injury at the neck vertebrae - the shock of which was severe enough to basically shutdown the CNS.

He instinctively got up only to for the following to start just as he stood up:

  1. Onset of a blackout. (oxygen cutoff to the brain)
  2. Stoppage of heart. (CNS rythmic / timing thrown off)

This is pretty serious.

Interesting conclusion, the only other time in my lifetime that an NFL player received CPR (that I am aware of) on the field was due to dislocation of the top 2 vertebrae, so you might be on to something. This article describes the injury from 1997: https://www.detroitnews.com/story/sports/nfl/lions/2017/12/22/breathing-reggie-brown-relives-injury/108850952/

Thanks for the link. I didn't know about this incident. Was a very worthwhile read. I like the man's positive attitude - something I've observed in all my years working with high school and college football players all my life on the outside - most really are positive mentality types.

And it's also very noteworthy how you get reminded by him years later that you never recover 100% - it lingers.

https://www.bitchute.com/video/A4ya7EtvXpbD/

Watch the video very carefully:

  1. From 0:00 to 0:07, it is very clear there is no hit to the chest.

The hit of the Bengal's right shoulder is high and outside on Hamlin's frontal left shoulder.

The Bengal's helmet hit actually starts right on the front and upper edge of Hamlin's right shoulder.

  1. From 0:08 to 0:09, that's the head-snap phase:

The Bengal's helmet does an incredibly quick slide upwards.

The top of his helmet catches the lower front of Hamlin's helmet.

And in the space of a 1/4 second you see an incredibly quick series of the following:

  • small snap up
  • small snap back
  • small snap return
  1. From 0:10 onwards, the onset of CNS shutdown:

Adrenaline, reserve oxygen and instinct gets him to about 95% standing up. Heart stoppage has already occurred and blackout is already in progress. His legs never straightened out - he never finishes standing - he's knock kneed. Down he goes.

Now the more important question:

"Did he take the jab?"

It's a perfectly valid or legitimate question.

For this kind of hit in question, there's a spectrum:

A. Right side says, get up, walk away woozy, get treated, go on injured reserve, recover, come back later.

B. Left side says, get up, heart stops, black out, collapse, get CPR, and put in emergency critical care at the hospital.

Two things will make "B" more likely:

  1. Compromised health.
  2. Old age.

We already know that the jab cause myocarditis and an overall increase in the body inflammatory state - both of which translates to preexisting stress on the heart and the central nervous system.

Compromising incidents get you in the short term.

Old age gets you in the long term.
