Instead of being shipped back to the US, the location of the equipment is now apparently unknown. It is potentially being sold on the black market to Ukraine, Russia or other foreign entities, yet the proceeds of these sales are not coming back to the US.
This would seem to be theft of money from the US taxpayers at levels heretofore unseen. Since Biden made the decision to leave the equipment behind to begin with, it would appear that either he or his coconspirators are responsible for the theft. They must be held accountable.
