TBH i have seen way, way worse many times. This is hyped up trash. Dude fought the cops, resisted, ran, repeatedly.. I was told this was worse than rodney king... and it isnt even fucking close to that.
Edit: So, there are numerous videos, and there was one angle I hadnt seen that is indeed very bad, and Ill concede it is reminiscent of the rodney king beating, but this still isnt quite that bad, despite king somehow surviving that many strikes to the skull.
The pole 📷 is what got these cops they had no idea it was their they murdered him....... and it was his own kind black on black violence is an epidemic
The TV says they are at higher risk for it....... also apparently pink is higher risk because she's an ugly dyke I think and Michel Phelps because he has depression.
The result and the act are connected, but different. People have died from one punch, were they beaten worse than King? No. But they died, so their result was worse.
This. PCP is a helluva drug. And in a roundabout way was the reason for adoption of .38 special and .45 acp as standard US pistol calibers prior to WWI.
This guy wasn't hopped up on anything but adrenaline, spite and stupidity. Then the keystone cops pile on with terribly undisciplined, and childish thuggery. It was like watching something from 'lord of the flies.' The book, not the lame attempts at dramatizing it.
Take a trip back to a time around 1900. Phillipine insurectos hopped up on PCP were charging Marines deployed in the Phillipines. NCOs and officers armed with .38 revolvers, not .38 special revolvers we know today, just weren't doing the damage needed. The rifles, calibered to drop a horse so as to be useful when charged by cavalry troops, were however proving adequate.
After the Spanish American war, we found ourselves administering the phillipines as a territory and inherited from the Spanish, trouble with northern tribal groups who liked to get spun up on pcp and head south for some good ole rape and pillage. They still have issues with Islamic extremists on the northern islands to this day.
That foreign adventure was the origin of stopping power arguments between euro trash 9mm and Yankee stop em in their tracks 45. The shorter .38 rounds used in US revolvers against the insurectos weren't slowing down the baddies. Just pissing them off worse. The solutions? The M1911 adopted years later was given a round almost half an inch in diameter and subsequent revolvers were given cartridges lengthened to 38 special to accommodate more powder. .38 special revolvers became law enforcement favorites and the 1911, well, need I say more?
This lore has been conveniently forgotten because it sounds a lot like US small arms selection gives consideration to the needs of Indian fighting and is overall politically inconvenient.
Shereeeeeeeeeeeeeeple. The left told you what to see, so you saw it. It was horriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiific.,
Where was the national outrage when that woman was pepper sprayed, trampled by the crowd the police forced into a small space on Jan 6, and then the left used the footage to claim the police had been attacked?
This video isn't about keystone cops. It doesn't show "an inhumane act". It shows a guy constantly fighting, out of his mind, won't stop.
Aren't you the teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeny bit suspicious at hours of telling you what you would see before you saw it? Aren't you the tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiny bit suspicious that none of the coverage much mentions what happens before "the horrible, terrible, inhumane, there just aren't words beating"?
Aren't you the bit suspicious of councilmen fake crying on air, of that CNN idiot making his every word sound dramatic?
Ever stop to consider that every person involved in the shit show is a fucktard? The perp, the cops, and all the public figures playing it up? Even the dipshit protesters?
The keystone cops, and yes, they are children, or at best confused adolescents playing cops. They had the guy under control, felt a need to get even and fucking rolled with the urge like petty toddlers. The one was clearly frustrated over pepper spraying himself like a fucking tard. He took a break, caught his breath and returned for payback.
That's not the mark of grown men, with a modicum of self discipline handling a combative perp. It's children playing at a role and then lashing out when a punk proves to be more of a handful than he should have been. They did it once they had the upper hand because they could, because it was easy, and because their egos had been bruised.
Naturally, the media, bureaucrats and politicians who have decided to hang thier hats on this shit show are being equally retarded. The entire thing is a fucking circus. There isnt a whole lot to be curious about when all parties concerned are being asshats for the cameras at all angles. It's all canned and the public face players fucked up and cracked the seal on something meant for a totally different scenario before they knew all the facts.
Do I pity that punk, no. Do I pity those cops? No. Do I pity the bureaucrats, politicians, dipshit writers and media talking heads making asshats out of themselves right now over this? No. Do I give a shit if my lack of concern over libtards and quota-hires eating eachother, triggers you? No. I'm relieved that for once it's the asshat cops in a department getting caught up and I couldn't care less about how that makes you feel.
The only people in this I have any sympathy for are the innocents who have to worry about having their shit burned and looted.
It was hoooooooooorible! I know that because CNN tooooooooooooold me sooooooooooooo.
It was faaaaaaaaaaar worse than Trump supporters shoooooooooooooot in cold blood at the Capitol. We must chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang policing to neeeeeeeeeeever be used on glorious dark skinned people.
this guy didn't just take one punch. The cops were literally holding him up by his arms & giving him blow after blow to the head. Power hungry fuckers. They have handcuffs, tazers, guns... but they chose to beat him to death with their bare hands.
I didn’t say he took one punch, I said it didn’t look as bad as the King event. They can’t shoot him until he poses a deadly threat, but they can use those other things and their hands to force compliance. Had the guy not ran, and not resisted, he’d be alive. He holds as much, if not more, blame than these cops. If it wasn’t for him, they wouldn’t be in that situation.
Resisting. It’s because he was resisting that they used force until he complied. His choice and he got what he wanted. No sane person who wants to live would have acted like that.
he could have chosen not to resist after getting caught doing some actual criminal shit like running away from police and etc.
i am tired of having any shred of sympathy to criminals like them. that guy was not a "protestor" or doing something he "felt was right". he is just a fking criminal. yes police were probably unprofessional, and he died from the beatings which he got by police trying to subdue him... shit happens. if he lost strength/consciousness so police had the ability to cuff him yet they still kicked/punched him, then ofc that's over the board excessive force. but what I've seen here it's nothing special, just BLM and such finding their new "victim" so they can riot again because all the stolen money before was spent so they need to rob more stores.
i wouldn't run from them in the first place, then wouldn't resist. plus i wouldn't need to run from them because i wouldn't do some criminal shit.
by him escaping away from police by car he endangered everyone around him. he was not some innocent person getting beat up for no reason. they couldn't cuff him so they had to use force. now the "force" might have been untrained, but this can happen when someone resists for no fking reason while doing criminal stuff.
how do you still have empathy for criminals like them? do you think it would have been better if we wait 1h for 10more police, money spent, then he sent to prison, money spent, then he goes to court with the judges and security there, money spent, then he sits his sentence and gets free after a couple of years and repeats the circle. yep, tbh i don't condone his death because i believe every person has the potential to change for the better, but tbh this was probably a net positive gain for humanity. ofc in the end it wouldn't be because next wave of criminal BLM protests are gonna start, and we will defund the police, and criminals like that would run amok in the country.
The only criminal activity in either video I’ve seen is on the part of the police. That car he jumped out of wasn’t rolling , and it was no more a danger to anyone than the car the cop jumped out of. Also haven’t seen anything that justifies them fucking with the guy in the first place. People like you crack me up. You think without cops, the world would devolve into chaos. Like writing tickets and busting junkies is going to change the world and keep you safe. Get back to me about your love for police when your government uses them to to take away your rights. I fucking hate cops, and they feel the same towards anyone that isn’t a cop. I’m sure these cops were well known for giving out beatings, and after the guy got pulled from his car with out the cop even explaining why he was being stopped, the guy knew what was coming, and did what anyone would do when they know they are looking at a serious beating. Criminals don’t bother me because I can take care of defending myself and my property. You can’t protect yourself from police so easily because it is a lose lose situation if you give one what they deserve, mainly because people like you think they are just doing their job when they beat someone to death over nothing. People that get all weepy eyed when they say they pledge, and swear on a stack of bibles that they love the constitution, sure don’t seem to care much when the jackbooted thugs violate it on a daily basis.
the car wasn't rolling?! how do you think he got surrounded by police cars? do you think he teleported there? LOL. obviously he was trying to get away and got caught that's why they pulled him out forcefully.
i think even lying media admitted that he ran from police.
people like you crack me up too. defund the police is leftie commie "thinking" if you can even call it that. crime risen a LOT during the defund police fiasco. in some societies police are not needed anymore because there are no gangster cultures, everyone lives well so no need for thievery, homogenous cultural background of most people so no cultural differences... not the case in usa at all. you would be the first to cry about government if police force would be dissolved and criminals would rob and control the city. we don't need to "guess" about these things, there is plenty of evidence in the past with mafia controlling whole countries, not just cities.... although i guess depends on definition since current politicians are actually like mafia but without the obvious murdering.
but ok, good you can defend yourself at your home. i would like to see you defend yourself when you just randomly get shot in a store or alone on the street so they take your stuff "for free". or 30 people with AK-s go into your favourite restaurant and kill everyone there including you... or when you are in church, or etc. because that's what happens around the world in africa, many muslim countries in asia etc. the reason criminals don't behave as they wish, because they WILL get caught and put behind bars. because we have cameras now everywhere and a strong police force so all the "hard" criminals can't do stuff like that openly.
i agree with you that government can use them to take away your rights. but your rights to be a "criminal" should not be protected. in the end government is the will of the people. ofc we know nowadays it's more bullshit than that with all the corruption, but if the will of the people is to take away some of your rights, then that's what is democracy.
plus what more do you want from these policemen? did they beat up an old lady minding her own business? no. i would hang them then. but i am not 100% about the constitution either. they just beat up a criminal who kept resisting. and the criminal died from the beating. it happens. they got fired.
