Ineos is known to hire the mullets at that facility for one.. and all these plants and refineries are hiring based on boxes to check vs actual competency. It took me 8 years of interviews to get hired in operations while I was working as a pipe fitter due to being a dropout with a GED. The only two people of my hiring class of 12 people 7 years ago that are still employed including myself have a GED and actually had to work for a living prior to getting hired.
