He wouldn’t hold back on any of his stunts, so he unfortunately destroyed his body and wasn’t able to do much of anything after his last Mummy movie. I think I first started noticing major issues with his acting in 2020, which means that he probably had issues in 2019 as most things will remain in production for a lengthy stint and get caught on snags due to low budget which his what he's been doing the last few years.
The movie Breach (2020) it kind of started to feel like he wasn't able to understand which emotions he was supposed to be portraying in a scene, this continues throughout the rest of his career until the CGI crap. It was really prominent in Apex which I had high hopes for since Neal McDonaghue usually plays a good villain, but man Bruce's acting was hard to get through. I'm almost thinking they cast him, had high expectations, then was like "fuck it, we'll just film him wandeirng around on set". Both Fortress (2021) and Corrective Measures (2021) he demonstrates the same lack of emotion, like he had to have a Fetterman device which causes him to be deadpan on his delivery and he also seems to respond in a confusing high note that I recalled.
Anyways, I'm no fan of the vax, but I don't think it's to blame for his downfall. All of that would've most likely been done before he got a clot shot since those only became available in early 2021. The last movie I recall him being fairly proper in was Death Wish, but I didn't watch Glass which was probably the last major budget movie he was in.

March 2020 on was when the pandemic officially kicked off. November 2020 was election month, Trump was mad that the vaccine didn't meet the election deadline. Vaccine started to mass roll out for first responders and at risk around mid-late November. Most people didn't start getting it until Spring 2021. Most of those movies were probably already wrapped up as far as shooting goes by then.