They beat him to a point that he was too incoherent (or possibly passed out) to move at all. Then held him up, one guy under each shoulder, while a third took shots at him. Saying "give me your hands" and he's not able to lift them up at all, he's just slumped, being held up basically non-responeive getting beat.
These cops were pissed they stupidly pepper sprayed themselves and took it out by beating the guy to death after he was incapable of complying with the orders from taking so many hits to the head.
If those 5 cops can't get cuffs on one unarmed skinny guy without beating him to death first, they are not cut out to be cops.
first of all. he was incoherent from the beginning. if he "couldn't move" then they wouldn't be able to held him up by his hands. that's not how biology and physics work. he was still resisting by not allowing the cops to bend his arms to cuff him.
when he went to ground after last punch, and was non-responsive, then the beating stopped, which means they could finally cuff him.
have you ever seen an MMA or K1 etc match? have you ever seen someone being "unresponsive" and not fking fall over? no, it doesn't happen. the reason he could still stand and and move around because he was indeed resisting and not willing to bend his arms.
and no, 5cops cuffing 1 unarmed guy is not easy if he wants to resist. if they were better trained then maybe they could have done it, 5 is basically just the magic number. but they were 4.
if they had like 10people then they could have cuffed him easier. the guy was probably drugged up, as they usually are who run away from police, and those are hard to knock out and they can exert more force by damaging their body. so it's hard to deal with them physically.. there are many videos when even tasers have nearly no effect on these drugged up criminals.
I'm not referring to the beginning when he is on the geound. I'm referring to the middle of a video I saw (and not clear on which video you saw, I saw a few).
I'm referring to a specific point where they are holding him up by the shoulders (not holding him by hands you illeterate faggot).
One person under each shoulder supporting him, again, not holding him by the hands holding him by the shoulders (let me emphasize that I said shoulders, please learn to read).
So they are supporting him by the shoulders, with one person under each shoulder (so two people holding him up by supporting his shoulders) and a third person is taking shots at him.
ok i get it supported by his shoulders. I don't know what video you are talking about, i hope you are not drugged up as well else i recommend not running from police because you might have the same fate lol.
i supposedly have seen the whole video, and none of what you described happened.
here is one full video. tell me timestamp where you hallucinated that they held him up by his "shoulders". while he was semi-unconscious.
IKR, I mean, the only time I was arrested was as a youth, but then, while I had the opportunity to run, it would have only turned into a longer list of charges (at best).
I've only had cop interactions that led to fines, and then it's one of those where one can accept the fine or get arrested and then get the fine or wind up in jail or worse.
Resisting arrest RARELY works out, and especially if they know who you are, it only makes the eventual arrest worse.
i have no idea what you are implying. what do i have to realize? that i could get beaten up innocently by police like them? well i wouldn't resist, especially after the 2nd punch because i would realize they are serious, and i would sue them after if it truly was excessive.
force have to be used one way or the other on a noncompliant perpetrator. there is no alternative. sure they could wait for 1h until 10 more policemen arrive and wrestle him so they could cuff him.. not sure if that's better overall with money spent and "good points gained" how empathetically we behaved towards criminals.
They acted in accordance with the LAPD use of force continuum as it existed at the time, which is why they were acquitted at the first trial. They were convicted via double jeopardy when Poppy Bush’s DOJ railroaded them on “civil rights “ violations.
Maybe after enough cops get beat half to death they will rethink their hatred of the public and the constitution. I have no sympathy for them. Mind your fucking business and no one will want to kill you. It is a waste of time to call them for anything because they are lazy and don’t work for us.
What slippery slope, he was driving drunk, he was actively threatening the lives of other people on the road. He absolutely needed to be stopped immediately, even lethally
Nichols ended up dead. King didn't (until many years later, of unrelated causes). Dead is worse than not dead.
At this point, we have very little information about what Nichols actually did with his vehicle that prompted the stop. King was driving over 100 mph on a public highway, putting random people at imminent risk of death. Maybe Nichols did something equally dangerous, but I haven't seen actual evidence of that yet, or even very specific claims.
I think what people are referring to is the intensity and duration of the beatings. Pain endured etc. The death was only a reaction of the body from the beating and isn’t an effective metric to quantify the severity of the beating. Say for instance one person is beat to death with a phone book over a period of hours, and another gets beat to death with 3 blows from an impact baton in a matter of seconds. Who took the worse beating?
Did you watch the video? The guy wasn't fighting at all. He would struggle and move cause they were pepper spraying him and kicking him. They were making zero attempt to actually cuff him. They were holding his arms back and beating him.
I generally try to take the cops side...but this shit was fucked. If you have seen way worse many times, then maybe people have a point about abusive police officers....
Yes he was fighting, he would not put his hands behind his back, elbowed the cops, got up and ran. Twice. Im not saying the cops were in the right, but once in a while, if you fight cops long enough, they go feral.. doubly so for black cops apparently. My point is that rodney king was WAY worse.
I think there’s a Bible line about “stupid begate stupid” or something like that which applies. If you’re dumb enough to elbow and run from a cop then I’m ok not worrying about the individual anymore.
(Responding to the comment - not the video. I haven’t watched them yet)
Yeah there are 4 videos. Yes, he ran in the first video. But they also yanked him out of the car and he was on the ground, they were hold his arms and telling him to get on the ground while he was already on the ground and couldn't move cause they were holding his arms, he wasn't even resisting. But yes, he got away and ran. But when they caught him, they got him on the ground and two cops held his arms back while another cop kicked him in the face twice. They were not making an attempt to arrest him, they were just holding him and beating him. They then stood him up and continued to hold his arms back while multiple cops continued to beat him and pepper spray him.
The fact that it's "not as bad as A LOT of others" is such a crazy statement. That type of treatment should in no way be the norm or justified. I'm in a group text with multiple law enforcement officers and they are all stating about how fucked the cops are and how bad the video is.
I dont care if you think its a crazy statement, its in reference to how much this incident was hyped up as being worse than rodney king, and it isnt. Police have killed many people in custody, death is not the bar for what is and isnt more brutal, its pure luck that rodney king didnt die, they chained and tortured him.
Claiming this isn't that bad because it didn't live up to the hype you were hoping for is just dumb. I don't think anyone is trying to take away the significance of the Rodney King beating. Every reference and statement I saw of the preparation to release the video was talking about how its the worst thing since Rodney King and similar to the beatings. Like the person being held down and beat.
I think it was more of a comparison of the actions that took place. Generally speaking, when officers are involved in the killing of an unarmed individual, the person is usually shot, or like in recent years, has died from being choked out. These cops held this guys arms back and took turns kicking and beating him.
Just because it is not as bad as the Rodney King beatings doesn't make the situation any better. The actions conducted by these officers are still atrocious and they should absolutely be found guilt of murder.
It isnt that bad... compared to rodney king, which is what the media hyped it up as. Goddamn this thread is full of illiterate morons. Go out and protest with antifa then. Learn to understand media tactics. The media brought up the spectre of rodney king with the deliberate intent of inciting riots, and it turns out that isnt reality. THAT is the issue, nowhere did I say these cops were in the right or that the guy "deserved" to die. Any other point you are arguing against is a strawman, because thats the only one I made.
Very true. The cops were more brutal with Rodney. You can literally push someone over, they fall back, their upper spine lands on a rock and they're dead. Whoops. You just committed 2nd degree murder. That doesn't imply that you did something as immoral as what those cops did, but bad luck chap, the result was worse and the punishment will likely be worse. Life's unfair like that.
Thats my only point really. Those cops clearly should be charged and fired, but Im also not gonna play into the media narrative that this is the worst thing since the holocaust.
It's also fucked that CNN is trying to to say this is white supremacy though. Excessively cringe on that front.
Anyway, cops will have to do something right in a major way for me to ever stand by them again after we watched them turn to support those who attempted to break them down.
So what did this guy do that meant the cops could hold him down and punt him in the head like a football repeatedly, enough so that the guy died from his beating injuries?
