Apparently from a report I saw it has two small propellers, implying it might have some ability to navigate. (Or those might just be to measure wind speeds or to spin a dynamo to produce electricity or some other thing.) it’s possible it may have driven there.
Them there’s new reports of these balloons showing up over Canada, South America and the Philippines.
Lauren Bobert tweeted that she was breifed that the DoD has been tracking it since it was over the Aleutian Islands. That is very concerning. There has been ample opportunity to destroy it over desolate areas.
I was wrong earlier about its size, by the way. Supposedly just the payload dangling beneath is about the size of three busses.
