You forced nursing homes to take infected patients and, as if that wasn't enough, prevented families from even having proper funerals. You forced schools to abuse children with worse than useless face masks and needless panic. You and that drunken bitch AG Nessel threatened doctors who prescribed ivermectin, barbers who cut hair and imprisoned a pizza shop owner who defied your illegal, bullshit executive orders.

I can vouch for the small businesses destroyed. I drive an hour and 45 minutes each way to work, here in Michigan. Their used to be at least 3 different diners open along the way 24 hours. Not anymore, they are gone. Even the 24 hour big box stores are closed at 10 pm. There cannot be enough of an economy to support the night shifts or they would be open, am-I-right? Fuck witless-whitmer!!
I think in May 2020, an average of 20 restaurants per day were closing permanently in this state. Meijer was great for people on weird schedules; now, except for a few stores in college towns, they're never going back to 24 hours.
Banning stores from selling seeds, furniture, paint, flooring, and garden supplies was bad enough. I vividly remember a literal Karen fake news reporter doing some hard-hitting investigation and shaming of a golf course that dared to remain open. (Talk about a "social distancing" sport) And no one with a boat should ever forget her idiotic ban on motorized boating, followed by the audacity of asking if the storage company could get their boat out ahead of everyone else on Memorial Day.
I went and supported the barber in Owosso who vowed to keep cutting hair until they arrested him. None of the state police at that local post would issue him a ticket; she had to bring in officers from other parts of the state to do it. I think one had to come all the way from Ishpeming. After that happened, ALL the local cops went and got in line for haircuts. The chief was first in line and gave him a thousand bucks toward his fight.