They wouldn’t have done that if he wasn’t resisting arrest. Would you rather they shot him? In the Audio they already had maced him twice and tased him.
It takes some really, really extreme circumstances to justify 5 people restraining someone and then beating them to death. Resisting arrest is not one of them.
Fought with police, ran from police, wrestled with police, reached for his gun. The dude fucked around and found out. Once again, he’s be alive if he just did what he was told and cooperated it instead he wanted to make a point and pick a fight with 5 cops. No sympathy.
Nope, cause that's not my job. If I tried to do that I would be breaking a law. Luckily these experts have full protection from repercussions so they can club away.
They keep asking for his hands, but they were behind his back the whole time. I think these cops were fighting themselves thinking he was fighting back. One cop would put his hands one way and the other would put it back the other. Animals.
It’s possible that they were saying those things and moving their hands around to deliberately manipulate what the body camera would show. If that is true and the man had his hands behind his back the whole time, then they deserve harsh punishment.
Law enforcement, including local cops, Feds, and even security, tend to be heartless, ruthless, pieces of shit for the most part and have excessive protections for those behaviors and attitudes. That's why the kind hearted and considerate ones are so memorable.
Just curious, did you repeat that from some other comment, or you just thought that yourself? That’s a really specific take on the video and knowing how narratives and misinfo works with malicious agents, I have to ask.
12eason mentioned how they seemed to be grabbing each other’s hands, and I noticed in a different video that the officer’s camera appeared to be mounted to his glasses, which fell off shortly after he tackled the suspect. I just observed that it is possible they were experienced with manipulating what is shown and not shown on their cameras, but it is not certain. What is certain is the knew their cameras were rolling, but they didn’t know about the street light camera. It’s just something to look into during the trial. Also, I’m not pushing any narrative here, but for the agency to fire them ALL immediately, they must have more evidence than they have revealed. At least I would hope so! The guy throwing the 5 undefended haymakers is toast, however IMO.
Yeah if you run from cops and almost hit them with your car its accepted that you will get a rough arrest as punishment.
Imagine a dog pile of 5 people all yelling stop resisting while they hit you and pin your arm under your body. "Give me your arm!" Complience strikes etc.
Unfortunately for them they were dumb and kept kicking him after he was handcuffed.
When they pulled him out of the car, they yelled for him to get on the ground, and he got on the ground. Then they told him to put his belly on the ground, but one of the cops was holding his arm in a way that would not allow his body to turn that way. Then they sprayed and tased him about at the same time and he went into fight or flight. And he did both.
They never gave him time or space to follow their directions.
You people are so naive about the reality of handcuffing someone who doesn't want to be cuffed, even if only by stiffening up to maybe reach for that knife in his pants
He could have ended it at any point by simply surrendering. This is what people do not understand: The only logical end to resisting arrest is your death. Why is it that black people always take the most minor charges to the bitter end? And why do idiots like you defend it?
Yeah, they are beating the shit out of him because he wouldn't relax. FFS do you really think cops just go wild on a suspect for no reason? There is no circumstance out there where a cop has to use force on a suspect that surrendered. Hands up don't shoot never happened, remember?
I dont have a narrative. I wasnt calling the 5 cops racist, im pointing out that this website, patriots.win, has seen a huge uptick in racists and anti-semites recently. They are fucking morons and should be tossed to the side. Let them mingle with the Qtards for all i care.
Two things can be true. They shouldn't be allowed to beat you to death, and it's a bad idea to test their ability to like a decent human. These cops utterly failed the test but Tyre Nichols ends up bearing the consequence of that failure.
So corrupt cops are getting pushback from commies? Boys, I think we sit on the sideline on this one and watch it all burn down while we eat our popcorn.
Where I live we might see one cop somewhere around town maybe once every month or every other month. And he knows most locals. It isn’t like the cities where they have police budgets that probably rival small militaries elsewhere.
Let them fight it out lol, I’ll watch from a distance.
Am I the only one not getting the outrage? Maybe I haven't seen the whole/right video but he resisted arrest. Isn't that how cops behave when you resist arrest?
Edit: I just watched the video and yeah these cops are completely unprofessional and way out of line but honest question worth asking, couldn't all this have been avoided if he didn't resist? I'm not blaming the victim but we all know how cops get a power trip. Why doesn't everyone know you just let them take control then deal with it in court later?
They kicked in the face twice while he's on the ground, hit him multiple times in the face and chest with a baton, punched in multiple times in the face and head, then once they finally cuff him one of the officers kicks him in the ribs twice. I stopped watching once they had him cuffed but none of the other officers that arrived stopped them from continuing the beating. This is not your standard struggling to arrest someone this was a gang style beat down.
I am honestly shocked at the callous responses here. Truly. This is an abominable act of the police. Although I am not sure we ought to consider them police. This looks like gang enforcement. I bet we find out the deceased owed their boss money.
The street view is the giveaway. They aren’t trying to cuff him and he isn’t resisting. It is simply switch hitting. And it HAS to be personal. You don’t beat the ever living fuck out of someone like that just cuz he took off.
Another thing nobody is mentioning: When they were fired on January 20 and charged with a multitude of crimes including 2nd degree murder, the police chief said there was nothing suggestive of reckless driving. Meaning they pulled him over without cause.
It is highly probable that this guy knew who they were, knew what they intended to do after stopping him, and he did what every other rational person would do. He tried to haul ass. He didn’t get away.
Any faggot that thinks muh resisting arrest 5 on 1 means switch hitting with a black jack to the fucking face is gayer than aids and should do everyone a favor and off themselves. Or at least sterilize themselves. Fuck you. Disgusting bastards who say that shit.
Agreed. There is more to this. That guy had stolen money, disrupted the natural order of things, or was a snitch of some sort. That was an ambush and I believe those very likely were dirty cops.
These are the kind of police that should be thrown in jail for decades, but they only do that to white cops. These jogger cops will be let off with a slap, probably still get compensation after they're kicked off the force.
They got charged with multiple felonies, including 2nd degree murder. So unless a jury lets them off, they are probably in for life.
What is odd to me is that they were charged with kidnapping. In Tennessee, a death involving kidnapping or attempted kidnapping is first degree murder. Not sure why they didn’t bring that charge. Maybe it hinges on a conviction for kidnapping? No idea. But I think these guys are not going to be getting off.
Not saying they had the right to beat him to a pulp, and i don't generally support cops because the good ones don't out the bad ones. From the video i watched it appears the guy did struggle to keep the cops from cuffing. The 4 of them should have been able to subdue him with no massive beating. To counter your point. We really don't know how this would have gone down if he did calmly put his hands behind his back.
After watching the video and seeing that, I agree. BUT this is why you don't resist arrest. I'm not blaming the victim but it's common sense that cops are on a power trip and you just do what they say.
Hate to be the one to tell you but if you're being arrested, that isn't the time to fight it. All your doing at that point is racking up charges they'll use against you in court.
Fully aware of this, society needs to handle the gang problem that is the police. Police operate with impunity knowing that the citizenry will not question their judgment or presence. That mindset needs to change. They need to be reminded that they work for us, and that the position is not tenured.
You are not aware of this seeing as someone simply said "this is why you don't resist arrest" and you sarcastically replied "Just do what they say...", implying that you think resisting arrest is a good idea. It's not. You'll never win that fight against them during an arrest.
I mean, while I understand the sentiment...in these cases you have two options as the guy getting beat. Continue fighting and risk getting killed or lay down, do as your told, and wait for your payday. While it is understandable to take the "...rather die on my feet than live on my knees" mentality, from a sheer survivability and common sense rationale when outnumbered 5 to 1 by 5 armed cops, one might see the more sensible thing to do would be to surrender and live to fight another day. But I'd wager dude was too doped up for common sense.
I'm all for fighting but this was a good time to put your hands behind your back and keep your mouth shut. It was going to end in jail or worse. How much jail depended on how much he resisted.
Did Nichols have warrants? I feel like I would have heard about it if he did. What I have heard is that he was headed home from his job at FedEx. If he had a regular job, it shouldn't have been hard to arrest him in a controllable situation, if he had an outstanding warrant.
I’m not sure about this particular case. I shouldn’t have said always I guess. I just remember a real debate I had with a leftist after a police shooting was “well he shouldn’t have resisted arrest.” And they responded with “well he was fighting for his life. He was either going to go to prison or get killed by those cops. He wasn’t put in a fair situation.” And when I asked why he would have gone to jail they were like “because he had a warrant.” It’s amazing the lack of critical thinking people have.
I agree with not resisting arrest. However, in the first video he is laying on the ground and they are holding his arms and continue to tell him to get on the ground even though they are holding his arms at an awkward angle so he can't move and he is already on the ground. Then they try to pepper spray him and spray themselves like fuckin retards.
