I have had periods were I include carbs like berries, oranges, apples, honey, sweet potatos, white rice (best if its pressure cooked) but after a few months it becomes reactive too and I start to get anexity and mood swings back.
I can have relief at times by doing the right things but I always land back to where I am now which is pretty much meat only... Maybe if did more prolonged fasting when those flair-ups happen or I used things to kill the beginings of a candida infection (pine gum spirits,fenbendazole,icermectin or there is other things) but I don't have it nailed down as to what the problem is and why it keeps comimg back... also sadly cheese and dairy along with wheat and beans serious are no-no foods for me.
There is an irritation trigger point for the inflamation, then there is an inflamation spillover where the body can't deal with it anymore so then the pain and alergy symtoms return and stay.... also here is another trigger, ground beer that has been in the freezer long enough to freezer burn (8 weeks for me)... the hiatamines from that cause me to have a runny nose and sneeze for a day after consumption.

I have gone back and forth on if zinc is of any benifit, but there seems to be different requirements wheather on low carb or not.
