I have great respect for French history, they get clowned on (rightfully) in some regards but no country on this planet has rioted against their government more historically like the French do imo
The Germans didn't destroy anything during their occupation, it was purely strategic as it's easier to defend a coastline than it is to defend a land border. If there was no threat of Americans and Brits entering Europe, Germany would have never entered France. Ending communism was their main priority.
The Germans and French had bad blood going back before World War I. France won World War I, and Germany was hungry for revenge.
The idea that Germany only invaded France out of some kind of 'necessity' is delusional dreaming.
Reminds me of that movie Brazil. Diners are in a restaurant eating lunch. A bomb goes off. Paramedics come to cart away the dead and injured. The diners go back to eating their lunch.
I was in Paris early 90s, they were raising tuition, students burning down town, had a bottle of wine and a nice meal as they pillaged around the restaurant.
A fiery but mostly peaceful meal.
Surprising that they were more concerned about the person filming them than the fires just outside of their windows, peak sheep.
Sheep would freak out over fire, they're in a stone building so that fire is of no threat to them. Never abandon your food.
There's literally a BBQ truck across the street from my office today. This makes me hungry.
Nothing comes between a Frenchman and his food.
Occasionally they take butt fucking breaks between courses but generally speaking you're right.
America doesn't exist without the French. Be more respectful.
For real. If not for them we'd all be speaking King's English.

While you're 💯 % correct it's still fun to tease them.

And they take breaks between those sessions to throw up a white flag.
Or just throw up, depending on what was in the back of their throat
Why do you think they love to eat Faguettes in the morning?
Is that for real?
There's not a single person looking out the window.
Not even casually.
You can't look at the fire. It's racist
🤣
It's just a misunderstood diversity fire looking for a better life.
Plus you might wet the bed.
They want to eat dinner, not surrender.
Why is the fire there?
I think we all know
1 woman on the right is, and obviously the cameraman.
They casually check on it, but this is becoming normal for them...
Peak sheep.
looks fake. just like the person who posted it, "patriots in control"
Everybody who's never lived in France and thinks their protests are anything more than a contact sport should be forced to watch this.
Their protests are actually fiery and mostly peaceful
I think those are fake fireplace windows.
Maybe - but it looks similar to this scenario also posted yesterday:

I mean... I'd still be hungry.
I love smoked brie on toasted baguette. Vie délicieuse!
Best meatball sub. Meatballs, sauce, provolone and grated parmesan cheese on a toasted baguette.
Next month is Italian.
Ok, I'm in.
I almost died laughing when i saw this 🤣. Its gold jerry🤩
"Sir! We have a table next to the flame! Very nice view!"
That can't be for real...
The fire identifies as a water fountain bigots!
watch the smoke in the celing lights.......this is real
This is now everyday life in the West.
Global Warming
An allegory for western society in its entirety right at this moment.
French are accustomed to these regular events that blow off steam. 48 more hours and it's yesterday's news
lulz. Fiddling with their silverware while Rome burns.
Paris, in this case
Lol! Literally the meme!
Rome is burning 🔥
I mean they voted for it.
Life imitates meme.
They are just warming up the streets for the homeless
I'm seeing far too many memes become reality lately. Life imitating art or art imitating life?
Feels like a simulation.
Jean Claude and Sophie enjoyed a romantic dinner by firelight
Kek
Anyone have any context for this? Who is protesting and why?
Famous gaffes #2:
Next statement by Macron: "Let them eat cake!"
"Could I get a menu please"
;)
Unpicked trash being burnt
Lol. And people think the French are gonna kick off this revolution.
Viva le cucke :p
Mon Diu....stop noticing things ya bigots!
A man has to eat.....
The French are great rioters.
I was in Paris early 90s, they were raising tuition, students burning down town, had a bottle of wine and a nice meal as they pillaged around the restaurant.
No biggie.
Fuck France. Burn Baby burn. This is coming here soon as well. Can you say bank runs and bailouts!!