YES HE RUNS. I'm not justifying this at all.
But when they get him again they are holding both of his arms back, one arm for each man, and making no attempt at cuffing him. They hold him and the other cop kicks him in the face multiple times.
From a different bodycam footage, it shows that when he is on the ground and his arms are being held, he gets pepper sprayed multiple times and each time he does is when he starts struggling.
I'm sorry but it is natural human instinct to try and protect yourself when your arms are forced behind your back and you are being hit. He wasn't resisting but if you watch you can definitely see him struggle to protect himself from being hit.
There is no way in hell those 5 cops couldn't subdue him. They had his arms, they just weren't attempting to actually detain him.
You may be correct. 2 cops should be enough to cuff. Still tho, before you get to the beating and on the ground part you have a choice to peacefully surrender and put your hands behind your back. With body cameras they would never beat that charge if you clearly gave yourself up. By running you are simply racking up more charges
Before he runs, they yank him out of his car on throw him on the ground and have control of his arm. He is laying on his side as they are yanking his arm at an awkward angle and yelling at him to get on the fuckin ground. They never even told him why his was pulled over. But he WAS laying on the ground and they were twisting his arm. they then threatened to tase him and tried to pepper spray him when he was laying on the ground...THEN he ran. And he ran because the situation escalated so quickly WAY past the point of what should have taken place originally and he feared for his life.
Now, obviously, you should never run from the police. However, running from the police does not in any way justify what happened to him. He was detained, they made no attempt at cuffing him, and they held him up and beat him. Running from police does not give them any excuse to beat a perpetrator like that. Law enforcement officers are taught to restrain and deescalate situations. I HAVE NEVER seen a law enforcement officer kick someone in the face not once but twice while the person was laying on the ground and had his arms held behind his back.
The cops have body cameras on and it still didn't stop them from beating this guy to death.
What you don’t know is that they didn’t already intend that beating. Chief of police is already on the record saying there was nothing to support the basis of the stop - reckless driving. And with how deeply personal this appears, I wouldn’t be surprised that these cops are on the payroll of a gang, drug dealer, or other organized crime. And said victim owed their boss money. When they stopped him, he knew who they were and what they were gonna do and he hauled ass like any reasonable person would. There is no reason to believe that the same event would not have taken place, except he would be in handcuffs taking that black jack to the face.
Will have to watch it myself, but besides the rib kicks it sounds like shit that happens when you resist. Try swinging a baton at a moving target and sometimes you hit a face or chest. Same with being punched (or even kicked) in the face.
Easing up before the cuffs are on is an easy way to get shot by a perp that was fighting because he was trying to pull a concealed weapon.
But like I said, haven’t had a chance to watch yet. Maybe it’s as bad as some people are saying, but based on your description the only thing wrong is the rib kick
It doesn't matter. It is impossible to look at that video and conclude those 5 men should be cops. They are guilty of manslaughter at best, and they will have eventually cost the city millions in trial and civil suits
So far I haven't heard any credible claim that Nichols did anything to deserve this. They pepper sprayed him early on, and he wouldn't have been in control of his physical reactions for at least a little while after that. Officers may have misinterpreted some of his flailing and kicking as resistance or an attempt to assault them when it was actually just a normal reaction to the pepper spray.
Commentator on Watters is saying it doesn't appear that he was hit with a tazer. At first it was up against his body so wouldn't be able to deploy and then it looked like it was fired at him as he was running but missed.
Just so you know, the cartridge on the tazer is easy to remove, and clip back on.
If the cartridge with barbs isn't on the gun, it actually turns into a stun gun, and you can shock people like how he had it in the classic style.
I dont think it was activated when it was in contact with his body, you would know for sure.
But seeing and using that weapon, with and without the cartridge, I can tell you it doesn't take any time to attach the little box to turn the stun gun into a tazer and reload it for a second shot to go again. Or pull the cartridge off to get someone whose right next to you.
Possibly. But none of this would have happened if he didn't resist arrest and try and fight police.
1 guy trying to arrest you but you're a hood nibba and ain't going down like Dat cuz you dindu nuffin... sure whatever. 2nd cop comes in and you're still acting hood. 3rd cop. Still resisting. 4th cop. STILL FIGHTING. 5th cop... STILL. FUCKING. RESISTING.
like holy fuck.
I'd be pissed as hell if I thought I was being wrongfully arrested. Hell, maybe I'd even pull my arm away once or twice. But Holy shit the level of ice water temperature IQ it takes to continue fighting 5 dudes is fucking astounding.
If I got pepper sprayed for talking I'd probably be scared too... cops are getting out of hand. Stanford Experiment is too real in the force. I support police, generally, but you can't deny there are these power drunk assholes who have no place in law enforcement.
I haven't seen any evidence yet of what his driving violations were, and that could make a big difference. Rodney King was basically doing random attempted murder on a highway, speeding at something like 110 mph, and that sort of thing does give me some sympathy for officers who are impulsively inclined to deliver some serious street justice on the spot, especially since they know there's virtually no chance the perp will get real justice otherwise.
Apparently Nichols was gainfully employed at FedEx and really was on his way home from work when he was stopped. So I'm not in a hurry to write him off as "deserved this", but I also doubt the officers were just out to murder him for kicks.
the chief of police said there was zero evidence of any reckless driving. that is why the kidnapping charges are included. he should have never been stopped in the first place. something is very strange about this case. also, fuck the cops!
Yeah, that’s odd. Could just be that they’re randomly fucking people over to raise revenue, which will be interesting to hear in their murder trial. Or it was a targeted attack for an unknown reason.
I'm not saying this guy deserved to be kicked and beaten but that is a false equivalency. The J6 protestors were actually peaceful. It's been reported that he was driving recklessly and swerved his vehicle at police in addition to appearing to resist arrest. Again, not saying he deserved to be kicked and punched while he was on the ground.
Ah yes, punching a man repeatedly in the face is a key step in putting handcuffs on his wrists which are behind his back after he is restrained by three other men. I always forget that one on the test.
the chief of police said there was zero evidence of any reckless driving. that is why the kidnapping charges are included. he should have never been stopped in the first place. something is very strange about this case. also, fuck the cops!
The haymakers over and over were it for me man. Is he a pedo? Did he rape someones kid? Maybe killed someone? Something set these guys off and if not, and this was just for kicks they should recieve the max.
Wow. Yeah I just saw the pole cam video where he's standing up with one cop holding his arms and another laying blows to his face. I'm just glad everyone involved was black. At least black people are going to burn down black neighborhoods because black cops killed a black guy.
Let's be careful not to treat all 5 officers as a single unit. It's impossible to tell who's doing what from the videos, but I did hear one officer shouting "hey, watch out" as if he was trying to get one or more other officers to back off.
He wanted them to move so he could get a baton whack in! Still, this doesn’t justify burning and looting. The cops will be judged by a jury of their peers.
Holding another man down while another lays down the blows is still murder, if they literally just stood there while people they where with, cop or not, murders someone they are at minimum an accessory.
Running in general but especially at full Sprint. When I was in my early 20s I would run almost every day. Maybe 5 times a week at least. At least a few miles. Now I haven't ran in a few years. Mostly due to an injury. I would get winded running to my mailbox now. Most cops aren't in any shape to run.
Indeed. Just watch some of those cell extraction videos, where a squad of fully armed and armored LEOs try to control even a regular sized inmate. The inmate can sometimes manage to fight out of the cell even under those conditions.
Thank you for injecting a dose of common sense into all the emotion. Too many people here have no idea about the reality of (1) intensive cardio (2)carrying minimum 30 lbs of gear, followed by (3) intense struggle with a desperate, likely drugged human who is determined to resist. They likely didn't have the strength to overcome his resistance by that point, which was why they reverted to the baton, the pepper spray, the punches, and the kicks.
I'm not defending the use of force ( the kicks especially) but there is so much of a better way to handle this exhaustion. This doesn't look like malevolence, it looks to me like incompetence and laziness by the officers. The team take-down method where everyone works together and minimizes risk of injury to everyone (including arrestee) is so much more effective and looks so much better on camera. That way you don't have five exhausted guys working against each other, repeatedly failing, growing more tired and frustrated and upset by the second.
I'll bet this large bureaucracy (Memphis PD) in a blue city had an out-of-date, underfunded, and less-than-effective training program for use of force. Just like Minneapolis did. Now the city and taxpayers will likely pay out of the nose and these officers' lives are likely effectively over. Shame all around.
5 big ass dudes fucking STRUGGLED to handle him because.. guess what... humans are strong as shit. Especially when they're in "fight for your life so you don't go to jail George Floyd is my hero" mode.
Sounds like you only watched the 1st body cam video. Not the other hour of videos released on 4 videos.
