We really do, the state of magazines and print media in general is terrible. Recently we went to the local large bookstore and saw several nationally-distributed newspapers (USA Today, Failing New York Times, etc.) all pushing The Narrative in lock-step. The front pages were all Leftist Agenda propaganda, like a print version of CNN/MSNBC. They had big displays of "woke" and gay propaganda books, with very few Conservative-oriented books on the shelves.
What stood out to me more than the coordinated propaganda: those national newspapers looked terrible, they were much lower in quality than I recall. They were also smaller than I remember, they are definitely cutting down on paper. The print magazines aren't looking so hot either, Rolling Stone is tiny compared to their issues from the 70s/80s.
In both the newspapers and magazines, the "quality" of design is suffering as badly as the content. It is obvious that they are replacing the professionals who once made these publications with "Diversity?"-hires and low-skill amateurs who are not doing a good job at all. No wonder print-media is losing subscribers and failing in profits, most of it looks like crap and is filled with vapid crap, poor grammar, typos, etc.
As I've said before, a grammar-nazi would hit my shitposts/effortposts like the beaches of Normandy but: those people "working" for the hack publications are being overpaid to do a poor job, sacrificing quality and prioritizing "woke" Leftist Agenda nonsense. I am an elderly Traditional American trying to save Western Civilization in my pajamas, with nothing to work with but a budget of $0 and a cartoon frog (and memories of America before the Commies made such "Progress?" in their "Long March Through The Institutions.")
But disgusting emails have just been uncovered from his time as the senior health official for the State of Pennsylvania that must be addressed by Congress.
In his official role for the state, Levine was consulted by a "transgender" clinic on how they could make more money off of operating on children!
Dick Levine rode the Peter Principle all the way to the federal level, but instead of being promoted for competency, he has been promoted for allegiance to evil agendas.
