Extradition is not automatic, you fucktarded smooth brained goober smoocher. A judge decides on extradition. They don't rubber stamp all extraditions. The governor, and others, have an opportunity to say no to the extradition before the judge and give reason. The judge must consider this and decide if the extradition is granted.

Trump has to be careful. If he allows DeSantis to prevent Trump's arrest, the NY DA will charge Trump with resisting arrest, making him commit a crime that he can be convicted of. Trump knows he's being arrested Tuesday because he made a deal with NY DA to surrender. He must have agreed to it, so he must not hide. An Appeals Court will reverse the conviction, so Trump won't be in jail too long.
Honestly, this probably is the best play. Let them arrest him. Walk into that court with an arrogant air of confidence. Fight it on the merits. There's no case. This has single handedly turned every fence sitter in the country into a passionate Trump defender.