He shook off a tazer. Ran from cops. Fought 5 cops. Channeled his inner Michael Brown and tried to grab one of their guns. NEVER COMPLIED until he was beaten nearly unconscious and his body finally gave out.
You're absolutely retarded and pathetic.
Oh. and fuck the police. Bunch of fucks. Pull people over for no reason. The amount of illegal searches they've done to me personally. Don't even get me started on their Nazi SS covid enforcers. Cops are dead to me.
But this fucking wild animal LITERALLY WAS ASKING FOR THIS.
If you shove that dildo up a little further it will come out your mouth.
These days, police departments don't have much to choose from when hiring and signing off on training. And that's the result of many years of progressive criminal coddling and police scapegoating.
Idk, I'd say the motive is easy to see. Cop from bodycam went from catching breath to pissed and swinging his baton in no seconds flat. He's just a low IQ who took his aggression out.
Hope he spends forever in prison, victim didn't deserve death here
Yeah, he really went from huffing & puffing & screaming "FUCK!" after being sprayed to walzing back to the criminal, baton out & ready to hit. No assessing the current situation.
I'm sure there is more to it though. Whole thing is a shit show.
I'm still curious why all the cop cars are unmarked. How long were these slime balls on the force? Looks like past criminal behavior was over looked as well.
They came at him fast and inappropriately, no doubt. But my main takeaway is that these are just completely retarded, incompetent cops who couldn't manage to get the suspect in cuffs, and kept pepper spraying each other in the face in the process. Their own idiocy made them mad and they took it out on him. Morons.
It's possible he had some familiarity with these particular cops, either from direct experience/witnessing or from other people in the area. If these cops had a reputation for this kind of behavior, trying to resist and run away from them might not be so stupid.
That was my first thought too. These cops were enraged. There is definitely more to the story that we don't yet know. What happened before the footage started?
He was reportedly working at FedEx, and was on his way home from work when he was stopped. I haven't heard anything about a past criminal record, but if he had one, I doubt that it was "career criminal" level, as I don't think FedEx has to go that far down to fill positions.
Hard to say. We have very little information about what preceded the stop. They were pretty aggressive with him immediately after the stop, getting him out of his car. It's possible that these officers have a reputation in the area, and Nichols may have had good reason to panic when he realized who had stopped him.
Also, looking at how these officers behaved throughout the period we have video for, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that one or more of them actually did something to provoke a driving violation by Nichols, to create a pretext for stopping him.
I hope we eventually find out the whole truth, but I'm worried that we may not.
Well, we can't have it both ways. He was either an upstanding citizen who had no contact with police or he knew these cops were gangsters. Regardless of that, anyone with above room temperature IQ, doesn't resist and run from a bunch of cops. Putting your hands up and complying while refusing to answer questions is your best bet of getting out of whatever jam they trying to put you in
Or he was an upstanding citizen who had no contact with police AND he knew these cops were gangsters. Word gets around a neighborhood about bad cops operating in the area. In hindsight, obviously things couldn't have ended any worse for him if he'd just put his hands up and complied, but that may not have been obvious at the start, and just like good police officers facing a potentially dangerous situation, Nichols had to make split second decisions about how to react.
I tell you what. I would choose to put my hands up. Stand still and let them cuff me. If they gangsta, they kill me anyway. At one point he even says he is giving up and then runs again. That is IQ well below room temperature.
Would you want to be stuck at work with your kids stuck at school when the riots broke out in the middle of the weekday? And would you really want the financial markets crashing when the riots broke out in the middle of a weekday?
The sad fact is that there is no good time to release this kind of evidence, just bad vs less bad times.
the sad fact is that we have an entire segment of the population that we all know will burn down cities because they are upset. and everyone knows exactly what will make them upset.
I just see the usual — cops with no grappling skills and poor cardiovascular conditioning giving unclear verbal commands and compensating for their lack of training with numbers and pepper spray.
But fuck wild gangster animals who make police interactions tense because the cop knows there are these Geoege Floyd's and Michael Browns out there willing to go full BLM.
Also fuck these wild animals who are in society to begin with. If they weren't we wouldn't have then risking peoples safety and causing police interactions.
"The summer of peaceful protest"....haha okay faggot. If burning looting and destruction of whole city blocks was a time of peace then you are high on Kumalas cackles.
This is actually pretty disgusting. I get it, he wasn't following orders, whatever. That isn't deserving of a death sentence, and such a horrific means of execution.
I'm glad the cops are being charged but ffs why riot? They're being charged and will likely be convicted.
Wow a tiny spritz of pepper spray and this officer couldn’t see or breath…. Seems like they would know not to empty the bottle in a suspects face. You know, cause they know the discomfort it causes. But nah, lemme beat this man with a baton because I’m a dumb fuck and so are all my friends. Fuckn Christ.
They had 3+ cops at the beginning, then 4+ at the 2nd encounter. 2 of them hold him, the other grab his fucking wrist and put the handcuff on. The guy was a fuckin twink and there's no reason they couldn't have handcuffed him.
All the punching, kicking, pepper spray was excessive.
Watching it now. These fuckin cops are insane.
Umm, the guy is dead... how much worse does it get? 🤔
Have they tested the cadaver for COVID-19 yet?
How else do you think he died?
Climate change you anti-science transphobe!
Climate change aaaaaand white supremacy.
Damnit I fucking love this place.
Totally. Those cops were the black face of white supremacy.
Finally a guy who died, but not from the tax cuts and net neutrality!
check if he has the use of his five senses, all his fingers and toes, if not, throw in ableist!
With a twist CLOT
I heard that in one of the videos you can see in a funny angle that a gas stove was the real culprit
I heard they screamed 'the' at him till he died.
“The” was culprit
What a sick joke to make.
Its real easy to identify the racists like you. You need to be eliminated from this site, and MAGA.
Just imagine how much worse this would have been had he not been vaccinated!
All 4 angles of the beating death of Tyre Nichols. Just uploaded. Might take a few minutes to be viewable:
Bodycam 1: https://www.bitchute.com/video/sNnWW2IE4SM4/
Pole Video: https://www.bitchute.com/video/xQYhl7Xqfm8p/
Bodycam 2: https://www.bitchute.com/video/pOWkfUCBnGrb/
Bodycam 3: https://www.bitchute.com/video/608ALIwxwVbK/
The pole 📷 is what got these cops they had no idea it was their they murdered him....... and it was his own kind black on black violence is an epidemic
whole raw footage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCbIK8b2ugU
Damn, taken down already.
Yeah he could be like... extra dead
Only other possibility is white supremacy
I heard he was seen eating an omelette earlier in the day, so those eggs probably gave him blood clots
it depends. were the eggs smuggled in from mexico?
Also might have cooked those eggs on a gas stove
I use Linux!
Net neutrality repeal bro
Cops cleared of all charges. Covid death. Case closed
Most of the cops were black, it was absolutely Covid
The TV says they are at higher risk for it....... also apparently pink is higher risk because she's an ugly dyke I think and Michel Phelps because he has depression.
Asking the important questions.
It's like 9/11 times a thousand.
Math is raycissss
9/11 didn’t have feet on Pelosi’s desk, that’s for sure.
9/11 times 2,356
I’d rather be dead, than brain-damaged or maimed, but your point stands.
Reginald Denny agrees with you, or he would if he could articulate himself clearly.
You could be a senator if you were brain damaged.
The result and the act are connected, but different. People have died from one punch, were they beaten worse than King? No. But they died, so their result was worse.
King wasn't beaten. He was fought while out of his mind with insane strength thanks to PCP.
CORRECT.
Semantics. It may have started as a fight, but it ended as a beating. And yes he was high on pcp, making it justified.
I see. If it wasn't for him being alive, they wouldn't have had to beat him to death.
Resisting. It’s because he was resisting that they used force until he complied. His choice and he got what he wanted. No sane person who wants to live would have acted like that.
HE PROBABLY SAID A 'YO MAMA' JOKE.
So "dead" is the bar?
No unvaccinated is worse than death
Thank Science for the Church of Latter Day Saints! I’m able to vaccinate all my departed relatives.
This shit right here. Underrated comment of the year.
Yup, big black pill for me when Mormon Inc fell to global homo in all of this.
They kicked him in the head on the ground multiple times. That's deadly force.. what's next ur gonna defend the cops on j6?
Those old ladies and 20 year old girls were super fuckin scary, man! J6 cops had no choice!
Canadian old ladies are tougher. The police there are scared enough of them to attack them with horses.
Right! Back da blu!!!!
Stop being rayciss. That's just how black folks fight. Once you go down, they start kicking you in the head.
🤢
nah. the boot lickers change their tune for the J6ers. they are like chameleons!
