The Tolerant Left insists on the opposite of reality and common sense at all times, and demands that public sexual degeneracy and violent crime and disrespect for law & order be accepted as the "New Normal." They claim that law-abiding Traditional Americans who object to these attacks on normalcy and polite society are "white supremacists" who are to blame for causing all the ills of society, and must bear responsibility for all the negative consequences of the acts flagrantly committed by ill-behaved Leftists, minorities, and sexual deviants.
It's preposterous, and unbelievable how quickly these illogical self-obsessed emotionally-incontinent buffoons and coddled criminals were able to cry-bully their way into unquestionable control over much of our failing society. It's also unbelievable how easily the Tolerant Left and DNC/RINO Career Politicians were able to openly commit so much dishonesty and injustice, and get away with it by simply screeching "racism" at anyone who questions their self-serving agendas. (And if all else fails, they can trigger widespread BLM/Antifa riots and looting at any time to help achieve their political goals... while slandering law-abiding Conservatives and Christians as "dangerous domestic terrorists.")

Very very similar situation here.
I lived through the 1970's. While things being fucked up now, it still isn't bad as the 70's. From here I don't know if things are going to get worse or better (nobody does), it could go either way in all honesty. That said I'm actually optimistic. I'm optimistic because the collapse of the federal government has never felt as possible as it does now.

The economy was shit, there was terrorist activity going on around the country, there was riots and crime in general was high, lots of heroin use. Things over all were dirty (LA SMOG being an example), cities had devastated neighborhoods, there was toxic disaster sites.
We didn't have any of the luxuries that we have now like Internet, cell phones and personal electric vehicles. Cars while simpler basically sucked until Japan came along and showed that much better vehicles could be had. Food was probably better due to less processed foods than we have now.
The Seventies were just a bleak time over all.

The internet happened. The internet isn't really real. I found that out when I made a Facebook account.... I joined Facebook under my real name. I had hundreds of friend requests from people who really didn't associate with me at school (i wasn't a popular kid) I'm kinda like... we weren't friends then, why would I want to be friends now? I quickly deleted that shit. I don't use Twitter. I NEVER see a tranny. Black people smile at me and, I smile back just the same as white people and mexicans. The internet amplifies a lot of specific messages because of the people who decide what trends and what should be immediately consumable, but the world is still very, very "fake and gay" even without the internet astroturfing all this division. A lot of this can be applied to legacy media. That credibility is completely gone and never coming back.
