Not really. I see plenty of young couples meeting in the Church and getting married in a very traditional way even to this day. There are something like 45 weddings scheduled of just church members who were in the same youth group my kids are in for this next few weeks.

My problem was that I have Aspergers + ADHD and my teenage years were not the best. The experience of my middle school years basically murdered any drive I had to socialize. This was because my time at school and at church became so horrendous that the only time I experienced any form of happiness was when I was alone in my house playing video games.
By the time I had matured past that stage, all the girls in my church knew me as “that weird loner.” It also didn’t help that none of the girls shared any of my passions.
Yup. Churches are wising up to the degradation of society's values. Christian parents are smart to have their young sons/daughters only allowed to date within a smaller group of other church members. That way you can vet the parents and see how they raised their son/daughter......with the right values.

Our son went to a Christian university and didn’t find anyone. He dated a bit, but honestly, the college girls nowadays walk around in filthy sweatpants, messy ponytails, and overall don’t take care of themselves. Pretty sad. But after he graduated, he found an absolutely beautiful Christian girl who is sweet, hard-working, she loves to cook and bake, and comes from a nice family, etc. and he married her. So, there is hope. There are a few good ones out there.

The women that are single and never married with no kids aren’t “their type” (possibly weight or shallow reasons). They think they’re still in their 20s ready to date bombshell women. The reality is setting in for them I think, and hope. I hate seeing friends that are single and good people struggle to find love because of their high expectations and feeling jaded over their past. I met my H when I was 22 and got engaged 6 months later, married 6 months after that, practically on the 1 yr anniversary of our first date.