Yeaaa.. its sad how near sighted they are..
he could have chosen not to resist after getting caught doing some actual criminal shit like running away from police and etc.
i am tired of having any shred of sympathy to criminals like them. that guy was not a "protestor" or doing something he "felt was right". he is just a fking criminal. yes police were probably unprofessional, and he died from the beatings which he got by police trying to subdue him... shit happens. if he lost strength/consciousness so police had the ability to cuff him yet they still kicked/punched him, then ofc that's over the board excessive force. but what I've seen here it's nothing special, just BLM and such finding their new "victim" so they can riot again because all the stolen money before was spent so they need to rob more stores.
Yeah, no way those black cops would treat you that way.(s)
i wouldn't run from them in the first place, then wouldn't resist. plus i wouldn't need to run from them because i wouldn't do some criminal shit.
by him escaping away from police by car he endangered everyone around him. he was not some innocent person getting beat up for no reason. they couldn't cuff him so they had to use force. now the "force" might have been untrained, but this can happen when someone resists for no fking reason while doing criminal stuff.
how do you still have empathy for criminals like them? do you think it would have been better if we wait 1h for 10more police, money spent, then he sent to prison, money spent, then he goes to court with the judges and security there, money spent, then he sits his sentence and gets free after a couple of years and repeats the circle. yep, tbh i don't condone his death because i believe every person has the potential to change for the better, but tbh this was probably a net positive gain for humanity. ofc in the end it wouldn't be because next wave of criminal BLM protests are gonna start, and we will defund the police, and criminals like that would run amok in the country.
I don't know what video you are talking about, i hope you are not drugged up as well else i recommend not running from police because you might have the same fate lol.
i supposedly have seen the whole video, and none of what you described happened.
here is one full video. tell me timestamp where you hallucinated that they held him up by his "shoulders". while he was semi-unconscious.
https://edition.cnn.com/2023/01/26/us/tyre-nichols-timeline-investigation/index.html
You are an idiot, sir.
i am sorry to say but you are the moron here if you can't understand logic. nice rebuttal tho. lol.
It's not about him. It's about you.. don't you realize this?
i have no idea what you are implying. what do i have to realize? that i could get beaten up innocently by police like them? well i wouldn't resist, especially after the 2nd punch because i would realize they are serious, and i would sue them after if it truly was excessive.
force have to be used one way or the other on a noncompliant perpetrator. there is no alternative. sure they could wait for 1h until 10 more policemen arrive and wrestle him so they could cuff him.. not sure if that's better overall with money spent and "good points gained" how empathetically we behaved towards criminals.
Lick more boot
cry more like a victim and become a commie.
Oh shut the fuck up, This is not a leftist website. We support the police and hate thugs.
Rodney king deserved to be executed on the street
Wow executed on the street 4 real?
Should probably just go back to vdeo games for tonight jeez
Nice slippery slope you got there.. how much u want for it?
It's true though, he beat a female cop half to death and led the cops on a high speed chase before they beat the fuck out of him.
He absolutely needed to be stopped immediately, even lethally
not just drunk, king had cocaine and pcp in his system.
Ok judge dredd
ok soft on crime faggot
Um well yeah executed is pretty lethally lol
I don't think there are as many people here that agree with you as you think, just saying.
So if someone dies fighting the cops... its by default worse than rodney king, thats your assesment?
Can't really say I give a fuck about dead criminals.
King got handsomely paid. And spent the money and free time drinking his life away. But I think he did eventually get sober.
The beating Rodney King took was way worse than this. The cops were way more brutal to him.
Elbowing a cop and running is grounds for a beating to death? Damn... I can't agree there.
I think there’s a Bible line about “stupid begate stupid” or something like that which applies. If you’re dumb enough to elbow and run from a cop then I’m ok not worrying about the individual anymore.
(Responding to the comment - not the video. I haven’t watched them yet)
Yes. If you continue to resist arrest until you are beaten to death then they will likely beat you to death
What kind of pussies do the police departments hire if 4 cops can’t even handcuff a 120lb man without killing him?
Go join antifa you illiterate moron.
Lol um, no thanks. You can support police, yet be objective, and call brutality out when it is actually present. You dogmatic fool.
Learn to fucking read.
Holy you can't be this dumb.
Fuck off retard.
Yeah, are there other videos? The one I saw was bad but nowhere near as bad as a lot of others
Ummm, I have news for you...this guy DIED. You don't think that's way worse than what happened to Rodney King? Might wanna rethink your comment.
If he was vaccinated it wasn’t worse.
Muh blue lives.
So I guess the brutal beating Floyd got was worse than Rodney king too?
What does that have to do with anything. What matters is whether the force was warranted and this force was 100% warranted.
This is exactly why I feel like we're not getting the full story.
All circumstances call for it if the person is still resisting arrest.
Fought with police, ran from police, wrestled with police, reached for his gun. The dude fucked around and found out. Once again, he’s be alive if he just did what he was told and cooperated it instead he wanted to make a point and pick a fight with 5 cops. No sympathy.
So this guy used deadly force on the police,? Or was about to? Please share the video 🙏
You can take the something out of the jungle something something
They wanted community policing, this is community policing.
Underrated comment.
great point.
IT DOES SEEM TO REFLECT THE 'ACCEPTED' LEVEL OF VIOLENCE (THAT NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO QUESTION BECAUSE RAAAAAACIST!!!) IN THE BLACK 'COMMUNITY'.
Can't turn a hoe into a something something
Vice President? I'm pretty sure the answer is Vice President.
Kek...
but, obviously you can.
but they still can get into the White House
Joggers policing joggers.
Looks like the “representative community policing” that they always asked for.🤷🏻♂️
BaCk Da BlUe.
They blacked the blue.
Lol yup.. retards
You ever try to cuff someone who doesn't want to be cuffed?
Nope, cause that's not my job. If I tried to do that I would be breaking a law. Luckily these experts have full protection from repercussions so they can club away.
Some people need a good clubbing
Maybe so, but is that worth it?
The view from the streetlight camera shows a better angle and it's bad, totally excessive
https://twitter.com/JamKozy/status/1619127098970640386
Yup. Has nothing to do with race even though a lot of weirdos here think it does. Cops are terrible.
Imagine being part of a local minority group where you saw the government attacking your people.
Thats what the 2A is for.
One youtube comment I saw which nailed it was "they held him up so they could keep hitting him."
Boy howdy it looks a lot like that
Just curious, did you repeat that from some other comment, or you just thought that yourself?
The boxing part was quite a stunner. Like what even is that. He get hired right out of prison?
Yeah if you run from cops and almost hit them with your car its accepted that you will get a rough arrest as punishment.
Imagine a dog pile of 5 people all yelling stop resisting while they hit you and pin your arm under your body. "Give me your arm!" Complience strikes etc.
Unfortunately for them they were dumb and kept kicking him after he was handcuffed.
Rookie move.
expected and accepted aren't the same thing
Don't run from cops and they won kill you dumbass jogger
Running from cops does not justify murder you fucking retard
2 minutes into the video he is on the ground and about to be arrested and go home the next business day.
He struggles out and runs down the street lmao.
Fucking literally jogging.
If you don't want to be beaten to death just take the arrest and fight it in court.
If you want to die by cops fight them.
It's not rocket surgery.
They were pissed that they tazed & pepper sprayed themselves & each other... and they took it out on this guy.
😆🤣
NegroPD
Memphrica’s finest!!
That's what they're good at.
Giving a bunch of conflicting directions, then taking it out on the person for not doing what they're told, or the "wrong" thing.
Pigs.
Perhaps they had previous interactions with him and knew he was dangerous?
You people are so naive about the reality of handcuffing someone who doesn't want to be cuffed, even if only by stiffening up to maybe reach for that knife in his pants
Get the fuck out of here.
5 grown ass men vs 1 grown man.
The punching and kicking was unnecessary, they could have easily cuffed him, hog tied him, threw him in the back of the car, etc.
That's just a piss poor excuse to take out their tazers, mace, batons, etc.
"They could have just shot the gun out of his hand"
He could have ended it at any point by simply surrendering. This is what people do not understand: The only logical end to resisting arrest is your death. Why is it that black people always take the most minor charges to the bitter end? And why do idiots like you defend it?
JFC. Are you that god damn stupid? "Just relax" ? There is no relax, they are beating the shit out of him.
Yeah, they are beating the shit out of him because he wouldn't relax. FFS do you really think cops just go wild on a suspect for no reason? There is no circumstance out there where a cop has to use force on a suspect that surrendered. Hands up don't shoot never happened, remember?
Historically, yes. They have.
Almost like theres a ton of racists on this site.
You sound like one, the cops were black too, but that doesn't fit your tiny head narrative, eh?
I dont have a narrative. I wasnt calling the 5 cops racist, im pointing out that this website, patriots.win, has seen a huge uptick in racists and anti-semites recently. They are fucking morons and should be tossed to the side. Let them mingle with the Qtards for all i care.
