I don't understand this document, yes it shows Trump is in the clear. But why state that Trump was not party to the transaction. Other documents I have seen show the transaction listed as an expense for Trump.
If Clifford did get $130K, who paid her ? If Clifford got $130k she would have signed an NDA. Clifford went through all this before and nothing happened and she was forced to pay Trump.
