These all look like questions from the FAA private pilot exam that beginner pilots need to complete in order to fly. You would hope the person running the FAA would at least have some knowledge of these questions and answers.
He was expelled from high school and then joined the armed forces. If you thought he might have joined one of the armed forces with a strong aviation focus, you'd be wrong. He joined the army. And he wasn't a helicopter pilot, in fact he is not a pilot to this day. He was diversity hired up through the ranks of government jobs. He left his employment in LA right as a corruption scandal was about to break in the organization he was leading. He knows nothing about aviation. And he is black. So a perfect candidate for Biden's FAA head.

I would rather hear him testify as to how he is going to make sure ATC is manned with qualified controllers. Ask him about EPA efforts to attack the use of leaded fuel in GA aircraft