Into the trash you go!
Fuck joggers, fuck juice, and fuck your whore mom
"His hands are cuffed behind his back! Better throw haymakers at his face, he might be stiffening up!"
No one wants to be hand cuffed. And when you have 5 fully grown negros that can’t cuff 1 skinny negro, they aren’t doing something right.
Yeah and trayvon Martin was a little boy, and Michael Brown was a gentle giant lmao You cannot be a better BLM spokesperson
The cops did not fo a good job controlling him in the first place, they had plenty of help but still could not control him
Agreed. Sure he resisted, but not assaultive. You don't gain control by punching him in the face.
If you make the cops work to arrest you, their gonna make you pay for it if they get you.
Does that justify it? Is that the standard we want for cops? You make them angry and they're allowed to beat you to death?
Two things can be true. They shouldn't be allowed to beat you to death, and it's a bad idea to test their ability to like a decent human. These cops utterly failed the test but Tyre Nichols ends up bearing the consequence of that failure.
I saw some absolute pieces of human shit as a military police officer. I 100% believe this.
decent humans aren't cops
A beatdown for people who flee is a good deterrent
Than they shouldn't be cops.
Police “defensive tactics “ training is a joke, and there are no mandatory physical fitness standards on municipal police departments.
Too many chiefs, not enough indians
Yeah I saw that too. Much worse.
Excessively resisting arrest
Oh yay nationwide riots
BTW: EVERY SINGLE COP INVOLVED OF THE 5 WERE BLACK
They were systematically white, and intersectionally, as well.
"Morally white" is the wokr word for it
"SYSTEMATICALLY INTERNALIZED UNCLE TOM WHITE SUPREMACY" IS, I BELIEVE, THE TERM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
Thank you for the laugh in this otherwise shitshow of a comment section 😂😂
Some shit about “having institutional power” makes them white basically.
Yes but the key here is that they were cisgender males displaying toxic masculinity
Not if they didn't vote for Biden.
CHECKMATE, DRUMPFTARDS
That’s going to be a major advantage for them politically. Can you imagine what it would be like if they were all White?
Disgusting that this is the case. "Anti-racism" at work.
No, they were dark white supremacists.
wHiTe
So corrupt cops are getting pushback from commies? Boys, I think we sit on the sideline on this one and watch it all burn down while we eat our popcorn.
I’ll join you.
#metoo
POUND ME TOO
Where I live we might see one cop somewhere around town maybe once every month or every other month. And he knows most locals. It isn’t like the cities where they have police budgets that probably rival small militaries elsewhere.
Let them fight it out lol, I’ll watch from a distance.
Same for me. I don't care about what happens in the big dump cities.
Helloooo from ‘red as the devil’s ass’ rural America!!
No place else I'd rather be
Probably the only place with eggs…from local sellers
That is what we all should do, sit this one out
good comment
I was just thinking it was libtards blowing crap out of proportion as usual. You watch 5 minutes of Video 1 and that's totally not the case.
Video 2 from the street view is even worse.
At least it was NHI all around.
So nothing of value was lost.
I shouldn’t be surprised to see you coping hard about this. Par for the course. PDW’s own low iq resident shill.
They could have gotten off as long as they only did the rough arrest up until the cuffs go on.
Police union lawyers could have argued resisting arrest.
But it's almost impossible to argue post handcuff strikes.
Not a back the blue guy, just saying that's the reality of running from cops and almost running one over.
Do you have a link to this one?
Still, what would be a proportional response? Because BLM trashing multiple cities and causing billions in damages isn't it.
We'll see if the response is proportional or not...
After watching the video and seeing that, I agree. BUT this is why you don't resist arrest. I'm not blaming the victim but it's common sense that cops are on a power trip and you just do what they say.
Just do what they say...
Just eat the bugs.
Just drive the EV.
Just get a vasectomy.
Just let your wife fuck whoever they want while you watch.
Just kill yourself.
Don't. Give. An. Inch. To. Tyranny.
Hate to be the one to tell you but if you're being arrested, that isn't the time to fight it. All your doing at that point is racking up charges they'll use against you in court.
No matter how bad it is, punching the cop isn't going to make it better.
Be prepared to fight to the death if you want to resist arrest.
You need to be reminded they don't and didn't work for "us"
They are LAW enforcement. Servants of the STATE not you.
And where does the state derive its power? Follow the chain. Not that complicated.
They serve us, make no mistake, bootlicker.
Refusing to eat the bugs is exactly the same as refusing to comply after running from cops dude youre a fucking genius.
They always resist arrest because they have warrants and don’t want to go to prison.
FedEx is a good job and it suggests this guy wasn't an actual criminal.
Not going to argue with you. Everything the police did, was wrong. Everything the dead guy did was wrong too.
He is a criminal. Not a victim.
Watch the videos. At one point the guy is practically passed out and they are standing him up for haymakers
Yep. Pretty fucking bad.
https://twitter.com/i/status/1619127098970640386
He wouldn’t have been almost passed out if he wasn’t resisting arrest for 15 minutes prior despite getting pepper spray twice and tased once
It doesn't matter. It is impossible to look at that video and conclude those 5 men should be cops. They are guilty of manslaughter at best, and they will have eventually cost the city millions in trial and civil suits
Did you watch the fucking video yet?
This shit was absolutely absurd and they deserve life in prison.
Just the rib kick was out of line huh?
How about the running start field goal kick to the face on a totally subdued person?
How about the two cops standing him up and holding his arms back so they could punch him?
You get what you fucking deserve.
He was tazed earlier if you heard one of the guys, so he was fighting them for a while.
Shit happens my nigga
I call this top tier community policing.
If I got pepper sprayed for talking I'd probably be scared too... cops are getting out of hand. Stanford Experiment is too real in the force. I support police, generally, but you can't deny there are these power drunk assholes who have no place in law enforcement.
Reckless driving, felony fleeing, resisting with force. Yup, nothing to deserve it. Soft bigotry of low expectations
I wasn't aware that we have the death penalty for reckless driving and resisting arrest.
Executed (literally) on the spot, without a trial of one's peers and presumption of innocence.
This was super bad, all officers involved should immediately be terminated for cause.
Was this comment copy and pasted directly from reddit?
Or it was a targeted attack for an unknown reason.
could be a woman involved. maybe an affair that was found out? i don't know, but this really looked personal.
Defending this makes you look like the boot licker you must be.
100% you wouldn't be saying this if it was done to J6 protestors
I'm not saying this guy deserved to be kicked and beaten but that is a false equivalency. The J6 protestors were actually peaceful. It's been reported that he was driving recklessly and swerved his vehicle at police in addition to appearing to resist arrest. Again, not saying he deserved to be kicked and punched while he was on the ground.
They had him restrained from behind and he still got clocked in the face multiple times. Those guys were just standing there winding up.
This was police brutality. They aren't claiming he had a weapon, just that he was running.
Because he was resisting and wouldn’t let them cuff him. Are you a retard?
How's that tyrant boot taste?
You must be a cop.
Ah yes, punching a man repeatedly in the face is a key step in putting handcuffs on his wrists which are behind his back after he is restrained by three other men. I always forget that one on the test.
They reported that J6 was a violent insurrection.
We don’t know what he was actually doing, if anything, to justify the stop. Let alone beating him to death.
the chief of police said there was zero evidence of any reckless driving. that is why the kidnapping charges are included. he should have never been stopped in the first place. something is very strange about this case. also, fuck the cops!
Let me guess you only watched the eastern entrance and not western entrance lol
Exactly. Those cops are the thugs
It was. Where you been?
and did they get what they fucking deserved? Or are you a hypocrite?
We must have watched a different video. This dude had it coming 100%.
Look for the other angles. It’s fucked up and goes on for ages.
The haymakers over and over were it for me man. Is he a pedo? Did he rape someones kid? Maybe killed someone? Something set these guys off and if not, and this was just for kicks they should recieve the max.
Cop chimpout.
Chimps vs Bonobo.
THIS GUY GOODALL'S.
Wow. Yeah I just saw the pole cam video where he's standing up with one cop holding his arms and another laying blows to his face. I'm just glad everyone involved was black. At least black people are going to burn down black neighborhoods because black cops killed a black guy.
Don't be so sure. The media is already trying to sway it, saying the cops had internalized white supremacy..
Don't be a boot licker.
Me too
Cool. Where?
And accidentally pepper spraying themselves.
That was one of the funny parts.
They're suffering from the spray too. Untrained imbeciles.
This is the trash they gotta backfill the ranks with because good cops are leaving
All according to plan.
Sadly, yes. This is the correct take.
Exactly, except that the good cops are being driven out. They're not just spontaneously "leaving".
"good cops" LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Running with all that gear on can be surprisingly exhausting.
