He might be the most legendary prolific 3 point shooter ever, but he's been totally brainwashed into the leftist TDS cult. He falls in line with every single thing coming from the machine, and he hates Trump for some reason.
Fuck this guy
Edit: Wow, when they say "Low-Income", they mean that in a relative sense, as in relative to the other filthy rich people that live nearby, as these houses are anything but "low-income". Check out what they're going for:
They said that 15 of the homes and 24 of the condos would be sold for between $261,000 and $373,000, and none of the 156 properties would be more than $1 million.
He's one of them basketball millionaires and everybody knows how they are the cream of society. Just go down to your local public basketball court sometimes and listen to them. It will be an enlightening experience. Just make sure they don't know whitey is listening.
Correct. He grew up in a rich white neighborhood and his only experience with the ghetto is from stories he hears from his teammates. He’s a virtue signaling coward.
Meghan Perry, one of the leaders of the Nantucket Tipping Point protest group, told The Daily Beast that her objections were not 'NIMBYism'.
Perry noted that the island's fire chief testified that the development posed a 'serious public safety concern.
I wonder if she actually believes that, or if she knows she's full of shit because every single neighborhood in the country will have those same safety concerns.
Bad credit. Imagine thinking it's that score that banks attribute to poor people and nothing to do with responsibility or the amount of foreclosures and properties that are being bought by investors in other countries before they even hit the market before the neighborhood even gets a chance. Now there is government programs looking at getting access to these properties 1st, to purchase them under the guise of affordable housing so that they can loan them to people based on their race
interest rates are based on wealth not money, for people getting their 1st home credit score is a barrier.
There's a reason why there's commercial for 3rd tier applications that say they can bump your credit score up 50 points if you pay your medical bill or electrical bill on time they might report it to one of the credit bureau's and that might help you if you give them your information.
After the 2008 recession the housing crisis was bailed out the banks were bailed out and the people were forced to get private mortgage insurance that's another 100 to $200 on to your monthly rate in case you failed to pay it back.
Walk in the bank show them you have millions in the bank or one house with equity you get your 2nd 3rd and 4th home half the interest

Curry is a longtime Democrat who joined Obama for a town hall on racial equality in 2019. A year later, he put his kids in front of a camera during the 2020 DNC to endorse Biden. He gave $10,000 to Colin Kaepernick-linked charities and called Trump’s 2024 run a “threat."
I lived in a small New England town that didn't even have a stoplight. It was less than 2 hours from NYC, real estate was cheap, and taxes were very low.
New Yorkers started pouring in and buying summer/weekend homes. That drove up property values and made it tough for locals to buy a home. Some locals, who's families had been there for generations, couldn't afford to set down roots in town.
Affordable housing was a solution even the affluent invaders bought into. Why? Because we had an all volunteer fire department that was losing volunteers who couldn't afford to buy.
All the units were single family dwellings spread throughout town, and priority went to firefighters and locals who'd been long time renters. The town owned the land and you bought the house. You could build equity in the house, but could only sell it based on the low-income rules.
OP comes in swinging that was huge very glad you responded. Completely forgot about the good intentions and what it can do for people if affordable housing is used as a contributing factor to communities.
Bridge the Wealth gap. 3 ways to do it.
A. Bring the wealth of the poor up to his wealth
B. Bring his wealth down to the level of the poor
C. Move both parties toward the center lowing his wealth
He thinks he's more entitled to privacy and safety than others. Hypocrite.

John Stockton has entered the chat.
And has bigger balls than the rest of the current NBA combined.
Ray Allen > Steph Curry
Fight me.
throws mouthpiece like a toddler
Stockton keeps making the news around here, as a Pure Blood, and he cannot attend Gonzaga games (as an alum, and father of a female player).
TIL I'm well, well below low income.
Rich people do not like to live amongst regular folk.
You misspelled Piece of Shit.

He doesn't mind the housing project going in in your neighborhood, just not his, because HE is special.
NIMBY ninja.

This is bigger than what’s making the news https://www.hud.gov/AFFH happening in areas where there are none to few celebrities.
In suburbs like yours and mine
They are all hypocrites.

It has worked out well.
OP comes in swinging that was huge very glad you responded. Completely forgot about the good intentions and what it can do for people if affordable housing is used as a contributing factor to communities.
The key is it was a community driven solution, not federally or state mandated.
Leave us alone, and we can work it out.
nOt iN mY bAcK yArD!!!
Just build a wall bigot.
Well, I'll be damned. It's almost as if he doesn't want the same filth living next door to him like we got stuck with. Weird.
I've despised him for years so nothing changes.
Entitled pampered millionaire son of a millionaire
Good to see race hucksters pulling up the ladder behind them.
Better for us because it keeps other race hucksters down, and it shows their greedy intent.
Low income housing is a scam anyway. But Curry is a hypocrit, so he needs to live by his own rules.
Tell steph to Learn To Fight
The mixed race ones are always the maximum tier hypocrites and grifters

Dave Chapelle did the same thing here in Ohio. https://www.cnn.com/2022/02/10/entertainment/dave-chappelle-affordable-housing/index.html
Who?
Some rich, woke black guy who is concerned about the racial wealth gap.
Someone who is inferior to Larry Bird? I think?