Which is the department’s fault for not mandating fitness training and testing.
It would have to be pretty intense training. Combat sports have short rounds for a reason. Wrestling winds you way faster than running.
STANDARDS ARE RAAAAAAAAAACIST!!!!!
You clearly didn't watch the video.
It’s hard to see much of anything; the cop whose body can they released isn’t facing the action for most of it.
Can five cops really not get somebody handcuffed when they’re laying on the ground?
No. They can't. Humans are strong. Men are especially strong. A man fighting for his "life/freedom/not arrested" is incredibly strong.
Trying to cuff someone like that is NOT easy. He shook off tazers and pepper spray.
Just proves how BS Fentanyl Floyd shit was
My only beef would be with the underfunded part. They rarely are. Where the funds go, may be a different story.
Good point
Solid take
This.
You're a fucking idiot.
Stop boot licking. That fucking kid could not have weighed more than 140 and was like 5'8 at most. They pepper sprayed themselves, they were morons.
He also did not "shake off" pepper spray, he was laying there screaming and writhing in pain.
LMFAO!!! Go outside and riot faggot
You would be surprised at how poorly cops are trained regarding use of force. The “qualifications “ are laughable.
These days, police departments don't have much to choose from when hiring and signing off on training. And that's the result of many years of progressive criminal coddling and police scapegoating.
Even back in Those Fabulous Nineties there were no size standards for hiring. That’s why you see little tiny copettes, big fat slobs, etc.
Bingo.
Exactly my thoughts. I didn't see much there other than them being idiots and not being able to control one smaller dude
It has 4 parts: https://vimeo.com/cityofmemphis Go under their videos
Looks like absolute incompetence to me. Cop got mad they sprayed themselves then took it out on the perp.
It’s hard to say for sure, but that sounds plausible.
One said "he made me spray myself", fucking dumbass. The collective iq of all involved could not have been over 320
Aha.
And what about the one who came in with the metal baton? Did he get sprayed?
^ he typed from his cozy warm couch with a calm resting 60 bmp heart rate and not wrestling with a violent criminal resisting handcuffs.
Back blue no matter who huh? Imbecile.
Nope
They came at him fast and inappropriately, no doubt. But my main takeaway is that these are just completely retarded, incompetent cops who couldn't manage to get the suspect in cuffs, and kept pepper spraying each other in the face in the process. Their own idiocy made them mad and they took it out on him. Morons.
Finally someone intelligent in here lol. This is sheer incompetence, probably compounded by poor training.
Running start soccer kicking a dude in the face who is totally incapacitated is "incompetence" now, cool.
you are 100% correct! very well put.
It was one big Nigga Moment (tm).
You're out of your element
I’m impressed you know the difference between your and you’re. I think there are only about 3 of us on the internet.
she sounds right on the money to me!
Watch them try to Federalize the police, and the Communist Republicans will support it
Of course Republicans will. #Backtheblue am I right?
That's the FBI, idiot.
Invest in golden coffins and large store window glass now.
Black on Black crime must be stopped!!!
🍿 🍿 🍿
That was bad. Dude is kicking I'm the head and then punching him while the other officers hold him upright.
Fighting and running from the cops is fucking stupid, but it's quite obvious the police went too far.
It's possible he had some familiarity with these particular cops, either from direct experience/witnessing or from other people in the area. If these cops had a reputation for this kind of behavior, trying to resist and run away from them might not be so stupid.
He almost hit one with his car so he was getting the extra rough arrest.
But they didn't read page 3 of the manual that says stop kicking after handcuffs go on or you could get in trouble.
This was personal. I guarantee you they were not strangers.
That was my first thought too. These cops were enraged. There is definitely more to the story that we don't yet know. What happened before the footage started?
If the guy was a career criminal he was probably known to police, yes.
He was reportedly working at FedEx, and was on his way home from work when he was stopped. I haven't heard anything about a past criminal record, but if he had one, I doubt that it was "career criminal" level, as I don't think FedEx has to go that far down to fill positions.
All that would make sense, but who runs simply because of a traffic violation? Assuming no warrants, no drugs, no intoxication.
Chris Rock: How not to get your ass kicked by the police (HINT: Don't resist arrest).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uj0mtxXEGE8
If the cops have to chase you, they’re bringing an asswhopping with them.
Don't run. Don't resist. Get lawyer.
Dude was just unlucky to get black cops. White cops would have let him go before they used any amount of force. They've learned the hard way.
Facts
There's White cops in Memphis?
Friday night release. It's like someone planned it for maximum effect. Except for Graceland, Memphis can burn.
Was this timed to bury the Pelosi hammer video?
My guess was the Veritas stuff
Probably both, get the masses all swirled up on violence and jogger antics.
No the pfizer pfaggot video
Would you want to be stuck at work with your kids stuck at school when the riots broke out in the middle of the weekday? And would you really want the financial markets crashing when the riots broke out in the middle of a weekday?
The sad fact is that there is no good time to release this kind of evidence, just bad vs less bad times.
the sad fact is that we have an entire segment of the population that we all know will burn down cities because they are upset. and everyone knows exactly what will make them upset.
Where’s the beating?
I just see the usual — cops with no grappling skills and poor cardiovascular conditioning giving unclear verbal commands and compensating for their lack of training with numbers and pepper spray.
At least he sprayed himself and another officer and still managed to get some on the perp.
Would have not come to this if he didn't resir arrest and continuously fight cops until his last breath. Super gangster of him. Street cred level 9000
Remember that when they come to you for your guns or opinions. Be a good boy.
Yeah I do remember. Fuck the police
But fuck wild gangster animals who make police interactions tense because the cop knows there are these Geoege Floyd's and Michael Browns out there willing to go full BLM.
Also fuck these wild animals who are in society to begin with. If they weren't we wouldn't have then risking peoples safety and causing police interactions.
keep licking those boots!
keep resisting those arrests!
They tased him too and he still fought
Did he mace himself?
Yeah, lol
He Lloyd Christmas binaca’d himself
LOL the cop pepper sprayed himself and had to sit out for a minute. What a dunce.
like I always say. fuck the police.
Cops would be cool if they were viciously trained not to be trigger-happy globohomo. But until then, yeah fuck cops.
We need cops but they're the worst. haha
I mean getting cornholed would probably get you out of an ass beating but there has to be a better way.
This
Their past training really sucked.
Many such cases.
All of their IQs don't even break 100 when added up... that's a problem too.
That too. They ain't the brightest bulbs on the shelf at the Home Depot.
Don’t plan to watch this but I’ll just say if folks gonna riot, realize it wasn’t white people that did this so no need to destroy white people stuff.
They won’t care. That’s the problem. They hate whites illogically. So they don’t need a legit reason.
Don't worry, they won't. They always destroy black-owned small businesses.
I hope this is sarcastic because I’m not sure a single white owned small business was targeted during the summer of peaceful protest.
Even when things got out of hand in my own largely white neighborhood the only place which actually got looted was a minority owned business.
"The summer of peaceful protest"....haha okay faggot. If burning looting and destruction of whole city blocks was a time of peace then you are high on Kumalas cackles.
Lol that was sarcasm bro.
A mistake our side makes a lot (even me) :
They don't care about logic. They'll still blame white people and riot.
White people have stuff worth destroying.
It’s not about who is at fault. It’s about who can pay.
no. this IS a REAL problem!
all 4 full videos are here.
https://vimeo.com/cityofmemphis
This is actually pretty disgusting. I get it, he wasn't following orders, whatever. That isn't deserving of a death sentence, and such a horrific means of execution. I'm glad the cops are being charged but ffs why riot? They're being charged and will likely be convicted.
never make a fat man run they say
Shhhh let them burn their own cities to the ground.
No actual surprise that the mess that will kick off the race war is black on black violence. It is so ironic that it isn’t ironic at all.
They are treating this guy like a piece of human trash. This is fucking revolting.
That’s because he is
Thugs with badges lmao
If you beat a man like that for that long, you know he’s going to die.
Or at least be left with some significant brain damage.
We just need to get on with the big war. Problem is that liberals and minorities still see the government as their benefactor.
Diversity hires. You get what you pay for.
The cop that the camera is on looks like he maced himself. you see nothing here
Everyone wanted black neighborhoods patrolled by black cops
Wow a tiny spritz of pepper spray and this officer couldn’t see or breath…. Seems like they would know not to empty the bottle in a suspects face. You know, cause they know the discomfort it causes. But nah, lemme beat this man with a baton because I’m a dumb fuck and so are all my friends. Fuckn Christ.
Literally don’t care. I hate every single party involved, because they would have no qualms with causing harm to me and mine. Grab the popcorn!
I live and work around whites so statistics and popcorn are on my side.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XJ5Ha6l6lhE
Lay off the meth
Shut the fuck up!
Cry more faggot.
